An amazing stay in this hotel annex.everything was just perfect.rooms were lovely and spacious and clean.would most definitely recommend 💯 %.will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The hotel is right out of the thirties. Extremely old, specially the bathroom. Unwelcoming receptionist. But it was clean. The lobby and the hallways are extremely hot. No elevator. We had to drag our luggage to the third floor.

Unfortunately, the bathroom is not suitable for human use at all. And when I asked on the first day to change the room, I was surprised by the owner of the place informing me that the hotel was fully booked, while at the same time I made an inquiry in Expedia on the same days as if I was going to make a reservation again and found it available with 7 rooms on the same dates. That was completely unacceptable.

Very noisy at night with traffic and people passing by . Shower did not work Not enough bedding .

Great location

Excellent place to stay. Quit and warm in December. Very good receptionist, most helpful too. Kitchen only has the most basic equipment but ok for breakfast and easy meals. Short walk to the marina and the bus stops.

Great alternative to a hotel

Great place in the heart of downtown Fethiye. Very reasonably priced with separate bedroom and living room. The bathroom and kitchen could do with an upgrade but the rest of the place is goid

Worst service hotel

Dirty carpet the worst is there is not toilet paper when I try to ask the receptionist there is not Body at the desk. So lend up to buy from the store outside . In the morning we can find any hairdryer and we finally find a lady whom don’t English to find or get the hair dryer. And she can’t find it and didn’t get one for us. And just ignore to reply or respond . This is the worst place that l ever stay

A very nice and clean place.

Excellent location but kitchenette is not good

This place has some positive and some negative aspects. The location is excellent and near the bazaar, fish market, cafes, and restaurants. The staff at reception speak perfect English and are also very helpful. The apartment is spacious but it has some problems. The biggest problem is the kitchenette. There is a sign saying you can’t drink the water so we had to use bottled water for cooking. There was no cook top when we arrived and we saw one in the on line photos so I asked about this. We were given a dirty, very used cooktop with an electric cord that had bare wires showing in 3 places. We taped the electric cord but really, the owner of this place should buy a new one. This one was dangerous to use. Bottom line is that if you’re looking for a place to cook, look elsewhere. Also, as another reviewer noted, a part of the shower door was missing so we had to be very careful when showering. Otherwise water went onto the bathroom floor. Other negatives: only cold water in the bathroom sink and dirty floors that had hair on them. We stayed there a week and enjoyed the glass door and juliettte balcony in the bedroom and views from the dining room window. We talked about it, and we would stay there again if the problems mentioned above were fixed.

Great staff and location. Unfortunately there was some mould in the shower, finding parking nearby parking was difficult (not hotels fault), the wifi disconnects after only 2 hours and requires a user name and password to log in. For the price, I think it was a good deal - especially given the good size of the apartments.

Nice place in downtown Fethiye. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, and shops. Only a short walk to the marina. Tons of space in the suite, but the kitchen was pretty sparsely stocked for self-catering. They could put a few more pots and pans etc in. Despite the suite having loads of room, the bathroom is comically small. Remember to take the toilet paper out before you shower or it will be soaked! If you're a hiker and need luggage storage they don't offer it anymore which surprised us since we had read past reviews that said they did. The night staff was very friendly and helpful. The wifi doesn't work very well in the rooms.

Good location & Nice breakfast

The location of hotel is perfect in Sultan Ahmed area. Its close to blue mosque, haiga Sophia, Topkapi palace and so on. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Luv their Turkish breakfast . However, there was an issue of WiFi on 2nd floor. I couldn't properly connected WiFi during my 2 days stay. except this issue, overall good.

Great value and good location.

New hotel is right in the centre of town close to the famed fish market but far enough away to be quiet and odour free. Great for exploring Fethiye. Air-conditioning new and quiet. Stayed in a suite with kitchenette well stocked with utensils a two ring hob and microwave oven.

Daire gösterildiği fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Alt katta meyhane olduğu için inanılmaz gürültü vardı. Temizlik konusunda vasatın altındaydi. bir önceki kalan kişinin çorabı koltuğun altında duruyordu. Bir daha asla tercih etmiycegim bir yer.

Çok kötü bir işletme

Hayatımızda gördüğümüz en kötü konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle konaklama yapmayın. Hem işletenler hemde işletme çok kötü ilgili oda resimlerini ekliyorum. Odadaki duvar küflenmiş ve çürümüş işletme burayı gizlemiş gece kızımız rahtatsızlanınca farkettik çok ağır kokuyordu ve hala daha gelen müşterileri konaklatıyorlar odada.

Disgusting

this flat is an impertinence. Not only dirty but also moldy in the kitchen and all windows. But not just a little spot but a lot and flurry. Also there where little bugs on the floor. We did not stay!

Hotel is situated at the center of Fethiye , close to seaside,local fish market, local bazaar and other attractions. The concept is serviced appartments. Old appartment building. No elevator ( thus not accesible friendly),no parking lot allocated to guests. Parking your car is quite expensive in the area which I belive is the most disadvantageous part of my stay. Appartment is spacious. One bedroom, entrance, kitchenette,bathroom. Bathroom needs renovation. A/C in the bedroom ,which was quite good.Nice decoration with paintings. I am sorry but I would rather choose a different place to stay for NeXT time, as I belive that this hotel has not met my expectations.

Banyo ve mutfak inanılmaz kirliydi. Klozet leş gibiydi. Buzdolabında yarım şişe kola vardı. Belli ki kimse temizlik yapmamış. Sadece 1 gece kalıp sabah erkenden çıkmış olmamıza rağmen hiç memnun kalmadık.

Park yeri açısından inanılmaz zorlayıcı 45 dakika park yeri aradıktan sonra otele girebildik genel olarak temiz ve güzeldi konum olarakta merkezi yerde banyolarda bakım yaptırılabilir genede fiyat performans başarılı

Great location city center

Nice apartments, spacious, in good location downtown. To consider: no lift, no balcony and air conditioning only in the bedroom (what makes it hard to profit the rest of the apartment as it could be very warm during the summer)

Konumu merkezi. Oda ferah ve konforlu. Heryeri çok güzel birşekilde süslenmiş. İşletmeci çok misafirperver ve anlayışlı

İdare eder

Oda genel olarak temizdi. Sadece duşakabinin camı raydan çıkmıştı ek olarak perde koymuşlar. Benim için tek olumsuz nokta banyoydu. Banyo bu şekildeyken nasıl misafir aldılar anlamadım. Duşakabin camı çok sallanıyordu. Asansör olmadığından en üst kattaki odalara yaşlıların çıkması sıkıntı olabilir. Merdiven ile yukarı çıkmak sizin için sorun olursa mutlaka odanızı 1. kattaki odalarda ayırtın. Bunların dışında başarılı bir apart otel.

Muhteşem anılar biriktirdik

Fethiye inanılmaz güzel bir şehir , bu şehre uyan çok güzel bir ambiyans ve misyon üstlenmiş harika bir apart otel. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş tek sorun banyoların eskimiş olması ve sıcak suyun olmaması. Biz eşimle balayına çıktık , Şubat ayı olması sebebiyle ısıtma konusunda sorun yaşadık ancak işletmeciler çok naif ve tatlı insanlar sorunlara hemen çözüm buluyorlar.

Fantastique !

Studio très confortable, chauffage, douche chaude, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Le gérant a été très aimable : chambre au premier étage sur demande, il nous a aussi accompagné chez un tailleur pour raccommoder nos vêtements. Il nous a conseillé une agence pour faire un tour vers Pamukkale. Le quartier est très agréable, proche de toutes les commodités.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das i - tüpfelchen hätten zwei Teebeutel beim Wasserkocher oder ein Toaster sein können, aber für den Peis insgesamt völlig in Ordnung. Der Kaffe, der direkt vor dem Hostel auf der Terasse getrunken werden kann, schmeckt wunderbar und ist zu empfehlen.

Great stay, recommended

Very good stay with great location and value for price. Only thing that could be improved was the check-in (address poorly communicated (relative to a restaurant), assumed we were coming with bus instead of our own car)

Merkez icinde

Otelde 4 gece kaldik centrum icinde oldugu icin iyiydi ama reseptiondan kimseyi görmedik, odalar temizdi memnun kaldik

Tam isabet bir konaklama yeri!

Otelin yeri tam olmak istediniz yerde. Yan tarafında fethiyenin en beğenilen restoranı ve en beğenilen tatlıcısı var (künefeci). Çarşının hemen ortasında. Duşu ile, mutfağı ile, salon ve ytak odası ile değişik odalara sahip ve gerçekten geniş odalara sahip. Kendimizi eşimle çok rahat hissettirdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ve fethiyeye gelirsem kesinlikle yine kalmayı düşündüğüm bir otel. Unutmadan söyleyeyim, alt tarafındada kahve türleri mevcut. Afiyet olsun!!

Güzel

Şehrin tam merkezinde bir otel odanın içerisinde mutfak tuvalet salon ve yatak odası var gayet güzel yalnız sıcak su için termosifon var bittiği zaman soğuk su kalıyor geriye tek dezavantajı bu onlar için ne güzel

Banyo tuvalet cok küçük ve kalitesiz. Termosifon kullanılıyor şok oldum. Otopark ile ilgili çok büyük sıkıntı yasadım.

Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft. Es ist drekig, und einfach ekelhaft. Die küchenecke und Dusche sind nicht zu benutzen da einfach schmutzig. Reinigung war scheinbar nur oberflächlich. Im Wohnzimmer war ein Teppich da, den ich gerne von Fenster weg geschmissen hätte. Einfach nie wieder!!!!!
