It’s good overall. Just the air conditioner sound is loud. And there were guests beside my room talking and laughing loudly at 11:30 pm ,can hear too clearly. Also if there’s hand-in shower will be better .

There was an attendant at breakfast name Maya that was SO NICE and super attentive. She was THE most helpful person I encountered at this hotel. The men at the front desk were not welcoming or friendly. Maybe it was because I had kids with me, I’m not sure but Maya saved this review. Honestly. The omelette cook made a smart remark to my 7 year old about having his plate up on the counter. I just don’t think this is a family friendly establishment. So do with that what you may.

Great stay, beautiful hotel!

This hotel was amazing! It was a freezing weekend for competitive gymnastics. The weather, roads, and my early travel landed me at the hotel earlier than intended, but due to the circumstances, everyone was so accommodating. In addition to the great hospitality, the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. It was within walking distance to our venue, which worked out because of the icy roads. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list for future gymnastics meets.

For the majority of our 4-day stay, the keycard reader for the guest rooms was inactive. Each and every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to have security let us in. I was informed on the 3rd night that the reader was active, and it was not. I understand the holiday on 12/25; however, the reader was still not working on 12/28. There was never any mention of refunding any portion of the stay and we were made to feel as if this was a normal occurrence.

Love this Embassy hotel! Clean, friendly staffs, and surroundings are cleaned and safe. Next to a big convention center.

I have had a great stay most of the time.

Nice looking, comfortable and convenient rooms. However, our room had a funky musty smell. Went to a concert up the road and we were able to walk so it was very convenient that way.

One of the better Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in. Great location, very clean. Bar drinks and food were great! Loved the atmosphere and lounge like seating. Rooms were clean and staff was super friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff is excellent and very inviting Israel gave us the best advice to Eat in the Hotel and the Food was exquisite, we enjoyed the Complimentary Breakfast and HappyHour, This was my best stay outside of an all inclusive resort

This was a last minute hotel choice for me and my partner. Very pleased with my decision, The rooms (suite) were very sexy, clean, spacious and filled with lots of snack options(additional cost of course). The lobby included a bar & food, and a lounging area with great vibes. conveniently located to restaurants, Infinite Arena, a grocery store, gas stations, etc. We will be back again for sure! Diane

WE had some water on the floor from the mini fridge...No big deal as we just put a towel down and reported it. They offered to send someone up to fix the issue but I declined as...Again, it wan't that big a deal to me. Everything else was Great! Thanks.

Nice, clean hotel… There a few imperfections in our room. Like the bathtub was chipped and the shampoo dispenser didn’t work. The Keurig needed to be cleaned of scale build-up before it would work. Other than that the hotel staff was great and the dining was better than even some of the better restaurants around.

The pool wasn’t open. My room had no ac and the maintenance guy spent an hour fixing it. The air in the lobby wasn’t working. Happy hour was a hassle because it was only one bartender taking orders. Probably wouldn’t stay again. No matter how nice it looks. And I love Embassy Hotels. This was the most inconvenient Embassy stay I’ve ever experienced.

The AC in the first room we stayed in was broken, so we had to switch rooms at midnight. Although the new room was slightly cooler, the AC still didn't work properly. We're very disappointed with this stay.

This hotel was very beautiful. The hotel was closed to everything restaurants, Walmart grocery and gas stations.

A must stay! The breakfast was amazing! I felt safe and secure, cleanest hotel ever! The mall was around the corner and chikfila was right in front the hotel!

Three of my five night stay the fire alarms went off. There was never volunteered info passed on. When I did ask, the team member was very kind and explained. I appreciated that. Not the cleanest bathroom I have had while staying at this exact location, but everything else was great. Room 229’s door has to be pushed/pulled hard to shut and as a woman traveling alone that did scare me a little. I really do enjoy this hotel though and will continue using it when I am in town for work.

Absolutely worth the Stay

The front desk were very well-mannered and sharp dressers. The location is in the upscale neighborhood. Evening reception was a surprise (I didn’t read the website beforehand) and we enjoyed the breakfast. It was like we were in the Ritz-Carlton. The decor was gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable. Shower was great. It is a definite comeback.

The hotel is in a location close to shopping and nice restaurants. It felt safe and welcoming. It’s probably very clean to others but I’m altra aware of floor, door, windows and appliance cleanliness, just needed a little more work.

Good but could make adjustments

The hotel was pretty good our bathroom kept getting flooded from the shower which isnt fun to clean up. and house keeping came only 1time in out 2 day stay which was unfortunate cause we could have used more towels but otherwise i loved the hotel and would definitely come back

The check-in staff was not welcoming. The breakfast area was roped off 20 mins prior to breakfast being over.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We were upgraded to a suite, which was phenomenal. The customer service and cleanliness was top-notch. Their food, drinks, ect offered was the best! We will definitely be back.

First stay at a Hilton and we were so happy with our stay, location was great as we were attending a concert at the Gas South Arena which was a 5 minute walk

fire alarm went off at 4 am and room u could hear kids screaming and running def not the best experience but very clean and nice hotel overall.

Location location

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so clean and the nice quiet area it is located in was perfect. There is a Chick-fil-A right across the street from the hotel. The breakfast was great especially the made-to-order omelets. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again if I am ever in the area.

This is my second time in a month, staying at this particular hotel, and I find it quite comfortable, clean and very safe. Certainly worth the extra cost!

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is well kept, We also love that the hotel provided two free complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 5:00 P.M on a Saturday. We also had hot fresh breakfast to order, also free along with the booking of their rooms for the weekend. This hotel's suites are very modern, sophisticated and an overall five-star experience!
