Didnt like that snow hadn't been plowed. Treacherous walking out to airport shuttle

Good location to airport.

Hotel was nice, clean. Beds were just ok. Front desk staff weren't overly friendly. Staff working on our floor, however, were very friendly. I would stay again.

This hotel was great and had everything we needed for our weekend in Mississauga.

We didn’t park our vehicles there as we had a place to park for free , still had a free shittle to the airport for 14 of us! Great service and cookies are amazing

Horrendous. Every encounter with the front desk staff was shocking. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never stay at a doubletree or any other Hilton establishment ever again.

The Doubletree by Hilton - Toronto Airport was the perfect place to stay the night before a flight to Mexico. The free shuttle service was fantastic.

The room was very nice and had a cozy feel about it, The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable!! The showers was very nice! The only issue we have was parking. We had to circle around for awhile until a spot became available.

The price for parking. Much more than the average.

Mediocre hotel. Tried calling front desk and room service a few times but no one ever answered the phone. Lots of parking but was difficult to find a spot as hotel was pretty busy when we stayed. Hotel room was clean. Overall it was good.

Great Hotel Terrible Shuttle Service!!

Would have rated it 5 across the board except for how long we had to wait at airport for shuttle. We waited 1.5 hours for the "DoubleTree Airport West on Dixie"shuttle all the while watching 9-10 of hotel shuttles like the Hilton and Holiday Inn keep picking up. Even the shuttle for DoubleTree on "Dixon" (make sure you know which DoubleTree!!) showed up twice.

Gotta love the warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in 😊

The only thing that bothers me wants the shuttle from the airport. He never came and we had to grab a taxi to get to the hotel.

Barely better than a motel. Stayed in a larger king room & it was very noisy. No soundproofing, also no blinds to cover wall windows. Large industrial lighting shines into the room all night. Would way rather have paid an extra $40 to stay at a proper hotel. Overpriced for nothing, no toiletries provided. Wouldn't stay here again

Rooms were new looking & comfortable. Properly is well maintained.

Our stay was good except we were not advised of the hours the restaurant was open. We almost missed breakfast but they were kind enough to serve us but we missed lunch because it was closed. Too cold to walk anywhere so we got some snacks to tide us over till dinner. Sorry but dinner was not good. Wings were old and dry and the Philly beef was tough and full of grisel. If we return to Toronto we will look elsewhere because of that.

Easy access to airport super clean and friendly

We will never book back here again. Advertised as free shuttle to airport and did not disclose daily parking fees that would cost an additional $126. We will book elsewhere next time where parking is included in booking.

Love to stay at this hotel at the beginning and end of our vacations flying out of Pearson. It is a very comfortable hotel and the shuttle is excellent and reliable!

Had a great stay. We were able to use the airport shuttle to go to the hotel and then back to the airport to catch our flight in the morning. Great location

Everything was great from check in to check out. It could have just been my room but the shower had a weak stream and pressure. Other than that, it was a good experience and I would go back

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, and while the facilities are good, my most recent visit revealed gaps in customer service. On my last day, I signed the check at breakfast to charge it to my room and left a cash tip. Hours later, I was told the check was unsigned and asked to re-sign it. Strangely, my tip was missing. I informed the front desk that I’d rather pay directly than sign again, but they seemed unsure how to handle the issue. Thankfully, Sylvia from the restaurant showed empathy, apologized, and even gave me cookies to make up for the mishap. Her kindness was appreciated, but the missing tip and confusion left me uneasy. If you stay here, I recommend photographing any signed documents to avoid similar issues. Aside from this incident, the stay was decent, though the front desk and restaurant staff could benefit from better coordination.

Was perfect for our needs. The free shuttle to the airport was very handy in taking the train downtown.

Reception, extremely poor service. Woman needs more customer service training. Not extremely busy and no problem waiting our turn; however, once it was our turn she turned to a co-worker and had a 5 minute conversation. I moved to the next gentleman who was helping our friends when the coworker left so I returned to stand in front of her. My wife had made the reservations for both ourselves and friends we were traveling with. When reception asked for identification I gave her my driver's license and she said there was no such reservation. When I explained to her my wife had made the reservation she asked if there was another name it could be under. I gave her the name of the friends who were checking in with the gentleman. She again repeated is there another name that could be under at which time I turn to my wife and said they don't have a reservation under our last name. At this point the woman said very rudely "you're not listening to what I'm saying"! My wife joined the conversation at this point and said "I made the reservations for both parties" gave her name, which is the same last name as mine and our friends name. Reception then asked for identification from her. It appears that what she was looking for was a different first name but wasn't very clear in her questioning. Instead of asking for a different first name became rude and belittling. Check out was extremely pleasant and restaurant Rob was excellent!

Asks for wake up call 330am didn't call almost missed flight woke up at 430am rushed to catch shuttle NOT HAPPY !!!

Great hotel. Too hardline with the rules

Danielle at front desk was extremely nice but when we checked out, our team got told not to eat food at the business centre which i understand. But you should offer a place for people to sit and eat food. You get punished for not eating at your restaurant which was closed anyway. We’re not allowed to sit at the restaurant with outside food. When it is open, understandable. Other than that great hotel, nice pool A SAUNA! Good stay. It would be a higher rating if not for the food thing

I stayed there with my family for a day from 30th November to Ist December. Let me write first positives of the property. Clean rooms. New look. No smell. Washroom very nice and clean. Mist of food area near the hotel are good. All gadgets working. The Negatives Late night movementnot looks safe. Room phone was out of order and only way to communicate is to go in lounge to talk to them. When i inquire why phone is not working their answer was most of their phones are not working and they have no alternate solution available. Breakfast was not included within the package which is poor approach. The only food area is closed at 10:00 am after that no service. A gift shop available but when i asked timings lady told me that it will remain closed whole day tommorrow. Over all i grade it 7/10 space for the improvement and ladies on the reception were helpful. The cost of the room should not exceed above 125 canadian dollars per day inclusive taxes. Controlling rate below 125 dollars per day will sustain the clientage.

great stay for us when we needed an airport location hotel. Super friendly front desk staff. Hotel was clean and well kept. We were only there one night and didn't use any amenities other than the room, but we looked at the gym (small but effective) and the small indoor pool.

We didn't spend a lot of time on property, but was grateful for the free airport shuttle. I found some of the staff and shuttle drivers rude and not overly friendly and difficult to communicate with. The room was clean however the windows were filthy.

This property was very nice for travelling to/from the airport and utilizing public transport to get downtown!

I would think twice about staying at this Hilton location again as the staff were not friendly or accommodating. The second night of our stay was terrible. The adjoining room guests were smoking marijuana and the scent was seeping through our door, the entire room was engulfed in this smell. We advised the hotel staff and they disregarded our complaint. They did not send anyone to check on the guests next door to validate our complaint or advise them to smoke outside the premises. A staff member came to room and did not acknowledge the smell he said the room smelled like Jennifer Lopez??he sprayed the room with air freshener and left. We lost power in the room twice and the smoke detector went off when we used the blow-dryers. Our stay was not pleasant.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Same for airport shuttle drivers. There is a charge for on site parking. Room was clean and comfortable.
