Very comfortable and spacious room with a big TV with streaming services built-in. Location is ideal as it’s a couple of minutes walk to the train station. The breakfast was also good. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. By far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Japan.

The doubletree in Toyama was a nice, clean hotel well located for walking to many places in Toyama. I had very limited knowledge of Toyama going into the trip but the city is lovely!!! Had a great time getting drunk with some locals at a nearby bar and the Rotate sushi place a few blocks from the hotel was phenomenal. I can’t speak to the hotel breakfast since we didn’t partake but any hotel breakfast buffet can’t be so bad right??

The hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Very efficient check in, warm cookies on arrival and room was clean and spacious with a cot prepared for our baby. The public bath is great and you can even check how busy it is from the tv in your room! Great location within walking distance from Toyama station with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store next door.

It is only 5 min walk to jr station and there are many restaurant nearby.

Don’t like the staff, they introduced the most expensive car park opposite to the hotel. And they are not very friendly, I won’t go there again.

When you need a comfortable rest…

This hotel was an unexpected haven after a week of eco-hotels. The room was spacious without wasting space and the bed was so comfortable I dropped right to sleep. Very convenient for Toyama station and plenty of great food options nearby.

Breakfast was great. Shower was good. One of the wall USB ports had no power to it.

On arrival, the guy at the front desk wanted some type of hold or deposit. My visa had been working all day and was no where near the limit. He ran it twice and told me it was denied and stood there. I wasn't leaving as i had no where else to go. Then he offered to charge me the 5 night stay on it and it cleared. Unsure what he was trying to charge me initially. The situation was unnerving and stressful as it was raining, i had 2 heavy suitcases in tow and i didn't know where else I would have gone that night. Lots of dust on bedside lights. Kleenix box dispenser upside down- didnt realize until got tired of trying to pull kleenix out. Had to ask for hand soap refill on day 3. Little stuff but for the price, I expected better.

Possibly the best hotel in Toyama

Large room, large bed, very clean, excellent breakfast.

Our booking was last minute late in the evening due to a train cancellation. The hotel was perfect. Staff were lovely. Aesthetically pleasing decor, quiet, beds so comfortable, spotlessly clean, one of the best showers we’ve had, breakfast caters to all tastes and was a calm experience. Not sure what else is nearby as we didn’t explore but it is very near the train station. Highly recommend.

This is a new hotel, so everything is modern and up-to-date. It’s very close to the station. I live in Toyama so the location didn’t really concern me. But if you’re traveling through Toyama, it is very convenient. There’s plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment near the hotel. The staff is very friendly. When I arrived, there was a foreign family checking in. Apparently they were charged something they didn’t expect. They were arguing with the staff. The male staff member who was handling them was very professional. He didn’t raise his voice or sound mean. His English was excellent. In the end, he gave in to the family and took off the charges. I really don’t think he should have. He explained it very well why they were charged what they were charged. I think they were just being difficult. But, I don’t know the whole story. I just know that the staff was very professional. There was no shouting, loud voices, or any bad language. I was really impressed on how the mail staff member handled them. The room we had was very nice. The only downfall of being in the city, is only having a view of the building next to us. But you could still see the station from the window. But I usually don’t stay in a hotel for the view. The bathroom was very nice. The shower was really big. There was a lot of conveniences in the room, like an ironing board, safe, and a very huge TV. The bed was nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

大浴場にサウナ、水風呂、ジムや会議室の設置もありホテル内生活も快適で使いやすい。交通アクセスもよく、富山逗留に大変な使い勝手がよい ワーケーションプラン（客室利用でなく設備利用だけでも）などあると、土日ともう半日、みたいな過ごし方の幅も広がると思った。

せっかくの新しい設備なにに台無しになるような、スタッフの対応でした 朝食が混んでいてかなり待たされた キャパと対応する客数に開きがあるので、客を待たす事を前提としている 受付では笑顔が全くなく、サービスを受けているように感じない上、駐車料金を請求するなら、事前に料金や利用上の注意喚起など案内しておくべきです 事前に何の断りもなく、料金だけ請求するのだったら、近隣の駐車場が安くて近いので、非常に遺憾です ホテルはやはりサービス業としての接客の大切さを痛感しました もう、利用しないでしょう

提携駐車場があれば最高でした。 施設は文句なしです。

素晴らしかったです

清潔感があり、とても満足できました。 ウォーターサーバーの水も美味しく、チョコチップクッキーが寒い中チェックインした時にここが温かくなりました。ありがとうございました。

Good location, breakfast could be better

Breakfast is just barely ok. The french toasts and waffles are cold and hard. Looks like it’s been cooked and left there for a few hours (though there is a food-warming light above). I tried both the second morning, still the same. Coffee is good. It would be better if warm cream is used rather than cold milk. For the spa, my husband said the water is not hot enough. The female side is acceptable, i would not say it is hot enough. I cant find any boxed tissues in the vanity area. Not sure if i have missed it

施設は綺麗で良かったですが、以下、残念な点。 ① 隣部屋の声が聞こえた。 ② 隣部屋との接続扉を、隣の部屋の人が開けようとして、ガチャガチャやられ、不快かつ怖かったです。 ③ 大浴場に関して、外人の利用の仕方が悪く、脱衣所が色々とやりっ放しで不快。注意する張り紙や、チェックインの際に紙を渡す等して、ルールを身につけさせてほしい。

素晴らしい接客、ドイツ語でも声かけられた。 フィットネス及スパは非常に良い！部屋やダイニングなどは日本に思えないような空間。

도야마역 근처라 교통이 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 아쉬웠던것은 호텔내 주차장이 없어 근처 쇼핑몰에 차를 대고 움직여야해서 불편했습니다.

駐車場も駅も近くに有り、周りに飲食店も沢山有るので良いと思います。ホテル内も綺麗でとても満足しています。

部屋には、バスタブが無くて、大浴場で入浴出来ました。

駅からも近くてすごく良かったです 旅行当日は雨だったんですが、チェックイン前にも荷物預かってもらって、なおかつホテルの傘まで貸していただきました スタッフの方もとても親切でホテルは快適に過ごせました 大変お世話になりました

素晴らしく、快適でした。 また宿泊したいと思います。

ベットの寝心地がよく快適でした。 ホテルは乾燥するので体調が悪くなる事が多いですが気になりませんでした。スタッフの方々にも丁寧に対応していただきました。

完全失望既體驗

因為到立山登山既原因, 需要安排於上山前一晚及下山後的一晚於富山地區住宿, 因為見到HILTON的酒店, 家人說想試試, 所以就安排了分開兩晚住宿這間酒店 失望既原因 - 兩晚都被安排於較底層及近緊急出口的房間; - 於CHECK-IN 時詢問酒店方面能否安排行李寄存到下一次入住, 但酒店拒絕, 令到我要於早上7:00 去找尋車站的LOCKER安排寄存行李 (去年於東京及今次大阪方面的4星酒店都能提供相關服務) - 於第二晚住宿時發現睡床對上的天花燈安裝不太穩固, 幸好當晚沒有跌下來 下次如果有機會再到富山, 我想會選擇比較近JR 車站的酒店

Good hotel with comfortable beds

Nice hotel close to the train station in Toyama. The room was very good and the bed very comfortable. Though as previous reviews has said, Didnt try the breakfast as I think it was a little bit above what I think it is worth. We tried the onsen and it was very nice after a long day.

スタッフのホスピタリティ、部屋の清潔さ、駅・飲食のアクセスの良さ、いずれも満ち足りた滞在でした。また、1Fのカフェは相当美味しいと地元のサラリーマンも言ってました。 室内はシャワーボックスのみで(これも広くてよかった)、SPAというか湯船は大浴場を利用するのは意外でした。 2024年現在は円安も手伝ってのインバウンド需要で客層はなかなか賑やかです。朝食ビュッフェなんかは活気あふれています。

位置：方便，離開火車站5分鐘便到。 房間：夠大，可以同時開打開兩個行李，只是沒有浴缸，不過有大浴場。 餐廳工作人員：態度良好，我不小心掉了筷子落地下，不消一刻，他便主動把新的一對筷子拿過來。 基本上酒店工作員服務態度不錯，只是他們表示不能協助聯絡餐廳訂位，因我們不懂得日語，所以有些麻煩。
