We had a great stay and the restaurant downstairs was so good and they drinks also were awesome :)

The hotel itself was nice. It’s older and could use a remodel but it was nice. The area around it though was very unsafe. I will not be returning.

Great stay. The service was amazing. The team went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We brought our dog and they gave her a lot of attention and treats. Great experience. Great location as well. The restaurant is excellent and we had a lovely meal there. Great stay!

We were in Vancouver for a conference and this hotel was very central and close to all amenities. The restaurant was amazing - food, service and the specialty coffees were top notch. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating with luggage, umbrella's, etc. The rooms were fantastic as well, very roomy and had a nice sense of home feeling in my king suite.

It was a good stay. We wanted a suite for our family so of four.

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. All the hotel team were very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed in a suite with Harbour View. Our room was on the 13th floor and was noisy from the street below and other hotel guests (think it was the family floor). We stayed on the 20th floor previously and this was not the case - so we would ask for a higher floor if we returned. The room was clean and comfortable. We are very techie, and liked that the hotel TV was a smart TV, so we could access our Netflix account. The TV also had a HDMI box, so we could use our Apple TV. The hotel broadband was strong, so we had no issues staying connected to friends and family at home and streaming. We also picked up a hire car and used the hotels secure parking. We had no problem with finding a space and appreciated that the car park barriers are locked overnight for security. Our room key allowed us to enter/leave whenever we wanted so did not affect our plans at all. The hotel is located convienently for the Waterfront Train Station and Gas Town area. We did not have any issues ourself, however, we did notice a lot of homeless people in the immediate area, the local 7-Eleven has everything locked away and the hotel has security on the doors and a parking garage that is locked up over night, so we where more mindful when out and about. We would definitely consider returning to the hotel if we visit Vancouver in the future.

Was able to get the room nice and dark for sleeping and the bed was comfortable. It’s really great having a separate living room area. Aldo, there was a nice cocktail bar across the street and a late night pizza by the slice place on the corner. Perfect!

The suite was perfect size. Bed very comfortable. it was close to the Mexican consulate, I was able to walk.

The staff were amazing upon check in and when we had an issue with a sliding door in our room. Room was clean however had some quirks. The door between rooms got stuck. Handy man came and temp fixed. Couldn’t fully fix. We couldn’t find access to fan in the bathroom and the hide a bed got stuck and we couldn’t fold it up again. Also would be nice to have some hooks to put our coats in the entrance way as well as a place for shoes. But the location was amazing. Conveniently located to a lot of things. Great for getting to the hockey game. Overall I’d stay here again. The restaurant has great food and like I said the staff were amazing!!!

Right into the major “points of interest” of downtown Vancouver. Two streets from the Seawall,very clean and polite staff.Incredible restaurant,original cuisine…

Excellent downtown hotel

Very nice hotel at the heart of Vancouver downtown, well maintained, warm and welcoming staff, conveniently located at a walking distance from nice cafes and restaurants. Parking is pretty expensive, but understandable for the location and the safety of mind (gated parking). I stayed 2 nights with my family including 2 kids.. we loved it. Great views from the hotel room!

Was upgraded to a Deluxe suite with great views of the city. Nice hotel with a great staff and convenient location.

very nice staff

Our suite with king bed and sofa bed was spacious, bright, and clean. The king bed was the best part - feather pillows, crisp sheets, and comfortable mattress. We had great sleep here during our trip!

Very nice! We had been travelling since 4am and arrived a little early to the hotel (around 2pm) and they let us check in early and were very friendly and accommodating :)

Whatever awful perfume smell you pump into the lobby is obnoxious, can't even breath and gives you an instant headache. Many people have sensitivity to smells, so I dont understand why any hotel would do this. Also room service delivered in togo containers and wood forks instead of actual plates and silverware is not 4 star hotel. Room was only provided with 2 sets of towels, glasses in bathroom and coffee cups when we specifically stated 3 people staying. These little details shouldn't be missed in this type of hotel if you really want to claim 4 star property.

Great hotel, right in downtown. Kitchen was not as furnished as I thought but all the rest was great. Staff is professional and helpful.

Harbour view...as if

Terrible experience. I booked their best room called Harbour view. Could barely make out any water between two buildings. This is not what I paid for. It's the second time I feel like they stick me on the lower floor...not going back.

Great Location for the sports fans, clean Hotel and Friendly staff. I was told parking was 6’8” for the Parkade on the phone. It is actually 6’6” underground. Was able to park a couple blocks away. Staff were super helpful and looked after me.

The staff were outstanding. Accomodated us with an early check-in and gave us free cookies. Most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. My only negative comment would be the parking at $42.00 was costly and the heating/cooling system worked but the fan didn't seem to circulate the air.

Clean and central

I love this place - and the front desk staff and cleaning team are the best in any hotel I have stayed at - and I travel every week.

The staff greeted us with electrolyte tabs to add to our water after our long trip. We even got into our room a bit early!

This hotel met all our needs. Close to the sky train, great restaurant for dinner and drinks and an easy walk to the Queen E Theater. I would recommend and stay here again.

The curtains had some me stains on them and some of the wallpaper was peeling. The neighborhood was fine during the day, but not good at night. The hotel made up for this with additional security at the entrances.

Didn’t know I got a package deal but it was a great package. It was the package deal where you get parking. 2 free signature drinks as well as there sharing board witch was an amazing and 2 desserts as well as a free Breakfast in the Morning for 2 people. I would I highly recommend this Hotel great experience. Excellent food at stock and supply

I appreciate the warm welcome to and from the hotel. You feel safe and comfortable as soon as you walk inside. Staff is amazing and caring. I wish the parking was better but we did not have any problems. The room 1007 was very nice and roomy and cozy we had everything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and pricing is reasonable. The staff goes above and beyond and makes sure you are very happy. I would love if you had a hot tub option. It was great that everything was walkable. Maybe beef up the security outside the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The rooms in this hotel were absolutely fantastic.

Property was welcoming, posh in its styling. This sadly meant breakfast options were a bit ponsy. Weirdest bacon and eggs ever, with a fredit allowance function in the price, which was weird. Staff were very helpful in answering questions, calling taxis and luggage storage was a breeze. Check out not so smooth as i selected pay at property where they seemed to want to charge extras, which turned out was just the way it reads when it goes through from expedia to their end. Pay on expedia upfront and its clearer. Room we had was a twin with someone on the sofa bed. Sadly the dividing doors were glass so the light in one room travelled to the next waking each other up. Otherwise room was nice. Duvets were lovely and warm. Hotel was close to where we needed for seaplane, shops and bus to Capilano. But there seems to be a drug issue on the streets of Vancouver. Not the hotels fault but did see people shooting up a block away.

Great place to stay for our first time!

Hotel was amazing! Stayed here for a weekend family trip & it was great. Check-in staff was very friendly & even gave us cookies upon check-in. In-room shampoo, conditioner & body wash is very gentle & great smell. My mother-in-law even asked if it was something she could buy online! Conveniently located near a little grocery store, many restaurants & coffee shops. Also, very very close to Gastown - walkable! Parking was conveniently connected to the building so we didn’t need to walk outside to get to the car. Although there were signs about vehicle theft, we still felt as thought the structure was pretty safe & secure.

This will be our last stay at a delta. In the past year I have stayed at many and more than one could use upgrades. For $500 I expected a 4 star this was 3 at best.

This is our second time staying at Delta Hotels. We love the location and how they have convenient parking for hotel guests

Amazing location. Great hotel

Everything was great (especially the staff). My only issue was the smell in the lobby. It reeked of cologne. The odor was was too strong. It was very unpleasant and I wouldn't stay there again for this little reason. Doesn’t feel healthy.

Super convenient location particularly if you are taking the Hullo ferry from the island

The efficiency of service provided and the freindly and professional staff were the highlight of our stay. Extremely convenient downtown location with easy access to shopping and restaurants!

The staff was very kind and helpful, they had umbrellas for us to walk around with and always opened the door for us. It is important to check in before you park in order to get the key that opens the parking garage door.

Great hotel, staff is very friendly and professional and available to help with any need. I just wished that the kitchen was a fill kitchen (stove was missing, so we couldn't cook), otherwise all the rest was great.

On Christmas front desk offered yummy cookies. Lady at front desk was very helpful with choosing dinner options. Door man was amazing and very attentive, he offered umbrellas for us to use. Towels and extra blankets were brought to room quickly. Only negative is we were offered and upgraded room but charged for it, I didnt know it was part of the Expedia VIP program

Enjoyable

Excellent hotel in a great location!

The perfume/air freshener in the lobby and elevator was overpowering and caused me to have an asthma attack and we had to get a different hotel. The restaurant while trying to be “fancy” overdid it with the food to the point that you couldn’t understand the menu’s description.

The staff was absolutely lovely. They were accommodating with our infant by making sure there was a fridge in the room and offering a cot. We had the vip experience and enjoyed drinks, dining and dessert. Super walkable. We went to the Christmas market and later took the shuttle to the Capilano suspension bridge. Excellent service. Well come back to Vancouver just to stay here!

We were looking for a good location, comfortable room & ideally a gym. We received and enjoyed all 3. Everything was as we hoped and we would gladly stay again in the future. Very comfortable bed!

This is the first time we stay at delta but unfortunately it disappoint us. there is no vallet parking, its too noisy you can here people at night while were sleeping. but what disappoint me is the sheets. its stain with something like blood stains. it seems like they didn't change the sheets even pillows are stain too its gross so I don't think will be going back there. Staff are nice but still not a good experience.

Loved our room , very comfortable and clean ! Complimentary coffee would be a huge bonus for weary travelers. Staff went out of their way to give us pointers where to go for dining etc. especially shout our to night concierge helped me and daughters drag in luggage while husband checked , after a very very long day and drive in from Seattle

Staff was absolutely incredible in every way, the hotel was nice, room was wonderful, communication was great. I was worried after a couple negative reviews but honestly overall amazing experience. I have no complaints. My husband and I love it. We walked to gas town at night took us 4 minutes and rogers arena for Canucks game took us 15 minutes but was super easy. Parking was a bit hard to find, turn left when you see waves cafe and it’s just hidden behind :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room was very quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view. The hotel restaurant was a highlight — the food was of high quality, and every meal we had was delicious. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others!
