My room was by the loading bay 6 am I was woken up. 15 min walk to the harbor center area not bad but winter time it's not convenient

The delta Marriott was nice, clean, room was nice and service was, good, wish I could've had breakfast earler than 8:30am and the kids hamburgers I got for my sons were awful, and the service was terrible, but the room was nice, lttle on the pricey side

Reasonably comfortable

Glad to have hard flooring. Air conditioning worked well. Bed very comfortable. No microwave and tiny recommissioned bar fridge. Had a trip to US recently and now think some form of complimentary breakfast is an expected part of an overnight stay. The toilet is older low and no soft close lid.

I am from Victoria and this was my first time staying. If I’m being honest I was disappointed and glad I didn’t pay full rate! For a 4 star hotel it lacks the extra details that one would expect. The hot tub looked dirty, rooms very basic, little on decor. Throw out those in room Coffee makers as they produce tinted water, such a waste and u never see those in other 4 star hotels anymore - Kurieg or nespresso. Ate at Lure- the food was good but the service was extremely slow… we had 2 kids with us and were there and 7-9pm. I felt sorry for our waiter because he was clearly run off his feet as they were serving lighted tents outside along with the restaurant. I Know this hotel was a big deal when it opened decades ago but time for a refresh or lower reg rates as it feels more like a family style basic hotel.

The king club room needs to have more than one chair furniture was sparse consisting of a arm chair and an office chair, as for a room for 2 people there should at least be seating for 2 people

We have stayed at this property many times over the years, and it never disappoints. We first visited when our children were young, and recently celebrated our daughter's college graduation there. We love the location, out of the busy downtown area but an easy walk to all our favorite spots. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, the property is immaculate, and we have never had a maintenance problem of any kind. The beds are quite firm, and we both found them uncomfortable on our last two visits. Also, the bathroom lighting is way too aggressive in the middle of the night. We would have appreciated a night light option. Food in the hotel bar is surprisingly good. Within a 15-minute walk, there are dozens of excellent coffee shops, restaurants and bars. We have never had a bad meal in Victoria. Can't wait to visit again!

The customer service was excellent. Top quality all around. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun for the family.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and all staff we met were very friendly, and the location was perfect for walking downtown. And the squash/racquetball court was a fun surprise! They have racquets, balls and safety glasses for borrowing. Highly recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed staying at this property it is close to town, there is a nice path that takes you along the water for a jog or stroll. We had HH in the bar and had excellent service. The rooms are clean, updated and nice. When we go back to Victoria we will for sure stay here again.

Loved this location! Beautiful hotel and view of water. Our room had the shower head in middle of tub which was awkward and our sink was too shallow but everything else was awesome! Would stay again!

Having been a loyal Hilton customer for many years, it had been a long time since I had booked a Marriott; this was a really good decision. The Club room I booked was excellent, access to the Club Lounge was a real benefit. The staff in the lounge and elsewhere were exceptionally polite and helpful - enough for me to consider Bonvoy as my new program of choice.

The perfect spot to call home for a week!

Peaceful, comfortable, clean, affordable luxury! We had a bottom floor room tucked way back in a corner. I thought it would be noisy and lack privacy, but it was actually just perfect! The staff was so accommodating and patient when I asked to move rooms, and then decided to move back to the old room. We loved to location- so central and right on the water. If you don't feel like walking across the bridge to downtown, you can always call for a water taxi. They had free bikes to check out, which a great way to get around. The restaurant was great, the pool was grwat. The hot tub could use a good cleaning and could be turned up a few degrees. The onle thing I would absolutely stay away from is the day spa. I had a horrible experience there! They do not employ licensed massage therapists. Beware! But I know the hotel is not directly responsible for that. I would love to return to this hotel.

Club Floor Stay

We always stay at the Delta Club when we come to town, at least 3x per year. We love the location, views, walkability and staff. One piece that is increasingly disappointing is the Club Room amenities being scaled back: no small desserts, limited evening and breakfast options. Given the extent to which the room prices have increased in the last 4 years, surely mini-dessert squares and some better hummus are not out of reach? Otherwise a great, friendly stay.

Hotel is very close to everything we came to see. We were able to walk with our 5 year old majority of the time (Uber was less than $10 the nights we took it home) Beautiful location and hotel. The room appeared clean but my husband recleaned a few areas - a few hairs in the washroom and toilet seat had a residue. Staff is amazing- restaurant is amazing- views and location amazing.

Loved the whole experience. Clean, beautiful property. Staff very friendly. My only complaint would be that the bed was to hard so I had trouble sleeping.

Property is off the beaten track and away from all of the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk to it within a few minutes. Hansen at Lure bar was a great bartender, able to manage the very high volume while maintaining total composure and providing excellent service.

Service is spectacular ..convenient for the disabled..it is definitely our go to place..my husband is disabled and feels very welcome and comfortable there..as do I 😀

Amazing stay

I booked online and was supposed to get 2 Queen beds and a shower/tub combo but when i got.to the room, it was clearly.2 double beds and only a shower.

Parking is very convenient, and restaurant has great views and great food. Staff were all very friendly , and we got an early check in which was a bonus cause we were tired and wanted to rest.

It’s a bit pricey but nice place to stay.

Had a wonderful time at this property. The staff were helpful, kind, and courteous. It is a convenient to walk into town. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The views are beautiful from the lobby and Lure restaurant.

The room was great and the hotel was in a very good condition with beautiful view. The food was a huge plus too. We just ate at the hotel for all the meals.
