Delta Hotel - Calgary airport

We were just there to sleep basically as we arrived in the evening and left early in the morning. It was a nice clean comfortable room. It is pricy but worth the convenience of being at the airport.

Not sure why my CC was charged $50 and then $251.51, (room was prepaid). However it was refunded right away according to front desk.

The only issue was the key card had issues in the elevator but finally learned how to get it to work. Nelson was very helpful

The only reason to stay here was for convenience due to an early flight. It’s overpriced for convenience and the worst part for a hotel which has people coming in and out at all hours is that I could hear people in the hallways like they were in my room. Had a quarter in gap around the door. Worst sleep in the most expensive hotel.

Always a great stop after long flight

Definitely not worth the money. Thought I was booking the property connected up to the airport . This property was accessible only by a walkway … a long walkway… Charged for car parking despite telling them at checkin I had no car( had taken Uber). Ordered a burger that was listed at $24, charged $29 instead. Food subpar as well. Very dry bun and mediocre cold fries . Quite moist as well; could hear all room doors opening and slamming .. pay the extra $20 or so and book the Marriott right in the airport .

The Hotel is right in the Calgary Airport walk off the plane and you are right there. Staff were very friendly, restaurant food was great quality and rooms very modern and new.

I just stayed one night while in transit. Room was clean except that bathroom garbage had not been emptied (one little kleenex). Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Had a good sleep.

Quiet and comfortable, right at the airport. You do, however, have to go outside. This can be an issue in Calgary winters.

Great airport hotel. Cudos to the front desk staff who allowed us to park in the hotel driveway as we got our bags up to the room. The bar staff were pleasant and the bed very comfortable.

Very expensive, but needed to stay there due to changing travel “plan”.

Room was rather small compared to the other onsite airport hotels. The bed was probably the worst I have ever had in a hotel, it was so caved in in the middle, king size bed and me and my wife rolled into the centre for $300 a night this is not acceptable from delta, front end staff was great but we didn’t bother to request another room at 11:30 at night.

It’s inside airport

The benefits of this location is that it is very convenient in that it is across the street from the airport. The front desk staff were efficient, professional, and friendly. Throughout the location it is very well kept and it is apparent that it has been recently renovated throughout. The price of the room however was expensive.

This property is across the street from airport. There is a Marriott inside the airport. Did not offer a complimentary breakfast. $483.12 per night. Didn’t feel convenient really.

We stayed at Delta the night we arrived in Calgary and the night before we departed. It was so convenient. Just walk out the terminal and you are there. The car rental was right next door which again made it easy to pick up and return our rental car. We did not have to pick up our car until the morning after we arrived and returned it the night before leaving saving us a day on our rental. The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff was also very friendly and the food was very good. Room was modern and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Had an early morning flight out of Calgary. Much easier to turn the car in the night before and have restful sleep in the terminal. Nice hotel, friendly staff, pleasant restaurant/bar. Easy walk in the morning to check in for our flight.

This property is convenient to the airport BUT if your flight is late and you need a drink or food they close early. We arrived after a delayed flight and had no choice because we booked the room there so that’s where we had to go. The check in staff were fine and explained about the restaurant closing so we hurried over. The girl at the front mocked us for entering as there was a sign saying pls wait to be seated and we backed up but the bartender was amazing and I don’t remember his name other than he told us he had only been there 6 months from the Ukraine. He was sooo accommodating and friendly. We ordered our drinks and he said if you would like food the kitchen closes in 10 min so we quickly ordered some wings. He served us our drinks and had a nice banter. The girl went stomping around giving us terrible vibes and turned off the tv so we couldn’t watch the football highlights. A manager came over and it was clear they were closing but he made us feel very welcome. We ended up taking our drinks to our room so they could close up but in our opinion that girl needs to get some tourism and hospitality classes because we felt very unwelcome by her. Not our fault our flight was late but in our opinion if we were in the hospitality industry we would have made anything happen to make our guests feel welcome and comforted. Probably won’t stay there again.

Convenience. No shuttle. Short walk from baggage claim. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. On the other hand being at an airport is not conducive to a morning walk.

The hotel was set up very nicely. The room had everything I needed. Customer service helped answer questions I had. The restaurant had super delicious food. If I get the chance to travel to Calgary again I would love to stay in this hotel again!

Made our overnight layover in Calgary much more enjoyable. Easy to find, quick late-night check-in, slept like a baby til out early flight the next morning.

Really nice airport hotel, did not hear the noise from airport. We missed our layover, and had nowhere to go, both the TVs and the internet were out for the entire stay, no one was able to help us.
