Great stay!

I had a great stay at Elk Refuge Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, but what really stood out was the stunning view—absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and completely handled through my phone, which made everything incredibly convenient. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay with a great view.

Just outside Jackson off main road. Good views from balcony or v closed patio doors . A one acreage tv Internet hood wClosed windows cut down noise substantially. Tena was ferment and helpful. Rooms are large abd crown Pkenrt quality towels

They double booked a room so we walked in on someone.they did give us another room but we had to wait one hour for them to take our call and come in to move rooms

Very convenient if you are flying out of the Jackson airport, about a 10 minute drive away. Clean, quaint rooms with a very comfortable bed!

Wonderful to be out of town but yet just a few miles away. Parking lots are just dirt, so staying there during wet times can be a problem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Across the street from the Elk Refuge makes for a wonderful viewing experience. I would stay here again.

Check-in and check-out was easy and quick, office was very communicative. Nice cozy cute place very convenient and good on prices.

The Elk Refuge Inn was warm, inviting, and very comfortable. It is conveniently located near downtown Jackson Hole. Most importantly for us, however, was the proximity to the Elk Refuge. Our balcony looked out over the preserve, and we were able to watch the elk and coyotes roam the preserve. It was absolutely amazing!

We stayed at the property in February. The view of the elk refuge and all of the elk was just fantastic. It was just what we were hoping for.

Relaxing and great view!

We love staying here when we come for our daughter’s ski races. It has a kitchenette and dinning area that we enjoy. We love that we can park so close to the front door so unloading is a breeze! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I am very picky about my bed and pillow, so this is an extra plus!

Epic views, best beds in Jackson

I'm so glad we finally had the opportunity to stay here. Every time we come to Jackson they've been full. Out of all the places we've stayed during our 2 week vacation, I got the best sleep here. The beds were so comfortable. We'll definitely be back next year.

We liked our room. The fluffy carpet was nice. The bed was good and loved the check in process of not having to actually go into an office.

We were never texted the checkin code and waited 30 minutes before reaching someone. No one was ever in the office even though the sign said they were open. Otherwise the room was very clean. We had a room facing the highway, so it would get noisy sometimes.

There was onsite laundry facilities-not only was it very clean, but the soap and dryer sheets were provided as well.

The property isn't right in the town of Jackson, but only a couple of miles drive away (toward grand teton national park). Easy to get to town or the park and parking at the hotel is easy. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette had all we needed for a great stay.

Amazing view

The view of the room is amazing!! The check in was very easy. Their in person check in closes at 7pm, but they will email you a copy of the instructions via email. The beds are comfortable. The washroom is clean. They even provide some basic cooking pans and pots! There is a small kitchen to do some basic cooking. Absolutely love the place and highly recommended

Great inn, didn’t get to spend a lot of time there as I arrived very late and left early but do have to mention that the outdoor hot tub was amazing.

Room was modernized and very nice, kitchenette was great, had everything we needed for cooking small meals. Excellent communication from hotel, no contact check in and check out (door key code), free laundry with detergent and dryer sheet provided (awesome amenity for travelers that are down to their last set of clean clothes!). Fantastic view and a convenience store and gas station next door if you need snacks. The only negative is the very busy road right in front of hotel, but they provide free ear plugs if the sound bothers you. We turned on AC unit to fan and it was enough white noise to drown out traffic. Would definitely stay again when in Jackson.

Although the room was a little tight, there was a small kitchen area and a good-sized bathroom. There was a sink and microwave and good fridge. We really didn't use them much but the dining and shopping a mile away in Jackson were excellent.

beautiful view, good facility

Spent two weeks visiting several Sates in the USA. This was our favourite accommodation by far. Lovely design to the rooms, with wonderful views. The room was extremely clean, with close proximity to the town of Jackson Hole. A member of staff, Brenda, went above and beyond by folding our washed clothes and putting them in a safe place for collection the following day, thank you!

Great place to stay (but AC didn’t work)

Checking was great and room was outstanding. Only negative was the air conditioner didn’t work and we didn’t sleep well because room was warm and stuffy. We opened sliding door for a bit to get air but with road noise we had to close it. Other than the AC not working and room too warm, it’s a wonderful place to stay and we’d stay again (with AC if needed).

Overall great stay, large room, clean, coffee, microwave etc. Bathroom is a bit slippery, could use a few more towels.

It it was a nicely done remodel of an older motel. It was convenient for our stay after leaving the airport. The parking was not as convenient as we were in the first unit yet all of the parking spaces close to that one were taken and we had to park at the end of the parking lot.

Very nice with a wonderful view of the elk refuge

This was the nicest hotel that I stayed at during my time in WY - moreso than the chain hotels that I stayed in as a part of my visit. Their on site laundry facilities also allowed me to go home with all of my laundry already done.

Nice place

We have stayed here many times before, and really like it. Very clean and comfortable, with nice view across the elk refuge. We do miss the little treat baskets they formerly provided, but that’s fine. Never saw a person, but their digital messaging told us reverse needed to know (in fact, almost too much messaging). Nice place, close to town, but not in it.

The rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

The Elk Lodge was a typical motel facility. However, the room was comfortable and clean. The shower appeared to be recently rennovated. Plenty of space for belongings, The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Wonderfully clean and quiet property with the old traditions of aa old roadside motel. Totally worth it and we recommend this location to anyone. The staff was gracious and very helpful. The view from the property was out of this world too. ( Deer,, Elk, Coyotes and wild geese )

This is a top notch motel. The room was very clean, quiet, good mattress, kitchette, recycling facilities. Definitely would recommend it. The view of the elk refuge is beautiful. Easy drive into town for meals and very close to entrance of GTNP.

This place was great! It was the cheapest place we could find and we were shocked with how nice it was. It is right across from the elk refuge and we got to see hundreds of elk right out of window.

Love the view, the price is great, and the rooms are nice.
