This location is in very convenient location. Super close to the center of Old Town, shopping boutiques and tons of restaurants. Property is dog friendly and security guard is there if you need any help. That was my first visit in this beautiful town and will be returning again for sure. Recommend.

Do not book

This hotel is a scam operation- it's not a hotel but a mismatched collection of apartments being let out by a cowboy estate agent. The 4* rate is quite frankly a joke, it is a poor 2 at most. We arrived and were unable to find the entrance, as the actual apartments front desk is not a hotel reception, but the "reception" is inside an estate agents in one of the commercial units. Going to the apartment, the corridors smelled unclean, and the one lift serving the area stunk of chlorine. Our first night was so catastrophic that we checked out one night into a 7 night stay. The apartment was tired and dog eared in many places, with poor quality and stained bedding/soft furnishings. The heat was unbearable staying here in the summer, it was about 5 degrees hotter inside the apartment than outside. Not even a fan was present to cool the room. We were then kept up all night by thumping loud music and smokers immediately below our window. After a dreadful night, the final straw was when we found that the bathroom was infested with silverfish- a sure indication of a complete lack of proper cleanliness. The "reception" staff were entirely uninterested and rude. We had to persue hotels.com for any sort of recourse for the last minute bookingwe had to make. DO NOT book any accomodation managed by the cowboy estate agent "Dom & House" which are often portrayed as premium hotels. HOTELS.COM! THIS SHOULD NOT BE LISTED ON YOUR SITE, THIS IS GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED ON YOUR SITE.

Perfect. Spacious with balcony. All facilities needed for a 3 day stay.

Amazing

Great location but....

The location of the apartment was excellent and the ability to use the pool was great. However, we found the apartment itself to be tired...a lot of scratched paintwork throughout and there was a lot of damaged woodwork in the bathroom. Both soft chairs were broken, the mats on the floor were filthy and the duvet used to cover the sofa when it was turned into a bed was stained to the point that my daughters refused to sleep on top of it.

Nice food quality accomodation

We stayed second time at this property because we like location, standard and ammenities. There are some inconveniences such as lack of hooks in the bathroom, no much of tv channels, jacuzzi and sauna not working but overall it is very nice place to stay in Gdansk Old City.

The location was great. Good side View of the harbor. Easy walking to all of the main part of the city and old town. We had a very nice stay.

Nice but bad experience in Swimmingpool

Overall nice and clean, the swimmingpool is overcrowded and the old Lady in the entrance is rude and agressive, she is a bad ambassador for the Apartments. Swimmingpool is also closed much of the daytime.

Where the property was near everything. Close to shop taxis etc .

I loved the location, pool, and the infrustructure. I was disappoinred by the bed and the fact that the room was cold.

Location is excellent, couldn't be closer to the action. Took a taxi from the airport to the apartments, cost 60 zloty. Property is modern, secure and clean. Very spacious based on two people sharing. We were only in Gdansk three nights but the apartment had everything required for a longer stay. No safe in the apartment however we didn't feel uncomfortable leaving our passports etc. tucked away in a drawer. Didn't use the pool, sauna or gym but we did take a look around. It's staffed during opening hours and was also very clean. If we return to Gdansk then we will be returning here. Highly recommended.

Surprise charges and little disappointments

When we arrived we were told about a 100plz late check in fee and a 100plz cleaning fee (£20+£20). Neither of which were clear when I booked. The bed sheet was too small for the mattress so kept falling off and the mattress was stained. Lights flickered in the room, TV didn't work. Nothing too bad but overall disappointing. It could and should have been a much nicer stay

It was a one bedroom apartment Just right 2+1

The apartments are at one end of long market. So right I the main part of town. Shops close by for grocery essentials. Right on the river within walking of most attractions.

The particular apartment we stayed at did not have a washing machine. Not enough cutlery for 4 people. Windows had no shades/curtains in the front. Bathroom sink was on a wall cabinet that was ripping from the wall (dangerous). Overall the apartment needed maintenance and to be brought up to a standard you would expect at a decent hotel.

Executive loft

As a group of friends staying here we could not have asked for any more. The executive loft was amazing with a good balcony and excellent amenities. 5 min walk to shops and restaurants in the old town. Would definitely recommend to all groups/couple who want to stay in gdansk.

Very modern apartment, clean. Location perfect for sightseeing, parties and food. Beds very comfortable if you are looking for a good sleep :) nice and quiet :) Staff very helpful, security very nice. Thank you :)

Mgmt should advise in advance where exactly the keys to the apartment should be picked up. Location is excellent for visiting Gdansk. All main sights within easy walking distance.

Excellent location in Gdansk old town

Apartment was clean and modern with everything you could need and more importantly lovely and warm when returning from a cold day out in winter. Location is superb on the waterfront with bars and restaurants close by and the old town only being a few minutes walk away. Added bonus after a long day out was the pool, sauna and steam room available to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment & swimming pool! Great location!

Great Apartments, clean, WiFi, spacious room and bathroom, swimming pool and right on the doorstep of the old town too. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. If we had 1 tiny recommendation to Dom & House, it would be to raise the TV, when lying in bed all you can see is the top half of the TV, but otherwise we will most definitely be back again!

Everything about are stay was perfect bar the fact that the swimming pool & jacuzzi were out of order. We would not have minded if this hadn't been the reason we chose this accommodation. We were so very disappointed & believe we should have been informed before we booked, giving us the chance to book other accommodation with working pool & spa facilities!!!!

Expedia gave it 5 stars, why?

Its not a hotel, its an apartment. Worn apartment, with stains everywhere. Booked it because I'm a smoker so could use the balcony. Balcony with a view on a building site on the left and right. Also very noisy ( works usually started around 8am and lasted all day ). There is no hotel staff and the lady in the building reception has no obligation to be helpful, which shows. Good location. No issues with wifi. Poor satellite / tv channels choice - nothing in English. Plenty of towels ( found two that smelled of vomit ). Would give it 2 stars and definitely did not recommend for that price.

I was dissapointed with the size of the room as the pictures suggested it would be a little bigger and have a seperate bedroom. I found on arrival i had to knock on the doors of an estate agents a couple of doors down which wasnt made clear when booking. The condition of the room was like new and the general atmosphere amongst the building was a good one. I would rate this appartment/hotel 3/5.

Great hotel but lacking in information

Excellent apartment hotel. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful and assisted in getting train tickets online. easy walk to the new city or old town; close to restaurants and clubs . We enjoyed our stay. the only issue was that we were not told that the indoor pool was closed. We made our reservations early enough to be notified that it was not open and when we checked in we were not told that it was closed. We made our decision to stay there based on the pool.

Parken ist direkt vor dem Hotel teuer ca.11 Euro pro Tag wenn man einen Parkplatz findet.Die Lage des Hotels ist super.Das Büro für den Check in und Check out ist drei Geschäfte weiter.Alles wird aber nur auf Englisch erklärt.Hier hätte man gerade zu den Pool -oder Fitnessstudio Öffnungs -und Schließzeiten einen Infozettel aushändigen können.So schnell wie dort die Infos zum Hotel in 3 Minuten beim Check in runtergerasselt werden,kann man sich das nicht alles auf einmal merken.Wir sind dennoch klar gekommen.

Inte helt nöjda , men ok

Vi var 3 kompispar som bokade 3 nätter över nyår. Bilder som visades på objektet när vi hyrde stämde inte överrens med verkligheten. Mindre lägenhet för oss 6 än vi räknat med. Stopp i avloppet i handfatet på den enda toa som fanns. Inga handduksbyten under vistelsen , alla hade en varsin , och då skulle den användas till både poolavdelning och dusch , ta med egen rekommenderas. Kunde ju ha funnits en kaffebryggare i det lilla köket , enbart vattenkokare. Var och en som bor i lägenheten måste ha ett eget passerkort för att komma in till pool och bastuområdet. Det fick vi kämpa lite för att få tag på. Annars var det väl rent och fräscht med ett läge intill vattnet. Men lite mycket minus som enkelt skulle kunna ha varit plus

Fin lejlighed, meget central. Fantastisk udsigt og tæt på alt i den gamle bydel. Meget rent og stille i bygningen

Ok til prisen kortere ophold

Ok et værelses lejlighed men på et længere ophold skal man garantere sig at kunne få toiletpapir og rene håndklæder. 5 nætter og ingen skift eller opfyldning. Ingen viskestykker i lejligheden, Sikkert område ved havne kanten meget tæt på Old town. Pool og spa fik vi ikke benyttet. Der kunne være støvet af og vasket gulve.

Familie ferie i Gdansk

Familie ferie til Gdansk. Vi var 4 stk. leiligheten var pen. Vi savnet at det var litt bedre system på kjøkken utstyr. Balkongen var ikke rengjort og vi savnet utelys på varme koslige kvelder. (Defekt pære) Bassenget var fint og kosligt. Litt minus var at det var tillatt med små barn i bassenget etter kl 20. når vi var der mellom 21-22 var det så mye støy og masse barn som herjet og hoppet. Vi synst det ble litt mye arbeid for en stakkars dame som satt i resepsjonen, som ikke kunne engelsk og som måtte passe på basseng og skjekke inn gjester inn i bassenget. Som hadde maks antal på 20 stk. Alt i alt var vi fornøyd med oppholdet vårt hos dere.

Een aanrader!

Super leuke en prachtige locatie! Heel centraal gelegen. Heel fijn om het zwembad te mogen gebruiken. Alle comfort aanwezig maar misschien een beetje meer glazen en borden voorzien. Geen airco of ventilator aanwezig. Misschien wel een tip om dit te voorzien vermits het app wel warm kan worden en je 's nachts de ramen niet kan openzetten omdat Gdansk wel een levendige plek is.

Perfect läge vid gamla stan. Valde lägenhet ut mot hamnen men mycket nattliv som gjorde att barnen hade svårt att somna. Rekomenderar att välja annat lägen i om möjligt. Tyvärr var lägenheten ganska sliten och i behov av renovering.

Was here for a week and we had a really good time. We had a pretty big apartment with a big balcony with a view to the river. Beds could be more comfortable and we had some language issues with some of the staff that did not speak english at all, but google translate helped us out. Living so close to everything was perfect. We are definately coming back.

Middels pluss

Stor og fin leilighet, men noe slitt. Alt fra delvis ødelagt kaffetrakter, mindre vannskader på lister og badinnredning, skranglete kaffebord, ødelagt sovesofa. Det manglet puter til balkongmøbler, knallhard sovesofa, men ok dobbeltsenger (fikk også ekstra overmadrass til sovesofaen, så pluss for det). For lite tallerkener, ikke nok til både frokost og middag...3 stk vinglass. Ellers for lite oppvaskmaskin pulver, ingen pulver til vaskemaskin og knapt med både toalettpapir og avfallsposer..Det er basseng som deles med fastboende, og det var ikke plass til flere enn 20 badende i gangen, så det kan bli en del venting for å komme inn. Veldig sur resepsjonist ved bassenget ( en hyggelig og en sur). Veldig sentral beliggenhet, så totalt sett noenlunde fornøyd.

Luxury apartment? No. There is nothing luxurious about this place. It is very worn, poorly equipped, not maintained well and and not the cleanest place. Lets start with the positive stuff: - overall spacious - bathroom is nice, laaarge shower room. - good location to old town Over to the less positive stuff: - furniture is worn out - kitchen is equipped with junk glass/cup/plates - small fridge - smelly drain/sink - no wineglasses - sticky floor - no curtains/blinds, not even in the bedroom. Only some crusty and sunburnt sections of cloth of some kind.

One of the best hotels i have stayed at, the women working in the reseption was so kind, and it was a perfect place for the weekend, will deffently come again!

Bra overnattingsstad. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit. Rent, god plassering, godt utstyrt. Noe manglande info om at man må dra til hovudkontoret for å få nøkler, men heldigvis bare 50 meter å gå. Bassenget var litt skittent, men fint område.

Stedet var meget rent og pent og lett og få tak i nøkkelen

We were a family of 6. We were looking forward to swim in the swimmingpool,but it was always full. The staff at the swimmimgpool did not speak english so we had a hard time understanding them. We ordered an apartment for 3 children and 3 adults and when we arrived after midnight the beds were not made for the children and there was no bedding so we could do it ourselves. The apartment was big and bright,perfectly placed in the center of Gdansk. Very safe and quiet. A little kiosk at the ground floor with soda,beer,food and snacks. Just arround the corner there is a grocery store.

Needs maintenance and deep clean of furniture

Really dirty and stained couch, chairs and other furniture. Almost no utensil, glasses or cups. Terrible hinges on doors and the drawers. Missing molding on the countertop. Nice entrance, security and location. Good balcony and overall building. Pool in basement was ok.

Blev skuffet ud fra billederne. Lejligheden var meget slidt og kun begrænset åbningstid i pool og spa. Til gengæld en fantastisk beliggenhed.

Stille og rolig leilighetskompleks. Fint spabad. Fin beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen. Mange gode spisesteder i nærhet.

Värt pengarna trots lite konstigheter

Fint inredd, billig lägenhet med riktigt bra läge. Duschen hade riktigt dåligt tryck, och tråkigt med ingen daglig städning så man får nya handdukar. Konstigt system med poolen där man aldrig riktigt förstod NÄR man fick vistas där, gymmet saknade också utrustning som fanns på bilderna. Låg lite skräp bakom sängen och tallrikar var det matrester kvar på, så rekommenderar att diska allt innan man använder det. Man behöver också köpa diskmedel och toalettpapper själv.

Very good location, a good place to stay.

Perfekt för cityweekend

Perfekt boende för en familj på 4 personer. Rent och snyggt och nära till ALLT (restauranger, mataffärer, turistbåtar, gamla staden). Enda ”minus” är att poolen har en maxkapacitet på 20 personer men går man dit precis när den öppnar är det inga problem.

We have booked theese apartments many times and we have never been dissatisfied. The staff is helpful and usually have no problem with comnunication in english. Its easy to check in and out and they usually show you all the way up to the apartment. They also let us keep our luggage at the office while waiting after check out. The pool facilities are great and the apartments have iorn, washing machine and blow drier. The location is perfect for both family and friends trips its a safe area not far from the old town and there are several bars and restaurants nextto the apartment. At nightime its usually quiet and you dont have to walk far to find cheap and good restaurants. We would gladly rent this apartment again! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Manglende samsvar mellom bilder på nettside og vir

Leiligheten svarte ikke til forventningene. Nettsiden viste moderne komfortable leiligheter. Soverom/seng var bra, sovesofa i stuen var elendig for 2 voksne. Dårlige puter. I stuen manglet også gardin, ikke særlig hyggelig npr man bor i 1. etg med fullt innsyn. Stort og fint bad, dog var det liten tilgang på håndklær. Et håndkle pr person er lite når man bor her 3-4 dager, og hotellet tilbyr svømmebasseng. Dette burde vært opplyst om på forhånd. Basseng og spa var veldig bra.

Appartement conforme à la description, très calme, très spacieux, très bien équipé!!! Bâtiment magnifique, très propre, piscine sauna spa execptionnel. Le seul bémol, c'est pour se garer, le parking dans la rue est payant. A recommander !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Riktigt lyxig, stor och fin lägenhet. Ligger perfekt till för shopping, kultur och nöje.

Veldig grei leilighet. Stor og romslig leilighet, men noe støvete og møkkete og nedslitt sofa. Beliggenhet va veldig bra, nært til alt. Helt greit basseng og fin sauna, jacuzzi virket ikke. Finnes sikkert mye bedre til samme pris.

Meget fin, rummelig og moderne lejlighed. Swimmingpoolen er kun åben 10-14 og 18-24 i hverdage - længere i weekenden, kun 20 personer ad gangen, så bedst at komme i god tid. Lejligheden ligger meget centralt - tæt på restauranter og gamle bydel. Personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt.

Vinterophold i Gdansk

Stedet ligger helt perfekt i gå afstand til den gamle bydel og hyggelige spisesteder. Lige nu er de i gang med en masse renovering af området og broer ved kanalen. Det bliver helt sikkert flot men ÆRGELIGT vi ikke vidste det da vi bookede opholdet, da det gav rigtig meget larm fra tidlig morgen. Rigtig fin lejlighed som var ren og pæn, dog med ret tilfældigt service i køkkenet (glas, tallerkner osv). Pool området var fint men de 2 forskellige typer sauna var kun tændt en gang i mellem.

Fed lejlighed - mange mangler

Super lækker lejlighed med fin beliggenhed. Desværre er der flere småting, som ikke lever op til den ellers fine standard. Vi fik først Wifi efter tre dage, der manglede service, en lampe var smadret, flere gardiner virkede ikke, og balkonen var dækket af fuglelort. Lidt ærgerligt, for en ellers fremragende lejlighed.

Rigtig fin beliggenhed. Men lejlighedens møbler var slidte og sofaen var decideret ødelagt. Der var hverken klude og viskestykker, det skal åbenbart medbringes hjemmefra. Et dejligt pool område, men restriktioner gjorde at man var bundet af reservationer.

Alt i alt i et godt ophold

Fin lejlighed vi boede i. Spa og poolområde var fint, men spaen var desværre lukket. God beliggenhed.

- Gute Empfang. Check-in nach 18:00 kostenpflichtig. - Top Appartment - Leider noch etwas Sand auf boden - Kaffee und kleinigkeiten vorhanden. Gekocht habe ich nicht. -> Sehr viele Reastaurand in umgebung - Gut gelegen. Zentral aber trotzdem noch mit taxi erreichbar. - Nachruhe 20:00 bis 06:00

Dålig service och städning!

Dåligt städad lägenhet, personalen verkade inte bry sig speciellt om sina gäster. Inga handdukar när vi kom, fick dem sent på kvällen.

Duże rozczarowanie

Robaki w zastawie stołowej- czystość wybitnie powierzchowna.. Nie działające urządzenia- piloty bez baterii, brak żarówek w lampach, zablokowana zmywarka Pourywane wieszaki w łazience, nie było jak powiesić ręcznika przy prysznicu. Papier toaletowy na podłodze- kolejny urwany wieszak... Woda wylewająca się z prysznica podczas kąpieli- zapchany odpływ.. Meble rozlatujące się- skrzypiące i chybotliwe. Pościel- ok. Być może to kwestia "tego" mieszkanka- ale obsługa robiła podobne wrażenie..

Alright place, good price and in distance to the most important places in Old Town.

Vet inte hur det funkar, betalade 120 pl vid ankomst, efter 4 dagar hade inte ens vår papperskorg tömts, inga nya handdukar. WiFi hittades inte öht av våra telefoner, netgear30 skulle det heta, fanns inte i listan. Fjärrkontrollen till tv var inte samma fabrikat som tvn, möjligen universal men fungerade ändå inte.

Sijainti loistava. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Huoneisto uusi ja sisustus siisti. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi huoneistosta. Kylpylä pieni ja toinen saunoista pois käytöstä. Kylpylässä kukaan ei puhunut englantia. Likaiset ja epäkäytännölliset pukutilat. Tallelokeroa olisin kaivannut huoneeseen. Kuitenkin kaikenkaikkiaan erittäin positiivinen majoitus kokemus.

Fine lejligheder, højt serviceniveau..!

Der var nogle ting i lejligheden, der ikke var i overensstemmelse med vores bestilling, men administration ved søde Gosia løste alle forhold til UG med kryds og slange..! Da der manglede en sengeplads fandt hun prompte en ekstra lejlighed, som vi fik lov at overnatte i uden ekstra omkostninger - supergo' service og tak for det :-)

God beliggenhed, men slidt lejlighed

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men lejligheden er slidt To senge var ødelagte da vi kom. De blev lavet dagen efter at vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Den ene badeværelsesdør kan ikke låses. Der blev arbejdet på lejlighed ved siden af hvilket gav megen larm (når der blev boret) allerede fra kl 8 om morgenen Xbox er af gammel model og meget lidt anvendelig Generelt ser lejligheden no Ift prisen var det skuffende

Störningar

Tycker vi borde blivit informerade i förväg om att det pågår renovering i rummet bredvid från 7:30 på morgonen. Extremt störande då det var väldigt lyhört och förstörde vår sovmorgon. I övrigt helt ok rum. Bra läge!

Perfekt for damer på tur som gjerne dobler opp.

Vi var ni voksne damer. Alle var godt fornøyd bortsett fra to som måtte dele balkong med naborommet. Dette må ikke være lov da man kunne ikke ha døren oppe. Fremmede kunne komme rett inn. Ellers var beliggenheten bra, frokost spiste vi i nabo restauranten. Alt innen gå avstand.

Don't reccomend for families with small kids.

Poor wifi, room not suitable for families with small kids (steep stairs in the apartment with none protection). Very little light in the bathroom. Late check-in comes with additional cost. Customer service nonexistent.

Super , sauber , absolut zentral

Super Unterkunft, Bett war etwas durchgelegen aber die Unterkunft war sauber , ruhig, netter Empfang. Was will man mehr. Tipp: Frühstück kann für knapp 10€ im Hotel Marina eingenommen werden. Qualitativ hochwertig und man kann Omeletts etc. bestellen.

Oppholdet er bra og servicen er bra, vi kommer tilbake:)

Loistavalla sijainnilla oleva iso huoneisto (meillä oli se hieman isompi huoneisto), jossa hyvät ruoanlaitomahdollisuudet. Plussaa oli uima-allas ja sauna! Hinta-laatusuhde +++. Turvallisen tuntuinen paikka ja vastaanottokin/avainten luovutus hoitui moiteetta. Muistakaa, että siivousmaksu tulee vielä erikseen, ja se olikin huonosti mainittu Ebookersin sivuilla. Suositelen Gdanskia muutenkin, meille aivan loistava kohde, kaunis kaupunki. Ihmettelen vain, että danskista ei enempää vouhoteta Suomessa, vaikka noin lähellä ja edullinen sekä poikkeuksellisen hyvä kohde. Myös ruoka ja juomakulttuuri +++. Pidimme kovasti!

Great service and location

Easy check in with very polite staff. Stayed in luxury apartment which was huge and gorgeous.

Leiligheten var veldig fin, renholdet kunne vært mye bedre. Det var ikke kaldt vann i krana på kjøkkenet. Videre luktet det intenst mugg på badet. Så mye at vi ble kvalme og nesten ikke klarte å være der inne.

Poolen stänger 4h mitt på dagen! Max 20 får bada

Poolen stänger den bästa tiden på dagen mellan klockan 14:00 till klockan 18:00. Paul vakten släpper bara in 20 personer på poolområdet. Det innebär att det ofta är fullt och man får vänta länge eller återkomma, inte så lätt att förklara för badsugna ungar. Lägenheten i sig var ganska ok men fuktskadad. Och allmänt sliten för att vara så pass ny byggnad. Läget var centralt och bra. Frukost buffé kan man äta billigt på hotell Marina i byggnaden intill.
