Love how it’s so close to Ferrari world and Warner brothers

Beautiful location with proximity to all the parks and Yas Mall. Clean and well maintained. Customer service is lacking with staff not going out of their way to be accommodating or help and assist clients like requests.

Very good check in staff. Clean rooms and spacious. And conveniently located near the parks.

Ideal location for all amenities, theme parks and shopping mall Nice clean hotel and also free use of WB Hotel next door where the diner is top class food and service Would definitely book there again, a must visit is Kai beech on Saadiyat island 15 mins approx in taxi

The one bedroom apartments are very nice, can sleep 4 people. Sofa turns into a spacious double bed. Right opposite Yas Waterworld and other attractions like Seaworld and Warner Brothers. Perfect holiday if you have children. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again if I ever travelled to Abu Dhabi again!

The hotel is clean, spacious n comfortable. There is kitchen n laundry facilities in the room. Hotel is connected to Warner Brother hotel and many theme parks. Breakfast is at WB hotel and the spread is good. There is free shuttle buses to many attractions too.

This hotel is connected to the WB Hotel with access to their restaurant and pool. Very convenient if you’re not traveling with children. Also close to most theme parks in Abu Dhabi.

Amazing attentiveness by hotel staff! Property was nice and room was amazing! They upgraded us on arrival which was nice. If you get the apartment style room you get 2 toilets. One in the main bathroom connected to bedroom and one outside by the entrance. Thank you for a great stay and comfortable room! By the way all was very clean.

We had returned from a week of primitive camping and was pleasantly surprised that the room had a washer/dryer unit in it, so we could wash all our sweaty and dirty clothes by ourselves! Good restaurants on the premises.

Staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help. Arrived a few fours before check in time and no worries getting in early. Had a late flight when leaving so they happily extended our check out time 3 hours at no cost. Very cleans and has the best pool

Price tripled while booking, and I missed it before I made the non-refundable payment. The room was beautiful, but not worth the price.

Lovely place.

Modern, clean, bright rooms. Very comfortable. Helpful staff. On site Cafe is small but adequate more dinning options available next door. Pool area wonderful. Again this is shared but this doubles your choice. Quiet areas and places for kids, perfect.

The appartement we reserved was very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you need for a family. The location is perfect if you want to visit Yas island as you can literally walk to all of the attractions. We were less than impressed with the service on the first night. We arrived late and asked for bedding for the sofa bed. We called 3 times and after an hour we told them to forget about it. The front desk staff seems to be a bit young and might need more training in customer service.

Delightful stay on Yas Island.

As our base for our 4 days in Abu Dhabi, the Doubletree By Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences perfectly me our needs. From the spaciousness, clean & comfortable room, and amenities, it was great to stay there. Our housekeeping service by Ana on the 3rd floor was outstanding, and Ana was a delight to get to chat with and know during our stay. The hotel cafe and its staff were just what we needed for breakfast with great service. The restaurants at the associated and attached WB hotel were outstanding, with outstanding food and service. Likewise the pool and poolside service were also just perfect. The proximity to the Yas Island Mall and other Yas Island venues make it a perfect place to stay.

Bad service overall

Staff not professional at all and all the times confused.check in took almost 40 min. Any service will take more than 30 min to reach. The price for breakfast is expensive considering that other 5 star hotels have better price and better discount options. Staff not helpful at all for any inquiry. They keep calling me to check how many rooms I used like they don’t have system to verify by themselves. Not recommended if the service is not improved and the price for walk in breakfast needs to be revised

Excellent stay!

Great location situated right net to Warner Bros Abu Dhabi. I particularly like that you can also use the adjoining WB Hilton facilities which have a great large family pool, outdoor kids cinema, kids splash pool area and swim up bar. The Double Tree then has an adults only pool, with bar, Cabannas and good vibe.

I would recommend this hotel, although the breakfast buffet was very disorganized. Very friendly staff and a great room with excellent facilities. Great gym especially.

Always looking for the perfect basic hotel room, this hotel has it: Studio: King bed with a full kitchen, a dining table and a couch corner. A bathroom with a bathtub. Windows open. Great pool. Gym. Simple cafe on the first floor. Nice personnel. Really great hotel.
