From broken light fixtures in the room to front door that didn’t latch, the toilet that ran the entire time, ZERO of the 8 ice machines working…this hotel has seen better days. That’s not to mention the attempted eviction 2 night into our 6 night stay for reasons unknown. There are better options in the area until this hotel is brought back up to snuff

View was beautiful updated interior.. just was very disappointed with the shower curtain it was dirty in the lower part with mold stains. Balcony had ashes floor other than that it was great stay..

Nice place

The location and virws are breathtaking. The room was large, well layed out and perfect for our longer FL visit (7 days). The restaurant was delicious, onsite laundry super convenient. The staff was so wonderful and guests as well. They give you warm cookies...the kids wished they were only chocolate chip but literally 0 compliments. We'll be bsck.

We loved it

Very run down, moldy. Hard to breathe. We had to find another hotel, couldn't stay in room 222 due to mold. My allergies still have not calmed down and my husband developed a cough that we will need to have seen by a physician. Very unhappy and still had to pay for the stay. Sliding door lock did not work had to use the metal hook which took strength to get it katched and unlatchef.

This property needs renovation and staff needs training

The property needs updating. Cabinet doors in our room were falling off or broken. The door leading into the adjoining room was severely cracked. Things are falling apart!

Excellent customer service, great location on the beach!

Asked for room floor to be cleaned of sand and candy. Failed to do so.

Could have been better

The hotel looked quite run down. The rooms were a bit smelly, and one of our 3 rooms smelled like pot. The hotel doesn’t have an open restaurant for lunch.

Wonderful beach and staff. The facility is a bit aged. Don’t get room on 1st floor unless you have kids.

The facilities are very old and the showers don't work very well.

Right on the beach, heated pool, clean rooms. Property is older and at first has a motel type feel but was perfect for our stay. Weather was cool and a bit rainy but view of the ocean was better than tv.

Beautiful oceanfront hotel

I really liked the beach access, very walkable beach. Very clean rooms, with consistently great turndown service. Great sized, warm pool hot tub. Loved my experience.

Service was great and very accommodating. Rooms were well laid out and clean. Loved sleeping to the background sound of the ocean waves. Moon rose just across from our room and beautifully reflected across the ocean water. Enjoyed watching all the pelicans and dolphins from our room balcony. Short drive to good dinning. Great stay! Will be back!

my spouse was hit and knocked down by a metal door leading to a stairway that was blown open by the wind. The door didnt close all the way due to a bent door frame. when informed about what happened a report was taken by hotel staff and urgent care was suggested. No compensation of any kind was offered by the hotel. Never reached out after the incedent to see how she was. I will never stay in a Hilton hotel again.

We loved the ocean front room. It was clean & nice. The bed was great. We liked having a sofa room with mini refrigerator and tv. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Peaceful Ocean View

The staff was friendly and helpful. All rooms above the first floor have an ocean view balcony. Our goal was to have a quiet, relaxing weekend getaway and did just that! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The place is beautiful, in addition my stay was even better because of the staff. The front desk and kitchen staff were one of the best I have experienced. I will definitely come back.

It seemed a little older. I didn't like having to go outside to get to my room. Good view of ocean but far from pool. Pool was always in the shade it seemed and very cold water.

Nice and relaxing

Enjoyed staying there. My Husband and I celebrated our 41st wedding Anniversary and will be back.

Parking fee is extra???

Since we were already paying for the room, $16 per day for parking seems to be overkill, especially since we only had one vehicle.

Toilet water kept running after the flush. Loud AC. Slow restaurant service. Was not told that I would be charged for parking.

room next door was smoking on balcony, Hot tub was not working. stairs to beach in poor condition. maid service was slow had room service trays sitting outside rooms all day.

I enjoy coming here. Loved the ground room very much. Stayed here a few times. staff is wonderful.

Disappointing experience Hilton

The phone in the room did not work when I tried to call front desk. I used my cell and called. No one answered. I was not told where anything was located. The watering tube was sticking up from the patio, there was no do not disturb tag for the door and the back patio sliding door could barely be opened by a strong man and surely not myself. No one serviced our room the 1st day because later the do not disturb sign was installed hanging on the outside of our door. I was told of a $30 charge for incidents as a pre charge. No one mentioned charges for parking at the hotel. I was surprised upon receiving my bill for the 3 day charge for parking. I asked for a solution the night we checked in on the above issues. I walked to the desk to complain of the issues. I was told they would send someone to look at the phone that night. No one came. I walked to the front desk the next morning to notify someone again about my room issues. The lady apologized and said she would notify someone. She text me to let me know that the phone line is broken in Room 105 and i could move into another room. I declined because it would be an LARGE inconvenience with all of my belongings. No one suggested any type of discount for the inconvenience. I'm very disappointed in the service Hilton is giving. I had no issues when Doubletree was running their business. We will not be back to your location. We've been coming there for several years.

Very disappointed

We stayed for 5 days and during this time the floor in the toilet was not cleaned even once. I am not sure about the toilet as I always left that clean anyway. The room service was only making the bed ( straightening the top sheets not the bottom sheet or even touching the pillows at all), changing the towels and emptying the bins. We had a suite, so even though I made a point of leaving the rooms tidy, I would have expected them to have been cleaned a little. I even had to ask for toilet paper as that wasn’t replenished. The buffet breakfast, which we paid for with the room, was awful and I had to ask for the scramble egg and joghurt to be replenished every single morning. I would like to say that 2 of these days was during the hurricane and I would excuse the poor service then but not the other 3 days. The ice machines were also broken and we had to walk over to the other block to get some. I did mention this twice, but was told they were short staffed. We paid $1500 for the 5 days.

With Hurricane Milton impact and rain, there were leaks in lobby area and by the pool there were multiple leaks. We had to check out early due to storm and having difficulty with Expedia addressing a refund for days we did not stay

Second time staying at this property. Everything is perfect, the location and beach are outstanding and the rooms are really nice, and I have to mention the staff at the front desk, they are all so nice and really seem so happy to help.

We celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary on 9/23. Loved the affordability of a beachfront hotel and those beautiful views of the beach from our balcony. We were happy with our room. The entire staff were friendly and amazing for our stay on 9/22- 9/24.

Property is very nice and clean nice staff and beach is clean. Only issues are charging $16 a day to park your own car and a rather poor breakfast that really compared to the free breakfast you get at a Hampton Inn but being charged $20-$30 for it.

We had a clean, comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the ocean and a balcony for enjoying that view. The price was reasonable.

Decent

We stayed a night at this hotel. The property itself is older and dated, but the location is absolutely beautiful. If you want fancy, this isn’t it. However, if you just want pool/beach time etc, this would be a nice place for you. We enjoyed our stay.

The property staff was customer friendly and welcomed you into a culture that was suited for the environment and atmosphere. The only complaint was the exterior door paint and interior shower leaks water when turned on.

Overall great stay !! All rooms oceanfront, great Ocean view, walking distance to beach, then you can come back and enjoy the pool...I'd stay there again.

Parking Fee

Was charged $16.00 a day for parking. Did not know until we checked out. Where else did they expect you to Park??

Not counting the fact that we could not check in because of the July 19th IT problem...We were not notified of the free breakfast. Everything was old. The ice machines on some floors were not working . The air conditioning was not working in the area by the elevators. On the good side, the TV worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. I do wish hotels (in general) would have more wastebaskets though.A small one in the bathroom and a small one by the TV does not do it for me.

Oceanfront

Great customer service and love that every room has an ocean view!

Stayed for 3 nights, not once did housekeeping come to the room to refresh the room. Had to leave garbage bags outside our room. Had to call to get towels brought up to our room because we had none. Go down to talk to management and they brush you off and say “did you leave the do not disturb sign on the door?” The room was fantastic, but the staff does not care one bit.

The landing at the 3rd floor for the elevator constantly dirty. The lock for the sliding door that accesses the balcony was bent and inoperative.

We arrive late, staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Good job ever

Everything was wonderful except for housekeeping, We checked in on Thursday and no one from housekeeping came to our room to tidy up or to even ask if we needed fresh linens I called several times and literally left messages to housekeeping about the trash and about the towels and linens and no one showed up at all We literally had to walk to the customer service desk and ask for toilet paper and towels and was told they would alert housekeeping No one ever showed up so needless to say we went and bought the items we needed because it was obvious telling or calling housekeeping was pointless

There was only 1 issue with the sofa bed mattress wh8ch they handled the minute it was brought to their attention. WONDERFUL staff, i will 100% stay there again

The property was beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. We received a breakfast voucher and thought the breakfast was good. Great options available for breakfast. Not to mention it was on the beach so that added to the beautiful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. They give you chocolate chip cookies for snacking, which is a nice treat! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Air conditioning doesn’t keep cool

Hotel needs maintenance, rooms need painting, and remodeling, the pool was full of sand, noisy, they charge 60$ daily for parking, and the parking is outdoor, with no security, far from the entrance, with poor light, it’s just ridiculous. I called regarding this issue last Saturday, the representative told me the system was down and they will call me back, still waiting for the call, resuming, never going again to that hotel, it’s too expensive for bad conditions and bad service.

Older property but well-maintained. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity. Hotel restaurant service is slow and food in not something to write about. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, housekeeping staff cut corners repeatedly, some of the front desk people were great, some were poor, our server at the restaurant was extremely unprofessional and routinely used obscenities under his breath in front of diners (it was hilarious). The bathroom trash cans were overflowing, and the deck area in the back and the restaurant were not kept very clean. Overall I think they need better management.

Decent place to stay starting to show its age. Staff was very friendly.
