When I arrived the hotel did not have my reservation. I had to check in with the front desk.

Recharge

It was a nice trip. Was able to relax and get away for a weekend in the comfort of Embassy Suites

The staff was pleasant. Queen suite room was clean. Enjoyed the sitting area in the living room/kitchen. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this location many times for baseball tournaments and volleyball. Its always clean and a very friendly staff.

Not worth the money

Disappointed. Thought we were paying the extra $100.00 for a nicer hotel. The bathroom was old and rusty. Rooms are small and the pool was cold. Not sure why this hotel is $100.00 more than the others. My daughter was having surgery so we wanted it to be nice but would have been better off somewhere else.

Everything was clean, comfortable and just a nice stay all together. front desk was amazing!!

Beautiful Rooms and Bountiful Breakfast! Rooms were clean ,felt safe , elevators were operational and the room was spacious . The breakfast had bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes and French toast, juices ,coffee ,fruit breads and bagels . Danishes grits. Potatoes and omelets

Cleanliness, service & location

My stay was quite pleasant! I wish the property could have been closer to the airport, so I could use the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. All in all I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

Good

We love Embassy Suites. The layout for breakfast here is really well organized. Great glow. The workout space was nice and great for pilates/ yoga. Also has a peloton bike and several treadmills. The pool was closed but looked nice.

Horrible breakfast

The hotel is a chain; however, it was well above average. The hotel and room were very clean and fresh. The room was large in size, and the bed was comfortable. However, the breakfast was sub-par, especially the eggs - which were in edible. They must have been previously cooked well ahead of time, because they were cold and tasteless.

Great for large damily

The property is well located, close to plenty of dining options and shopping. The staff was quick and friendly. They offer free breakfast and a happy hour with free drinks and snacks. The room was clean, the bed was mostly cozy. The only complaint I had is the room did not cool down.

Truly enjoyed the breakfast. The property was clean and all the staff was helpful in all the areas (i.e front desk, maintenance, breakfast staff. The bartender was funny and enjoyable! Overall a fantastic stay and would return!

Overall great hotel!

Beautiful lobby, nice evening reception, yummy breakfast, great indoor pool, etc. The rooms were a good size and clean. The beds and pillows weren't the best but weren't the worst either. The staff was really sweet! Definitely will return in the future!

Hotel would not cancel or change my dates to 23 thru 23 November.

Beds comfortable, room big. Needs aome attention in the bathroom areas. Floors, shower needs some bleach to get rid of black , brown mold.

The staff was the absolute best. Jennifer and Bri were beyond pleasant and helpful each time I had a question or needed suggestions while I visited the Katy West location. The other staff members we encountered were great as well but those two were exceptional when it came to customer service !

Check out on a weekend, the elevator wait is very long if you are on a lower floor. Only 3 elevators for the whole building

Useful shuttle service to get around with friendly drivers. Front desk competence is woeful, especially compared to the other Embassy suites hotel 10mins away.

Wonderful Visit

This hotel , customer service and food are wonderful and the property is well maintained.

This is our go to hotel when in Houston / Katy

Would be 5 stars across the board but the staff will not help with even the simplest requests. 3 days every day we asked for coffee packets for the room because we are up and out early. We never did get the coffee. Staff said they would bring it but never did. The breakfast is all cold, however dining staff is great. As well as Gustavo in the bar.

I like everything about them

The view was nice looking out over the trees. Parking in the back gives you a view of your vehicle. They have a 13th floor which is rare but awesome.

Bartenders could be a little more friendly. Not very curteous to customers.

Fourth of July weekend trip

Our family stay was amazing! Great customer service from Bri at check and Jennifer at check out. Delicious omelets made to order. Recommend the chefs special. Gustavo makes great drinks at the bar. Loved the hotel.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable

Our stay was excellent! My kids even wanted to stay longer! Our room was clean and spacious. It was very comfortable and the staff was also very friendly. We liked that they had an indoor pool and definitely went for a swim. The breakfast was also very good. It is in a quiet area and we liked that too! Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean, but starting to show signs of wear. The swimming pool could have used cleaning. There was debris in the pool and the area where the water met the sides was dirty. The plumbing in our room was bad (no water pressure) and we had to wait a couple hours to relocate to another room. We didn’t expect a free night, but there was No compensation for the inconvenience. Staff was friendly and the bar and dining room offered lots of options.

Some of the staff were not nice, but some were. The rooms were clean and a lot of places near by. They seem to make you feel like you have to rush to leave, even when check out isn’t for 30 more minutes.

Great hotel but the smell!

Great hotel except there were numerous issues with smelling pot smoke on my floor. It’s illegal in Texas so management should report this and have controls in place to prevent this from happening. Not to mention there is a smoke free policy.

Nice and enjoyable.

The staff was friendly at check-in, no complaints there. The room was comfortable and roomy. However, the grout was deteriorated in the shower and there was mold. The hotel was full and only 1 of 3 elevators were functioning. There were no signs to indicate that they were out of order so the waits were very long to get up or down and I was on a high floor.

Staff was amazing , place is clean only bummer was that we asked for towels and our shampoo container was empty and no one ever came but other than that it was an amazing experience .

Great customer service! Excellent free breakfast and free drinks for happy hour. Rooms are nice but could use more drawers or closet space.

Everything was great

Everything was very nice until directly next door was a barking dog. It barked Friday night and Saturday. However, I went downstairs and reported it to the front desk. They immediately took action! We were very appreciative of how they worked things out and offered to move us to another room. This staff was Great!

I have stayed here 3 times & had a great stay here besides minor issues with my room, it was a pleasant stay. I also liked that the food & drinks during happy hour were good. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. Expedia is the problem. They canceled my reservations for no reason and had me stranded. The hotel took it amongst themselves to book me 2 rooms last minute. Expedia is a scam and will not use them again. Stay away from 3rd party and just deal with the hotel.
