Dormy inn becoming worse. The buffer quality is the worse I taste before.

Only stayed one night after Kurobe Alpine crossing. Close to restaurants and staff, as ever, friendly and helpful

Budget gore with good location

Free 24hrs coffee and tea, and free ramen supper were additional bonus. Good price, friendly stuffs. Onsen was good. Was a ideal hotel for young people.

Small Bed

The bed is too small. This is very important for me.

Wonderful. Having a bowl of complementary ramen after the in-hotel onsen was a haven experience. Great breakfast to start a new day. The perfect example of Japanese hospitality and thoughtfulness.

Great stay in Toyama Dormy Inn

We stayed for 2 nights before our self drive trip to Noto peninsula and 1 night after. We were very happy with our hotel choice. The hotel location is little bit further away from main train&bus station although it is just a couple of stops with city bus (bus stop just in front of the hotel), also doable by foot if you do not drag too many luggages behind you :) The hotel onsen facilities are great, free parking is very convenient, I also enjoyed free freshly grounded coffee from the coffee machine at the reception, the breakfast was amazing with so many Japanese and also western choices. The staff was very nice and tried to help as much it was possible with some communication hurdles. We would definitely stay again.

Good hotel with nice hot spring to relax in the evening

Great hotel with excellent amenity. Everything was perfect. I would go there again.

Dormy Inn was easily the best hotel we stayed at on our vacation over 3 week, we stayed at about 8 hotels of different franchises, this one was definitely value for money, and we will look out for it and its sister hotels next time we travel.

Room was very small, with no sink in the bathroom, but built into the desk. This made it very awkward with two bags and two adults.

Everthing ok except two things 1. Bed very narrow 2. Car park controller very rude 3. Front desk excellent

Cool Air but Hot Spring

The hotel is close to Toyama train station, accessible by tram. We visited Toyama few days back which was super cool for us, but fortunately we have hot spring to warm our body. Great seafood restaurant are easily found nearby. The breakfast was great with Toyama seafood. Free shuttle bus from hotel to Toyama Station was provided.

2 nights stay - very happy

The hotel was about 15mins walk from Toyama station. It has drop off shuttle bus service from the hotel to station in the morning. The staff service are impeccable. They had a card in our room wished us for our anniversary. Room size is good for japanese room standard. Within the hotel, it has onsen for which separates male and female. Guest can use the washing machines for free, and pay for the dryer 100yen for 20mins. At 9.30pm till 11pm, the restaurant offers free ramen, which is yummy. If you are hungry after 11pm, you can get dormy inn instant noodle from the reception. They also provide pillow selection of your choice, just get it from the reception. They also can help you to send luggage via takkyubin service. Toyama town itself has little to see, but the seafood is really good.

Good place; clean n new. Give it high recommendation.

Excellent business hotel in city center

The hotel is well located right in the middle of city center. Most of the tourist spots can be reached by walking. It’s also right next to the underground. Room is nice and spacious comparing with most of hotel rooms in Japan. They have hot spring in their 2/F.

Wow

As written before, I've always loved Dormy Inn Chain and this one certainly did not disappoint. The excellent breakfast, the relaxing onsen and the friendly and ever helpful staff. There was one time it was raining and we needed to walk to the station, the staff did not hesitate to loan us two good umbrellas to keep dry. We used the umbrellas the whole day and unfortunately damaged one. But when we tried to replace the umbrella with another one we bought, they waved it away and apologised to us for the damage. We were embarrased but also very touched by their gesture.

Postage size room unsuitable for 1, never mind 2.

The room is so small that you can reach everything from your bed. The only faucet sink in the room is adjacent to the bed and must be covered to serve as a computer counter. Free ramen at 9:30 is a nice touch, but doesn't make up for the uber-cramped conditions.

A nice hotel with Hot Spring in Toyama

It takes 5 minutes ride by local tram (¥200) from Toyama Station to the hotel or 20 minutes on foot. The breakfast was good with Western and Japanese food. It is a typical style of Dormy Inn Hotels - Comfortable stay; Good Breakfast and Hot Spring Bath.

Small room

Hotel not too far away from subway. Room size is very small but clean. Breakfast is very simple, only provide drinks, egg soup and pastries Free coffee from 11am to midnight.

温泉でゆっくり出来ました。

温泉があり、泉質が大変良く、広く清潔で使いやすい。また、夜鳴きそばのサービスがあり、嬉しいです。

湯上がりサービスや室内にお菓子が置いてあるなどのサービスが良かったです。清潔でしたし、また行きたいです。

傘や充電器を貸してくれたり、サウナに大浴場、夜泣きそばなど、とても良かった。

また富山に行った際には利用したい

洗面台の位置は不思議な造りでしたが…大浴場も湯上がりサービスなど大満足です。 朝食は美味しかったんですが、もう少し値段が低いと嬉しいです。

お風呂好きにはとてもよい。部屋の作りも広く感じる。美味しいお店が近くに多い。デパートにも近いので助かります。

溫泉很好，有免費的拉麵宵夜。 但房間的枕頭很差，又硬又矮，瞓得好差。 除此之外都很好

ビールサーバーが稼働していなかった。 無料アイス・無料ラーメンは素晴らしかった。 朝食は美味しかったが、金額ほどの満足感は無いと感じた。 温泉はやや狭いものの、市街地ビルに居る事を忘れるほど雰囲気が良かった。

お風呂も綺麗でアイスやラーメンが無料。 朝食も種類が豊富で子どもたちも大満足でした。

온천 하나로 그저 감사한 숙소입니다. 야간의 소바면도 좋었습니다. 방크기는 너무 작네요

温泉、朝食、夜鳴きそば、アイス、全て良かったです。 クィーンの部屋に泊まりましたが、洗面が二つあるのも良かった。

朝食に白えびやホタルイカや鱒寿しなど色々食べられたし、夜食のラーメンも湯上がりのアイスも良かったです。

富山駅には、路面電車ですぐだったので、富山駅まで行き食事をしました。 ドーミーインは、カードキーがまず開かなくて変えてもらいました。部屋の金庫も使えなく、主人と別時間に、温泉に行きました。後は、問題なく過ごせました。
