Poor Service, cold room and cold water in bathroom
The contact for this place was unreachable for 7hours plus. I was only able to reach out to them when I found their instagram account. The heater was not working in the winter, the water in the bathroom also is not hot enough to shower, just lukewarm. This is horrible for the winter time too. The staircases are endless, there's no elevator and you might underestimate how dreadful it will be. The main door was faulty and unlocked a few times which is so risky. There is no microwave so you will be required to heat every meal with a cooker. London is overpriced but I would have preferred spending that money elsewhere. The sink was so tiny and there's no shelving in the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures as well are cheap.
Not good for 3 people
It would be good for 2 young people. For 3 of us, extra "twin bed" was terrible metal folding bed with no support. There is no lift which we didn't know. Since we had only small suitcases, we managed to go up to 4th floor.

You get what you pay for
Considering we had to pay a £500 deposit for our 2 night stay, we were disappointed in the standard of the accommodation. Set on a busy main road it’s pretty noisy at night but understand this can’t be helped. There was rubbish under the bed, scuffs all over the walls and door frames, thin pillows & duvet & shower kept running cold. I had attempted to contact the property via hotels.com prior to our stay and never heard back. Considering location and price paid for the accommodation (minus deposit) I would say the stay was fine but would not recommend if you are planning to spend much time there.
