Great hotel in Kanazawa

I think very highly of the Dormy Inn chain. This was particularly convenient, located literally across the street from the train station. The room was large relative to other Japanese hotel rooms and the onsen was wonderful, with a generous outdoor area.

The location is super good. As you know, to take Bus is easiest way to look around Kanazawa, and all Bus are departing from Kanazawa station. This hotel is just one minute walk to there. And even after check-out, they can hold our baggage temporary so that we can still look around Kanazawa without searching coin operated locker, and pick it up just before start moving to next place. And large public bath and Sauna bath in hotel is very comfortable. Also so many famous Japanese restaurants are colse and easy to find. Ofcourse their hospitality is extreamly good. You won't find a hotel like this anywhere else at this price.

Easily accessible to the train station. Also their surprise treats (like free dinner, snacks on the refrigerator) makes the stay memorable. Thank you.

I had a great stay for four nights at Dormy Inn Kanazawa (my fourth dormy inn during this trip) and had a fabulous time. The staff and service were great, friendly, and efficient. The facilities were good - the rotemburo on the 14th floor was very good as was the water. It’s very convenient for the station where there are many dining options as well as nearby alternative dining options. Local food is amazing. To go sightseeing into centre town one needs to take the bus (walk to Omachi market is 15mins). Happy with the stay and will do so again next time I am in Japan.

First time at Dormy, heard about it and would go again. This was near the train station, easy to get to, very helpful staff, clean, loved the onsen, the ramen at night and ice cream later. Breakfast was great. Shopping was easy across the street, and in the train station.

Less than 5 min walk from the station. Just across the street you will find the shopping mall and some restaurants. Very accessible location. Breakfast buffet is also very good.

Perfect location next to the station and shops

I loved this hotel, it was amazing value for money. I enjoyed it far more than hotels I paid double the price for elsewhere! The hot springs were so good, especially the one on the roof where you could look up at the sky. The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. What I thought was really lovely though was all the different little things that the hotel did to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I found a sweet gift in the fridge on arrival, and info via the tv to advise live how busy the spa, laundry and restaurant facilities were. They also provided discount coupons for local restaurants, and helped me check if a booking was required and it was delicious.

Great location right near the station, a large mall, bus interchange for all your touring needs and a wonderful onsen on the rooftop. A great value 3 star hotel. (Tip: Go for a room as you generally get more space)

Washers in the coin laundry are free! Dryers cost 100 yen for 20 minutes. Free popsicles, coffee outside hot spring bathing areas, free ramen from 21:30, as in other Dormy Inns.

Steps from Kanazawa Station. Room was larger than typical Japanese hotels. Great amenities; fast elevator.

Prime location just throwing stone distance from Kanazawa train station. Buffet morning breakfast has very good quality and worth for money. Department stores and bus terminal are nearby. Convenient for shopping and visiting various sightseeing spots in Kanazawa.

We loved our stay. Is conveniently located near the train station, comfortable room, friendly staff. Very generous with midnight noodles, free evening drink. I also loved how we could wear the Dormy inn pyjamas around the hotel. Wonderful!

洗面台に髪の毛が落ちていた。

The room smelled terrible and had toe nails on the floor when we arrived.

Outdoor hot spring at the top of the hotel is wonderful. I could relax well.

Ok property - bed was not comfortable, room was loud from outside - could hear trains, could hear the nearby crossing lights everytime someone crossed the road. Bed was also itchy too

Walking distance to JR train station and bus terminal. Enjoyed the complimentary evening cocktails.

1 day stay in Kanazawa

Only one day stay. The onset was good and when found out we could not connect to WiFi, hotel staff brought a Ethernet to WiFi converter to solve our problem. We like the hotel and it was not far from the bus station.

Never choose a smoking room.

wrongly choose a smoking room at the time of booking. We got smoked during the stay and it is also on the smoking floor.

Thumbs Up To Dormy Inn

Conveniently located across the JR train station and bus depots. It had an excellent onsen, cocktail hour, and breakfast. The people were very friendly and helpful. It's a bit older, but the hotel was very good overall.

The room was small but very clean and nicely located near the train station (less than a km).

For the price you can't fault it

Favourite hotel of my trip. Room was a good size, hotel staff extremely helpful, free ramen and beer were both good. Will definitely be looking at Dormy Inn for any more trips to Japan

源泉かけ流しのお風呂とサウナも清潔で使いやすく、お風呂の後でアイスのサービスと充実していた。レストランでは夜鳴きそばのサービスも非常にありがたい

駅直結のショッピングモールが目の前にあり、電車、バス、タクシー利用にも便利 各施設で規模の大小はあるけど、お風呂は安定のドーミーインクオリティ

酒店位置交通方便，位於市中心，購物方便，自助早餐多選擇，早上有乳酸飲料，晚上有雪條，自助咖啡全日免費供應，只係停車場每天收費1500円，洗手間通風比較差⋯⋯

2泊3日の朝食付。 4人女史旅で利用させて頂きました。 駅から近いこと、温泉施設があったので選びました。大浴場はこじんまりしていて人との距離感が近いところが気になりましたが、温泉では寛ぐ事ができて、湯上がりに嬉しいアイスや氷・コーヒーの無料コーナーがあり良かったです。夜食の夜鳴きそばは美味しかったです。朝食は車麩煮や小鉢の種類が沢山で里芋のサラダは好みでしたので2日目の朝食に無かったので残念でした。和洋室4人部屋でしたが、荷物を考えると5人部屋にしても良かったと思いました。2日目にもアメニティや部屋着を替えて頂けたので気持ち良く過ごせました。 チェックイン前とアウト後の荷物預かりは助かりました。但、エントランスに置いて置くので少々心配でしたが、何事も無かったのでしっかり管理をされているのだと思います。3日間楽しく過ごすことができました。お世話になりました。

ルーフボックスを付けた車は駐車場に止めれず、近くの青空駐車場に入れるのに１時間以上掛かりました。仕方がないことですが、案内や提携駐車場を確保してもらえたら有り難いです。

駅近にあり、利便性がよく、徒歩でショッピングや食事が出来て良かった。 夜鳴きそば、とても美味しくてサービスなんて最高だった。

大浴場十分舒服，但可以更整潔。職員都非常友善，附近就是金澤車站及巴士站，有很多洗衣機及乾衣機。整體感覺十分好，若再來金澤會再入住👍

チェックイン時無駄な紙が多い

駅チカで、リーズナブルだとは思いますが、いろいろな備品がやすっぽくなりましたね。

金沢駅が近いので便利な立地です。駐車場は多くありますが駅が近いこともあり少し高めです。 観光するにも便利な立地ですし便利な宿だと思います。

大浴場があり、リファのシャワーヘッド、化粧水なども用意してくださっていたり、朝食も美味しかったです。普段　ホテルではぐっすり眠れない私が　寝具がよかったのか、よく眠れました。家族4人同じ部屋で　楽しい時を過ごせました。お値段もリーズナブルで、おすすめです。

朝食レストランが満席で、時間の都合で待つことができず、お食事できませんでした。 そのこと以外はとても良かったです。

天然温泉が心地良く、朝食が種類豊富で美味しかったです。スタッフの表情がいつも穏やかでとてもくつろげました。

温泉、露天風呂、ととのい椅子など、お風呂好きは大満足だと思います。
