Nice size apartment, could do with a furnishings upgrade, location is perfect however given the location was noisy from the road and u can hear other ppl in the apartments. Apart from that was a nice stay.

Location was great. Getting there was easy. We had everything we needed.

Met our needs. Only anomally could be easily rectified with removal of deep /narrow bath and shower head which you can't stand under!

Very close to town, and nice people, and apartment was nice and clean.

Loved our stay, the property is literally in the middle of all shops and restaurants and the water is just across the road. The appartment was great and spacious. I was disappointed I wouldn’t get a water view room due to being sold out but we have a massive balcony looking over the town side and it was fantastic. Would definitely stay again !!

A well presented and spacious apartment. Great location close to the beach and in the middle of everything. The only down side which is not the accomodation's fault, except perhaps needing double glazing, is the carcophany from the thousands of lorikeets that flock to the row of trees opposite and screech from dusk till dawn.

Location is the main reason we stayed there. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It is a little dated and needs a review of the kitchen stock. There was only 1 frypan and it was very old so had uneven cooking surfaces, no oven mits and only one tea towell. A lot of the appliances were a bit hard to work as well and took a bit of fiddling to work out. We did still enjoy our stay though and the staff were friendly.

Clean, quiet apartments with plenty of space. (2 bedroom) we had a first floor apartment with a larger balcony. All the kitchen cook wear you need. Soft fluffy towels and comfortable beds even the singles.

Very nice property in a great location close to beach and close to Main Street.

Stayed four nights in August 2023. Lovely two-bedroom apartment right on the Esplanade. Spacious nicely decorated rooms and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfortable bed with flash ensuite. Easy access from basement carpark. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Cafes and restaurants very close by.

Excellent information given and very welcoming from reception staff namely Lynette. We would recommend this apartment complex to our family and friends. J.M

This WAS the best accommodation out of all in the street Yes I stayed at nearly all of them !! Even better than Salt appartments. Definitely recommended won’t be disappointed & value for money .

Absolutely loved it here. Beautiful apartment, fantastic communal pool area and exceptional location. Park the car and you are set for your stay with everything in walking distance with gorgeous scenery. Will definitely be back!

We were not informed at the time of booking that the entrance to the apartments would be closed or that there would be constant noise from gurneys and jackhammers.

Amazing and well priced!

Amazing location with very well appointed apartments that were a home away from home! So spacious. Centrally located to the beachfront shops and the lagoon. Highly recommended for families. We had 1 2 bdrm and 1 3 bdrm apartment. Exceeded our expectations. Reception staff were so wonderful!

Perfection

I’ve stayed a Echelon appartments so many times I’ve lost count. Why? Location, views and spacious apartment with everything you need. With restaurants within walking distance/simple elevator ride down stairs you’ll never go hungry and water park across the road the kids will never be bored. As for the views, check out the photos and ask your self how good would this look in the daytime. Finally the apartment picture your house and now picture your house after it been renovated then you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Amazing location, walking distance to everything you need. The apartment was very clean, with plenty of room. Secure parking included. The lady on reception was very lovely on check in and out.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the views were gorgeous. One of the nicest apartments I've ever stayed in. The only downside was a very complicated and anxiety-generating arrangement for checking in and getting into the property after 5pm. The road trip from Airlie took us longer than expected though we arrived around 6pm so not terribly late. We had advised we might be late that morning but were asked to ring en route to confirm. This proved very difficult as reception along the Bruce Highway was almost non-existent, and there was insistence that we ring and give a credit card number (even though payment had been made in advance) before we could get the code for the key safe. Eventually we were sent an online check-in form but this was hard to download, fill in and upload again due to the poor reception. We did eventually receive instructions for accessing the key safe and the building. When we got there, this was extremely confusing, especially after a long drive when we were tired, trying to work out where the key safe actually was and how to get there from the carpark, and whether doors we had to go through would lock behind us etc. Once we actuallly got in, everything was fine and the apartment itself was easy to operate. I loved Echelon Apartments and would definitely stay there again but next time I would insist on getting the key safe code earlier than it was eventually given to us, and in a place where phone and internet reception was not so compromised.

Serenity on the beach

Perfect location - on the beach. Small country town feel with cafes, restaurants around. Secure carparking in a roomy, well appointed 1 bedroom. Some furniture showing signs of wear and tear and the light window coverings meant that the afternoon sun was strong. If I returned I would book a beachfront unit (rather than a city view) as my unit (which fronted on to Barry St) received a lot of road noise so we had to keep the door closed. Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay.

Cheated by the pictures on advertising. Really old apartment, Too expensive for such an old apartment.

Echelon is the place to stay.

Weather wasn’t the best but Echelon was amazing. The rooms, very clean and well equipped, the location has stunning views even with the wet weather and the restaurants are so close to the area there’s no need to drive. What more could you ask for. Echelon is the place to stay.

perfect position’ big apartment’ big view

We had a week of pure bliss. Wonderful spot, close to everything. Secure parking. Room was lovely, clean and peaceful. Everyone we encountered at echelon were friendly and professional. We will be back again

So spacious, very clean which is high on my list. Washing machine in unit also a bonus. Best pool on the roof.

Location, location, location.

Excellent location and friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. This is the third time we have stayed at Echelon and would not hesitate to recommend it. We were unable to have an ocean view apartment but the town view apartment was fine. Quite a pleasant outlook too.

Beach front apartment was amazing!

A week at Echelon in Yeppoon

Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment (NOT with Ocean View). Pre-arrival they checked the bedding required, so we got Queens beds in each bedroom. Started well with a trolley to transport our bags up to the 3rd floor. The apartment was spacious, clean and well setup with a full kitchen (large fridge, oven & microwave), dining table, seating area in front of large TV, two sitting areas on the balconey, main bedroom accessed balconey & had another TV, efficient bathroom (shower standing in bath) and a washing machine plus excellent dryer (cooled the clothes). Out the windonw and from the balconey we had a good view of the houses and hill behind,and glimpses of the business district. This location was excellent for getting to the beach, shopping and eateries in Yeppoon. I would highly recommend it.

Apartment 112 was very clean, tons of space and the balcony was massive with partial sea view. Would recommend Echelon to all my friends. Location is perfect right on the esplanade with all the coffee shops and sea front lagoon for kids.

We didn’t want to leave. Everything about this place, position, view and the condition of the property was excellent. Beds and pillows were amazing and the big screen TV and leather recliner lounge made chilling out at the end of a busy day very comfortable. All topped off with home cooked dinners from the full kitchen, eaten on the massive deck overlooking the beach. What more could you want?

Perfect spot close to beach and restaurants. Can walk almost the entire town, only needed the car for sightseeing.

Clean property. Great location. Not enough recycle bins. Would stay again if there was a ocean/beach view. Pool not very clean.

Beachfront luxury

Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment directly overlooking the beach with a huge deck, outdoor furniture and a Webber barbeque. Beautifully designed ensuite to the main bedroom and plenty of wardrobe space. Only drawback are the blinds which do not block out the morning sun, but the sunrise over the ocean is worth at least one early morning! Smaller twin room with separate bathroom including a bath. Washing machine dryer and dishwasher provided. There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the apartment block, but we did not use it, preferring the beach.

Nice property & location. However vet bright lights out front and lack of proper blinds made sleeping very difficult . 2nd bedroom located at back had same problem . Could not recommend

Within walking distance of everything we wanted or needed!

The only place to stay

This is the only place to stay, for me the central location to all the shops and restaurants are a must, but for best views of Yeppoon beach there’s no better place than Echelon.

The room was quite rundown. The carpet had lots of stains on it and some of the furniture looked like it needed replacing.

The location of these aspartame ya can not be beaten! The apartments are spacious and modern but some parts are looking a bit tired eg, the blinds need replacing. Overall though the apartments are well appointed with everything you need. Ocean view over the Keppel Kraken is beautiful and relaxing.

Absolutely fabulous! We will be back, our only regret was only staying for one night!

Echelon Apartments are in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, water play park, Yeppoon Lagoon, shops, cafes etc. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. Friendly and knowledgeable staff when checking in.

In a very good position on the Esplanade, unfortunately the apartment we had did not have any window coverings on the large door and windows in the lounge which is the main area. This resulted in us unable to stay in the afternoon with the sun blazing in. If the owners want top dollar for their rental i think they should rectify that ASAP.

Staff was friendly and helpful, main bathroom and own suite was really nice and tidy, kitchen space and lounge room was fantastic, most of all the receptionist was really helpful and friendly, All and all It was fantastic experience

Basic apartment in Yeppoon

We had a standard two bedroom apartment which had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. Our booking description said that there were blockout curtains but unfortunately our bedrooms only had light roller blinds with large gaps between them so not good for sleeping. We also had a lot of traffic noise from quite early each morning. Apart from that all was good and the location was convenient.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel very organised, and easy to get around, great free on site parking, great location. Great room, clean and modern.

The proximity to the centre of Yeppoon. In the kitchen microwave bowls could not be found and eating out of plastic bowls wasn’t pleasant. It’s these little things that can sometimes annoy people. Otherwise the apartment was very good.

loved the apartment during school holidays and late check out is good to. The main bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable and needs replacing, I paid 550 for two nights and expect comfortable sleep, otherwise loved staying there

Great location. Spacious well laid out apartment. Very musty, so not great if you have sinus or hay fever. Outdoor area spacious but furniture broken, shabby and in need of repair. Check in staff not at all welcoming - especially compared to their other property in the next block which made you feel completely welcome.

The jail like security doors were a bit offputting

Great location, but that's were it ends, room fairly dirty was expecting more, very unfriendly staff was hard to even get a morning or hello. Lifts took forever for such a small apartments, so we used stairs and no lights working in tunnels after stairs so have to use torch to see and kids didn't want to use stairs because it was so scary and dark.

Really nice! Comfy beds, handy to everything, quiet inside. Could have used a few more of each item in the "starter pack" eg dishwashing powder, but otherwise all great.

Clean, modern big apartments. Big balcony. Great location in the middle of the main street.

Again, we booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and then only given a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The hotel this time acknowledged that the room description was incorrect on the Expedia website and were to correct this.

Given key to wrong unit with late check in. Property Manager did rectify after a little while. Unit could have been cleaner especially the sofa!

Lovely apartments, great size and well fitted out. On the beach front so not perfectly quiet but then if it was quiet wouldn’t be able to hear the New Orleans style jazz quartet that played a few nights we were there Reception staff were lovely Would definitely stay here again

Originally placed in a unit at the back of the complex, Jane and Aleisha were most helpful in re-locating us on request to a beach view room - they were friendly and professional. The unit is well appointed, nicely decorated, secure.

magnificent third story two bedroom apartment

The apartment had a very large balcony with 180 degree unobstructed view of the beach and nearby Great Keppel Islands. The apartment had large kitchen, family/lounge/dining and was bright with plenty of light.

There for the triathlon great weekend. Great location

Was a great stay but they need to fix their ac system as it didn’t work during the night and had to open the door to let sea breeze in

Apartment with a view

We (2 couples) stayed in a 2nd floor apartment overlooking the water. Fantastic location within easy walking distance to everything. Unit was comfortable and extremly clean. Large outdoor balcony. Comfy beds. The only drawback was the lounge was not big enough to comfortably fit 4 people. The single chair was not a relaxing lounge chair. Otherwise, stay was great.
