Beautiful property close to everything. Staff was so friendly and helpful and the pool was gorgeous. Restaurants on site were delicious.

Very nice facility!

The property was well maintained and clean. It was out first time staying with Double Tree and they didn't disappoint. One negative item is the pool has way to much chlorine. The pool turned all of our eyes and the smell was extremely strong. The welcome cookies are awesome!! Will be back!

The washroom was not cleaned we had hair coming out of the shower and i had my family there. Was disappointed at that

Excellent service

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are very nice. There is a large parking lot at the hotel. There is a daily fee for parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the atmosphere, the free cookies when we walk in. The pool and the sauna. The king bed with the soaker tub that looks into the bedroom is fun for watching movies and having a bath at the same time.

Good location and amenities

Everything was great. Just didn't like to have to pay for parking, should have been included in the stay like most hotels. Other then that, was great

I didn’t like the food at the restaurant it was terrible, so much oil in the box and it was very expensive, we were very disappointed. I would never eat there again

Room was large, clean and view was excellent from our high floor. We were there to celebrate my wife's Birthday and the staff helpef to make the ent special!

We had a wonderful time.

Just an average hotel. The Good: quick elevators, nice salt water pool, clean enough, nice lobby, 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill. The not so great: beds were not the most comfortable, room was quite warm despite adjusting the thermostat, and shower is very slippery. Parking is expensive An average stay for a more than average cost.

Had a series problem with the pullout bed it was brined. They still rented it out to other families after that and we were not compensated financially just they offered a cot. Then the next night to change rooms but it was 11pm that's when we found out the bed was broken. So I could not wake up 3 of my kids to change rooms. Service has gone down most likely changing our fav hotel as you ca. see we always stay here.

Our room at this hotel was clean and comfortable. Got premium view room and it was lovely. Parking was easy and ample. It is located just off the strip, which makes it quieter. Is about a 15 minute walk to attractions in Niagara Falls, including Clifton Hills and the Falls themselves.

It was a great stay CB it we had a problem with the shower and the room was hot whole evening

A lovely updated hotel conveniently located, just a quick walk to the OLG concert venue. Love the welcome cookies. Comfy bed and nicely outfitted washroom supplies. We had a great view. Only complaint - $25 to park as a hotel guest - this is excessive.

Good hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Only issue was the pool. First, they have rules of limits, at one point there were 18 people in the jacuzzi and 8 kids in the adult pool. Very rowdy groups in the main pool made it difficult to go in with a younger child. Nobody monitoring. Other thing, love the salt water pool, but when the water is so cloudy that you can't see with goggles on, there is too much salt. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

I had asked for high floor in the request and was not given they mentioned i had booked through third party and cannot see that even though I had paid extra for this specific room. Room was not clean, very disappointed as I come here very often and after this visit will think twice

Double Tree Cookies are the best

We come primarily for the fresh baked cookies. Any Hilton is good, but the cookies at check-in make the difference. Every. Time.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to the Falls and to the Casino. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the same area. Rooms and entire hotel are VERY clean. Staff are welcoming and professional. Loved the warm welcome cookie! Starbucks in the lobby, restaurant, gym pool all available in the hotel. We are definitely staying at this hotel next time we are in the area. Overall excellent hotel!

Front desk was very helpful. Asked what floor we’re on and she said 8. I told her it was my birthday weekend and she bumped us up to the 10th. She (Jackie) even texted me to ask if everything was ok with our room!! Great customer service! 😊

We had a one night getaway and we stayed on the 18th floor. The views of the city, the American falls and some of the horseshoe falls were amazing. The only complaint we had was that the comforter had a very small blood strain on it when we pulled down the sheets. We called down to guest services and someone was there to replace it in less than 10 minutes. Great room, with a large soaker tub, large tv, and great facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly safe spectacular views

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel with my wife. We come here for 1 of our mini getaways thru the year. 1st time we came here during March Break and enjoyed the couples massage at the Spa in the hotel. I stayed in the same room. Premium Room 1 King Bed, Soaker Tub, US Falls View. Perfect for a couple to enjoy with lots of room so you dont feel tight and enclosed. The room was nice and clean. Bed was quite comfortable. The washroom has his and her sinks, decent size glass shower. We both loved that. The soaker tub is large enough to accomodate 2 people. Impressed with the quality of service as often you get what you pay for when you search for cheaper options which usually turn out to be a not so pleasant stay. Quite the opposite here. This hotel delivers on a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. Wife and I love it here.

I didnt like the limited parking situation. Spent 15 minutes driving around the property waiting for someone to leave.

The pool sauna and hot tub area

Restaurant was very good. Staff was excellent. Only caution is restaurant is not open for lunch and there are really no other options. This would not normally be a concern as its Niagara Falls so would be doing the touristy thing around lunch. We were there mid-week February during a snow storm and didn't want to go out unless necessary

Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Pools were large and clean. Staff very friendly.

Amazing experience

The hotel was beautiful, a nice bar and has a nice little gym to keep up on the gym grind. Me and my girlfriend loved our room, it had the most beautiful view of the Skylon Tower and the falls. Would definitely come back to stay here!

Overall a great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Sidewalks outside hotel were fully iced and shouldve been better maintained, as many people were slipping. Other than that very good!

Came in the offseason (February). Very calm. Staff was friendly. Nice and clean room. Sometimes the slowness of the offseason showed and staff was sometimes a little harder to get a hold of. But great property, could see the falls, pool and gym was nice. Spa was great. Great opportunity to relax.

Lovely stay. I usually stay at a property directly on the falls but decided to try this one. So glad I did. It is fresh and new where the others are getting a bit tired and overpriced. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was ready earlier and we were allowed to check in. The room was clean and supplied well. The lotion in our room was almost empty so that was a bummer. We ended up buying our own, but that should have been topped up. There were multiple places to eat around the property that were a short walk away and that was very convenient. The downfall was that the spa that's one of the main amenities of the hotel is closed on Mondays, a weekday, which really limited our options during our stay. You can't even call to book services on Monday so we can plan for the next day. The hotel and spa should really consider updating their hours. There should not be a day the spa is closed if the hotel is available. We came from out of town and didn't realize until we were already at the property that the purpose of our trip was a waste and we should have booked a different day.

Relaxing stay

Great stay amazing view of the Niagara falls. clean fresh room and a beautiful soaker tub . Chalet style hotel with a big pool and Jacuzzi.

Dont eat the peameal bacon

Started out pretty good. Staff service level is what you would typically expect from other hotels. Had breakfast at the in house restaurant. Dont order the peameal bacon. Mine were stale and paper thin. We also booked for the pool. Doubletree hotels typically have a great pool and this one as well very nice. Except we were overtaken by group of boys not respecting the pool rules and parents started drinking beer which is illegal. Biggest dissapointment came from the hotel where they took no action against it. 2 nights in a row we were not able to enjoy our main purpose of stay. My daughter was very dissapointed. We were given 1 free parking night and a late checkout as a compensation but i think the hotel dropped the ball on this one as i am sure i was not the only one made complaints. If it had not beem for this incident our stay would have been enjoyable.

The staff was fantastic and a gorgeous lobby with nice coffee shop

The room was great was on the top floor. It was very quiet. Beds were comfy, also couldn’t figure out how to disable all the French tv stations… barely any English tv. Two downsides….was unable to use the pool because there was a children’s hockey tournament and it was a very busy and loud place. Also, the restaurant really lacked the food was not good. The salmon was burned and the rice tasted like microwaveable rice. There were also a lot of bones in my pickerel dinner. It also took an hour and 20 minutes to receive any food. Would not recommend Buchanan’s restaurant, but definitely recommend the hotel.

One of the cleanest hotels my boyfriend and I have stayed in. We were overly pleased from the time we checked in. Very clean and beautiful exterior/interior. We stayed in the King suite and it had a wonderful view overlooking the city and we could see the Niagara river as well as the American falls. Our room was very clean and although we do not like carpet you can tell it was fairly new and cleaned thoroughly. My boyfriend enjoyed a beautiful massage at the Aveda spa and I enjoyed some time at the clean, well maintained hot tub and pool in the lower level. Checking in and out was hassle free and simple. Certainly enjoyed the warm complimentary cookie. We enjoyed a meal at a local restaurant but the hotel has a restaurant and Starbucks inside, making dining options easy and accessible. We certainly will book again, not a single worry or complaint. Highly recommend!!

2nd time we've stayed here and would come back agai.

The heat was very high and the room was very stuffy and triggered my sinuses and I to turn off the heat and open the window vents and has to get a fan from the front desk just to keep some type of cool air flow .... Other than that ..it was a great hotel wit all the amenities u could ask for!!! Will stay again in the future

I have no complaints. Had an amazing Fallsview room that was clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay. Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was appropriately quiet! We suggest keeping the ice machines operable and working. Also, the spots by the front door could be designated for mobility! Loved it and we keep returning!

Nice view of the falls

We stayed for a mini baby moon and the property served its purpose. Clean, good swimming and gym facilities and the staff were good at the front desk. The night security were not great. A couple Nextdoor were in a physical altercation and screaming at each other. We could over hear them fighting about money lost at the casino and it was 3am. We called security and they came but did nothing. The front desk comped our parking which was nice although not sleeping the night before departure wasn’t ideal. Luckily we didn’t have far to go. Overall a good experience and would stay again as it was a one off inconvenience and the property was apologetic in the morning.

Excellent hotel with walkable distance to The Falls!

The reception didn’t smile at all even though I was friendly. I asked just 2 simple questions and hey gave me a hard time about it was the first time there so I had no idea.
