A little overpriced, but convenient!

We were visiting Huntsville for a robotics competition. The hotel was a convenient location. The nightly rate seemed high for the services we received. Nightly reception, I was expecting appetizers but received cheese, crackers, and chips. I had to order dinner. The room was clean, nice size, and quiet. The bed was a little too firm for me and I had trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good with made to order omelets available and a variety of other breakfast foods available. The gentleman making the omelets was amazing!

Nice place

A very nice hotel. Love the suite rooms. Very convenient to the Von Braun Center. A surprisingly good hotel restaurant. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great quick stay

Quick and easy check in. We arrived about 2 hours prior to check in time and a room was ready to go immediately. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Service was great and friendly from all.

Loved staying here for our cheer competition. So convenient with it connection to the VBC. Super friendly staff and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Embassy Suites disappointment.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this Embassy Suites. I've stayed at several and never been in one this filthy. The bathtub floor was covered in hair like a dirty mop was used and the kicker was, when I moved the ottoman aside to open sleeper bed for my grandson, there was a pair of rolled up panties there and the sheets on the sleeper, were not changed and had stains. This was so disappointing because I paid extra for THE WELLNESS SUITE. I was told that there weren't any other rooms to switch my family into and it completely ruined the comfort level and enjoyment of our stay. The pool was being cleaned and we could not even get a swim in. I have stayed in several other EMBASSY SUITES. Location has shamed the brand. I still haven't received a call from management even though I reported it that evening and I'm the morning. I had to leave before they got in... This is terribly inconsiderate.

Only stayed one night, would like my bill. receipt to reflect it.

This is a beautiful property right next to the Von Braun Center and across the street from Big Spring Park. The park is an excellent place to walk, relax and enjoy some nature in the center of the city. Many shops, restaurants and bars are available within a 10-15 minute walk (or 2-5 minutes in some cases). The hotel restaurant is excellent. They have a late afternoon social in the atrium with coupons for complementary drinks. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Parking is convenient albeit a bit pricy.

Excellent stay!

Friendly staff, clean and easy to get around

Severely Understaffed - With a side of birds

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We got there around 130; the room was not ready but we did start the check-in process. The lady at the front was rude and annoyed that we "showed up" early. We did not get a room until 5:30pm - 2.5 hours late. They were still cleaning rooms at 9pm and people were still waiting. The Co Op: bar/restaurant on site... was incredibly slow. The staff was friendly but they were severely understaffed - all working doubles and coming back in the morning to do the same - not to mention how exhausted they looked. The other issue with this hotel... there was birds flying through the lobby area and dining room. Not just one or two but multiple. There are no skylights that open; just birds getting in from what I assume to be the front door. Flying... all over the dining room; hanging out on tables and eating crums off the floor.

Not so great experience

We were told we would automatically be put in a handicap room because we didn’t directly book through the hotel. Our bed caved in the middle but were told it’s just a handicap bed. Air didn’t work good. Also, during taking a shower the water would randomly turn off.

The only suggestion we would have for improvement would be to raise the level of the beds in the rooms designated with a roll in shower for wheelchairs. The bed was soft, it was comfortable but because it sat lower than my husband‘s wheelchair, it was difficult for us to raise him up get him back into the wheelchair.

The staff is very friendly and the property is clean. The co-op has really good food and the staff is attentive.

An excellent property in a prime location, just a short walk from many popular tourist attractions.

Holiday Fun

Awesome stay. Front desk and check in was great. Food at breakfast was really good. The rooms were nice an clean. The beds really slept really well. I totally enjoyed my stay.

Convenient and nice, but bring a noise machine

The staff were wonderful, and it was SO convenient that we could walk to the Von Braun Center without going outside in cold weather. The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, but the walls were quite thin. A family with small children could be heard next door so well that we could almost make out the exact words being spoken. Noise from the echo-prone lobby was also occasionally an issue. I recommend bringing a fan or noise machine if you're a light sleeper. Also the bed pillows were not supportive at all and could stand to be replaced. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar on site, but the prices that were charged were too high for what we received. Overall, we were comfortable in the room and enjoyed the amenities the hotel offers but were a bit bothered by the noise and high priced food/drink.

They have renovated the property. It is very clean, friendly staff and lots of nice things to do downtown Huntsville.

The was great the only problem was the bathroom floor and shower could have been cleaner then what it was.everything else was great. Yes I would say there again

Had a tough day and was sitting at the bar thinking. The staff was so kind to me. Bar staff was really nice and checked on me without being intrusive. I really appreciated that.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Darrius, the front desk gentleman checked on us throughout our stay which was great. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a family of four. The breakfast was great, as well as the evening reception which included free drinks and snacks.The pool area was nice and clean also..The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. I am very picky with my accommodations, so I was very pleased and would recommend.

Great Stay

We stayed here during Thanksgiving while visiting family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was ideal for visiting both sides of the family, and the overall experience was relaxing and quiet, even though the hotel seemed quite full. The breakfast was exceptional—far above expectations. However, the $16 parking fee per car felt steep, especially since we had two cars and no alternative options. Dining options were limited since the hotel’s restaurant was closed for the holiday. Thankfully, a member of our group found an open restaurant nearby and brought dinner back. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We’ve already discussed returning for a romantic getaway!

Everything was expected when it comes to an embassy. Had a small problem with the bed but the staff got it sorted

Warm and welcoming visit

Staff was amazing! From front desk to cleaning crew in breakfast area we were made to feel welcome and that they enjoyed the guests. One of the workers was singing Christmas carols as he decorated the stairs. Could not have asked for a more warm visit.

Big room, clean and quiet

The room was very nice. The property seems old. Some employees were great but some acted like they are bothered by the guests. The public restrooms were dirty both days. There was throw up in the garage all day. There was a huge leak of an unknown liquid pouring from the ceiling into the garage. This is my second stay in this chain on my last 2 trips and I think I’m not going to book at Embassy Suites in the future.

Customer service and cleanliness!

Stay was great but I booked the room and was charged by hotels.com. When I checked in, I was charged again by Hilton app. No resolution from either side. Next time I’ll just call the hotel directly.

Wedding Day

Our wedding was on that day and we Stayed at the Embassy in Huntsville and our suite was very nice and clean. The hotel representatives were very helpful and answered any questions we had.

It was amazing. The only suggestion i have is your suites need a full length mirror in them .

Average stay at best!

We first arrived early just to get our bearings and asked the lady at the desk for maybe a map or suggestions for things to do.She said “I don’t have a map, I’ll have to go pull it up on the computer and print it” she was exasperated you could tell. She was mostly concerned that we were checking in early and knew that it was $50. We told her twice we aren’t checking in yet! She repeated its$50 to check in early??!! We ate at the hotel for convenience and the$20 hamburger was uneatable. The reception was nice and the omelette was great the cook was very friendly. The other food was cold that was on the hot bar. When we came back to check in the man that helped us( yes we avoided the other lady) was super nice and told us of the area and about the reception and breakfast. I am a Hilton honors member and usually get a couple of waters so when I saw water in our fridge I assumed it was free, but it was a $7 bottle if water. Everything was under construction across from the hotel so beeping started around 7 am! I know that isn’t their fault!

They was great had a great time we needed a little vacation away from home and this made it worth the trip my son had surgery our 2nd day there and they was very helpful and grabbed a wheelchair and helped me get him to the room

**Hotel Review** We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the convention center, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel has a handy walking bridge on the 2nd floor that connects directly to the convention center, making it easy to get back and forth. The breakfast was good, although the hours were a bit rigid. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes before it ended, multiple food items were already out and not being replenished, which was disappointing. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful walking area right off the back of the hotel. There’s a fantastic network of pods and canals filled with koi fish and ducks, making it a serene place to stroll. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a nice seating area that was a lifesaver with kids, providing us with extra space. However, we were a bit disappointed that housekeeping never checked in during our three-night stay. The front desk staff were friendly, but we had a concerning experience upon check-in. We were told that we had received the last clean room and that another guest who had also prepaid would have to "walk" since they arrived later. The staff referred to this as "last one standing" and said it was approved by the manager. It didn’t sit well with us, knowing that had we arrived any later, our prepaid room might not have been available. Overall, the location and amenities were great, but there were some areas for improvement in terms of service and management practices.

We loved our family stay here. Suite was comfortable, roomy and aesthetically pleasing. All facilities you need with fridge, microwave, sink. Beds were comfy. Pool was very nice. Walkable to some good resturants

I definitely did not like the parking. For $16/day, I should have been able to park in a covered garage & not have to walk thru an unattended parking lot to enter the hotel. Other than the parking, the hotel is very nice.

Great stay. Great bar and restaurant. Great city. But I had to pay for parking and it was outside, not valeted and I parked it pretty far away. That’s a new one on me. You at least get to park in a garage if you are paying 16 nightly.

Needs repair

While the employees weee polite and helpful, the hotel seemed like it was in general disrepair and didn’t feel clean. Not sure why the $16 fee to park, because there didn’t seem to be additional security and there wasn’t space to park inside the garage. I had to park so far away. The evening reception was poor quality- salsa (no chips) and trail mix. Breakfast was better. The walls were thin and I could hear the kid in the room next to ours and the conversation with the parents. When I took a shower, there was no shampoo, and by the time I finished showering, the drain (which was open) was completely clogged and I was ankle deep. My kid opted to sleep on the fold out bed and there weren't any sheets or extra blankets. I asked for them to bring shampoo and sheets. They brought them quickly, but the drain never drained, so we didn’t try showering again. The air conditioning worked poorly- it was cold in the bedroom but freezing in the living room area. I usually love staying in Embassy Suites, but this one needs some money invested in it.

Great stay

Amazing stay, really enjoyed it.

There were unsupervised children in the pool and running in the halls. Front desk does not answer the phone and I had to go to the desk to complain twice. Bonnie the manager was ok and she did give me a refund.

Anniversary getaway

We always love staying at all the Embassy Suites. They have a great breakfast buffet with an omelet station & evening snacks with drinks. We enjoyed the pool with our stay. The only thing my husband loves a hot tub & they didn’t have a hot tub. The hotel was so clean.
