This is my 2nd stay at Delphin imperial and they never failed to amaze their customers with their service and professionalism.

Wow! everything you could need is here, such attention to detail in terms of everything design,deco, staff , and facilities endless what a beautiful place to be. Were so Glad we chose Delphine Imperial .

The all-inclusive package was great From indulging in rejuvenating spa services to relishing an array of delectable food options, the hotel provided a comprehensive and satisfying holiday experience. However, the housekeeping standards were bad on the second day. The bed sheets were haphazardly arranged, and cushions were carelessly thrown on the sofa, suggesting a lapse in attention to detail. Our visit in November, while generally pleasant, was met with disappointment as the water rides, a key attraction, were unexpectedly closed. This information was not adequately communicated before our stay, leaving us unprepared for the lack of access to these facilities. Clearer communication regarding the availability of attractions would have allowed us to manage our expectations better. The waiters were overly clingy, making it difficult to enjoy our meals in peace. We would have preferred a more subtle approach to service, allowing guests to savor their dining experience without feeling constantly interrupted. I guess they want tip. I only travel via card. Another point of contention was the insistence on using the hotel's taxis, with an exorbitant charge of £40 to the airport. Opting for an Uber instead, we paid only £11, highlighting a significant price difference and leaving us questioning the hotel's transparency in their transportation services. In conclusion, provided a great overall experience with its fantastic amenities but housekeeping is bad

This is a wonderful resort. Their service, quality of food, room, lobby, restaurants, staff, beach, decor, activities, pools, bars, the abundance of food, drinks and liquor was superb. I dont think any European hotel can even think of providing so much food and drink and such atmosphere, service and taste...well done...really really impressed and will definitely strongly recommend it to all...and we will go back there again, for sure...A big well done to all the Staff, management and chefs and dancers, singers, show men and women....definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in

A great all inclusive with an abundance of delicious food and fantastic service by all members of staff.

It's a great place, the only issue I had was that no one really explained anything to us, just gave us our keys and we found out everything ourselves , like the restaurants and pools and what's open and what's closed. I really did not like the distance between food and dinning area. It would take us about 10 to 15 minutes from getting the food to getting back to our seats (very far from food). The only other issue I had was that the dinning area was not ventilated and it was really warm, it didn't feel great.

this was a great resort and right in the center of many hotels. it was a fun place to stay and perfect for families. lots of daily entertainment at night and amazing buffet

The resort is very nice many things to do. The food was very upsetting not tasty at all. Because of the language barrier it was very difficult to communicate with staff.

I got covid-19 in this hotel !!! Yes They had events and ppl attend without mask ! The only place they wear mask was the buffet restaurant! Not in elevators not in the lobby! People wear dancing and attending to shows and all were indoor events ! Very dirty and awful place to stay ! The staff are so rude and mostly doesn’t speak English ! The house keeping hardly clean your room , unless you pay them extra , otherwise they don’t even change the bed sheets! Food was ok ( if you like cold stake for example)but service was terrible, no one bring you fork or drink so you have to wait for seat and if you are lucky you get seated . Not enjoyed my stay at all !

Only one big issue with this fantastic hotel. Everything was great but the staff in water sport section of this hotel are rude, unprofessional and very aggressive. Me and my wife rent a jet sky for 20 min. They don’t have any timer on the jet sky so you have to come back when you see them waving very small red flag which is very difficult to see from far away. I almost had a fight with them (They would have definitely lost the fight if they had started it) because I was late returning back for just about 10 minutes which wasn’t on purpose. When I said I’m happy to pay for it they start acting calm and chatting friendly. In my opinion they shouldn’t let these aggressive people to work in this 5 star hotel or even close to it. My wife understands Turkish and told me that they are swearing in their language which was very upsetting.Everything else was great and most of the staffs were very friendly( except staffs in water sports) Having said that I found this hotel very good for family with children. Good facilities, food, et cetera. One more thing that bothered me a lot is that everywhere you go (mostly shops in hotel or in the town) they ask you where you are coming from!!!!. They ask you that and they will treat you based on your nationality!!! That’s True and horrible.

Superb hotel with spectacular service. Lovely food and space. Friendly staff. It’s got everything you need. I wouldn’t recommend the extra services with additional charge like photoshoot, water sports spa and shops as they overcharge you with really expensive prices and some staff are rude and unprofessional. I think the hotel need to have more inspections on these services or take over these businesses to offer a better service. But other than that everything is excellent. I especially enjoyed the pool skate service for drinks and the pizza and BBQ by the pools. Night entertainments are great some nights but sometimes they are boring and can be better. Overall I give 9 out of 10.

Everything was great People property rooms We had a great time

The attention specially in Reception make you feel like you are not paying anything and you are really paying a lot. I couldn't understand this. In 3 star hotel i have received much more better attention and respect.

The resort is nice but the staff at the reception is so rude barely they speak English & unprofessional plus the resort is full of cats and surrounded us while eating which is very discussing

Food is average or lower quality - unable to make a reservation at the specialty restaurants for the entire stay as they all were booked. Alcohol is low quality. Overall seemed too expensive for the experience. Would not return.

Worst hotel

Worst Hotel in Turkey period. Extremely rude staff especially the managment.

Great food and facilities. Staff were excellent, strongly recommend this property for a an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Late check in was the worst thing , I had to wait more than 6 hours to get my room , even I requested early check in as my flight was somewhat early .

It was an okay stay. Resort is huge but during check in reception didn’t informed properly regarding making reservations for ala carte restaurants. Staff don’t speak proper English and not really helpful.

Great hotel, but dont go before end of April

Will list the goods and bads for Delphin: Good: Massive hotel with many areas. AL food and drinks are great! It even has international alcohol. Food and drinks waiters are brilliant and will constantly keep you hydrated. Food stations like the pizza and kebabs are yum! Indoor and outdoor smaller pool is nice and warm. Hammam spa area is very nice too and free. Patisserie is open most the day with an extensive variety of hot drinks, cakes, biscuits and ice creams. In-room you will have a mini bar which is also included. Issues: Until end of April I would not pick this hotel as rooms do not have cold AC. If you turn it on it will heat the room. First night we had a terrible sleep and would wake up sweating. When complained they told us to leave the balcony door open all night (which is what we had to do). They do not change the system to produce cold air until end of April which is ridiculous. Lots of things closed; water slides, pier, beach huts, stage area. Sea room is not really a sea view room, you need lean forward to see the sea. Many people complained but then they will try to up sell another room. Reception staff are rude. Food in the buffet is not labelled correctly, vegetarians be very careful. No iron in a 5* hotel! Things to book: A la carte restaurants - go to booths near G floor bar at 9am. Shisha - lovely flavours, book in reception before 12pm on the day. Bus to old town - booked with reception day before, we didnt like it and took local bus back LC07

Amazing time :D

I came here with my 4 year old neice and it was a delight! it was my first time travelling alone with her and a a woman and child it felt safe. I'd read about turkey and was scared it would be unsafe but this resort was lovely and had everything we needed. Best time!

Nice hotel,we had a nice holiday.Suitable for families with children.We booked a la carte restaurant for romantic dinner,unfortunately children was running and screaming everywhere during the dinner.We even didn’t finished and went back to the main restaurant.Beach was great,enough sun beds.Stuff is friendly.No quality drinks or cocktails.

Me and wife loved the hotel facilities. Tje food is among the best we had in all inclusive resort. We had a sea facing deluxe room which had great views. Te pools are great. Love the little food huts as you head to the beach. Overall we had an amazing time at Imperial.

The reception hall always smell bad from spilled wine and drinks and there is only 2restaurants and the rest are always fully booked

Crowd !!!

Very busy and noisy, not for relaxing, food is normal and nothing special, deserts are good tasty, not recommended unless you like being in crowd, ckeck in was a ctastrophic , it took more than 3 hours to have a room, staff were very busy and nurvious, no air conditioning in the reception area! Hotel facilities are nice in some how.

Nice hotel but staff watch is missing

Hi. I have stayed in this hotel for a week and we had a great time in it. It is a luxury great place to enjoy. I had an incident when I went down one of the water slides, first there was no staff watching the slide so people were going down at their own past and watch. So I went downstairs down and the slid was slow, so I stoped in the middle and trying to keeping going. Suddenly I heard people coming down fast from behind me, I got up to sit in order to try to avoid the people, however one guy was coming down fast and bumped into my hip hurting me a lot. If I didn't get up to sit he could have hit my back or my head causing big damage. This dangerous situation was scary and not a good review for a great hotel not to have staff at the pools or the slides for the safety of people. Thus I strongly believe there is a safety issue in this managemt and this case should be taken seriously. I been hurt for the past week and the guy did apologize but the hotel didn't do anything about it. Please reach out to the hotel and tell them about this story and why they don't have staff at the water slides. Thanks.

Amazing Value!

We had a Lagoon Room which was fantastic. Food variety was excellent - take your time to look around as so spread out. Busy restaurants. We had part of our stay with family and free cabanas around the pool are superb for baby. Nice adult only areas too. Pier and evening sunsets lovely. Good location.

Was checked in to standard room when I had booked family suite and was only moved next day... staff could not communicate very well in english... Cracking pools and facilities and fantastic choice of food

Amazing place but without soul

They need to have more people skills, when we checked in they just gave us the room keys without showing us the place or welcoming us . most of the staff are okay , the gym person was extremely rude and asked my wife impolitely to leave the fitness place because she was me while am on treadmill because she did not have sport shoes. most of hotel guests have cold personality and the over all vibe was boring . I was told later that Bordum city has more accommodating and sociable people. The spa service was amazing and the best i ever had . They need to have more staff that speak english as global langauge and train them to be nicer and understand the psychology of tourists and their mood.

Nice hotel

I was really amazed with the staff members , nonsense to what i have been reading on the reviews. I was welcomed really well and enjoyed my stay. I traveled with my fiancé for 1 week and spend christmas there. I loved the food it was a huge plus for me. There are plenty of drink you could order off the menu and everything will be on them.

Amazing Resort

Anyone would enjoy staying in this hotel specially the ones who loves Art as you will be walking thru a gallery while u are walking thru the corridors if this Hotel, the architect of is something different from many places that I visited before....the sea deck with the Bar and the turkish music is a must see and experience thing,there is a relaxing Pool where couples can swim away from the the other pools with the water activities.... In Short: you gotta try it

lets start with the good stuff. Very nice pools, plenty of standard activities for kids and adults and good efficient dining experience. In terms of negatives : 1. Horrible customer service. This is based on specific incidents related to complaints about lack of working wifi, no show of luggage handlers upon arrival, 30 minute delay on arrival of luggage pickup on checkout, lack of follow upon complaints, Frequently forgetting drink orders, etc. reception didn't Seam to care when we got agitated. They told us to contact guest relations who never picked up the phone. 2. Non working Internet. First I thought it was my room but it turned out to be a hotel wide issue. Countless complaints and calls got me nowhere. I ended up getting an Internet data plan from local carrier. 3. Ridiculous narrow closet space and closet doors that can't be opened to access fill closet area. Strange engineering of interior.

Superb hotel with excellent staff

I felt like a king during my stay, this was achieved from the fabulous staff, delicious gourmet meals, timely housekeeping, fun entertainment activities and the never ending wonderful atmosphere. I would be definitely coming back again even if it takes me 24 hrs on a plane to arrive.

Good hotel with good all inclusive Options. The nearby area has small shopping centers. I think that the waiters give preference to russian and german tourists and at times you feel as if you are not treated equally

Family Vacation at Delphin Imperial

We stayed at the Delphin Imperial for 4 nights with our 3 year old boy and overall stay was great.The location, the room condition and the hotel was brilliant. The staff were friendly although some of them could not speak Englih well but did not have a problem with that. We took the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the Old city and the trip was very much enjoyable. Only one thinkg lacking was the food variety. Although there was a selection of food, it was the same every day. If they can have a change in the menu, it would be much better. Would like to visit this place again next year.

Great spaces, food and facilities

We enjoyed four nights at Delphin Imperial. What a gorgeous property! Several lovely swimming pools, many dining options, nice selection of activities. We always found something good to eat and fun to do. There isn't much else in this area of Lara beach. You should expect to stay on hotel grounds or take excursions into Antalya city center or surrounding attractions. There are a few shops nearby but not much interesting.

5 star in all ways!!

If youre planning to take a vacation with the family ,the Delphin imperial might be the right place for you. Food ,lesuire, rooms , kids areas , staff , near to the airport ,acuapark, theme park , shows jetski's!! everything was fantastic !! Fantastic Turkish riviera all inclusive

Service was phenomenal, food was outstanding, pools and beach were excellent. It is definitely worth coming here if you are going to visit Turkey.

In der Broschüre steht das die Bettwäsche alle 2 Tage gewechselt wird, kann ich NICHT bestätigen. Der Pool ist übersättigt mit Chlor dachte schon ich plantsche in Bleichmittel. Die hohen Preise die das Hotel hier aufruft kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Habe viel mehr erwartet… jedoch sogar weniger bekommen als bei einem günstigeren Konkurrenten. Das Buffet war gut. Die Kellner waren stets freundlich. Im ganzen nur ein ok für den Aufenthalt.

Ein tolles Hotel was wir nur weiter empfehlen können. Das ganze Personal Mega super freundlich und ich finde , dass es im jedem Hotel so sein sollte. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 👍👍👍.

Exceptional. We have been to other resorts in the same price range in the area and nothing compares to this one. Big but not too big. Food quality, service, all great. if I had to add one thing, the hotel could spend some money on having some cheap basketballs in the court (currently there are none available at all unless you participate in a set time with the entertainment guy).

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, privater Sandstrand Oh leider ist es bis 12:00 Uhr richtig laute Musik, dass man mit geschlossenem Fenster und ohrstöpsel nicht einschlafen kann.

Um Winter eher für Deutsche Rentner ,Animation schlecht langweilig. Rezeption Vorstand mault nur rum und verbietet Besuch von draußen

Und wurde ein Besuch meiner Schwester und Schwager aus dem nachbarhotel verwehrt mit dem Hinweis das die Besuchszeit vorbei wäre und das Hotel momentan sehr voll ist ,der Vorstand der Rezeption meinte arroganter weise der Chef wäre nach Hause gegangen und er lässt niemanden rein ,meine 72 Jahre alte Mutter und ich mussten raus in der Kälte uns ein warmen Ort suchen um miteinander reden zu können
