Amazing hotel
Really lovely room. Got a lovely upgrade and staff very friendly and helpful.
The roof top image shown in the profile is not available unless you have a wedding there but advertised as part of the hotel. The windows and surfaces are dusty, multiple and very visible stains on the carpets in the rooms. Customer service below standard for a 3 or 4 star hotel. The rooms look look tired, woke up early enough to see the sun rise but couldn't take a picture as the windows were covered in dirt and not to forget the cemeteries that can be seen from the front and right side of the building, there are no nearly shops it is located in an industrial estate location and the steam room looks and smells mouldy. I can only image that the 5 star ratings and from workers from this hotel. This hotel in NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL
Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. It offers free parking, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. The hotel also provides a spa and a breakfast buffet. There are restaurants available for lunch and dinner, and I appreciated the small gift shop in the lobby.
The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. No noise. Awesome scenic view from 13th and 14th floor. Cooperative staff. Excellent concierge. Only thing I missed was easy walking neighborhood. Also room is not equipped with USB port for charging. And dark curtains were not available. If somebody is on paid tour or has one's own transport, it is an excellent choice for stay.
Nice 5-star hotel. Quiet and clean with a friendly and helpful front desk staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
Stuff was super friendly. Thanks again
Was pretty good
Great view ! Central quiet nice room breakfast was wonderful so much to choose from.
Very good and helpful staff at the reception or in the breakfast restaurant, but the hotel is far away from everything, and no life around it but grave yards, cemetery., there is no balconies in any room, and no little windows to open for a little fresh air, you will need a taxi all time to come to the lufe areas, the taxi drivers charge lot of money back and forth
Excellent hotel for those who have cars because it has easy access to highway and to Fatih area. Clean rooms, nice staff and excellent breakfast.
Good property. taxi ride isn’t that bad to old city. Staff were helpful and a convenient stay
Great hotel, location isn't the best but it is a great place to stay with family
Not great. Arrogant staff.
Room was ok. Staff were very unfriendly to the point of being rude. Very big hotel lots of wasted space, very long walk to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Definitely not my first choice of hotels in Istanbul
The hotel is ok, but the view of the cemetery is not what I hope to look at every morning.
And also my stand light not working
Memorable stay in Istanbul
Travelling with family..modern hotel with very friendly staff..special thanks to Mr Ahmet from reception and Miss Zainab for their kindness and help to accomodate us on check in. My original reservation was 2 connected rooms but was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed and additional single bed at a higher floor. Room was spacious and nice with sea view..good food variety at breakfast buffet..hotel has underground parking and a nice spa area with gym and turkush bath...kids had a lot of fun in the indoor swimming pool and with the daily freshly baked cookies.. Things to improve are mostly technical..A/C in the bedroom was cold but the sitting area was hot and technical staff did not solve the problem..water would leak out from the shower area to the bathroom floor.. restaurant was also hot as A/C was barely functional..the hotel is situated right next to a big cemetry and half of the hotel rooms overlook the cemetry. It is far from tourist attractions and you need a car or taxi to travel around.
Service was very poor
Breakfast was anything which i expected from Hilton and in comparison to other, same level of hotels.
Amazing experience and guest relation officer looked after us very well
Small room not standard
No public transport near by. Closest tram /train is a 15 min walk. Buses are often full . Situated near graveyards and very busy roads.
Comfortable bed
Great hotel I enjoyed my stay
Excellent hotel Nothing negative to mention
Good place
Thx
great nice wander full 👍👍
Very nice clean and comfortable hotel.
Excellent stay. I couldn't figure out how to turn down the room heat. Fantastic breakfast buffet. The concierge was very helpful with tour and shuttle arrangements. Very beautiful city with many highlights
There is no restaurant or any coffee shop anywhere close to this hotel. If u wanna eat u have to take taxi and go somewhere to eat . The carpets r very dirty. And the hotel restaurant is very expensive we bough food only for one person 1200 that’s about 70 Canadian dollar only dinner for one and no taste
The check in was smooth. The staff was polite and courteous and they tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel has good breakfast, with a lot of variety. The only thing is that the location is a bit far away from key attractions...therefore often one must rely on taxis which can be hard to find sometimes and can be expensive. Overall the hotel is good.. and I would recommend staying here
Was average and far and inconvenient
In general everything was very good just little bit the cleaning service .. otherwise excellent the breakfast buffet they have very good.. reception people they are so nice .. the people working in the restaurant they are so friendly specially Kamal .. and special thx for Askim
All is bad nothing to say anything
It is very good hotel and location
It is very good and comfortable
The hotel is located far away from the main attractions points in Istambul. The staff is very courteous and helpful, they try to fulfill every request . There is an indoor swimming pool .. we did not use .. there is a charge of 60TL for the caps you have to use when entering the pool. No other caps were allowed which I found it very strange. They simply wanted to charge you for using the pool which I refused to do so. The breakfast was amazing .. turkish breakfast is famous .. lots of variety of food .waiters were very helpful .. Faruk will go above and beyond to assist us during breakfast. The hotel is close to KoC Hastanesi hospital 4 min walk . That’s the reason we choose this hotel. Overall very good hotel which I recommend
Though a little out of the way, the hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and attentive.
Overall the service was good except for the fact that there were limited dining options. Every time you need to go somewhere, you need to call a taxi. Some taxi drivers would not charge you by meter if they are coming from the Asian side of the city towards the hotel.
Very standard and the place is dull
The view was of cemetery
Good hotel and the usual Double tree by Hilton service. Breakfast was good. Location is for business people. Not for someone who wants to visit the SultanAhmet, Grand bazaar, Spice bazaar or Taksim square. About twenty minutes walk to the closet Tram.
This property next to graveyard you don’t wanna wake up and having a graveyard view from your room specially when you on vacation … even for ice and glass and plate you asked in your room have to pay … will never stayed in this property … and advise anyone not to stay in this hotel and this area it’s far from all good places …
A Comfortable Stay
A perfect stay, minutes away from the heart of the city. A gorgeous property, with friendly staff, ample parking, & a wonderful breakfast spread fit for Kings & Queens. The room was extremely comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great. Was able to enjoy the sauna multiple times, a nice way to end the night. Had a relaxing massage. No negatives about this property or my stay. Would recommend & would stay here again, when in Istanbul.
Firstly, if you’re only here for a short time you do not want to be booking here. I was only here for 3 days and I wish I knew the area more better. There is nothing close by, and by close by I mean within 10 minutes walking distance. We arrived really late so it was difficult to find food however we found a good spot (forgot the name), you take a right from the hotel and carry on walking STRAIGHT for about 15 minutes, well worth the walk. The location of this double tree Hilton is in Topkapi, which means you have nothing nearb. I was using public transport every day, either trams or taxi. Tram is very cheap but taxis can be costly based on the driver, however you may use Uber or iTakski. The staff were polite and helpful however I feel like upon entry, staff could be more welcoming considering it’s the ‘Hilton’. The communication prior to arriving was not the best as I messaged the hotel a few times to try and do a special do for my wife but it didn’t work, perhaps there was some internet issues. I didn’t see the full facilities in the hotel so it would be unfair of me to make comments however I know they have a terrace view at the top which is pretty decent. The room itself has an outdated TV, which I’m sure Hilton should change to something more worthwhile. I’d have hoped being in 2023 and in Hilton we would have smart tv’s.The room size is decent for sure, I thought it was a good price to pay but looking around Topkapi I feel like I could have gone for better options
Hilton
Very pleasant stay
Property very clean
Staff was pretty unfriendly. Hardly said a word to me at check-in. We were nearly the only ones at dinner and the staff seemed annoyed to have to do some work... Huge stains on the carpet in the room.
Holiday in Istanbul
The hotel staff are very collaborative. Since we are in the holy month of Ramadan, they provided in room suhoor service at a relatively good price. The suhoor has very good options like fresh soup, fruit salad, orange juice, boiled egg, different types of cheese, whole grain bread, and butter and honey. The location of the hotel is relatively good as it's in the European side of Istanbul in an area named Byrampaśa and clos to so many touristic locations. The amenties refill was complete and on time, the hotel focuses on clean and recycable eco-friendly paper cups. They also provide toothbrush and additional tissues when you ask for. The room size is small it might be suitable for a single traveller like me, but if you have alot of luggage or you are travelling as a family, I won't recommend you to book such a room. The downside of my experience was the cleaning service especially when it comes to the bathroom, and changing the blanket. I had stayed for five days and they never changed the bedsheets and pillow case. I couldn't report that as I used to leave early and come late at night. Moreover, the toilet was never cleaned wither the sink, the shower, or even the floor. Another issue is that the draining system of the toilet is very bad and need some maintenance as the water immediately fill the whole place.
The aroma and smell of the hotel was spectacular
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff were very friendly. I specially thanks Akon the receptionist who was very nice welcoming person.
Great stay in Istanbul!!
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay, the staff were really helpful. Organising taxi's and other small things. The waiter in the bar was particularly helpful on my first evening. I will certainly stay here again when I need to travel back to Turkey.
Excellent place to stay, and very friendly staff
فندق بجرار مقبرة وفي منطقة جداا سيئة ومطعم سي جداا
None
Room carpet had stains, no facility to charge devices with us pins..
Very friendly staff. Cleanliness is great. breakfast buffet is superb!
It is a nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was nice but the walls are very thin. You could hear people talk in the next room. Food lovely and the gym was great.
Perfect
A fairly good location if you’re willing to take taxis everywhere, which are cheap, but traffic is endless and short journeys can take ages. The hotel was good, towel changes everyday which is completely unnecessary but the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and staff very efficient and kind. The downstairs restaurant, which seemed to be the only one open in the evening, was ok. Only pastas, pizzas no Turkish food which was disappointing. The pool area was lovely but remember it is single sex use of facilities in terms of the sauna, steam room and hammam so that means you can’t enjoy it as a couple. Overall a good base to explore this huge city.
Place is good
Location clean friendly
There were significant stains on the carpet of the room, the stains were from different colors and sizes, I bet that carpet has been there for a very long time. it was disgusting!
Was woken up really early by noise of linen trolleys outside!
I had a very nice stay
Good location, good service, good price
Very nice room. Great facilities (big gym, sauna, hammam space, massage)
The pillow was darty
Refrigator have a no water, coke, chok.pool water is not warm.
The house last was nice, that's the only for thing i could say about this hotel!
Not in safe area
The pool is very nice
The bed and pillows is so bad and uncomfortable at all
The Hotel is safe
Overall good

Location, friendly service, Hotel has a Spa, their concierge team is great, went out of the way to plan our tours, made recommendations etc
Location wasn’t good & we had breakfast included but it wasn’t good enough and overpacked the food lacked taste including room service. Doesn’t live up to Hilton standards
Awesome hotel, very professional and great service.
They advertised sea views, but failed to mention that it was next door to a cemetery. In my opinion this hotel is too far for most of the attractions. Also the fact that there concierge service charged me 1000 tl for a taxi to the blue mosque ,when the next day i got a taxi my self for the same journey at a simular time for 180 tl .They charged me 6.5 times more than the taxi.
Everything was amazing, just the beds were really uncomfortable!
The hotel is pleasant and clean, away from the bustle of the city centre. The hotel staff were all very dedicated and kind. View - the hotel is surrounded by a vast graveyard. It would have been good for this to be included in the photos and hotel website, especially as Muslim tourists have to pray facing the graveyard. The room view we had was very nice, but the windows were streaky. Good to have these cleaned. Disparities: the website states that a free shuttle bus is available to Taksim square but this is now unavailable. No free cookie. Location - it is very tricky getting back in the late afternoon/early evening as most drivers will decline bookings (considered too far out). Public transport by a mix of tram and bus are possible though and take you close to the hotel which is good. Taxis are easier to get after 9.30/10pm. Water - for two evenings the building’s water supply stopped for about 45 minutes. The spa facilities had running water though so this was fine. Mattress - the room mattresses were worn out in the middle and uncomfortable. Worth replacing these. Iron - the iron was burnt and left small black residue on clothes. These should be cleaned for use. Spa facilities - these were well segregated and had good opening hours. Good if the saunas are kept steamy in the evening. The music in the sauna was not relaxing. Breakfast offers a wide variety of foods. The hotel may want to stock English breakfast tea bags.
😡
We had a nice stay. The only thing that was not satisfactory was we as a couple had booked a room with king size bed. When we reached at hotel we were told room was upgraded and when we went in the room the only difference from the other room was this one had 2 single beds. Room size, view and everything was just the same so we didnt understand how that was an upgrade.
Avoid at all costs.
Never ever again. There was nothing inductive of “Hilton” standards in that facility.
Great hotel improve hotel food got food poisoning
Amazing stay I loved the room absolutely beautiful room so big and amazing service always go out there way to help you. The room service for food horrible I ordered a burger gave me food poisoning which 2 days I was sick apart from that clean and amazing rooms
Beautiful, large updated property. A true 5-star for the area. Large rooms, nice view of the city, and the rooftop terrace is huge!
Really easy to get around the city it’s on a main highway, it’s very clean & neat
The staff is amazing! Especially the front desk! They were very accommodating and pleasant!!
Over-all... the hotel was fine. I found the behavior of a couple of staff members, at service, a little unprofessional... but that might be me misunderstanding things; due to the language barrier. My biggest complaint is with room service. They consistently forgot parts of my orders. And one staff member in particular seemed in a hurry to hang up and not want to wait until I had completed my order. So room service is the big thumbs-down for me with this hotel.
Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and very big. When we checked in for our rooms we were given a nice treat some freshly baked biscuits, thank you. Very nice spa facilities: swimming pool, kids pool, sauna, steam room and hammam with traditional marble. Only improvement I would suggest is a better coffee machine in the breakfast area and a more varied breakfast with alternate food daily, maybe also more typical dishes. Also the restaurant space would be nice to have it in a separate room not with the bar and lobby. The hotel is located near an industrial area and highway, but you can’t hear any traffic which is great. There is a bus station, tram walking 10 minutes to Fatih station and 15 minutes to Topkapi tube station, both which are connected well with city center and airport. If you go near the ruins you can find some food shops and local restaurants, really recommend Kebapci Murat, great food. Thank you for our stay! We really enjoyed it and will come back.
Very nice place, and comfortable too.
Have to give them 1 star since they lack customer service. I wanted to stay for 10 days there but only stayed for one day . First of all the picture shows the beds are queen size but they are smaller than twin. Also I wanted them to change my room but they didn’t and they asked for more money. Also I was told my room will be ready till 3 and I came after 3 and room still not ready . To be honest their customer service are not professional at all. You feel uncomfortable entering this hotel . I won’t stay here anymore and would not recommend it to anyone…
I messaged the hotel i will arrive late, i did arrive a little later than i informed them, they sold my room without reaching out. 2 nights later they moved me into a room by a graveyard. One of the core features that made me book with this hotel was the fact that they stated on their booking page that my room comes with a Kitchennet. Nothing like that was there, everything here was a struggle, I begged for microwave, they finally brought one but it wasn't usable. I do not recommend anyone going Istanbul to stay here. They aren't what they claim to be.
The property was great, they had nice rooms, the beds are comfy, the heater worked very well, the view was not so bad, there's a pretty cemetery that can be seen with crows and giant trees. Sometimes it's a bit noisy, but it did not affect my sleep. The facility was very clean. There was an awesome breakfast buffet every morning that had a wide range of foods and drinks and sweets. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Negative points are the staff at the front desk are very apathetic. They do no put a smile on their face, it's as if they are forced to work. They are not willing to help and don't even fake being understanding. I had asked for early check in because I was coming from abroad and was met with complete carelessness about the situation. Similarly when I had asked for a late checkout because of flight timing, they said to come back the next morning flat out, even though they could have looked at the room bookings. Overall, customer service could use a major facelift.
The staff are not friendly at all. We made requests but no information was passed to them. They didn't really care at all. Amenities far away and you have to catch a taxi all the time. The soloon of the hilton was very bad paid alot of money to get what my wife wanted but the guy knows nothing. Never again in this hilton or another hilton in istanbul.
Unworthy service
AC/Heater was blowing cold air in the winter time, My Mom got extremely sick. At the reception the guy was not able to communicate in English & he was talking by his personal phone at the counter & ignoring to help out with the customers. No ice machine or clear directory about amenities. I had to ask to change the room because of poor knowledge of the maintenance guy. I had to buy basic things from outside as long as the Hotel was not able to provide or communicate customer needs.
Yes
Enjoyed the stay Staff is nice Rooms are clean Swimming pool / gym / sauna / steam / hamam all are 5 star There is 24 hr shop at petrol station hardly 10min walk. Main attractions are around 15 - 20 min taxi Or you can take a metro and tram 5 min walk from hotel.
