Not Full Service But Nice Hotel

Great stay. We had the large 2 bedroom suite. Not a full service hotel, but is walking distance to ammenities. In an odd part of town very quiet.

The office setup rooms are supurb for business travellers. Forthers (that nee to fully unpack) then you will need to get creative with storage.

A fantastic stay

Very funky boutique hotel just stone throw away from the main shopping district and town centre. The room was very comfortable and clean, perfect for couples. The on site parking was a bit expensive, the cafe was nothing special but heaps of good choices nearby.

The hotel located on the center of the Dunedin, due to construction, it is super hard to drive to the hotel and parking is expense. Facilities and condition are awesome while food is below my expectation. If you are enjoy city and want to explore the city by walk, it is a best choice.

Stunning modern luxe hotel with massive rooms and comfy beds. Staff are lovely and the cafe serves tasty breakfast.

Really interesting hotel with an atrium. Each level has an art collection from a different artist. Nice seating areas on each floor. Good Cafe on site.

We had a lovely experience at the Ebb-Dunedin. We got to check 8n earlier than most hotels. Loved the courtyard and the cafe. Clean, friendly, nicely decorated. Enough space to unwind. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Amenities, Spacious Rooms, and Exception

My stay at The Ebbs in Dunedin was fantastic. The hotel offered amazing amenities, spacious rooms, and the staff, especially the boys in the cafe, were exceptional. The convenience of the parking facilities at a reasonable rate was a bonus. I only wish I had booked my entire stay here. Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable experience in Dunedin.

Simply wonderful!

Brilliantly located for dining and shopping. Very modern, easy parking. The Ebb Cafe was absolutely the best hotel/motel style eatery we’ve enjoyed for breakfast and lunch. The staff in both the hotel and cafe were fabulous, efficient, friendly and professional. The Ebb was a highlight in our amazing 5 week tour of NZ.

High end hotel experience without stuffiness

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful building with outstanding cafe. Rooms were thoughtfully put together with great options on the mini bar. Well designed and comfortable. Only thing is that there really aren't views, but the window tinting helped.

Great new property in the centre of Dunedin - very conveniently located & walkable to restaurants and bars. The cafe for breakfast was excellent. Only downside at the moment is the extent of roadworks in the area - some noise overnight, which was understandable in an urban environment & also a little light in the rooms

This is a lovely new hotel. It is beautifully decorated and the cafe is great. The staff are very helpful. However, if you are planning on working in the hotel, you should be aware that the rooms don't have desks or tables. They only have one small side/coffee table. They don't have a business centre, so it is difficult to print, scan, etc. Finally, there are no laundry facilities. If you don't need any of those things, it is a wonderful hotel.

Was fantastic. Had issue with non availability of a park ( even though we paid for it!) but was refunded for the two nite’s parking. Great service indeed!

A gem in the centre of Dunedin with easy access to the city streets but also a great base for exploring the wider area. Great staff who provided great pointers of sights and food.

Excellent service, wonderful room, location and parking. Shame their cafe/restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday yet it is so close to other fantastic ones.

Absolutely beautiful new hotel, top of line bedding, decor and electronics. Atrium style was also very unique. Would highly recommend.

My new accommodation of choice - even if I had to check out early because of covid lockdown.

Warm, Welcoming and Unique

What a wonderful hotel. The mini bar was displayed in a quirky manner and looked like a feature. The layout of the room was great. The ability to have fresh air circulating the room as opposed to aircon was unique and made for a fabulous night sleep. I loved the art through the hallways and the easy access to dining locally. Given the central location the hotel is quiet. Great showcase of hospitality in Dunedin.

A fantastic centrally based hotel.

Nice hotel.. near new.. great facilities and Junead the reception is so welcoming.. Amazijg stay and would go again. Only issue - no dinner available. You have to buy nearby and no room service. Overall, it’s amazing.
