Great b&b. Enjoy the stay.

This place was amazing. Super clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was amazing and the owner was fantastic!! Definitely recommend

The property is away from “busy” tourist area, so we drove to restaurants and shopping because of 100 degree weather. This location is great for reading or relaxing during the day. In fall or spring a walk to the shops and restaurants would be nice.

Great stay at Delta Street Inn!

Beautiful and spotless clean B&B in a great (quiet) location. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable. Excellent breakfast and complimentary drinks provided in the refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the guest rooms. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay. Entire grounds. inside and out were impeccable. Breakfasts were beyond delicious. Our hostess is an accomplished gourmet cook and baker. We will stay there again. As a sidebar there is a huge tree behind the garage is humongous and branches out high and wide. Thank you, Delta Street Inn

The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. The only recommendation for improvement would be a nicer shower head.

Excellent stay. The room was comfortable, clean, bright and traditionally furnished. The quality of the heating/aircon was exemplary..quiet and effective. Breakfast was very good indeed. Beautifully presented and cooked, by the attentive and accomplished host, Pam. The communal two downstairs sitting rooms were welcoming, quiet and appealing. It was a ten minute walk into town, along a largely unlit street. Downsides? The house is very close to a busy highway, which was pretty noisy through the night, and a couple of loud trains trundled through, too. We were in Room 1, which is probably best avoided if are bothered by noise at night. It is a very good place to stay, in an interesting small town

Pam was an excellent host of this B&B. Breakfast was excellent and different every morning.

Gorgeous home and grounds. Staff made you feel at home and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else

My wife and I look so forward to staying at Delta Street Inn when we come to Jefferson. Pam is the bestest host and the best cook and baker in the Bed and Breakfast business. All her rooms are beautiful but we stay in Room #1 because we feel so comfortable there plus it has a huge private porch on the second floor. Thank you Pam for another fantastic visit this year!

Great Place

Hosts were very nice, breakfast was amazing. Rooms and public areas were very clean. I chose this B & B because pets were not allowed (hard to find one that doesn't allow pets) I have allergies so no pets is really important. Only downside was the train whistles in the middle of the night but that is way outside the host purview.

The room and facilities were very clean. The owners were very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time, even making sure we had good seats for the live music at the restaurant up the street.

Excellent property! Delta Street Inn has nice comfy rooms, wonderful hosts that serve a gourmet breakfast and the location is a short 10 minute walk to downtown! Also it's quiet! We were the first ones back at night and never even heard a door shut! I highly recommend it - you will be thankful you booked their bed and breakfast!

Delta Street Inn is a beautiful property in a convenient location. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

40th Anniversaru

The Delta Street Inn was everything I wanted it to be. I do wish the weather would have cooperated and it would have been warmer. Then I could have enjoyed sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee. Thanks Delta Street Inn for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience at this B&B. The host/owner Bob and Pam were awesome. The place is very clean, comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this B&B.

We loved Delta Street Inn. Felt like we were transported into a set of a Hallmark movie. The property was extremely well maintained. The breakfast as excellent! Hosts were very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Pam and Bob were gracious hosts. The room was impeccable and they were thoughtful about making me comfortable.

A great choice

The room was large, beautiful, historic, impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean. Host was cordial and interesting to talk to. We left before breakfast was served and the host provided a bag lunch for us.

The Inn turns 100 this year and it looks like it's brand new! The property is extremely well kept and our room (#4) was perfect. We'll be back!

This B&B deserves and gets a an excellent score from us. We went for a long weekend, and it was a joy to stay in the lovely home of Pam & Bob. Delta Street Inn B&B is definitely one of the best B&Bs in Northeast Texas. The house is extremely well managed and maintained. The owners have created a modern, classic B&B, and every amenity is provided for guests, including excellent towels, sheets and high quality beds. The hosts provide beautiful, home-cooked breakfasts for guests every day, and the home's game room includes a fridge with soft drinks and ice for guests to take as they explore this historic Victorian town. Pam and Bob could not have been more friendly and professional as inn-keepers. It’s honestly one of the nicest B&Bs in Texas. The lodging The price was fair and comparable to any reasonable mid-grade hotel, so why not stay in a historic home that’s over 100 years old instead? We were glad we found this amazing property.

Nothing - breakfast was great

This was our second trip to Delta Street Inn. A great place to relax. The hosts are fabulous and very attentive but allow you to relax and recharge. Breakfast is outstanding. Lots of coffee and fun spaces in the house to sit and read and a well-stocked game room. Beautiful house. Great restoration.

Bob and Pam are awesome B & B owners and the accommodations were right on target. The down stairs room #5 was beautiful and I loved the style. The breakfast served was amazing. I will defiantly stay there again when I visit Jefferson in the near future.

No one told me about the train whistles at night!

This was a really nice B & B and the people were really friendly... but no one warned me about the train whistles that went by several times during the night!!

Nice bed and breakfast

It was very relaxing, quiet, and a very nice place. The tv only had local channels and espn. I was surprised since they are paying for it. Dvd player froze and wouldn't let the dvd out. We pushed release button and it finally poped out. Its just a cheap dvd player. Overall it was a lovely place and very nice owners that are running it.

Mediocre at best

The trip was good and my husband and i had alot of fun. The Delta Street Inn was not good. Would never go back or recommend. There was basic tv, no movies channels and only 4 channels total to chose from. Shower was lukewarm and breakfast was mediocre at best. I dont understand where the good reviews came from but thats what i followed when i reserved this bed and breakfast and as a honest reviewer, look around and get what you pay for.

Great location. Road nose and train whistles effected sleep. TV channels limited do was unable to watch football bowl games

We loved Delta Street! The home was immaculate, the food was delicious, and the hosts were so hospitable and informative on places to go and even mingled in the morning while we ate. We will be back!

We loved our stay and the food was delicious! The only thing we would change is the toilet paper-ha. Such a little thing, but half ply tp is just awful-especially when you are a on little trip away.

This is a great property that gives that unique old home feel with modern amenities. Pam and Bob were so hospitable and the breakfast they fixed was outstanding. Loved sitting out on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and a beautiful morning. Highly recommend and we will be back.

When we pulled up to the house the grounds were immaculately taken care of. Beautiful two-story home with chairs and couch on the front porch. Breakfast was wonderful and different every morning to the point where we didn't want to eat lunch till about 3 in the afternoon. Bob and Pam where the most excellent hosts and hostesses you can imagine, you feel like you have known them your entire life. Our upstairs bedroom was extremely accommodating and had a lot of flavor because of the furniture and fireplace and wood floors. We paid for a room that had a patio off of the room where we were able to sit outside and do our morning devotionals and it was absolutely beautiful with all the trees surrounding the property. Anyways we're looking forward to a return trip stay with Bob and Pam and seek more Adventures around East Texas

Rooms were very clean. Property very well maintained. The hospitality was awesome! As soon as you check-in you get a welcome by the owner. Jefferson is small town, but there’s plenty to see and do. Everything is at walking distance, so make sure you wear your walking shoes.

My boyfriend and I went to Jefferson for the first time and decided to stay here. It was a very pleasant experience. The owners Pam and Bob were very great hosts and served delicious breakfasts. We even bought a cute mug as a souvenir of our stay. The inn was just pristine - every piece of decor and furniture was wonderfully planned and put together. Everything was really charming and clean. We highly recommend this B&B to any travelers!

Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a foul smell coming from the bathroom that lingered until the next day, something to do with the pipes(?). Even though it’s a very old property, this was difficult to endure. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was average.

Anniversary getaway

Heard about the area as a hub for bed and breakfast properties so decided to check it out. This property looked appealing and was close to downtown, and their breakfast sounded really good too! Everything was as described. The home was clean and inviting. The host met us and took information for breakfast, provided door code, room key, and a couple tips for the property and neighborhood. Breakfast in the room one day, under the gazebo the next. Comfortable bed, soft towels, clean room, and pleasant host. Couldn’t really ask for more.

first time here, compared to 4-5 other B&B in Jefferson been to would rate it a 8

Beautiful, comfortable 1920’s built inn. Warm, friendly, inviting, and helpful hosts. Delicious, nutritious and filling breakfasts—different each morning. Lovely grounds! Walkable, historic town. Loved our visit for our 30th anniversary!!!
