Beautiful hotel, excellent location

My friend and I had a fabulous stay at Del Pilar! Check-in went smoothly, our room was spacious & clean, and breakfast was absolutely delicious! I originally made the reservation for myself only, so my friend did have to pay 35 soles for her breakfast each morning (worth it!). The bed was comfortable & big. We both slept very well! I highly recommend Del Pilar if you plan on visiting the Miraflores neighborhood. It is within walking distance to so many attractions & restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay as this Hotel is Clean and Well Organized with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The Staff is also helpful if you need them. Great Breakfast, Nice Gym and close to Local Restaurants. Love it.

The staff was always friendly and helpful, the taxi service they use was amazing (8 hour tour of Lima), because of covid the Sushi Bar was closed, breakfast was great, with a nice overlook of the city. 4 blocks from all of the Artisan Markets, great restaurants surround the area. Best for location, service and price, No Brainer.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location - great for walking to all the touristy stuff with restaurants and grocery stores also very close. We had a late flight and they allowed us to stay until 8pm for an additional $40. As other people have stated, breakfast was superb with tons of options.

Would stay again

Great hotel with great service. We arrived 5 hours before check in and they had our room ready within 90 minutes. Breakfast also fantastic with a big selection. Room clean. Helpful local tips.

Lima in October

The hotel is superb, Great location, I also recommend a nearby Restaurant, Cafe Cafe, but there are more in the neighborhood. The service, breakfast and everything about the hotel was a five star experience for me.

A nice place to have as home base in Lima

The staff was attentive and friendly and the hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet and all the food in the restaurant was high quality. The location in Miraflores was very convenient.

Great location!! Easy to walk to everything, felt extremely safe in Lima. We had a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the city, it was clean and well presented. My only negative was that they didn’t offer free WiFi, however this was a minor detail. The staff were fantastic and lots of choice at breakfast. Thankyou!!

Best hotel in Miraflores

I really appreciate everything overall was there before I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Miraflores plus close to everything possible.

For the room's rate, can consider putting in a bit of coffee, tea making facilities.

My room was located on the 7th floor , street side. the sounds of the street were quite loud through the closed windows. In addition my room was under the bar and kitchen on the 8th floor so at night I could hear the clinking of dishes as someone cleaned up. Cleanliness and food was great, staff nice, central location but not restful.

Very good breakfast considering Peruvian standard hotel breakfast. Excellent breakfast considering American standard hotel breakfast. Room needs an update. Also, there is an issue with soundproofing.

Good location, good stay

Nice and well located hotel, near restaurants and bars in Miraflores. Comfy beds, very good breakfast and welcoming reception staff. Nothing fancy but it ticks all the boxes.

The front desk asked me to pay extra money because there were two of us living there. The funny part is I booked a double room in the very beginning. I had no idea before checking in. Also, it's right next to a bar and a main street on the other side, so it was noisy all the time.

Too overpriced for simple room

Looks nothing like pic. Very basic plain room. Staff was nice location great. Price too high for what you get go with cheaper it will be just as good.

Location can't be beat!

The hotel is nice but seems a bit cold, like not very personal but more "corporate" attitudinally. It is located in a GREAT spot right in Miraflores, convenient to everything and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood.

Very good hotel in an excellent part of Lima

The room and people were all excellent. I left my bags at the hotel while I toured the city and the hotel staff was very helpful when my cab came. There was a bit of noise from a local bar, but I had earplugs so it was not an issue

One week in Lima

The hotel is ideally located in Miraflores, close to just about everything one needs. The staff are friendly especially in the restaurant. One side of the hotel is next to a bar with live music and is very loud until midnight just about every night. Even 7 floors up you need ear plugs to sleep. The water pressure on the 7th floor is very low and makes taking a shower a real chore.

Great price, great location, and great service

We had a wonderful experience. The location was in the heart of Miraflores. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink. Great breakfast. They then arranged for a car to pick up our bags and meet us at the fountain park so we could see the show before taking us to the airport.

Excellent hotel in Miraflores, nest door to Lima

The room was very clean, the service was flawless and the employees were eager to make our stay most enjoyable. We will return to Del Pilar Miraflores Hotel next year.

Not their fault, but....

Overall the hotel itself is good and so is the staff. But it's all about location location location, and unfortunately this hotel is located right next to a bar which blasts it's music until 4 AM. They seriously need to upgrade their windows to do a better job of blocking out the outside noise.

Great Gem

Plane was cancelled bac to NYC and had to find a hotel for a night. What a gem. The hotel was about one half hour from airport. The neighborhood was enchanting, The staff was helpful. The food in the hotel was quite good. It was located in the must see part of Lima.

Great location, excellent staff

Miraflores, Lima hotels are not cheap, so we chose to stay here at a reasonable rate. The hotel lobby bar is beautiful and updated, but rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. Excellent staff! Great location, with easy access to several restaurants a minute away and about a 15 minute walk to the shore. Note that there is a karaoke bar nearby and you can hear the music even up to the 7th floor if on that side. We slept regardless.

A descarga estava quebrada e o café da manhã iniciava somente às 6h30, nosso vôo era muito cedo e disseram que não poderiam antecipar um pequeno café da manhã para nós

Regreso despues de pandemia

Es demasiada la bulla que se escucha de la calle, no se puede descansar bien. El hotel esta céntricamente ubicado pero no da muchas facilidades para llegar en vehículo. No recomiendo el hotel para viaje de negocios
