The people worked in the hotel couldn’t help anymore than what they did. They helped with transport going to places & coming back. There was always someone that could speak english

Very Nice Hotel

Fist time visiting this hotel. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The hotel is more than 2 years old and still looks brand new.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was questionable. The towels were not really white which made me worry about the cleanliness of the same. The air conditioning was good and the blanket was just right.

The staff and welcoming were very good and fast. The room was clean, big and nice. I loved the gym too. It is a real one! However, I paid a little bit too much for a room with no breakfast included.

The stay was wonderful. The rooms are incredible and so well taken care of, especially for the price. A 5 star hotel with a 3 star cost. The staff were above and beyond great. And the food so good!

Comfortable hotel near shopping mall

Check in was smooth. Room is clean with appropriate amenities provided. WIFI speed is acceptable. Service do respect your "DND" sign, and will not enter your room even during the day time unless they have your permission. My room faces road, and hotel is next to ICO mall. The room can get noisy from the activities happening at the ICO mall's open space area. If need a quiet room, ask for one during check in.

Didn’t like the breakfast that much, but the room itself was nice. Bathroom could be improved a bit, took me a while to adjust the hot water.

Rock hard beds...... that is enough to ruin a stay for me. It’s very disappointing because it’s a nice new hotel connected to a mall.

Don't trust the hyperlinks for directions

Everything very good about the hotel. However a very unpleasant outcome for someone that already arrived tired at the destination. The problem was with your website which had incorrect map coordinates on the hyperlink. The address of the hotel was correct, however the hyperlink (on the address) plot wrong coordinates on "Google Maps". The link directed me to a place to a nowhere place in the middle of a huge construction site and very old buildings, 1.9 km (1.15 miles) in from the correct location of the hotel. Before going to the hotel I called the hotel to check the distance to Qinghu Metro station, and the clerk informed 10 minutes walk... After walking for 45 minutes to the wrong place, I decided to call the hotel again to find-out where the hotel was actually was. To find the hotel, I TYPED the address on the Chinese Amap, which indicated the right place. In total I walked with luggage for 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach the Hotel. Please check the information and the validate things like hyperlinks before publishing the info on your website. Do your due diligence and quality control on the information you provide to avoid other guests to experience what I did.

Transportation service to HK airport is below average. Driver with old car & not familiar city road go north direction near Shenzhen airport then back south . Take us more than 4 hours to HK airport

I was in the area for business and enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Longhua. It's clean, comfortable, and perfect for a few nights business stay.

Good service but terrible noise from public park

It was a nice hotel. However the room I stayed was facing a huge public park so there was terrible noise from people who do the group dance at the plaza everyday for 6am to 8am, then from 7pm to 9:30pm which is very annoying and impact my sleep. Those people use giant speakers to play music for the group dance so people from miles away can still hear it. That was my only complaint to this hotel.

Great hotel, hindered only by poor WiFi.

This is a great hotel and I would have given a unequivocal 5 stars had the WiFi not been so completely unusable. I travel a lot in China and so am used to the challenges of internet use here, however this was several degrees beyond what I am used to. Fortunately T-mobile offers free (albeit 2G) internet and so I was still able to access emails and minimal info during my stay.

Best "west" in SZ

I regularly visit SZ on business and this is by far the best "western" hotel that I have found so far. The only downside for me is that the location is a little far from the centre.

My normal BHD hotel was booked so this looked nice. I'm not a fan of Chinese food habits and was hoping for an American style food experience in the hotel., that was not the case but SAN Marco in the mall down stars was pretty good. Hotel was clean and plenty of USB chargers and good TV channels. I will be back. It was speedy girl at front desk was very nice. I think her name was Evea..?

I live near this hotel, but gave myself a one-night holiday in one of the suites, which was enormous, but not overwhelming. It actually felt very comfortable and has very good views of the surrounding area. As the hotel is new (opened in February 2017), as I came up to the 15th floor a crew of maintenance workers were leaving the room after doing last-minute touches: everything was as it should be. The internet was very fast and stable, subject to change, I suppose. Eventually there will be a 4th-floor exercise facility and swimming pool/sauna/steam bath. These will open on a rolling basis, but should be fully operational by the end of May. With staying in an "executive suite," one has access to the 14th-floor Executive Lounge, which is comfortable. I enjoyed a morning breakfast there. The one minor slip was that the skim milk and whole milk signs were reversed. I took the liberty to switch them. Longhua New District is home to several hi-tech industry facilities, including Foxconn and Huawei. My guess is that clients doing business with these and similar companies will be among this hotel's regular clientele. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, though it too is kind of learning its way. (If you have stayed in a 4- or 5-star hotel in China, you will perhaps know what I mean.) Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay north of Futian. The Ico Mall complex itself offers much; the one thing it is missing is a movie theater.

今次是第二次入住，比較下稍有點不同。上次住雙床房，書城方向，房間寧靜，設施很好，今次住大床房，廣場和商場方向(508和512號房）非常嘈吵，沐浴間花灑鬆脫，水管聲非常大，玻璃門隙縫很大，坐廁和廁板的size不符，好像套了兒童廁板在成人坐廁上，希望有所改善。

Très belle vaste chambre. Bon emplacement à côté d'un petit centre commercial. Toutefois un problème majeur : peu de personnel parle anglais, en tout cas pas ceux qui me répondaient. Les restaurants ferment à 21H !! comme les restos voisins. Laundry hors de prix! Un Starbucks dans l'entrée.

As the TV of the room was out of service, the hotel changed our room. However, instead of providing me with a room with garden view which I originally booked, the hotel simply gave me a room without any view. Very disappointing. Worse still, they mistakenly charged an extra night in my credit card. I had to go all the way back to the hotel. While the hotel staff simply said sorry for the inconvenience caused, they offered NOTHING to compensate my time loss. I won't recommend this hotel to others.

Likes: New and modern furniture, simple but stylish interior decor....concierge Carey is a caring young man who is very supportive and patient. Drawbacks: check in: i don't like the female staff because not only she has a cold face, she's cold in everywhere she does and she makes mistakes! During this period of Chinese new year, esp because of the spread of the virus, very few guests came in. I can't understand why she gave me a room.with such a poor view: overlooking the air con units of the hotel! I have to close my blinds in order not to look at the outside view. Though we are a company of 3 persons, she gave me only 1 key and I have to ask for 1 more key card. What's more, during the second day of my stay, my key failed to open the door despite of the fact that she had checked me in for 3 days and two nights.

출장으로 다시 묵었습니다. 3번째 숙박이었는데 역시 그전처럼 전체적으로 만족스러웠어요. 참고로 바로 옆에 붙어있는 ICO몰 안에 있는 하이디라오 추천합니다.
