Great food and customer service
We really enjoyed our stay. Customer service is excellent and every member of staff went out of their way to make our time enjoyable at Eden Roc. Food options are amazing and really good quality. But we didn’t rooms were 5 star standard. Our booking was a superior double and although the sea view was amazing, we felt the quality of furnishings etc were quite poor. The stay at Eden Roc was part of a longer stay in Rhodes and our previous 2 star apartment had much better quality furnishings!
All the staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond their duty and always with smiles on their faces. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent. This was our first time at Eden Roc and hopefully won't be our last. Can see why holiday makers come back to Eden Roc again and again and more. Like the staff fellow holiday makers were all happy and friendly.
Some things need help, they are run down, not enough help. hard to get good workers, but they try hard to please all guests. All around it was worth it, hopefully we will do it again next year. Enjoy!
Amazing hotel but the cleanliness is not the best.
The most amazing resort hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing place, great beach and the restaurants are superb. The staff is very accommodating. Very happy
TA spacial.place near the sea.
Great resorts, above expectation food!
Great resort with amazing food - above expectations for the price we paid, especially at the a la carte restaurants. Good pool facilities. Few slides for the kids - could benefit from more in the kids pool area, maybe a couple of smaller ones for our little ones. Fantastic service overall, minor point was on one or two occasions housekeeping was not up to point but nothing major. Overall extremely good value for money!
First of all, the staff were excellent. So friendly and very helpful and any request was addressed promptly. The dinning options were great and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from. The hotel has access to a private beach with beach beds which was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the conditions of the room and some areas on the property which all could use a bit of an update. My first room was refurbished except for the bathroom which looked very old and had mold. Def not 5star! I switched rooms the following day and had a complete renovated room which was lovely. There were some issues which having hot water in the shower which was solved promptly. Overall a great holiday.
Amazing
What an amazing hotel beautiful surroundings staff and place couldn’t recommend it more highly
Disappointed by the dated rooms and lack of cleanliness of the rooms; particularly for a 5 star hotel
A family wedding, arrived about midnight and we were given a Glas of champagne, reception were very helpful . Told us what to do and where to go. The room was amazing a bottle of wine and fruit were waiting for us The food was top knotch loads to choose from. The staff were helpfull and friendly The entertainment was good the beech was always clean Definitely returning next year
Great hotel, plenty of food choice in the restaurants. Choice of all inclusive drinks was fantastic.
Incredible food and drinks, the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Staff go above and beyond. Some areas need a little TLC however nothing major just cosmetic. We love it here and will return
Best Family holidays
The Hotel overall has great facilities and restaurants. We had a Garden Bungalow which was spacious (family of 4) and well furnished. Pool areas need renovetion same as Pool view bungalows.
I liked food , drinks but in the dining room plates was dirty 😕 and some glasses
Excellent hotel and facilities, food options very good and excellent staff. Highly recommended
Honesty
Service terrible, had to ask to be served in restaurants, struggled to get bookings to eat in restaurants requiring reservations, staff went to tables that tipped for better service. Bar staff were rude if you went to bar within an hour of them closing. Seen them on multiple times filling up wine bottles from tap behind bar. Did not provide bed at first for child booked into room. Bathroom was marked bad with water damage, bathroom shower tray did not hold the water in we had to use towel to stop it flooding bathroom and squeeze the water out each use. Cleaners didn’t clean behind doors and dust built up. Left laundry on bed to be washed, it was returned still dirty and had to show dirty bibs and tops to reception staff who had been informed it was done. Childrens pool lifeguard appeared drunk at times, fell asleep and didn’t notice the pool was closed we had to wake him up. Appeared with a black eye admitted fighting out of work, then openly told us he was getting sacked. Children’s pool toilets were not checked if clean throughout the day. Lots of debris in pool and didn’t see it cleaned once during 2 week stay. The one amazing thing about Eden Roc is the food, 5 stars to the chefs that you don’t get to see or thank. Management are shocking.
Best Resort Hotel in Rhodes !
Amazing place ! We are family of 12 people - from 79 years old till 7 years old. We all enjoy it very much ! I must mention Mary at the reception and Stavros, Captain Jeorge, Martha, Raluka, Rafaela and others at the high quality restaurants.
Family get together
Reception, restaurant and animation staff all wonderful. Food was also very good, especially the al a carte restaurants. Building obviously old but lovely reception area. Rooms - had to ask twice to have it cleaned and twice for clean towels and toilet paper. On the days it was clean there still remained a streak of the last guests toothpaste on the inside of sink which we could see in the mirror. Didn’t bother complaining about it as didn’t want to appear as Mainer’s as we enjoyed everything else. Had 2 massages during my visit which were lovely.
Lovely place to stay
An amazing stay. Will be booking next year.
The food was great and the beach was awesome
Great family vacation
Amazing service. The hotel itself is not fancy but has everything you need for a great vacation
Staffs is perfect, some of the restaurant is perfect
Great place for family vacations
It's a really nice place for family vacations, kids fit right in; overall good food, excellent animation support; gym is rather pure quality for such level of a hotel, SPA has rather average facilities but good staff - had a great massage there, but be careful there is no price list so check what you are offered as prices differ by customer
Not enough beach towels (blue towels)always out
Restaurants were excellent
Nice staff, ok food
The pool areas, location and service were enjoyable. Our room was a little dirty when we arrived in the pool side bungalow, and after telling the reception the room was cleaned again. After that incident we were very happy with our lovely cleaning lady. In general our room was a little bit out of date. The food at the resort was plenty, but nothing remarkable in taste. Some gluten free options available as well. We were travelling with a baby, and all the staff was exceptionally welcoming to us as a family. Overall, we were generally satisfied with our stay.
The best cuatomer service we have ever had. Staff extremely helpful and friendly
Excellent,
Yoga classes, water slide, games room, large chess set, lovely restaurants, sun rise, moon on sea
Best hotel
Best hotel with great staff concentrating on the details
The hotel and amenities are superb but it really is the staff that make the hotel. They cannot do enough to help.....they are always smiling and attentive and somehow they remember each person's needs. Would highly recommend.
All is fine thanks for you my family was enjoyed.
Mixed review, but great for the price
We really enjoyed our stay, but we had a few issues that nearly ruined it for us. Overall it was a great value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone for 3-6 days. After that, the food gets repetitive. For example, we were only there 4 days, but 2 of those were "Greek night" in the buffet. Unfortunately we had to do the buffet because all of the nicer restaurants were fully booked when we arrived. What's the point of promoting 5 restaurants when we could only eat at one of them? I felt cheated. But the free cocktails and other drinks were great. Unfortunately there was always a wait - at least 5 people in every queue for drinks, usually with only one person making the drinks. The pools were great and not too crowded. The beach was not so great - it wasn't sand or stone - it was more of a gravel that strangely reminded me of cat litter. If you want a nice beach with sand, go to Falaraki or south. We had a few issues that the staff tried to sort out, but they were unable to get them fixed quickly. For example, our key cards stopped working. Whenever we wanted to go to our room, we had to wait for a staff member to take us. With a baby needing a nappy change and naps, waiting 10-15 minutes each time we wanted to get in our room was very annoying. We also had problems with the air conditioner that were never resolved. We also had a shower that didn't drain. The sun and pools and cocktails made up for it, and we'd go back for a few days at the same rate.
Great family stay
Hotel is lovely. We stayed in a bungalow room which was nice and spacious. Large choice of restaurants to choose from and food was very good. Drinks were branded too which makes a big difference. Always some entertainment on each evening, with a nice chilled vibe
Awesome stay
Stayed in the bungalow with pool access. It was brilliant especially with kids. Pool wasn’t busy and there was a very well run bar serving drinks and food to bungalow residents. Highly recommended.
Lovely Summer Holidays
Overall it is a good resort and we enjoyed our stay. Very good location and facilities for families with kids with helpful staff. Our room was spacious with beautiful sea view. Nice swimming pools (some with sea water) and pebble beach. Very good drinks but average food. No laundry facilities. Cleanness good but could be much improved. I would recommend this resort.
Staff, Beach,Food
Exelent
The bungalows were great, a few minutes from sea and restaurants. Food was great, everything you want also for Kids. Beautiful holidays with drinks and lot of food.
Very disappointing and moved to another hotel
Awful stay. Managed to stay for 2 nights before having to cancel the reservation and book into another hotel. We moved to a 3* which provided a better standard of hotel and much better service. There were too many issues to list with our stay at the Eden Roc but as a seasoned traveler for both business and leisure, I have never stayed in a hotel where the overall service has been so poor.
Good experience for the price
Really good experience for the price. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to find a solution, which made up for occasionally aging facilities. The facilities were good overall though, a bit crowded and some lines, but considering the free flow of all-inclusive activities, food, and drinks it was worthwhile. Food was good, bed was comfy. Probably more a 4-star than 5-star, but price reflected this. Only downsides: restaurants were fully booked (though staff could occasionally find you a spot), sunbeds get claimed first thing in the AM, and managers were quite surly and unhelpful and would just tell you to go to front-line staff who were already getting worked off their feet. One bonus if you like snorkeling was the reef off the beach had more fish than we saw anywhere else on Rhodes. We enjoyed our short stay there.
Friendliness and kindness
I really liked everything about Eden Roc. It was amazing, the workers the place and more. In my world everything fell into my interests.
Everything was amazing except for housekeeping. Constantly having to call and ask the front desk to bring me things. Otherwise the staff and resort was perfect. They are really kind ppl!!
Very good hotel
Very nice hotel, good staff and delicious food, however there was no air condition in the lobby and restaurants
The rooms we saw are tired. The first room had a broken shower which was fixed as soon as we reported it. We were then upgraded to a lovely room but again tired. Grouting is grubby, patio door wouldn't lock, curtain coming off the rail, not enough plugs to charge phones, etc. We booked a shower room before our airport transfer but it wasn't ready for our slot so we were very rushed and stressed leaving the hotel, not the end of the trip you'd hope for. Beds very comfy, staff very attentive, food plentiful and good standard. Would return as I felt it was good value for money.
Great hotel for a great price. Amenities were fantastic with a variety of restraunts all serving amazing food. Staff all worked very hard. Very clean. Wifi worked well. Always could get a bed. Would return!
Nicely laid out and easy to find things, coping with Covid19 well. Not a 5* property, 4* I would say. Some areas like carpets need replacing. Had a standard room for shower on day we left and bathrooms need attention in those rooms
Enjoyable Stay
We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Eden Roc in one of there Pool Suites.Given it was towards the end of October the temp was still at 26C everyday. The accommodation was fantastic and worked perfectly for us as a family, it was clean modern and very comfortable. The Lounge 800 bar was located right next to the pool suites and nothing was to much trouble for the wonderful Nikos who I would have to say is an absolute asset to the resort. Always smiling and singing and replenishing drinks and food. During the day we didnt stroll far from our accomadation since everything we needed was there. During the evening we ate at the buffet and a couple of the themed restaurants, food was of a good standard and there was plenty of it. Overall we had a great holiday here and would definitely recommend.
Great pools for kids, excellent food and restaurants. Good kids mini discos
Great food and drinks.
Amazing hotel and atmosphere!
Very beautiful place. The room with a view are really beautiful! The food is so good. The staff are so nice and kindly. Thank you for all. Hope to see you next vacation!
Very good hotel, friendly staff, exceptional food. We spent 10 days with friends and kids. All are with positive feelings and will definitely get back next summer. Special thanks to all ladies at reception desk. They were more than helpful:)
Staff good job!!! Doing everything for visitors to make us feel happy and comfortable...
I been there with my husband and we loved the resort, you have at least 6 restaurants to choose from, a private beach and an attentive and dedicated staff all day long. The only downside is the size of the elevator
Best all inclusive i've visited
We stayed in a Pool bungalow, which had its own pool and bar which also served food and branded spirits. The main a la carte restaurant is very nice, but the bonus is there are 7 other restaurants available at the hotel, which you have to book in advance, the ones we used were fantastic, the highlight being the show cooking. Staff were brilliant. Very nice hotel hope to return soon.
Food was excellent and different daily. Staff brilliant and nothing was too much. Hotel big but doesn't seem like that with the different pools located around.
Hotel & food was fairly good & staff was friendly enough. However, our 1st room (not within the main building) was smelly due to a small drain hole in bathroom floor that is connected to the sewers. Items were also stolen from our room, possibly by the cleaners as they had access. This is the 1st time its ever happened to us whilst on holiday. Stolen items were only worth about £50 in total but it really dampened our otherwise good holiday. Luckily, all of our valuables were locked in the good safe in our room. Reported theft to the hotel manager & he was helpful & friendly & he promised to look into it by checking the log of who had accessed our room whilst we were out. It will be interesting to see if we hear from him or not about the outcome of his investigation. Our flight back to the UK was late so we paid an extra EUR 35 so that we can check out at 6pm instead of 11am. The 2nd room was in the main building & was not smelly. But it was only for a couple & not a family of 4 but that was fine as we were not staying overnight. The manager waived our EUR 35 fee due to the theft which was nice of him. For this hotel the pros are fairly good wifi, has a private beach, fairly good food & a la carte restaurants bookable online via their app, & nice staff. The cons are potential theft & smelly room & the location is not as good as some others. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel despite the theft. Just make sure you lock everything up in the safe & in your suitcase.
Very nice place and style with big garden area Direct Close to see
Just perfect
Perfect resort for a family vacation. We stayed at the pool suite which was just perfect! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We traveled with a young baby and they helped with everything we asked. To top it all Nikos at the pool bar was just amazing. The only minus is the salt water in all the pools except the one with the water slides which the kids loved.
Excellent staff, attention to detail, outstanding food variety and wonderful drinks. Only change recommended would be to have more authentic Greek entertainment and Greek music playing at the beach.
Beautiful pool, amazing staff! Rooms were cleaned well and food was good
Very close to the beach, a lot activities for kids. Restrooms out of dated, some barman are rude and very impolite. The garbage cans on the beach not been empty on daily basis. There is no free of charge a scale to check your luggage before departure.
The kids loved the pools but were limited by the saltwater pools. The gym facilities were very good. The restaurants were generally of a high standard. The bungalows are decent. Our toilet kept not flushing despite maintenance fixing it. We were moved promptly to another
We liked size & view of deluxe double room 203 with XL sea view corner balcony. Very smart furnishings in well planned resort. Lots of good sunbeds & plenty of shades & 4 of well attended bars & 6 restaurants, all giving good food & service, near beach, pools, massage area, sports facilities & kids clubs.
Excellent hotel with plenty to do during the day and plenty of variety of food and drink on offer including international drinks brands. A la carte restaurants are really good; we tried the Italian and the grill and both were excellent. We stayed in a Pool View Bungalow, which had its own bar - Lounge 800, which offered food and drink throughout the day until about 6pm, the gentleman who works on their, Nikon, is a credit to the hotel, always professional, offers smiling and can not do enough for the guests staying in the bungalows. Reported a couple of maintenance issues at the start of the holiday and the hotel team could not do enough to get these rectified even though it was not reflecting on the excellent holiday we were having. The guest relations team were also excellent and professional in managing guests expectations including responding to questions etc via the APP; yes this hotel has its own APP that you can check timings for, book the a la carte restaurants, ask reception / guest relations any questions. Overall, a great holiday and would to return again in the future but stay for longer.
The location was very quite, not a lot around, had to get a bus or taxi to get about
what i didn't like was the altitude of some of the staff, some bar staff were rude to us & at one evening restaurant we are sure one member of staff swore at us in Greek, we know this as one person in our group knows a little of the Greek language. But overall we were treated very well.
Great place to do nothing - stay in the pool suites
the pool bungalows are amazing and the barman at lounge 800 there was SO friendly and helpful. i would definately got there again were looking to book the same time next year. one thing was , we didnt get our welcome drink thats the only bug bear about the trip! food was amazing even for our 2.5 year old who is fussy! kids club was great!!
Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and helpful. Yummy food with plenty of variety
King George V (aka the manager) was lovely, helpful and friendly. We were given a free late checkout upgrade and really enjoyed our stay.
Could be better
Room was disappointing, bathroom needs refurb tiles falling off wall. Asked for cot and it was dirty probably from underuse. Staff friendly and helpful but if it was anything other than a three night stay we would have been pretty annoyed. Food was so-so. All in all, I don’t think we would revisit this hotel
A mixed bag but ok if you get a good deal on it.
This place is catering to all-inclusive guests, but sells rooms on a B&B basis too. Oh boy, does it confuse them when you're not all-inclusive! We were sent backwards and forwards trying to find prices for meals and drinks, which they'd been trying to sell us, before giving up and eating elsewhere. That said, the resort is well equipped and pleasant - great to have an adult only pool as well as the kids' ones, and it was never very busy. Nice to have the use of a 'courtesy room' for a shower on the last day, after we had checked out. Our room was big and fairly comfortable, but a bit on the tired side (nothing major, but a bit shabby for somewhere that's billing itself as 4*: cracked windows, shower screen that didn't work, dodgy reception on the TV, etc). The toilet could have done with a good scrubbing! The breakfast buffet was extensive - as I said above, we never got to try the other food 'cos no-one could tell us the price!
Wonderful stay
Great place to relax in comfort - so glad we stayed there
Fabulous all round!
If you’re wanting great food, plenty of variety with pools, sea, kids stuff, family stuff, peace and quiet too, amazingly friendly staff and an easy location from the airport then this is the place for you! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Spa facilities are outside currently and could do with going in the conference centre as it’s not used, and the evening entertainment could do with a shake up but overall this place is amazing and we’d definitely go back again!
Management have no Tact
Received an email today after 13 days asking us if we knew where we could have left a missing sofa cover and a Bed runner Pls check your inventory carefully
Convienent location. Close to different towns, beaches and shopping.
Amazing stay, highly recommended!
Great hotel with excellent facilities for kids and adults. We stayed there as a group of 12, 3 families with 6 children in total, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday throughout the week and will definitely return. The staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating. We would highly recommend the hotel and would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the reception, restaurant as well as the general manager for making our holiday so special!
Lovely hotel and grounds
Eden Roc Hotel Rocks! The staff just made it such an amazing experience for us. From the housekeeping team , to the receptionists , to the restaurant staff / managers , animateurs, maintenance. They were all so nice and made us feel so comfortable. There are loads of activities to do at the hotel and the food is great too. We had a fabulous week.
Lovely relaxing resort break
Stayed in one of the poolside apartments which are set away from the main hotel in the lovely gardens and had a lovely relaxing few days break. Food was nice - book into evening restaurants early (day or two beforehand) for a non-buffet night. Beach was very nice for sunbathing - sunbeds came free for non-early birds in the afternoon..! Choice of bars was good. Staff were lovely. Hassle-free to taxi into Rhodes for a day exploring and to get to the commercial port for onward ferry. Overall a great short stay off-peak season.
Lovely holiday
All inclusive deal is excellent value.hotel has own beach and several pools.very good choice of on site restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly and hard working. Highly recommended.
Would not let me cancel within 5 minutes of bookin
Never again -- booked for Miami but got Rhode Island and hotel would not cancel
Lovely room, not to good food, not enough staff
Room: We had a very nice suite with direct access to pool. Room was relatively clean (one spider web), comfortable for 4 people. Room includes an espresso maker - but you get 2 c a day - and not the original espresso brand. Upon arrival we got some fruits which is nice. Pool: Very well maintained large pool accessible from the room. Lovely. Check-In: We arrived to the hotel at 16:00 and had to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready - although the official Check-In hour is 12:00. Kids: We played minigolf. The course is hard and nice. Golf clubs in bad cond. Kids went to the nice water park and had good time. Food: We went to the Italian restaurant. Some dishes were reasonable. Some were not. Service is very bad - and you have to wait 30 minutes for the dishes to arrive. There is a severe lack of working hands in all the kitchens. During our stay in Rhodes we are in several rsturants - which left us very good impressions. The Italian didn't manage to leave any positive imprrssion. The waitress don't have patience as they are very busy. I have never encountered a restaurant where you need to order the first middle and last dish together. Do youself.a.favour and skip. The main buffet has reasonable or below food. Quality and variety are not geat. Some of the ingredients are reasonable - but the result is not satisfying. We ate breakfast at the Middeterenian restaurant - small dish and not good. The continental is a joke. We didn't go to the beach which seems very nice.
perfect getawat
Great stay. Upon our early arrival, we were informed that our rooms were upgraded which was also great. Rooms are big, comfortable and nice. The hotel facilities were also very nice. Activities were happening almost everyday during the day and at night for all ages, Would definitely recommend it for families and friends. We also took a boat with a group of people to Lindos from the hotel, it was also a great experience in addition to the water sport activities.
Beautiful resort close to the ocean
It was probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The room was kept tidy always and the staff welcomed you every morning with a smile. They provided activities and music throughout the day at the pool which kept things entertaining throughout your stay. They even provided evening activities that were free of charge as well. They had three different pools and a great spot to sit on the ocean as well. I would highly recommend this to a friend.
Something for everyone at a great price!
When in Rodos, strongly consider staying at Eden Roc. My wife and I recently stayed there r and were amazed at the amenities available as well as the friendly staff. Eden Roc has an Olympic sized pool as well as a private beach. Our room was spacious and very clean with a huge Queen sized bed and had a beautiful view overlooking the private beach. There is gym located on the fifth floor complete with free weights. It also has a tennis court and a small water park for kids. There areseveral resturants that you could eat at on site as well as a few other restaurants close by. The staff was extremely friendly and very accomodating! They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop but we didn't mind as it was great exercise to get there and the hotel was really quiet at night and we didn't have to worry about traffic passing by causing noise. Like our headline says, if you are in Rodos strongly consider Eden Roc as it has much to offer you at fantastic prices!
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, great location for a quiet break but taxi ride away from faliraki and the old town. Bungalows were fab!
Rhodes all inclusive
We booked three days here for a short break in Rodhos. We did not know before hand that this is an all inclusive resort mainly. Pleasant stay overall and easy to get to Rhodes by bus and to Lindos as well. Histrical island and there are few things to do for jut few days
Good: food, beach, pools, territory. Could be better: rooms (beds, air conditioning, service)
Great pools and beach
We loved our stay the only issue was available and information on island tours, we loved the taverna and breakfast, choosing between beach or pool was a good decision to make
Rhodes family holiday
We had a great stay for 10 days for our family holiday. The staff are friendly & helpful, hotel gardens are well kept, would recommend as it was great for a family holiday
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable although they need updating. Very friendly, welcoming & honest staff. Lovely selection of food despite many people being there. There was more than enough to go around and there are several restaurants to choose from. Plenty of evening entertainment to suit all ages. Would certainly go back
Has potential
Although some areas of the hotel are excellent, many are dated and need improvement to keep in line with other hotels on Rhodes at this price level. We stayed in a pool suite and this was impressive, but did not reflect the rest of the hotel. The staff are fantastic and would not be out of place in any 5* hotel, all working extremely hard, although lacking in numbers at peak times. I must single out the reception staff and those in the Italian/Mese restaurants who made our stay a pleasure. The hotel management were always visible and keen to engage. If I had to highlight the bad points, these related mainly to the overall condition of the hotel, not a lot has been done to keep on top of maintenance over the last few years and needs a full refurbishment to the external areas. The bungalows were very tatty, with paint peeling to the outside walls, overgrown gardens and rubbish everywhere! Having stayed in the hotel next door on 4 previous occasions, there is no comparison as a 4* hotel and the owners need to look at this as their main competition and standards if they are to continue to encourage holiday makers to book with them.
Fantastic Holiday
Stayed first 2 weeks of August. Our accommodation was in the new bungalow block, and we were lucky enough to have a ground floor bungalow. This was lovely with patio doors opening direct onto patio area/pool. This was a real plus as had own sunbeds so no fighting to find one - which at the other pools and beach area was a real problem (the usual, people putting towels out early morning and then not using beds for hours!). Plenty of space in bungalow for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Restaurants/food were very good with plenty of choice, good presentation, hot and cold dishes. The staff were helfpul and friendly on the whole. Great beach for snorkelling, only negative as mentioned before was trying to find a unreserved sunbed. Another bonus was the boat trips and water sports available on the beach. Easy location to catch bus from and we also found the taxis were only marginally more expensive and Reception could phone up and order one for you, which would arrive within a few minutes. Visited Kathilea Springs, Lindos, Water Park, Ancient Kamiriss City, Rhodes Town - all worth a visit. We hired a car for a couple of days which was also a great way to get around the Island. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel - however be careful what room/accommodation you book. We were very pleased with new bungalow block but the room we used on last day as changing/shower room in main hotel was tiny and not up to the same standard.
it was fantastic. the room, the pool by the bungalows was spot on .maybe needed a little bar up there because if your all inclusive you had to walk down to the main hotel or beach front for drinks. but overall it was very relaxing and fantastic place
Just ok.
Nice spacious room and great lobby area however, the quality of the food and cleanliness of restaurant and rooms could be better. Good location between Rhodes town and beaches
family holiday
Location and weather perfect. The bungalows are in need of repair, ours smelt of damp, however we were right on the beach and near a lot of the facilities. Food is great if you book in at the restaurants, the buffet is a bit bland. There is lots to do, you can pay for water sports on the beach or join the animation team for water volley, football, zumba etc.. Champagne bar and stone bar fantastic. The grill house does a lovely steak and staff brilliant.
