This property is amazing! The rooms were huge!!! The hotel was incredibly clean. It is perfectly placed for the mall and the old town area. Close to UNESCO heritage sites and other historic locations in Wrocław.

This was a very comfortable hotel situated close to the town centre

Large cosy room

Room was very comfortable and a good size. Bathroom was very nice with good toiletries. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The pool was very small and jacuzzi was tiny so that was a little bit disappointing.

Very comfortable stay

Beautifully designed and comfortable room. It was spacious and ergonomically designed room. I loved the built in large luggage table (well covers a large check-in suitcase fully opened) and the built in bench along the whole window to sit on and to put items on. Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom. The bath tub was nice and deep. Our room was by the elevator but didn't notice any noise from the corridor. There was a water dispenser to refill water bottles by the elevator landing area. We felt very relaxed staying here. It was a lovely stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it's slightly away from the busy old town but only a short walk away. Beautiful lounge and breakfast/dining area, with a vast food selection and plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Separate shampoo and conditioner available in the room, although no toiletries with earbuds or cotton pads etc.

This was a really great place to stay very convenient. The staff was friendly knowledgeable, and help with any questions I had. They spoke English really well being from the USA that really helped.

American reviewer. The location of this hotel is great. It is a short walk to market square and a tran stop is across the street. There is also a mall across the street. The staff is very accomodative and the hotel contains all the amenities that you would expect of a 5-star hotel.

My room has decent soundproofing from outside car traffic, but it didn't work for party that hotel organized in their ballroom. Not saying about drunk and noisy corpo guests. Besides that I liked spacious room, decent breakfast and good location.

CK on tour

Very nice, modern 5 star hotel in the centre of Wrocław (10 minutes walk to the main square. Good size rooms and swimming pool. Hotel bar and restaurant is a bit soulless but there is a large Czech pub and good restaurants across the couryyard of the hotel (1 minute walk) . Breakfast is of 5 star quality and good value.

Very disappointing hotel, horrible service

Very disappointing hotel, horrible service, will never go the extra mile to help. Don't allow kids to the pool, finding excuses to over charge, not the best location. Better to stay away!

Good value, excellent leisure facilities. Fantastic breakfast. Strict on check out time, though bag storage is available.

Great hotel, location and staff. The only slight negative observation was the room was a little stuffy as the air conditioning only went as low as 19 degrees but otherwise fantastic.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay. It was walking distance to everything. There’s restaurants and bars in the same building. Mall and grocery store across the street. Old town was 8-10min walk. Very spacious room and great breakfast. Super friendly.

Paulina at the reception and the restaurant staff

Paulina at the receiption was incredibly professional and helpful. I am very glad that restaurant also took into my special wish for breakfast into consideration in such a short notice.

We will return!

Very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I needed our room for 2 hours longer than the checkout time and the reception staff arranged this at no extra cost. We loved our stay and are already looking to stay here again.

The place is very modern and clean. The staff not trained to work in this class hotel. Rude. No microwave to heat up anything. 5 star? I dont think so. Staff never greets you, face down doing something. Breakfast monotonous and same day in and out.

Great service in the Executive lounge, food was passable, but sufficient for a good snack before heading out. Bar was nice area to sit in evenings and the central area outside was pleasant during the day. Noisy during the Sunday brunch, as lots of families and small children, but expected that.

The hotel is well positioned in the city center. The problem is that they didn't pay attention to few things: didn't clean the room one day, didn't put another bath robe, and etc. although when we asked them to do so, they did it. I'm expecting form Hilton to be much more precise.

Lovely and clean, very friendly staff. Great facilities (pool and gym areas were great!) and location. However we got stuck in an elevator and aside from being escorted by staff there were no public access stairs to use which was a shame. We also put a breakfast room service order on the door and it wasn’t collected, we only realised after the breakfast failed to turn up at the specified time.

One of the best hotel in town

Nice and comfortable Hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious and has good Gym and Spa, but Steam room and Suna was not on the day I needed. May be because it was a public holiday in Poland that day.

First visit to Wroclaw

Ideal location for sightseeing in Wroclaw

Wi-Fi is not included. one day the room was not cleaned. the room next to us had a crowdy loud party and the hotel did nothing ( they told us to move to another room.

Short holiday in Wroclaw

welcoming but not comfy

my room had a weird smell that did not go even after the cleaners cleaned the room (and they did a very tidy job). second thing was that the air conditioner control unit makes a very annoying clicking sound each time it turns on or off...very bothering so i had to switch it off to sleep. third was an annoying noise of an electric motor (probably from an automated door beneath the room) that starts to sound after 7 and stays till late, it is irregular and was very irritating, lucky for me i did not spend too much time in the room

Second time staying at this hotel. Room was very comfortable. Would recommend a room with lounge access, food and drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff

Stay was normal with any Hilton Hotels. Open air concept in the lobby is nice. Rooms temperature setting was a bit confusing. Hotel was in walking distance of Wroclaw Old Towne.

DoubleTree: A must stay venue in Wroclaw !!

The Convention I attended was perfect, and DoubleTree was one of the reasons. Its small and large conference rooms were perfect as was the catering for the event. The breakfast and bar area allowed for conference networking throughout the entire five days. Staff were of great assistance, even for the odd bit of sightseeing. And to have not used the underground pool/sauna/spa a visitor would have missed a great relaxing opportunity.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town. It is also within close proximity to the train station. It is a new hotel with a modern touch. They charge for WIFI.

Perfect, sans airco....

Very nice hotel in a perfect location in the city. The room was clean, big and a great bed! Unfortunately the airco didn’t work properly and made the room feel like a sauna. After repeated complaints we were provided with a replacement room and could sleep at least a few hours before we had to leave.

Superb hotel highly recommended

This hotel is absolutely superb. I would recommend it highly to everyone. It is ideal for holiday or business. Staff are so helpful I will go out of their way to make your visit special.

Beautiful, new, great staff

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. When checking in they noted it was our honeymoon and added free breakfast for all our entire stay. Arrived to our room to find they had left fruit and champagne for us. Room was immaculate and staff was incredibly nice and helpful the whole time. I wish I had more excuses to stay there!

Comfortable hotel close to old city

Large, comfortable room. Hotel had small gym and pool complex with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Fantastic breakfast!

Modern hotel in City Centre close to all amenities

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel where the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is modern with car parking underground.

Room was great. Clean. Looked new. Executive lounge was not manned regularly so hard to get hold of someone, but generally plenty of room. Food not as great variety as other Hiltons. However, have to give thumbs up for them sending on my scarf that I left behind. Fabulous service by them.

Double Tree - Not Quite 5 stars

Great, modern, clean hotel. Rated as 5 stars, but missing a few of the 5 star comforts you might expect as an 'older' traveller E.G. there is no 'snug area' to sit as it is an ultra modern hotel and very noisy downstairs. Missing some of the 'extras' for example biscuits with coffee or snacks at the bar. (Believe this is available if you upgrade to an 'Executive Suite'). That said we had a wonderful stay. It was a very nice new hotel, but not very 'homely' for us

Best Hotel in Wroclaw

From location to service this hotel is outstanding. I have traveled extensively and I must honestly say high marks in all areas. Michael at the front desk will make your stay the best possible. All staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

AMAZING STAY!!

This was such a wonderful hotel The location was good for exploring. It is within walking distance to Cathedral Island and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town If sites you want to visit are too far to walk, and you do not want to take public transportation, they have a few cars always available to take you where you need to do, at a reasonable rate. The room itself was large and spotlessly clean....as was the bathroom. The king size bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows, good night sleep every night! Large closet, both for hanging clothes, and shelves on the other side. There are also 2 large drawers and mini fridge (hidden behind the other drawer!) Room had a desk, chair and another small table and chair. My room (125) had a good view of the city. There is a shopping mall right across the street. Large TV on the wall between the mirrors. Bathroom had a deep soaking tub shower lighted makeup mirror, sale and hair dryer (in pouch under sink) Nice individual toiletries and terry cloth robe and slippers. Good strong WIFI free to Hilton Members If you are not a member, sign up beforehand for free. Breakfast buffet was very good, with wide variety of hot and cold choices, you can also have eggs made to order. What impressed me the most was the staff....every single one of them. From the moment you check in and get a nice warm cookie, to the moment you check out, everyone I came across genuinely cared that your stay was a good one.

World Games

Great location , close to old town. Comfortable beds and nice sized room. Friendly staff but difficulty with English at the front desk. Excellent dealing with schedule changes. Not helpful in World Games scheduling, events that were occurring in Wroclaw.

It's all great

The hotel is great. Very well located. Just 1 min from the mall and 5 mins from old town by walk. Hotel facilities are perfect. Definitely a very good value for money.

Il ge back

Hotel very modern very clean etc as not even open a year yet. But could not fault anything from arriving till departing after 3 nights. It also ideally located excellent shopping center a 100 yards away and main restaurant /bars all with in walking distance. In fact when u walked in other direction your where so close to the old town and zoo , boat trips etc. 10/10 for location. So if anyone thinking off visiting wroclaw a stay at the hilton doubletree would be an excellent choice.ps never slept in a better bed anywhere .

Great everything!

Try to stay on the first floor as the third floor is leased to various businesses that are remodeling and you may awaken to the sound of loud drills and construction/remodeling early on a Saturday morning like we did. The hotel has a credo, "We'll make it right", if you're not satisfied with something. They definitely did make things right for my wife and I. The manager, Tymoteusz, gave us free breakfasts and a couple free drinks after putting us in a quieter room. I was very pleased with his level of service and understanding so we decided to book an extra night. Overall I give it an 8.88 out of 10 all things considered. You won't be disappointed. :)

New hotel in excellent location

Brand new hotel in the centre of Wroclaw near Shopping Mall and Rynek (main square). I was welcomed as a Honors guest at check in and recognised as a important guest which made an excellent start to my stay. Room was large, clean with new fixtures and fittings. Big comfy bed with good pillows. Room service was limited but good quality and delivered within the specified timescales. Excellent breakfast choices. I visit Wroclaw frequently on business and have stayed at many city centre hotels. After this experience I have re-booked to stay at the Doubletree again next week.

New hotel, excellent location.

This is a new hotel (only opened in August 2016), the rooms are excellent and the hotel staff are always friendly. Food at the hotel is great. Parking is good. Traffic is bad in the morning so allow extra time if you are traveling at peak times. It is only a short walk into the town square, which is a wonderful place, lots of local restaurants and bars.

Convenient for business and close to the Town Taxis easily available. Food of a good standard. Room service good.

Nice hotel, great location!

Rooms are very spacious and modern, though can be a bit impersonal. Some touches of color or art could add cozyness to the place.

Brand new hotel close to the old town

This hotel opened a few months ago and you can definitely notice that. It has only 2 levels. Room is spacious and has great furniture. Bed is comfortable even if it was too soft for me. The carpet in the room is very soft which makes it really enjoyable while walking around barefoot. In the bathroom there is a heated floor which creates a great feeling ! Shower is simple and great. AC system works great and quietly. Breakfast is very good, nothing to say. Executive lounge offer some alcohol and food from 6 to 8 pm but the rest of the time only soft and hot drinks are provided - no food expect some fruits. The atmosphere of the lounge is very quiet and cosy with 2 big flat screen tv. Good quality of coffee and chocolate over there with take-away cups which can be useful. Tissue papers provided in the room aren't soft enough for sensitives noses (I had to find at least one negative point). Pool and spa are still on construction so I can't review this part. The best hotel in Wroclaw in my opinion as it has everything you could expect from a 5* and it is really close to the center (5 to 10 minutes walking).

New clean hotel

Nice, new, clean room. Good breakfast selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Wish they would sort out free internet by default. Both times I've stayed here I've had to phone to get access because honors account wasn't working.

Beautiful, modern new building & top location.

Our recent stay was above what we'd expected. The attention to detail from layout, staff and our room was top level. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of everything we needed. The building was still in a process of construction on some of retail areas which led to building site noise but upon completion we envisage the area will be fairly quiet for a sleeping. The breakfast however was just so good! The waitstaff were lovely and happy to give you local tourist tips whilst pouring fresh orange juice. Twas a really pleasant experience.

Convenient and clean.

The stay was very good. The parking is free on the weekend. It takes less than 10 min to walk to the old town which is beautiful. The hotel is also situated next to the park.
