Excellent

Excellent hotel. Located slightly out of the old city, but there is a nice walk down the river that gets you there, directly, within 30 minutes or a taxi for around £5. Staff were great, couldn't do enough for you and very polite. Service brilliant, very clean and the spa was amongst the best ive been to, as eas the gym.

A nice Hotel, nice food nice staff.. but a review is a review, due to family illness I had to cut my trip short by 7 days. And not a move or nudge on policy, despite spendind 10s of thousands of £££ in previous years... disappointed

Excellent facilities and well situated by the river

I enjoyed the visit, staff all very helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and spar where also very good.

Amazing up to date hotel in the city of Skopje. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff at the reception including the restaurant personnel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The location and feel of the place is excellent. Hotel nice and clean and spa facilities and Gym brilliant. Staff are super friendly. I also like the neighbourhood as there are some great places to go out and eat and drink in

Hotel by the River.

Clean and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast variety and lovely location by the Vardar River. Lots of free parking and only 10 mins drive into Skopje city center.

Stayed here a few times, unfortunately the room they gave us this time had a loud clicking noise going on all through the night. Was impossible to sleep properly, we did report this but staff did not seem to care.

The inside of the property and the rooms were fantastic. One of the nicest that I have been in for a while.

Have stayed on and off now for 16 weeks, tried different rooms each time small, king, a couple with kitchen and sofa, although the rooms are cleaned they never vacuum, stains on furniture so always have to sit on a towel, they never replace the milk in fridge you always have to ask for it, shouldn't have to should i, Bar staff are very good the food is excellent, SPA facilities are fantastic good sized pool sauna and jacuzzi amazing massages to boot. Pricey I think to be honest, just not as clean as it should be for such a Hotel Chain my only disappointment

I stay at Hilton in Skopje often and they are at top level along with Marriott. Truly exceptional service(which can’t be said for a lot of other hotels in the area).

I stay here often - great hotel and staff

The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. The linens and the beds were very comfortable and a high standard. The breakfast looked lovely but it wasn’t very tasteful. Location a little bit out of town but taxis are plentiful. The spa was lovely and the massage wonderful.

Information regarding room cleaning is not understandable. You want service - call reception. You don't - call. Selection of TV channels - unacceptable. Test Ok.

Nice clean friendly staff

Nice newer structure. Built almost on the outskirts of Skopje (N Macedonia). The staff was very cordial and welcoming. Room was sanitized and there was a paper seal on the door, indicating clean against COVID-19 virus, ready. I recommend Double Tree In Skopje. The only miss-hap is, that there is no Shuttle to the Skopje airport.

This place was Amazing!! the staff was very friendly and was very accommodating. the spa ,room service and over dining experience was fantastic i have zero complaints about it i recommended anyone to stay here there are able to get you a cab quick if you need it and its close to downtown by walking. Just the overall service the next time i come back to Skopje i will be staying here

New hotel with great facilities. Spa facilities are top class, as well as the fitness center. Service from the staff is great. Things that can be improved: - breakfast is big, but at a somewhat lower quality - fitness center is accessible to outside hotel guests (i expect exclusivity). But the staff at the spa compensate with their service.

Nice stay. Good value for money. Very good gym. Very profesional and helpful lady from Gym. We enjoyed pool and sauna first day and we were told it will work next day but when we visit tomorrow it was closed for use.

We had a very nice stay at the Hilton Skopje, the room was nice and spacious, the breakfast and room service were very good for the price charged, the service was friendly and efficient, the spa is also very nice, the area where the hotel is located is quite new but there isnt much to do there...If I went back to Skpopje I would stay here again

Nice, relaxing hotel, not far from centre of Skopje. Hotel took extra steps to keep us happy when we enquired about an in-service facility in the spa.

New Hotel, just outside centre, very comfortable, very good spa, excellent customer service!

Horrible customer Service from them and Expedia, during my trip I had to cut the trip short due to unforeseen circumstances and requested Expedia, who supposedly asked the hotel, for a reimbursement on the days I didn't use, not only they took a long time to answer but finally just sent an email saying no, completely disappointed, a never again customer!

It's new, the staff is great. Also, the wellness area is very nice.

Everything is perfect! I am a return customer and will continue to do so.

Rooms were clean and the pools and restaurants were very nice.

Great hotel, brand new. Lots of staff around to help you out. Unfortunately the evacuation alarm went off at 5 am (without there being a need for evacuation). No apologies were made.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön und die Parksituation ist sehr komfortabel. Unser Bad war allerdings in keinem guten Zustand: Der Rasierspiegel war sehr staubig und die Fugen in der Dusche waren belegt mit Schimmel. Der Seifenhalter in der Dusche war nicht richtig fest. Der Abfluss bzw. Überlauf im Waschbecken war sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück haben wir leider nur als sehr durchschnittlich empfunden, der Käse war sehr trocken, manche Teller waren bereits leer (bspw. Putenbrust) und Speisen wurden erst nach Hinweisen durch uns Gäste nachgelegt. Die Auswahl der Speisen haben wir in anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels in Skopje als besser empfunden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich. Beim Checkout habe ich an der Rezeption Fotos von den beschriebenen Mängeln gezeigt. Ich hoffe, dass das DoubleTree by Hilton Skopje an den Problemen arbeitet.

Amazing spa included in room price

Very nice hotel with amazing spa. Not too far from center but need a car or an taxi. Staff at reception or spa was very nice, just the staff at breakfastbwas rude and not welcoming. But overall very nice place to stay

Pros: very friendy recepsionist. Only reason i take 4 star instead of 3. Very friendly and helpful. Cookie when arrived, good beds, average clean, good parking, good AC. Cons: food at restaurants was a really let down. The service was also not anything special in the restaurant (night and day from the friendly reception). Eat somewhere else. A little dated rooms. Location is a bit away from centre. Overall a good hotel at a good price with very friendly reception.
