Awesome stay!

Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Perfect location

We were in town for some family medical procedures. The schedule changed and the hotel accommodated an early check in free of charge. Breakfast was good. Dinner included. Room extremely clean. Rare to say now and days, but there is a focus on great customer service. They hit it on all the marks. Thank you!

Easy access to my business need. Staff was friendly and check in was easy

When I travel, i always stay at the Drury. Breakfast, dinner and cocktails makes for easy, reasonably priced travel. This location though not being downtown has enough around that you may only need to go downtown for the Riverwalk mall.

There was a roach in our hotel suite. And the air didn’t reach the second room so my daughter sweat all night. I mentioned the elevator was acting funny and the front desk told me the hotel was old. Will be my last stay with Drury.

The location was conveniet

Guy outside following me while unpacking at the in front of the hotel. When getting to the room my 11 yr old found a open condom on the top shelf of the closet. I was with my 3 boys 11, 7 and 4. I was disgusted. Then go to call front office and the phone in the room didn't work. The boys were exhausted, so was I last thing we needed to do was repack and move rooms but I couldn't stay there. The did put us in another room, that the toilet barely worked.

Clean, nice, & comfortable!

I love that they have curfew on the main building door and not anyone can access it just the ones staying at the hotel. Makes us feel really safe! Love the restriced parking zone too!

Omg, the staff was excellent. Manager was very sweet to accommodate us on the first floor with a living room area. Food was so amazing. This is my go to place to stay when my son has to come for his orthopedic doctor visits. I also heard they have one in houston where we go for heart doctor visits. We are blessed.

It was nice room was clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was good, easy parking, and employees were nice . Will come back and stay here again.

Free dinner plus 3 free drinks and breakfast?? Count me in! Inside Pool and jacuzzi are very nice.

Very convenient location on I-10, 5 minutes from the Medical Center, many restaurants and shops in the area. Rooms are comfortable and clean, parking is free, rate includes breakfast and afternoon snack. The only complaint is that one of two elevators was not working during my stay.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I had no idea the hotel not only has a happy hour of drinks and snacks but a full meal (chicken fajitas & hot dogs).

Stayed here back in Dec 2024. One of the main elevators still not working. Should be an absolute priority having 7 floors.

I loved everything about the stay . It was my husbands Birthday trip. He enjoyed the stay, so well, he is ready to come back. The only thing he didn’t like was the PETs that were allowed to sleep in the rooms with the occupants. All pets are NOT Groomed equally! Over All the stay went well .

My stay was excellent, but I can't give 5 stars because the rooms need to be updated. The dark carpeting and the color are horrible for today's standards. However, the staff are wonderful, the amenities including free breakfast and dinner and 3 drinks for free per day is fantastic. The parking for the stay is behind a gate, so I felt safe leaving my vehicle outside and not wondering if I was going to come back to a stolen or broken into vehicle. As for sleep quality, the beds are a little soft for my taste, but I think this is more of a preference type thing. The place was clean and other than an update, I would definitely recommend staying at the Drury Inn and Suites near Medical Center Dr.

Drury Inn is the best place to stay.

Every time we stay there we are satisfied with the quality of the food, the staff, and the comfortable lobby.

I absolutely loved our stay my kids enjoyed themselves! The room was clean and had lots of room. The only thing i didnt like was that the trash cans didnt have bags but the office was really nice and gave me one for the room! I will definitely be staying here if we travep that way again! The staff that i talked too was very nice and i felt comfortable talking with them. They didnt makee feel like it was just their job!!!

We loved the breakfasts and especially the Happy Hour dinners. And most especially we loved the heated pool. The pool water could have been a little warmer but mostly it was a wonderful offering. We really got the feeling that the management cared.

Great Hotel

My stay at Drury was wonderful. I loved all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious. THe food was always fully stocked. I enjoyed having popcorn in the evening with free soda. I did not get to take advantage of the evening food but Im sure it was delicious as well. The checkin process and checkout process was easy. I did not get to enjoy the pool. The night I went there were kids jumping and running. I did tell the front desk and she said she would talk to the parents. I do wish the hotel was on the east coast. i would love to stay here on all my vacations.

We'd stay here again

Onnie at the front desk was not very nice. After advising her of a family member passing to see if we could check in a little early, she insisted there was a fee and gave us the impression that she was being inconvenienced. Most of my questions came with a sarcastic answer. On the contrary, the breakfast and happy hour staff was so incredibly nice as was housekeeping. The hotel was clean and spacious, conveniently located.

The folks at the front desk are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and quick to help. The people at the breakfast are great. They really care about the guests here. The only major problem was the elevators. The back one isn't very smooth and the light telling you the floor doesn't work. The one in the front has a light out. Hot water wasn't so good. I think the property just needs a little caring, but overall a good stay. I would stay again.

In one day they didn’t clean the room, but everything else was right.

It is a gem. Really awesome personnel, they include food and drinks in your stay. With conditions of course. Indoor pool and hot tub we amazing.

Room was quiet, breakfast was ok, everyday same options but food was good . Very close to hospital we had to go to, really like the gated parking as we came back late at night.Would stay there again. Very clean

Excellent location to get around but beware, lots of construction and traffic. Very friendly staff and love the complimentary happy hour and food offered. Very nice extra to include in your stay. Plus, you also get free breakfast and access to free soda water 24/7. From a soda machine. They also offer snacks etc you pay for and prices are a bit steep. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Minor esthetic things that needed repairs, but I'm sure they were working on them, since there had signs.

The Drury Inn is a well-located hotel option in the San Antonio Medical Center area. Located on I-10, it is very easy to reach and has many restaurants / shops nearby. The hotel is in need of some renovation, but it is kept clean and well maintained.

Always a great place to stay. Dissapointed in the evening meal for the first time, food was cold, other then that it was a great stay.

The swimming pool wasn't available.

One of the main reasons that I decided to stay with them was because the indoor pool that they advertised but when i got there it was all torn down because remodeling. I guess it was my mistake for not calling before but since it look all nice i didn't spect that.

We just stayed here for a night. During our stay, the elevator did not work for most of the time. Bathroom was too small and didn't have a lock. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good.

It’s a stretch to call this the medical area. It’s really right off the interstate with lots of restaurants around. Not the nicest Drury we have stayed at but worked out well.

Good family trip

Enjoyed the room, AC worked great. Clean and fresh. One of the elevators was out of service so there were delays and stairs. The food was just okay. Drinks were on point. Good stay overall, highly recommended.

Favorite spot to stay when in San Antonio! Convenience to stores, mall, and not a bad drive to amusement parks and downtown. Free food. Clean, spacious rooms for our family of 6!

I stayed for my recovery after kidney donation and it was wonderful. Kind and caring staff and beautiful room.

The only issues we had was that there was only 1 working elevator for the entire hotel. Other thank than it was an enjoyable stay.
