I didnt like the staff for being the hilton the gentlemen in the front we cold and shallow they didnt explain anything what was here breakfast time whats available if you back to the cameras we spoke 2 words

Loud neighbors

Overall the stay was great..only bad problem was loud neighbors that were arguing.. i didn't knew if i could call the front office to complain. The food was great the service was awesome.. it was only those loud neighbors that didn't quiet down.

Definitely had a great stay this past weekend. From the beds to the food and service was great, especially at night time had a variety of music to listen and enjoy the outdoors, with some drinks.

The stay was ok Nothing amazing or great Hotel was clean Check in personal were not the friendliest they gave me an occupied room also and they were just like oh sorry The food was ok too but the workers there were friendly and polite so that was nice Overall stay was meh But it was clean and not too loud

Everything was lovely although its pretty strange that a hotel as nice as this doesn’t have netflix or a smart tv whatsoever.

The room was dirty had to call housekeeping. We ended up with no towels. Bar didn’t have any vodka and eventually ran out of cranberry juice. The bar closed at 10 pm. That was disappointing. This is usually our staycation and this experience was disappointing.

I did not get the floor I rewuested. There was a lot of kids making noice late at night Thafood was all gone we got left overs. The bathroom downstairs was full of blood yuk They only had 2 type of beer. Legat. On free beer.

There is no drinking water in the room.

Closing the lounge too early at night wasn’t too nice!

Great place, very clean! Exactly what I needed!

On this particular stay, We were awaken by the FIRE ALARM. At 2am MY FAMILY AND I EXITED THE BLDG AS INSTRUCTED... COME TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NO FIRE... THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE TOLD US, IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME . AND THE FIRE DEPT, DID NOT CLEAR THE HALLWAYS

Very nice place but the staff were undertrained and on their phones the entire time we were trying to check in.

The breakfast Area is not enough for the guests It is small

Great, best place in McAllen

We had some issues with the air conditioning system in our room. The system seem to struggle to try to keep the room cool. We didn’t notice this till around 1 AM so we didn’t report it knowing that we would not want to change rooms at that time of the night. We were on the second floor in room 235 and had people running and jumping on the floor above us. Well pass midnight. The noise finally subsided about 1:30AM and due to the hour we felt it would be impractical to report it or to change rooms. Aside from the issues mentioned, the facility was well maintained, attractive and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and welcoming. We’ve stayed there several times, and I’ve usually been quite satisfied with our stay.

Having a baby it was very useful to have a room with two rooms for naps :)

Bed was very comfortable, perfect location, nice pool, excellent breakfast, and great customer service.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay! my 4 children and I enjoyed a very comfortable and spacious suite.

We loved our stay at Embassy suites. The best part is they dont cheap out on amenities. We got free water bottles and daily snacks every day. Quality of complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Will definitely stay again

Our stay way great. The hotel was very family friendly but we also got to enjoy a couple of drinks pool slide. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s close to everything.

Excellent place to stay

We had a guest speaker come to town and we put him and his assistant up in this hotel, and they couldn’t stop raving about how nice it was and how they felt like they were in luxury. Our interaction with the hotel before they arrived was also excellent. To be honest, we didn’t know, this hotel was even in our area and when we stopped by to drop off a basket, we left saying that we had found a hidden gem.

Nice Newer Hotel

Nice new Hotel, Pet Friendly in a nice area next to The McAllen Civic Center. Breakfast, although High Quality, was very disorganized, and tables were not cleaned leaving no place to sit. Many restaurants and shopping in the Immediate area.

Wonderful property in walking distance to shopping and dining and cultural events

The hotel was beautiful, the environment was relaxing. It’s in a good location I would so do it again. My check-in was good but the room I had booked and paid for two weeks in advance was not ready for me at check-in time. so I was offered another room, but it was not what I asked for. But we did have a great stay, and it was a great room.

Every time we travel we choose Embassy Suites. We love all the amenities, the happy hour, the food is delicious, the rooms are so comfortable and all the goodies inside make it more enjoyable!

Great location, staff could use work

Location was clean and comfortable. Very nice room. Some of the breakfast staff acted annoyed at me while asking where items were located.

The pool should be climatized. A cold pool In a hotel of this caliber is disappointing.
