Convenient and cheerful!!!

The hotel is ideally located from the old city center and castle. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. It’s very convenient and affordable. The beds are very hard.

Location was in the old town and we had two days to rest with lots to see very near the hotel.

Nice people, nice room, but air conditioning didn’t work and my room was like an oven. I could not sleep. Breakfast was meagre a coffee, a juice and a croissant but it only cost 4.70 euros. Everything was lovely, just a shame that the roasting room spoilt the stay

Great Hotel

Good location and clean, charming rooms. Right across from the Castillo and close to restaurants and shopping. Customer service was great.

Nice location, but service is an issue

The room I requested, was given to some other person. The person at the front desk was nice, but unable to really solve things. The location was nice, they just have to make sure you get what you paid for! Twin is a twin bed, queen is a queen bed, (2 people). Make sure you call before arriving, you might just have a smoking room if you request a non smoking

Great location next to the Castle and Camino

Very good premise, with very kind helpful staff and very clean. Wonderful location, it is less than 3 minutes walk to the Castle and the beginning/continuation of the Camino.

I am happy to say that I do not recognise some of the negative comments that I read about this hotel. We were served by the kindest staff, had a good made to order breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, excellent dinners and free parking. The room was adequate, the bathroom very good. My only moan would be that I prefer a duvet over blanket and sheet.

Great location and friendly staff. Beautiful mountain views. Bed was small and uncomfortable, with one long shared pillow.

Great place to take a break while doing The Camino

The hotel is near all the major attractions. Also, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nice place for Camino stay

We were walking the Camino and it was a clean basic but nice place to stay. Everyone was helpful and very friendly.

First stop on El Camino

This was our first place we book while walking a section of the El Camino. The place was very clean. Very nice bathrooms. Had a little cafe to have breakfast before heading out in the morning. Would recommend.

Close to castle

If your visiting the town, you wont need much more

Lovely hotel, in a really nice town, and a good location within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Would stay there again.

Close to the castle.... actually it's right next door to the castle. Not far from downtown.

Sin duda la máxima nota. La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca del casco histórico, con muchas opciones de restauración y con sitio para aparcar. El personal es muy amable, atento y profesional. Todo muy limpio y renovado. La cama era muy cómoda. El servicio de restaurante/cafetería tiene muchas opciones con una excelente relación calidad/precio. El desayuno continental es fantástico, con zumo de naranja natural y pan tipo tradicional.

Creo que la decoración de la habitación se podría mejorar.

Perfectamente ubicado

Un lugar sencillo y con excelente ubicación, no ocupas más realmente, la ciudad es preciosa asi que lo único que ocupas es llegar y dormir.

La mayoría de los alojamientos de este tipo Tienen una botella de agua que se agradece al llegar

I would go there again

The staff and the atmosphere is a bit strange. In the reception they put many signs with their rules and what not do etc. Was not really welcoming. But the rooms are spacious and clean. WIfi was free, parking no Problem and it is very Close to the Templer Castle and the City. We stayed just one night and did not use the restaurant

Bien y mal.

Primero voy a decir lo bueno. Facilidad para aparcar, algo que encuentro muy importante y muy escaso si te alojas en el centro. Habitación correcta para el precio. Muy mala conexión wifi y avise dos veces. A la tercera me di por vencido y trabajé con el internet de mi móvil. El desayuno también dejo que desear. La encargada de la cafetería muy prepotente. Ya que no había contratado el desayuno junto con la habitación le pedí que me informara, por favor, de los precios. Como estaba corriendo me saco una lista de precios de una carpeta que tenía guardado y me hizo leerme las más de 6/7 páginas que tenía la lista de precio con todas las referencias que tenía en el bar. Obviamente no me las leí y pedí sin saber lo que me iban a cobras. Algo que encuentro lo peor.

Un estancia muy agradable

Habitación muy limpia, amplia y moderna. La cama muy cómoda. El personal muy amable. Inmejorable situación en pleno casco histórico. Volveré a repetir sin duda

Hotel enfrente del castillo templario en pleno centro historico, con unas estupendas instalaciones y unachabitacion amplia, comoda y en perfecto estado. Sin duda regresaremos a Ponferrada y a este hotel. Muy satisfecho de haberlo elegido.

Partenza per Santiago

Centralissimo davanti al castello dei Templari. Hall un pochino dimessa ma corridoi e camere molto ben sistemati. Pulitissimo. Camera grande con vasca doccia e bidet. Ottima climatizzazione. Colazione al bar dell' hotel piacevole. Staff giovane ma efficiente e disponibile. Value for money

Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Castillo de los Templarios und zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind schlicht modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten ein ruhiges zum Hof gelegenes Zimmer. Gefrühstückt haben wir sehr gut in der nahegelegenen Cafeteria Panaderia Liébana, die ich bei der Gelegenheit nur empfehlen kann.

Hotel correcto, la zona del desayuno podría ser más amplia y más atendida, poca variedad. Por lo demás correcto, la zona inmejorable.

Excelente hotel en Ponferrada

Ubicación inmejorable y muy buen trato. Importante que tiene aparcamiento.

Pedimos en reserva cama de matrimonio, si no lo hubieran ofertado así no hubiéramos reservado allí, lo único valorable positivamente es la ubicación. Humedades en el techo del baño. Camas pequeñas con colchones incómodos. No No lo recomendaría, a menos que se busque un sitio céntrico.
