Getting old

I stayed many times in this hotel, this time was after a long break. And my impression is that the hotel is getting old. So many things were broken in my room: refrigerator, window, shower.

I like this hotel, used to go often for spa and swimming pool, occasionaly stay in the hotel. however this time the stay was a little bit dissapointing as there was a huge conference and there was no place in the restaurant to eat ( we ate in the bar in the lobby). very crowded. staff was helpful to organize us the breakfast delivered to the room. generally I like staying in this hotel

This hotel offered a mixed experience. While the rooms were spotless and well-maintained thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff, the restaurant service left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff provided adequate service, though they lacked a bit of warmth. The rooms were perfect clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff clearly took pride in their work. The reception staff was polite and efficient in handling check-in and fast check-out, but they didn't go beyond to make guests feel welcome. Overall it's ok. Restaurant waiters lacked warmth and friendliness you'd expect from a 4* hotel.. lack and unmotivated of genuine desire to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Superior rooms, excellent breakfast, very very clean room, very professional staff, all I can say I would consider definitely coming back to this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel. It was more than I expected

my parents spent 5 nights at the hotel. at the reception, the man was not very friendly, put the key in, to the question is there breakfast in the hotel? he said that there is, for free. In the morning it turned out that it was necessary to pay. They liked the breakfast. They were also happy with the cleaning of the rooms. Unfortunately, they were able to visit the pool only 2 times out of 5 days, they were offered to pay at the reception and they were not ready for this because I ordered this hotel for them and the pool and sauna were always free. Only when I contacted the hotel by email, they replied to me that the pool was free, they visited it for the remaining 2 days, they liked it, but a big disappointment remained because of the incorrect information provided on the frondesk. I chose the hotel specifically with a swimming pool. I had a case in Hilton, USA, when I was not woken up in the morning at my request, so they gave me a dinner voucher as an apology for this without my request. Here I wrote with a request for compensation, to which the answer was let your parents, if they are dissatisfied with something, approach themselves and make claims. Of course I advised them this, but they were so kind that they decided that they didn't need anything else.

we booked two rooms, but on the reception , system confirm just one room !!!! Finally we received two nice rooms

Property was nice and clean, Facilities are nice. But the room was really cold. I tried to raise the temperature, even called in and they sent a maintenance guy and was promised it would get warmer in the room but never got above 20.3 which is very cold to me.

Family short trip

I must rate the stay very high! The rooms were comfortable, swimming pool and spa facilities amazing and staff very friendly! If you can commute to the major tourist attractions, this hotel is worth of recommendations.

Bad

The front desk was bit arrogant not humble at all while checking in. We asked for cutlery in the room they refused and said you have to pay for spoon and forks if you want in your room service and amenities was not good alot of dust in the room and washroom wasn’t clean either called three times in morning for dental kit nobody bothered until I actually had to go down to reception to ask for one. Would i ever visit this hotel again? No thanks i would like to get compensiated

Definitely place to avoid

Staff were not at all friendly we arrived by motorbike fully loaded and in gear and receptionist immediately told us to come back at 1400 instead of trying to help , so we went to eat something and actually had to get up and get menus ourselves whilst staff who told us to sit anywhere continued to talk between themselves .

We loved this hotel, and amenities. They have the pool, sauna, we also got the room with skylight on 3rd floor. Amazing, best buffet breakfast of all places we stayed during that trip too. I would recommend this place if you have a car. They were located on a quiet street, easy to enter/exit. Cons: not many places in a walking distance

Everything was great except the parking. While it was mentioned at booking that "parking included" they charged me 11 Euros for that. Another thing is that they accept Euro but would not give your change back in Euro. They give you Polish currency.

A good hotel with luxury feel

A lovely hotel with great amenities. It's roughly a 20 minute drive from Warsaw centre - but not complicated to find. The hotel has a luxurious feel to it and boasts a very nice restaurant and spa along with some well presented rooms. I was in a 'sky view' room, which offers a sky view (you don't say!) which is operated by the opening of an electric shutter. The hotel does not offer an airport transfer service even though it is advertised as doing so on the hotels.com site. The restaurant was well priced and the food was of a high standard. Breakfast was expansive with plenty to choose from. I would stay in this hotel again.

Good for families staining with car.

It was great only complaint if you are checking in late (I was at 230 am) call first as it was 20 minute wait for computers to finish rebooting. Otherwise hotel was great.

first settled in a room overlooking the courtyard and the windows went directly to the utility part. asked to relocate, relocated to another room. on the tables and in the bathroom it was very dirty. it is clear that the hotel is very old. there were a lot of people in the spa, it was impossible to walk in the evenings. super breakfasts

I wish we could have stayed longer!!

I wish we could have stayed longer! We just needed an overnight stay, as we drove in pretty late and left fairly early, but I truly wish we had more time to explore and enjoy the hotel amenities. The staff was extremely pleasant, the room and bed was comfortable and clean. Overall our best stay in Poland. My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay.

Nice but needs to lift its attention to detail

The hotel was in a good location for us but not much else around there as expected. The service was nice but I could recommend better pillows and a softer bed. The room service was good but lacking attention to detail, items like towels missing, pool towels given instead of bath, water and coffee not restocked. Floors in bathroom not always vacuumed. Otherwise great stay. Busy with other travelers but quiet still.

I lake every thing in this place is so nice and clean. And the breakfast was so good you have many choice to eat. I love this Hotel.

The best hotel in warsaw. Around hitel bug park with playground for kids. Gym is great. Swimming pool,sauna and turkish bath also

Not for private trip

I went there with my sister to have nice experience. I was quite disappointed. Pool area smaller than expected, no hottub. Since its conference center I would not recommend it for private trip. Loud at night, crowded during breakfast, we had hard time to find sitting. We were disappointed also with bar area at night. Although it was only like 10 people there, we were ignored by two bartenders for half an hour. Finally I approached one of them and asked to be served. I ordered dessert which I guess was forgotten since after another 20 min I had to ask for it again. Very frustrating experience. As of area- nothing around! We had to Uber to get out into civilization area, many roads closed due to construction.

Location just outside city center but good bus communication next to hotel. Clean property, friendly staff ( they give you tasty cookies) and right price, free parking.

The hotel is excellent. It is located on remote suburb of Warsaw, but I knew it in advance and it didn't mind.

My favourite hotel in Warsaw. I always try to stay there. Breakfast is awesome and the staff really polite and efficient. Good WiFi soacious rooms andcomfortable beds. However this trip wasn't without a few hiccups. The door in the steam room wasn't closing properly therefore it was never hot enough. Secondly on Sunday morning there was huge crowd at breakfast with only one coffee machine working - so extremely long ques for your cappuccinos.

Great spa hotel

Great hotel, exellent spa, super clean. The staff very nice and helpful. Good breakfast, we also had dinner twice in the hotel. If you plan to do massages, do your reservation earlier, the hotel was half empty but massages were booked two days forward. It placed about 20-30 minutes from city center, but it was good for us because we travelled by car. We do used weekend free shuttle from the hotel to the city center, very nice driver Alexander, there were free water bottles in the car (new and comfortable), what was very nice before and after city walking. Also Alexander gave us an umbrella (one day it looked like rainy) Overall great experience!!!

The TV and the air conditioner didn't work on arrival. The front desk staff is a little rude. All forms of service - room service, housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk at this hotel is SLOW. The room was clean with a nice electronic moonroof. A good 20 minute drive to the city center and not may restaurants around the hotel area.

The first time that I had stayed in a Double Green and very impressed with the experience.

We expected more from Hilton

The place was really crowded (because a convention) and the bed crouched so much, old bed. The TV doesn't allow you to hear in English, only polish speaking. My wife and I expected more.

Hotel with a business feel over it

The hotel is a bit outside Warsaw. Easy to get cheap cabs to city center. Most guests seemed to be there for business, but we still found it a great place to stay. If looking for a spa retreat I would suggest something else - more focused on the spa part.

I had a short but very awesome stay. Hotel was very clean and elegant. Room and bathroom was very spacious and accommodating.

Great hotel but far from downtown.

Great hotel for the price. Gym, Sauna and spa were very convenient and easily accessible. The only downfall was the distance of this hotel from the city center. Taxi was a bit pricey to get to downtown but the hotel was great other than that.

First impressions of first stay

I really appreciated that I was allowed to check in before the normal 15:00 time as I was able to get refreshed before my 13:00 meetings. I had one guest for breakfast and I thought the price of 75 pln was pretty steep for a breakfast. I don't understand why I was not allowed to receive a receipt for my room. I was told that because I booked the room over the internet that a receipt would be sent to my company.

Comfortable stay in Warsaw

We needed a quick stay in Warsaw and this hotel was perfect. Great comfortable room,great spa and great breakfast. Would love to stay again when in Warsaw.

Far from city center!

As one would expect from a Hilton Hotel. Service was tiptop. Unfortunately, there's nothing much to do in the neighbourhood. Not even a single restaurant. The location was really far from the city center. It took me almost 40 min to get there. But the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

wonderful hotel

this is a wonderful hotel just out side the city of Warsaw. The staff was very accommodating. The pool & spa were excellent . The Concierge took great care of us

Lovely hotel, just a bit far away!

Didn't realise on booking this hotel for a short break that it was so far out of town. Yes the taxi fare is only 60 zlotys (approx) but it's the hassle of being out for the whole day and not being able to pop in and out of your hotel. Also trying to get a taxi back ; fortunately we had a guide who spoke the language! This is also a conference centre so many guests arrive by car, but please consider those who don't! Lovely hotel, breakfast amazing, dinner reasonably priced but they will get more custom if they run a small shuttle bus into town, even 3 times a day.

Great place, a bit outside of town.

Very good experience, warm welcome :) very good breakfast, good gym facilities although for a Reebok gym could be better. Havent used the pool, but it looks great.

pleasant stay with bad ending

Great accomodation and perfect rooms. - very long waiting line to get coffee during breakfast is not pleasant. - I booked included parking , parked my car inside and was presented a bill on check out. Nobody told me at check in that my paid parking was outside area only. Complaint was denied in rude way and I needed to write an email complaint, which I did and was never answered by the hotel. So very bad management of this hotel.

Nice hotel, with terrible service

A very nice looking hotel, with an excellent standard. Rooms were great, bed was comfy. However, during my stay, housekeeping took something from my room, which admitted was not of great value, however doing something like that is inexcusable in my opinion. When contacting front desk, they promised to check and get back to me, but never did. Hence the rating of their service.

Great Hotel in Warsaw

Excellent hotel with great service, food staff. Only one negative and that is that the Hotel is out of the center of town, 15 -30 minutes from meetings and further from the airport than most of the downtown hotels.

Everything was excellent. Very clean and spacious rooms. The location of hotel out of city center is an advantage for those who need to leave in the morning by car because traffic jam in Warsaw in morning hours is a well known problem and it can worth 1-1,5 h of your time.

Good but a long vway from city and airport

New hotel great pool and other facilities, well out of city, really for business clients,but the offers available at the moment make it worthwhile.Taxi to city cost around 60zl.

dont bother staying here

its in NO-MANS land...one hour drive in traffic from the airport...no matter how nice the hotel is, you are stuck out there with NOTHING around..

New, clean and comfortable!

It was a great experience to stay in the Hotel. It was very new, super clean and comfortable. Room décor was modern and elegant, and the bed was excellent. Hotel Staff was very friendly and professional.

Very nice but far from center

Great hotel, very nice, but really too far from center if you are here as a tourist. Taxis can't find it, and a taxi to the center is about 50 pln. So if you go into town once or twice a day, you are looking at a big taxi bill.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal bei der Hauptrezeption und im SPA, man muss alle Informationen aus der Nase rausziehen bzgl SPA und Frühstück. Im Zimmer sehr kalt, Heizung im Bad funktioniert nicht, Föhn voller staub, in der Dusche wechselt das Wasser beim duschen alle 30 Sekunden die Temperatur. Frühstück sehr enttäuschend - pancakes, waffeln, Röstkartoffeln - alles aus der Packung, Schinken eindeutig nicht mehr gut. Für 5 extra saunen muss man extra bezahlen, wo der Bereich so klein ist, dass bei 20 Leuten schon alle Liegen voll sind Massage und Kosmetik OK

Good hotel that can become Better

Nice hotel with good std and tidy rooms. The only remarks I have : Beds were uncomfortable in terms of hardness Breakfast , despite the being large th bread for instance was of poor quality and the bacon should be much better prepared . The juices felt like low cost juice etc. Would be great if the hotel builds a pool outside Parking cost are over the top . Would I revisit this hotel probably not

La struttura è più che buona nel suo complesso, andrebbero migliorati alcuni aspetti delle camere , moquette ormai datata , Nella terrazza esterna ci vorrebbero dei mobili piu moderni, probabilmente la struttura viene usata per conferenze ed in questo senso si presta ottimamente allo scopo

Typisches Business Hotel, alles bestens

Groot en fijn hotel. Schone kamers, hadden 2 dode insecten in de kamer liggen, maar verder was het schoon. En je zit ook wel in een natuur rijke omgeving. Had van te voren aangegeven een wieg/ campingbedje te willen voor onze baby. En die stond netjes klaar. Konden op de laatste dag nog gratis voor late check-out kiezen. Veel keus bij het ontbijt, allerlei ei soorten maken ze daar live. Enige nadeel dat je moet wachten en toen ik dus even was weggelopen had iemand anders mijn bestelling gepakt.. maar de chef maakte mijn bestelling wel gelijk opnieuw.

Great for families in a car

Situated just outside of Warsaw, this well-kept and high-quality hotel was perfect for us as a family arriving by car with plenty of available parking spaces. We only stayed one night, but got up early to try the hotel pool and SPA facilities before heading on. Definitely considering another stay when the opportunity arises!
