My stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were nice apart from the housekeeping who never cleaned our room even when we put the sign the most they did was supply toilet roll. Never cleaned the floor or picked up the wet towel or vacuumed. It got so bad that we have roaches in the room and had to change rooms. But other than that the stay was brilliant. The staff in the restaurants, bar and animations staff were all friendly and polite.

The place was good and the staff also, they are trying their best to keep you happy. What i didn’t like about the place is the Standard rooms are horrible, the furnitures look so old and the beds as well. If you are planning to stay there place get Superior Room and you will like it …

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The staff were sooo rude and mean during the check-in and parking! Never again

I decided to cancel the booking and they didn't respect my wishes. I paid money and I'm not happy with it.

Fell in LOVE with this place. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful in getting everything ready. Room was beautiful, everything was spotless. I personally got the “full board” option which included food and the buffet was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to such a great group of people!

Les moquettes étaient sales Douches sales avec des cafards Téléphone ne fonctionne pas donc impossible d’appeler la réception Ils ne changent pas les draps pendant 4 jours Aucune bouteille D’eau à disposition même pas au mini bar on peut s’étouffer dans la nuit et mourir si on a pas prévu le coup. Qualités produits shampoing etc horrible Autour de la piscine vous pouvez avoir une insolation avant qu’un serveur vienne vous prendre une commande Travaux pendant votre séjour avec le peintre qui rentre dans votre chambre

This is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are average. No fridge, no room service. No water or making tea facilities. I asked reception in the evening for water , coffee or tea. The answer was no room service or been able supply me with anything.

Loved our stay here.stay was so lovely too couldn’t do enough for us. Food was fab Will definitely be back next time in Tunisia Thank you

Never would I stay at the place again, and will never recommend it. Had a minor problem with the reservation, I was given cold shoulder and told I have pay for another room to upgrade an oversight, 1 guest to 2. I was on the phone with Hotels and was told to vacate the counter. I was treated with hostility rather than hospitality. The room was at 110 degrees and couldn’t lower down the heat. Another thing next day they chose to mop the floors during the busy breakfast time. I had to go up and stairs to get to breakfast area.

Excellent for family stay

Best customer service I experienced in Tunisia, overall everything went well. It's a pity that the room was not clean when we arrived. Otherwise I would recommend it.

The staff was fantastic, always eager to assist. The rooms are older and could use a bit of updating. The food was fairly good, our family was able to find something to eat that was different or interesting to us each day over the 3 days we stayed. Overall, if your expectations are for a fancy new resort you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a few days of rest and we felt this hotel was decent value for money.

I was the worst experience I never had in my life during a stay in a hotel. The rooms that we booked have nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the pictures provided, I was shocked when I discovered the rooms. we were there only for one night (thank God), for my sister's wedding, and we were ready to go home at 3 am and not go back to the hotel, if we didn't have 2 kids, I would have not even spend minute there There was dust in the room, it smelled bad, and there was rust in the bathroom !! this supposed to be a 5 star hotel !!! it is not even worth 1 star !!

Room condition was extremely poor

The staff was friendly but the area around the rooms is nice and clean, but the rooms are old and lack amenities. No WiFi available. I was disappointed and the rooms seem neglected.

Although a little tired after what I assume was a long closure, this hotel represents excellent value. Food was quite good and they replaced my non working fridge without quibble. Lovely bath to soak in with piping hot water.

The staff or the crew of the hotel didn't give the same services and attention to the tunisians visitors like other nationalities even if the Tunisians clients reserves from other countries.

The staff kept the property clean but it was very undated, fridge in the room didn’t work and was yellow inside, sockets didn’t work, shower water ran down side and flooded floor, only 1 lift as 1 didn’t work, big box tv, very old fashioned room, no way a 5* hotel, maybe a 3* Late checking us in as room wasn’t ready Overall very disappointing and wouldn’t stay again

We booked this hotel last minute the day of for 3 nights, they seem to have trouble receiving last minute bookings but they still accomodated us. The Hotel carpeting is disgusting and the fist rooms they have us were awful. We switched into 1 big room for our family the following day. Same issue, carpeting just nasty throughout hallways and rooms. The owner of this hotel is pocketing all this cash (likely land is paid off and very little taxes) and do the absolute bare minimum upgrades, probably paying his staff next to nothing and seemingly making them sleep there. The staff was amazing. I cant say there was even 1 person with a sour face. They were all so super nice and friendly, from the front desk to the maids to thr beach life guards. I probably wont come again unless they rip out those 30yr old carpets.

I been two nights with my family food was ok but every day it was the same menu clearness was ok The cleanest team was very disappointed I asked them about towel which I should found in my bath she was telling I will try to found for you one or two towels !at the end after two days she bring two small towel the reason I’m going outside to buy one big Plus they give the room if you know someone there or they know you for me it’s bad experience with elmouradi palace

Worst service and worst check in experience ever

At the check in I had to wait for 30 minutes because they could not find the reservation. Then after getting in the room they called me and ask me to return to the reception because I had the wrong band. No one is helping. No service at the pool. I had to wait 10 minutes to get a towel for the pool, and like 20 mins to give it back(no one was there) the internet in the room is not working.It is the worst hotel I have ever visited with 5 stars rating.

Check in took almost 30 minutes. Unacceptable. Nice facilities, room was great.

Fantastic Family Time

We, as a family, love the hotel. The staff are fantastic and kindness itself. My niece 3 loves the swimming pool - we just can’t get her out!,, Food is really good. Simply cannot find fault and recommend without any reservation.

Very good place, they asked us to pay local tax, thought we have paid 2 taxes on Expedia booking, so it’s extra money they should have taken, but the place is very good

As always it’s like going to your friends house, from the welcoming smiles at security to the your warm welcome at reception, you know you’re in for a great time. Animation make sure there is plenty going on throughout the day for all the family. Food is fab, wide range to suit all tastes. Looking forward to my next visit. Xx

It is not a 5 star

Starting from the main entrance the security was rude by asking this question : where are you going!?? , then the receptionist is not well trained he doesn't know how to find my reservation and then the bellboy was doing things awaiting for tips and when we are going to the room he did not even say one word only joking with colleagues like the housekeeper who let us wainting the lift and he gave to himself the priority to go first and during the checkout no one asked us about our experience , so shame

One of the worst place that I have visited in my life , too old building, everything's insight is very old, this a 3 stars hotel, even 3 are a lot, I have visited many 3 stars in NorthAmerica and all of them were ten time better than this hotel. Guys don'the throughout your mony.

Good hotel for the price. Above the standards of Tunisian hotels in the surrounding areas. The security guy did not let me in before showing a copy of confirmed reservation! I never seen this anywhere else in the world!

A Great Find

Loved my stay - security excellent. Food was really good. Reception staff very helpful. The staff were all very professional in their dress and demeanour. Highly recommend.

Friendly staffs nothing was too much for them to do for me. Great view to the swimming pool with personal balcony but it's a shame it wasn't by the beach. The carpet and the bathtub need updating but overall a good size room very nice. Also night entertainment and nice decor. Well equipped with gym, sauna and massage etc.

I give this hotel 0 stars !!!!! It's so boring and rooms are dirty ,very old carpet ,tv is from 1975 !!! ....at the disco there is no waiters !! Rude bartender !! .. At night it's dark they turn off all the lights ,even the reception was completely dark ..you can't even see where you walking ...I don't recommend it to anyone ...stay away

Happy in Tunisia

Our stay was good over-all. We asked for a large bed and we got two twin beds. While most folks were service oriented especially the women. We were tired and waited 2.5 hours before we could access our rooms. In most 5 star hotels, your needs will be taken care of. Tunisia has ways to go when it comes to service to catch up to the visitors who have high expectations. It should be stated however that Tunisians were very friendly and went out if their way to welcome tourists from abroad.

Generally none of the staff is service minded. For example, when I asked for schedule of the train back to Tunis, the staff told me that I could check it online. Going the extra mile means checking it for me and then giving me the information. Most of the staff do not speak English and would not attempt to communicate. The place is generally not clean and has a smell. The food is very limited in selection.

the hotel was very good and clean, easily accessable to local supermarket, taxi to the town centre is only 4 dinar about £2.00 the staff at the reception are good and friendly some of the reception people are pain in the butt and have no respect for the guest and are rude.

Fair Price Hotel

Nice Staff, Beach was a little dirty and too crowded. The hotel was nice and the staff friendly. Hammamet is much nicer than Sousse.

Value for money

The hotel is conveniently close to the beach, local shops and cafes. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are quite comfortable. Far from being 5 stars (foremost the level of service is rather low, although the personnel is trying to be helpful), but with their prices it is value for money.

Good facilities, but poor service and needs refurbishing

The hotel is certainly not five star by UK standards. The rooms are in need of rennovation, but are reasonably sized. I would describe the rooms as three star (by UK standards). The general decor of the hotel is tired. The leisure facilities at the hotel were very good. The outdoor pool was large (if a little cold in April) and the indoor pool was well maintained and warm (31C in April). The tennis courts looked good. What really lets this hotel down is its service though. We were originally given a room with twin beds (rather than a double as requested) without a working shower. The reception staff we extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, and only when we threatened to change hotel did they offer us another room. The breakfast serving staff were also very rude. Given the range of leisure facilities available, this hotel is quite good value, but don't expect too much from the rooms or the service!

Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung nach nicht mal 1 Stern verdient: Service ist terrible, nur mit Schmiergeld/Trinkgeld bekommt einen Tisch und ein Getränk. Kühlschrank in der Minibar funktioniert nicht, nach zwei Tagen haben wir einen zweiten Kühlschrank bekommen der ebenfalls nicht funktionierte, sodass die Insulinspritzen von meinem Vater kaputt gegangen sind. Es werden für 4 Personen nur 2 große Handtücher gebracht. Gesichtshandtücher habe ich nur beim ersten Tag gesehen sonst nicht mehr. Ich habe mich mehrfach beschwert und es hieß sie bringen mir welche, leider ohne Erfolg! Wenn man eine Stunde vor dem Essensschluss kommt gab es an 3 Tagen gar nichts mehr an Obst. Die Zimmer werden halbherzig gereinigt. Das Bad stinkt jedes Mal wenn man die Tür aufmacht. Beim Frühstück gibt es Pappbecher die schnell einweichen. Gläser gibt es erst beim Mittagessen

Chambre salle pas d’oreiller, pas de serviettes ni de draps malgré plusieurs réclamation. Beaucoup de rouille. Personnel à l’entrée de l’hôtel qui manque d’éducation très impoli et vulgaire. C’est la dernière fois que je réserverais cette hôtel

Vraiment déçu de l'expérience surtout pour un hôtel "5 étoiles", la chambre était très sale , le mobilier vieillard, l'attente en réception très longue et j'en passe...C'est vraiment dommage mais impossible de recommander.

Hotel tres sale que ce soit au restaurant (pas de nettoyage entre le reveillon du 31 et le petit dejeuner du matin ou dans la chambre ou il y avait meme encore dans un tiroir des habits du client precedent. Pour les serviettes, elles etaient absentes. Qui verifie que les.chambres sont faites ? Le buffet du petit dejeuner est decevant quand on a deja fait d autres hotels. L hotel est vieillissant : serrure de chambre encore avec une cle, mobiliers fatigues, frigo des annees zero. Nous avons fait une vingtaine d hotel en Tunisie ces dernieres annees et c est clairement le plus mauvais. Heureusement, une seule nuit a ete reserve.

Après avoir louer une chambre pour 2 adultes Ils m ont obligé d avoir une autre chambre single et payer plus de frais car j ai pas un acte de mariage avec moi Cet hôtel mérite pas ces 5 étoiles J ai lui dis si c étais ma cousine avec moi ou quelqun d autre il m l t répondu que ça se fait pas en Tunisie d habiter avec une femme dans la même chambre si elle est pas ta femme pi la police enquêtera …..

5 étoiles... filantes. Très mauvais état général. Meubles datant des années 70 et jamais renouvelés. Literie idem. Restauration correcte sans plus. Heureusement que le personnel est motivé et accueillant.

Bonjour, a notre arrivé après avoir réservé la chambre superior room vue mer, la réception ils ont dis que c’était pas vrai que on as pas réservé vue mer. Deuxièmement :,la femme de ménage elle a volé des choses de valeur de la chambre. J’aimerais bien être remboursé. Merci

Un soggiorno terribile. Il resort non corrisponde neanche lontanamente a ciò che dovrebbe essere a un cinque stelle, ma il vero problema sono la pulizia e la sicurezza alimentare. Asciugamani sporchi, macchiati, puntualmente decorati da capelli non nostri. Al ristorante, carne e pesce poco cotti, o non cotti affatto. Ho dovuto insistere con il cameriere perché mi cambiasse il bicchiere, che era della tavolata precedente, perché secondo lui "non era sporco". Ho trovato insetti nei cereali della colazione. Gli ospiti puntualmente mischiano le pinze per le porzioni, quando non prendono le pietanze direttamente con le mani, sotto la muta supervisione del personale. Acqua della piscina sporca, nessuno fa la doccia prima di entrare in vasca e il personale si guarda bene dal consigliarlo. Sui tavolini è consueto trovare avanzi di cibo e bevande circondati da insetti. Non parliamo neanche del mare: l'acqua è limpidissima, peccato solo io non ami fare il bagno circondata da quantità imbarazzanti di alghe, plastica, sigarette e preservativi. Però lo staff toglie prontamente le meduse, questo c'è da dirlo. Animazione pressoché inesistente.
