I had an amazing stay at El Beso in the Dominican Republic! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional customer service truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my vacation was perfect. A special shoutout to José Jimenez, our buckler, who made the experience unforgettable. José was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. Whether it was arranging special requests, offering personalized recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was to our liking, José’s professionalism and warmth made us feel truly cared for. The resort itself was beautiful, with stunning amenities, great food, and a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. However, it was the outstanding service that made this trip so memorable. I can’t wait to return to El Beso and hope to see José and the rest of the amazing team again! Highly recommend!
Very beautiful property with some great staff
El Beso - Will Definitely Return
Just came back from El Beso Punta Cana. Had never been before, and would give it 4.5 stars. In particular was the spectacular service provided by our butler, Jose. He was always available, even on days off. Always had a smile on his face, and would respond to every request in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about him. The property itself has everything you would want. The food is good, and has quite a bit of variety. The French restaurant was our favourite. The only detractor would be the beach. For Punta Cana, I expected a better beach. Maybe I'm too used to Bavaro Beach and it's sugar white sand. We also enjoyed the combination of a family side, and an adults only side. Having no children or grandchildren with us allowed us to retreat to a more peaceful environment.
We stayed at Ocean El Beso for our honeymoon, and while it was a memorable trip, there were some highs and lows. The staff made a fantastic first impression, welcoming us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and delicacies in our room, which was cleaned daily and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was the foam pool party—it was vibrant, fun, and truly unforgettable! We also loved the lazy river, which was perfect for relaxing and added to the charm of our experience. However, the beach was disappointing. The water wasn’t clean, and it wasn’t the white sand beach we had envisioned. The buffet food was average, but the reservation-only restaurants were excellent. A special thanks to our e-concierge, Johanser Mazara, who reserved tables for us each night, ensuring we had fantastic dining experiences. Unfortunately, the H10 app was misleading, showing activities and events that weren’t planned, which was frustrating. To add to this, I left my jacket at the reception during check-out, and the guest services team was unhelpful in resolving the issue, leaving us with a sour note at the end of our trip. Overall, we had a good time, with highlights like the foam party and lazy river making up for some of the shortcomings. Ocean El Beso is a nice choice for couples, but there’s room for improvement in communication and guest services.
We loved everything about this resort not to far from airport , staff is wonderful , everyone is so helpful we enjoyed our stay
The only complaint I have about our stay was the couch in our room. The couch had an odour emanating from it that would be very similar to a basket of sweaty dirty socks. Considering we were only in the room to sleep, it did not ruin our vacation, however catching a whiff of that smell every so often was not pleasant. Also our cleaning service never gave us clean cups in our bathroom. We ended up having to wash them daily ourselves. They cleaned everything else very nicely, so again not a major issue but it would have been nice to have fresh cups to use.
El resort tiene que mejorar en el entretenimiento y en el mantenimiento de las facilidades, especialmente las habitaciones.
Nice stay overall. The rooms could be maintained better
Rooms are nice, food was average, beach is okay, not walkable.
Enjoyed my stay, Great hotel, will definitely come back!
I give high standard level in everything. The only comment will be the beach area, there is not enough chairs, it is not acceptable to not find a chair to sit anywhere at the beach. I hope they add umbrellas too.
We had a wonderful stay at El Beso, Ocean El Faro, Adults only. Although our flight was delayed for almost 6 hours, when we arrived at the hotel, the check-in was smooth and the staff helped us get into our room very fast. The staff brought us immediately at El Mercado restaurant, a buffet place for our first dinner on Christmas day. Lots of seafoods and other foods still available at the buffet even though we arrived at about 9:30PM. We liked the area as it is secluded and quite. Loved the amenities and enjoyed playing lawn tennis, basketball, bowling, chess & archery. Lots of places to hang out like sports bars, piano bar, etc. The area is huge that we enjoyed our morning walk/jog (from the guard gate to beach area is about 2 kms). We liked the Mike's place, a coffee shop where you can order your special coffee, etc. Swimming pools with bars are great too with lots of other things to do in the area to unwind and relax like playing table tennis, billiards, water volleyball, beach volleyball, etc. Our personal butler, Jose Miguel Jimenez assigned to us was super nice and friendly. He helped us got reservations in 5 restaurants and facilitated our request to have 2 queen beds for our son's room. He constantly in contact everyday for delay updates. One thing that I would recommend is to make the beach clean. Lots of seaweeds, and some litters too - this is something the hotel needs to improve on. But overall, it was an awesome vacation we had at El Beso, highly recommend.
Staff and service, food and ambience. Fully enjoyed
Americans would understand the term “landlord special” that is how I would describe our room. Looked like poor quality work. Spots of paint over spray in areas. Our room had a leak in the hallway to the door. Housekeeping never had any washcloths to restock us. The mini fridge/bar was very limited. The reservation restaurants were wonderful and good quality. We did Route 66 one night and my brisket was so tough. One day they ran out of beach towels but didn’t matter since we dried off just laying in the sun. The buffets were okay-ish. Had better at Golden Corral though. Pools were very clean. They do have people walking around trying to get you signed up for their premium club for a free gift. My neck was killing me so we took them up on the offer to listen to the spiel for a 20 min couples massage which was well work it! Overall I would say average experience. We got a great deal on the stay there so I feel it was worth the price. Look.
The new el beso lobby is great..The bartender there "Oliver" made the trip.
First, the good. Jose, our butler provided through our Expedia VIP access, is a superstar among the great employees at this property. If it were not for Jose's attentive response to the issues we had with our room, we would have promptly left. Second reason you need Jose is to make dinner reservations. Without this daily assistance, you can wait hours to get into one of the sit-down restaurants. Final good point, when the food was good, it was excellent. There were times where things were not to our liking, or tasted a bit off (avoid the pasta salad at the buffet), but those experiences were the exception, not the rule. Now for the bad, in order of experience. At check in, you are accosted by the Time Share sales people who claim to be your "concierge", and will make you believe they have a "welcome gift" for you. In reality, they waste 2 hours of your vacation for a free 20 minute scalp massage. I'd avoid this if you value your time. Next, at check in, you are immediately presented with an option to upgrade to "Privilege" status. The only discernable benefit of this package is the service of a butler and bath robes. Since we had the benefit of Jose with our Expedia booking status, we chose to forego the additional $120 USD charge per day for this "upgrade." Running out of room for the review. Room didn't have a functional refrigerator, hair dryer, or outdoor jacuzzi (after days of work, Jose was able to get the tub fixed for us, although it still leaked).
The property is super outdated for a five star hotel. Lots of stray cats roaming around in the restaurant, beaches, around the rooms etc. not very adult friendly. The staff were polite, nice and friendly and that’s about it. I definitely won’t stay here again, if I ever came back to Punta Cana.
We loved our room, oceanfront with Jacuzzi on rooftop. We are definitely thinking of going back next year. Only issue was we felt some pressure for the travel club. Will not do that next time though. Food was standard, we are not picky so was good enough. Overall the hotel was nice, people were nice, and we felt safe.
It was great
The property was beautiful! Lunch/snack options were limited and overall food quality was fair.
Food was average, shows were average and front end staff was bad.
.
Our stay with Ocean El Faro El Beso was the best choice. Staff were amazing and friendly. Good food and entertainment were great. Highly recommend this resort.
Overall a very positive experience. We didn't enjoy the sollicitation (outside the dinning hall, on the beach, etc). But we would recommend to friends and would like to go back someday.
The food and the entertainment.
Excellent staff all of them were excellent
HATED EVERYTHING
Pros: The grounds are well organized. When you arrive, there is a large area for guests to settle and check in. Once you step out onto the grounds there is a strip with restaurants, a shop, spa, gym, and entertainment areas. We stayed at the adult section which was well worth it. There are multiple pools, one was more relaxing the other had activities during the day. If you have children, the family area has a small water-park vibe and multiple pools. There is a good selection of restaurants, buffets, and places to grab a quick bite. I loved the entertainment, there was bowling, arcade games, billiards, archery, and the evening shows were diverse and well planned. Cons: When we arrived the bell boy was very friendly, however was too concerned with convincing us to attend a time share instead of explaining what the hotel had to offer. The time share was more concerned with making a sale than explaining what the hotel had to offer. Our booking came with a gift which we had to ask for and did not receive until the 3 days of our stay. We received one free message for attending the time share. The massage was ok, it felt a bit rushed, but afterwards I smelled like I came out of a fryer as if they used canola oil. My husband and I were curious as to what the free relaxation area was at the spa and took a tour where we learned that if you purchase a massage, you get access to the sauna/spa area. I was not offered this when I came for my massage. The spa was not very inviting.
Overall we had a great time at the resort. We stayed for 5 days (4 nights) at El beso. Pros: - Food was amazing, lots of choices, good for vegetarians, lots of restaurants to choose from - Concierge staff was very helpful (Jose was amazing!!). Always asked if we were doing well during our stay and helped us with reservations and extras we needed. Easy to reach out to on Whatsapp - Lots of activities to do during the day - Clean Beach Cons: - Service was a little slow/staff seemed to be slightly disinterested - Shampoo/Body wash did not smell good - Our room was a bit far from the lobby, needed to walk at least 5 mins each way - Washrooms could be cleaned better, saw a cockroach near the toilet
The most beautiful vacation 🩷 Our stay at Ocean El Faro couldn’t have been better. From the staff to the property itself, everything was phenomenal. For those interested in this property, it is absolutely worth the visit. I would do it a million times over. Here are some key highlights and suggestions based on our experience: ▪️If only adults, I strongly recommend booking el beso, you have access to two of your own pools and seating area in the buffet ▪️For AMAZING drinks and service, visit the Piano Bar. Carlos is honestly the best, an incredible mixologist and whips up the most delicious drinks. (Espresso martinis are 💯) ▪️If booking the a la cartes, Sakura is the best. It’s a fun show and the food is great! The steak house would be second choice. ▪️Bring cat/dog treats, there are many cats, as well as a couple dogs. They’re all friendly and love a snack. ▪️Take a trip up the lighthouse, the view is well worth it ▪️Bring US cash with you, and not in large bills. It’s not easy to make change on the resort. Only the Bell Boys and some of the bars are able to make change, but usually only later in the day and in small amounts. ▪️BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL - I’ve seen so many complain about treatment from the staff but also witnessed many vacationers be rude and impatient. Be patient, be friendly. It goes a long way. ▪️Francis and Juan Carlos at the el beso pool bar make the best Malibu bay breeze and ceasars - get one.. or many Enjoy!!
Positives: most of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Property was beautiful and had anything you would need. Beautiful beach, lots of fun activities. Negatives: the staff at the Mexico resort were very much more friendly and welcoming compared to DR, it seemed they were not happy being there serving people, eg. they forgot our orders 3 times at 3 different restaurants . One of the washrooms flooded in the restaurant and caused a very unpleasant scene. Room was given an hour later but they accommodate for it with a later checkout. The phone in the room didn’t work and when asked to fix they never did (that was very inconvenient).
The Food was amazingly Great.
Very inconsistent with customer service and restaurant staff
Ocean El Faro was amazing I would definitely come back again. My host Jose Miguel was awesome he checked in on me everyday making sure I had everything i needed for a comfortable stay, he even helped me make all my reservations for the restaurants. He was great.
Too much emphasis on Premium club at times it went out to insult the guest who were paying you the most. Please add more dining options for east Indian customers. We couldn't eat anywhere because things are simply too plan. FOOD WAS THE MAIN ISSUE FOR THIS POOR RATING.
N/A
I came to celebrate my birthday I enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and wonderful they go about and be on for the guests
Excelente hotel me encantó
We had a great vacation. I thought they would do a little more considering it was my partners bday but it wasn’t a big deal. The food was good for a resort. Our favorite was the steakhouse and the breakfast buffet.
The lobby and dining areas along with the entertainment was fantastic. Food And drinks were good. We loved our swim out room.
I traveled solo to Ocean El Faro/El Beso and had a great time. The property grounds are beautiful. The pools are clean, beach is breath taking and the restaurants are delicious. The staff at El Beso are attentive and friendly. Josè Miguel assisted me my entire trip. He made getting transportation, booking reservations, and navigating property grounds a breeze. He helped with my questions/concerns and overall, made sure my trip was enjoyable and stress free.
Had a great time. There was a storm while I was there and my room ceiling started leaking. They moved me to another room immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools are awesome along with the lazy river.
My hopes are that this review helps you choose your vacation as much as other reviews helped me. I honestly really loved this resort. There are many restaurant options with good food. There are quiet pools and party pools all with bars at the pools! There is a lazy river and beautiful beach. The beach includes the regular wave area and a natural pool that you can swim all day long. Staff: They are very polite. I loved the restaurant personnel, bartenders (the best), and the entertainment people. Facility: Enormous with lots of things to do. Events all day long and still time to chill. It all depends on what kind of vacation you want. Tips and advice: If I were you, I would bring American dollars instead of pesos. They use dollars more than anything here. Do a boat excursion. It is worth it. The resort beach is good, but the boat excursion will take you to the beautiful Caribbean beaches. When I did mine, the group I was with on the boat started very quiet and everyone was from a different place of the world. Towards the end, everyone was drunk, singing, and dancing at the boat. It was the best time. All ages too. The grandmas from Canada were having the best fun there. Be polite but not too much: People will try to sell you everything at all times. If you stop and listen to them, they will keep you forever and pressure you into buying things. They will always hype up the price. Say hola back and keep walking. Trust me.
My fiance and I just returned from our one week vacation. Before going we had many not so great reviews and were nervous about what we'd experience. There were of course little things that could be improved with the resort, but you will find that anywhere. With such a large property in such wet conditions its impossible to keep on top of everything all of the time. Everyday there was staff upkeeping the property, so the pride was evident. What made the trip, however, was our butler José. Before we arrived he had already been in contact with us. Any issues that came up he was very prompt in addressing them and personally making sure it was rectified or we were helped. He was super friendly and made the stay even better. 10/10.
Muy bonita propiedad , best customer service and good food . Entertaiment very good. No time to be bored.
Everything was perfect during the trip. Absolutely loved it.
Horrible service at restaurants & poor hospitality. It was a shame truly, the property was beautiful but the service was just not good at all.
We stayed on the El Beso side and had 2 rooms. One rooftop & one Swimout. No complaints about location or cleanliness. Plenty of food options. Staff was always polite. Grounds Crew were always out working. If rainy or real humid the tiles in front of room and around pool are slippery, so wear shoes with traction. Other than that I would recommend to anyone & would definitely come back. There was a nice balance with activities, quiet areas, party pool, quiet pool etc. something for everyone.
The greatest part was Johanser Maraza. He was WONDERFUL overall the resort was fine. I don’t expect perfect English but you would think that the entertainment team would speak English and when at the pool areas, Everything was is Spanish.
The staff was awesome, Johanser very professional and top service. Main pool Francis and Juan Carlos exelent service. Rooms was cleaned every day clean towels as well. Overall it was an awesome experience. I would definitely go back
Where to begin… Firstly the food was worse than the horrible.. horrendous. Luxury is not a standard in this department. The chef director has to be reevaluated. Not one restaurant had decent food. -5/5 The rooms are not kept up to date, paint clippings, bathroom tiles loose. 3/5 The grounds were not always kept clean. I will never stay in this hotel again or any associated hotels with this company
We had a great time with our group, but there were times we were a little frustrated. At check in, we asked about upgrading our room with our Expedia Gold status, but the receptionist had no clue what we were talking about. He said someone else would call us the next day, but nobody ever did. We also struggled to get reservations for dinner and that was frustrating. Food was good, staff was pleasant, it wasn’t very crowded, so we enjoyed our time there.
Property is well kept i said on the adults side Only thing i didn’t like was the food and the reservation . Food was very mid for it to be all inclusive . When i got to my room someone was already in it luckily she was dressed . I was upset because the room i requested was suppose to be decorated for my birthday . They switched my room so i had no decorations and my rooftop jazucci was dirty so for The first day i couldn’t get in the jacuzzi waiting on staff to come clean it was a hassle. Other than that i had a peaceful time . .
Great looking resort. Staff provided friendly service. Had issue with a/c, but was addressed appropriately by management after a day. Highly recommended.
We've travelled south many times, with Punta Cana being our top destination choice. Oceans El Faro (El Beso) has been our favorite thus far. The beach wasn't quite as nice as some of the places we've been, but everything else was absolutely amazing, so that was easily overlooked. Our son and his wife suggested it as they have been there a few times. We highly recommend this resort. We will definately return.
We didn’t like being bombarded about signing up for a time share and judgment that came from staff. Will not be returning.
Our experience at this hotel was spectacular. The staff is caring, we feel safe at all times. We enjoyed a warm welcome and continuous support from staff. This is our second trip to Punta Cana and we will come back again to this hotel as soon as our next vacation. Everybody was always kind and trying to make our stay pleasant. Carlos Carter Guest Experience Specialist was our support even before we checked in. The team under the Premiun family Sandy, Eligio and Carolyn are the best, thank you for helping us enjoy our vacation to be great!
The facility was beautiful and very clean. The issue I had was the process to make reservations was not efficient, out our one week stay we were able to get two one by me paying 55.00 for a bottle of wine for the steak house which was awful service was terrible and the meal was not good at all and the second one we got by chance because we overheard another guest booking online, this is unacceptable. We went for dinner at rt66 to be told that things we wanted they were all out of how could this be . The property is so big and yes there are trams running but we waited 30 min to get a ride to the beach.
Loved it
Pleasure to have vacation here.
Beautiful resort friendly staff. We will visit again.
Beautiful property friendly staff. I will definitely visit again.
Exceptional staff, very kind and welcoming people throughout the resort
Property was clean, staff were wonderful and kind. They need more frequent golf trolleys as the property is really big and the sun can be very draining. The rooms are musty and smell dated. Pools are very relaxing, including the lazy river. They need to provide more floaters for the lazy river as they only had 2-3 for such a large property so everyone is forced to purchase floaters in the gift shop then have to pay to have it blown up. If the property provides a lazy river they should also provide the floaters. Loved Mike’s coffee shop just wished they kept it opened until midnight.
Beautiful place. Excellent food selection at buffet. We are pleased with the property. Room very well kept. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Everything I like
I was told I had to pay for airport transportation due to me booking through Expedia. Since, I didn't book through the hotel I wasn't able to have transportation to airport or given a discount at a reasonable price.
!
I like everything
Resort had a lot to offer it was just such a large property it made it difficult to go everywhere you wanted.
Just perfect
It was amazing the whole experience
Johansen was yhe besy The spe didnt acspt tne 60$vasher that i get from you as a vip gess
*Alejandro Mr. Get It Done is always incredible! He has an amazing personality and is so grateful. He knows how to move the crowd and keep their attention. He has great relationships with his peers and the guests. Every time I visit this resort, he gets even better. He deserves whatever he asks for. Wanda** is amazing. She is funny, smart, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her smile and daily greetings make her special. She is kind and knows how to pivot. Wanda is sharp on her toes and creative. She always makes me feel like I want to return to this resort a million times over. Wanda, thank you for being amazing. **Johana** is always incredible. He is thoughtful and sincere, ensuring everyone has a good time. I am thankful for all that he does to entertain the guests. He can dance and knows how to keep the crowd going. Thank you for always being personable. **Francesca** is soft-spoken and easy-going, with a bright smile and vibrant energy. She was a bubble of energy during Zumba classes. Thank you for conducting stellar classes and keeping me moving. Can’t wait to come back. **Esteban**, you are doing an excellent job training and developing your team. It’s clear they want the guests to have a great experience at all times. They always go the extra mile, which takes a leader. They see you go the extra mile, and that motivates them to be better. Dominga and Daybelis are my favorite so kind and nice to me and my husband lucky **Naomi** is the best—hands down. S
Here at El Beso with my friends for two birthday celebrations, and I cannot get past the fact that we were profiled because of who we are. We are hardworking, genuine people who are only looking to have a good time. It has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening to face such discrimination, especially while trying to enjoy a birthday celebration. It was embarrassing how we were handled at the buffet on Friday, 9/6. The supervisor told us we could not enter with short sleeve shirts on, while others were seated in basketball shorts and crop tops. These people were never challenged and they were all white. When confronted, the manager told us, "You have to understand the culture." What does that even mean? This is an INTERNATIONAL resort. If your employees are not comfortable with the LGBT community, that should be clearly stated in your establishment's bio. Today is my birthday, and I feel too uncomfortable to go to dinner because the discrimination has been too much for me to handle. I wanted to enjoy the lighthouse dinner, but now I don't want to spend any of my money at this hotel where gay men are not respected and are profiled based on an employee's personal beliefs.
Best resort I've been in the Dominican so far
Is very good for me and my family
Overall great experience would definitely visit again. The only thing was the employee hardly wanted to provide good service. You had to ask for coffee every morning and refills. The staff seems scattered and not trained to provide exceptional customer service. Go with patience to wait.
Staff,room,service,food.All above average!!!!!
Amazing water and beaches surround the property. There are many different food options available and pool activities - With all the families around it seemed like a great spot to take family and kids, despite staying in the adults only section. Downsides was that service was slow and every coffee or drink tasted a lot like the syrup they use to make it.
I liked everything
This resort was absolutely beautiful, however, the food was not the best. I feel as people paying for an all-inclusive resort, they should put more effort into making sure that the food is in better conditions, so that people do not get sick like me. The breakfast was the best, well anything that was actually cooked in front of me were. A lot of the staff tried to get you to buy things or become a premium or exclusive member for “better” perks. Will I stay here again? No, not unless the food gets better cause they didn’t even try.
The property is beautiful, clean and everyone is friendly. They need a better system for reservation for dining. There is part of the bech that is beautiful and another part that has big rocks in the ocean. They have golf carts that travel around and pick you up if you want a ride because it is a big property. I think they would benefit to get more rafts for the lazy river. They have like 10 so everyone was purchasing them at the store there. We gave ours away so someone else could enjoy it. Also could use mire shops to buy things. I like the set up of stores on one side and activities and restaurants on the other side. The food was terrible. There were a few items we enjoyed like the fresh fruits and homemade waffles for breakfast. I had a good pork chop at the the steakhouse. They don't have beef taco's but have fish and shrimp which i did not eat. The pizza, and hamburger suck. Overall was nice and quiet we went in August but both ended up with diarrhea after 2 or 3 days of the food.
Had a blast with my boyfriend here. Staff is extremely nice, super clean. The food could be better, but overall great experience. Will definitely be coming back
All was well … staff not very friendly and smiling
Wow! Amazing 5 Stars for us ! See you again soon
I been at this resort twice, the first was at Ocean El Faro everything was great, the food average but the staff was great, the second time was at El Beso which was not so great, first i came back in my room there was an empty beer can on my dresser next to my bed which no one investigated, the casino was closed throughout my trip, the bowling alley was always full of young kids, the entertainment was great, i invited a friend to come at this resort to celebrate her birthday she was in building 10 the elevator was broke on her whole stay in making complaints no further action until we spoke to manager for her room to be on first floor on her last few days that she had to walk up and down 20 steps, the manager told her on her birthday there will be decorations at this particular restaurant there was none, there can be more golf carts for rides to and from destination, the reason i came back was the staff being very nice. Also the housekeeper flipped the bed sheets instead of clean sheets. Would i go back No.
Good overall. Spa is outdated.
I stayed with my husband for 7 days in this beautiful hotel. Staff are very friendly and food was awesome. I’d definitely go back to this hotel. The coffee shop was amazing and also the 24/7 food is so convenient
The customer service is terrible. Super hard music can't rest, it's vulgar. The first night when I got up to urinate, I slipped because there was a spill from the roof. They take away his eating utensils without asking before finishing. Picinas sucias
Staff was wonderful. Food was good but not as much selection as other resorts.
Had a lovely stay at Ocean El Faro - Adults only. Highly recommend this resort. Pros: -Beautiful grounds and decor, perfect for photos. Plenty of amenities with daily activities like Spanish lessons, workout classes, pool parties, shows, bowling, gym, and shopping. There's also a casino. -Clean resort with constant upkeep, though the pool turned green one day but was quickly fixed. Room cleanliness was decent, with some small mold specks (7/10). -Wide variety of food options, not all great but satisfactory overall. -Secure property with security guards patrolling the perimeter and stationed near our room. Cons: - Customer service varied; some staff were warm and helpful, while others were dismissive. Speaking Spanish helps. - Persistent salespeople offering excursions and spa days, polite but frequent. The "Dominican Market" event featured very pushy vendors who used scare tactics, claiming to appear only once every 15 days, but we saw them again just 2 days later. Overall, again, would definitely recommend this resort!
Love the resort!! The food was ok, not the best, but it was eatable only complaint is it was hard to get ahold of the staff to get maintenance to the room. I would definitely return in the future.
The hotel was great. Most of the workers spoke English. The pools were clean and blue. Plenty of partying planned by the resort.
This resort is absolutely beautiful, the food was great. Entertainment was excellent, if you have children this is a great resort many activities for them. Depending on the building your staying in you may have to walk a distance to the restaurants and entertainment. (They do have go carts, if you can catch one) What I absolutely did not like is the sale reps from “premium club.” My significant other and I were told that we were getting a “tour” of the property something like a “welcome tour” however we ended up being swindled into hearing about a premium club for $30,000. It took about 2-3 hours of our time when we were told 1 hour. This was also our actual first day there due to us getting in late the night before. After we nicely declined the offer after being told “you don’t have to do it” we were met with disrespect and questioning about why we were declining. The women who was about the numbers tried to blame our decision on the sales rep who was absolutely fabulous by the way “Luis.” It was very distasteful and they make you feel really awful with the things they say such as “it’s not taking food off your table.” Besides from this major thing the resort was stunning, great, and clean. Now that I know what to look out for I will absolutely return to this resort.
The property is next to the ocean. The beach is nice and clean.
I absolutely enjoyed my stay . I would have given 5 stars but the food wasn’t really that good.
the food isn’t to good it’s a very small place not much todo and not everything is open all night the club sucks if you want to just relax this is a good place but if your trying to party pick another place

The staff were nice but inconsistent with service and table setting/service. The showers leaked lots of water and it smelled a bit musty in the rooms. The buildings were a bit outdated. The cleaning staff were good but the food room service wasn’t 24hr free, pay for late night room service. The food was average, the pools were great! The djs replayed the same setlists throughout the week. The restaurants are hard to find clean seating at the buffet because it’s a sit yourself style. The lazy river was fun!!!
