TravellerVery nice and new room with all the kitchen equipment and washing machine, very good service and extremely easy parking. If you really want to be picky, it's that the hotel is inside a mountain and you need to go downhill to get in and out, which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. Also, our room had a second floor and the one on the second floor was a little hot. But, we still really enjoyed the housing experience, it was all great!

The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people.

ナビ通りの順路では行かないこと。パリダカみたいなレースになります。
Travellerキッチンやお風呂など、子連れにはありがたいつくりでとてもキレイでした。朝食も美味しかったです。お肉が苦手と事前にお伝えしたところ、お魚に変更してくださったり、ベビーチェアを貸していただけたり、柔軟にご対応いただきました。

Traveller客室はとても充実していて（キッチンや洗濯機まで完備）まるで別荘の様な感じでした。軽井沢駅からはかなり離れていて、タクシー利用で片道7000円は掛かります。

ホテルだけの利用でしたが、 家族が満足できて何よりです。 虫が部屋に入ってきたが、森の中だから仕方ない。 家族団欒できるホテルだと思います

Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Waking up to the stunning golf course view was truly delightful. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. If you’re visiting Karuizawa by car, I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.
