Having used Dedeman hotels for over 25 years I was surprised that the food service had been subcontracted to a firm with no menus, no pricing policy, demanding cash at time of service. Food quality was terrible and only slightly improved with a complaint to the General Manager. Room AC not working - room was changed but inconvenient This will be the last time I use a Dedeman hotel anywhere which is a shame after such long good service Clear policy of reducing service levels to increase profits with no regard for customer service levels

Great newly renovated hotel. Very nice rooms and very helpful staff. Mustafa in the front desk is very helpful. All in all very nice clean and liveable place.

Great for a 4 star, weak for a 5 star

The hotel and the staff are amazing! Ignore all the reviews dating back years ago. I called the hotel prior to my booking and they informed me that the rooms have been remodeled recently and the whole hotel went through a maintenance and restructure. I saw in the reviews that there was a hospital which could be noisy at times and I was informed the hospital got demolished. Well, all true! Clean rooms, no noise, comfy bed. A few things I need to mention are that when someone lighted a cigarette in a smoking room, we could sense it because the smoke would come through the ventilation system. The pillows were not comfy for our taste and we asked for thinner pillows and typically, you would expect alternatives from a 5-star hotel, turns out they didn’t have. Apparently, they took the pandemic time to renovate and refresh. They need some time to fully operate, some services are limited still (restaurant is bot fully open, internet is slow) but they deserve way better reviews than those a few years ago. Overall, a 5-star hotel but feels like a 4-star. In a small city like this, it’s acceptable!

Otel renove ediliyor. Odalar yeniydi, ancak havuz ve fitness kullanıma kapalıydı. Odada ses izolasyonu çok kötü, dışarıdaki bütün ses içeri giriyor. Otelin önünde düğün salonu var, müzik doğrudan içeride. Odada bazı havlular siyahtı, kirliydi. En önemlisi, bize kahvaltı yaparken bir görevli gelip herkes içerisinde kahvaltının ödememize dahil olmadığını söyledi. Ben kendisine dahil olduğunu söyledim, ancak benden kanıt istedi, ve kaç para ödediğimi sordu. Profesyonellikten çok uzak, ve müşterileri strese sokan bir davranış. Sonrasında bize gelen email üzerinden kahvaltinin dahil olduğunu söyledik, sistemsel hata olduğunu belirttiler. Kalmanızı önermem.

We have stayed many times in other Dedeman Hotels and expected this to be of the same standard. Though only 12 years old it appears as if 25. The carpeting is old and worn, there is significant mold in the bathroom of our suite, the furnishings are worn and damaged in places. The bed was comfortable. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite so we were comfortable for our 2 night stay. The buffet breakfast was pretty standard but, unlike other Dedeman Hotels, there was no option offered for cooked dishes. The location is on the cusp of a poor neighborhood, not that it appears dangerous. We drove or took a taxi to visit the museum or dine.

first off all i will stay for 1 night till 5am but not deserve 4star bad finishing in construction all bathroom walls and doors are old must be changed but friendly stafe , clean , good location

Disappointed

We were very pleased to be upgraded to a spacious suite but overall the hotel was quite expensive and not good value. The main problem was cleanliness: we had to eat breakfast (itself poor) amidst the debris of the night before. Quite disgusting. We had a good lunch when we arrived and were assured that we could be served wine with our evening meal (it was my husband’s 70th birthday). When we went down to dinner we were refused wine on the grounds that a group was coming and offered beer. We dined both nights at the Hilton, cancelled our third night at the Dedeman and moved to the Hilton for a better price, better service, more modern rooms and facilities and a very different level of cleanliness.

It was OK, but the air conditioning was really poor. It didn't cool the room and was switched off for part of the day, which wasn't helpful when you were sick and spending the day in the room. Also, there was no food in the day as it was Ramaddan.

My experience with this otel was terrible.it seems 5 star hotel but i stayed better hotel 3 star.everthing was old and broken in the room.in the breakfast i find insect in the meal (i think it was sesame but it was insect) and %70 was in the breakfast was day old.

At the heart of Urfa, clean and comfortable

Very good breakfast, clean rooms, polite staff. Suitable for guess with babies. I was pleased.

This hotel leaves much to be desired!

Staying at the Dedeman was extremely stressful. Furniture needs to be replaced. Many items were tattered and torn. Décor was damaged badly. Windows, chair, and sofa were extremely dirty. When I requested an iron and ironing board, I was given a board that was broken, rusted, and soiled. The iron had blue mass on it that would have ruined my clothing had I used it. Upon check in we were told breakfast was served from 7 until 10:30. When we reported to the restaurant the first morning at 9:50 staff were taking away the food. When my husband attempted to discuss this with the front desk staff he was told no problem. Upon returning to the restaurant and our seating ourselves again, the staff continued to remove the food.... When family phoned the hotel and asked for us they were told the following: 1) This is no hotel; 2) No one by that name is here; 3) Yes, Dr. ___ is here; 4) We have no idea who you want; and 5) No one registered here by that name. It took two days to get a second cup/saucer for our room (two people were registered in the room), three days to get a washcloth, and I gave up trying to make staff understand the problems our callers were receiving. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was fantastic, and the air conditioner worked during our entire stay. The point in relating these details: this hotel is far from being a Five Star facility. I believe staff avoided us because most spoke no English.

Not up to standard

This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, the premier chain in Turkey. We thought the hotel was about 20 years old, but were told it was only 5 years old. Some of the lights haven't been dusted in 5 years. The hotel advertised air-conditioning. It didn't work. They told us that it was turned off because it was supposed to be cold. (They were having a very warm fall.) Our reservation had erroneously been recorded at the hotel as 1 person - we were three. They couldn't get a third bed in the room that was available. There was a conference and the hotel was full. The reception staff couldn't have cared less. If you are paying list price for this hotel, you are being robbed. The Expedia rate was about 1/4 of the list price. I'd avoid this hotel even at the Expedia rate. Oh yes, you better have someone that speaks Turkish if there are any problems. English is only for pleasantries.

Klimaanlage zu schwach. Bei 30 grad Außentemperatur drinnen 26grad. Will nicht wissen wie es im Hochsommer bei über 40grad wird. Badezimmer hat keine Möglichkeit um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Nice hotel

Although the outlook of the hotel was old, the rooms were renovated nicely. I used free parking just in front of the hotel, which was fine. It was a nice hotel overall.

Mükemmel bir gece gecirdik ama kahvaltida ekmek konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık….kaç kere İkaz ettiğimiz halde ekmek çeşidi bulunmadı kale alınmadık ve sonra futbolculara değişik çeşitli ekmek getirdiler bir de receptiondaki hanım efendi fatura kesmedi dedeman hotel gurubuna hiç ama hiç yakıstıramadım o sebebten bu alşam tunceli hiltonu yercih ettim saygılarımla

Havuz onarımda, temiz

Bir gece aile olarak iki odada kaldık. Bir odanın kliması hep açıktı, kapanmıyordu. Öbür odanın kliması açılıp kapanıyor, ama pek soğutmuyor, orada çocukları yerleştirdim, hasta olmasınlar diye. Temizlik iyiydi, her odanın Tuvalet/Banyo ve yatak temizliği pek iyi. Malzemenin kalitesi de iyi, ama malzemenin bakımı yapılmıyor. Bizim çocukların en çok burayı seçmesine havuz etkilemişti, ama havuz onarım da imiş. Bende çocuklarda hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Kahvaltı da pek iyi, balı petekden alıyorsun, mutfak şefi istediğiniz omletleri hazırlıyor, personelde ilgileniyor...

Urfa’da güzel bir mekan

Otelin resepsiyonunda Güler yüzle karşılanmak memnuniyet verici idi. Oda Temizliği iyi derecede,otelden memnun ayrıldık.

Merhaba, otel sanıyorum tadilat aşamasındaydı ancak ne olursa olsun adına yakışır bir hizmet bekliyordum, 1 gece konaklamıştık ailemle ancak ne klima çalışıyordu ne havuzu ne teras kastı, hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.

Havalandırma problemi sebebi ile yaşadığım konforsuz konaklama sağlık problemime yol açtı. Asla uyuyamadığım bir gece ve sonrasında yaşadığım oda ücret ödemesi problemi üzerine hayal kırıklığının artmasına neden oldu. Bir daha konaklama yapacağımı düşünmüyorum.

Her şey şahaneydi

Biz her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Bütün otel görevlileri çok misafirperverdi. Yenilenmiş mis gibi tertemiz odalar, kahvaltısı da şahaneydi. Özellikle biber reçeli :)

İsim olarak seçtim dedeman diye d si yoktu berbatı bir daha asla kimseye tavsiye etmem fiyatına göre asla değil 2 yıldız bile değil

Otelde kesinlikle Dedeman kalitesi yok. Oda temizliği özellikle banyo vasat.

5 yıldızlı diye gittiğimiz otel tam anlamıyla vasattı! Ne temizlik ne kahvaltısı ne mobilyaları çok kötü eski, lavabosunda bile sabun diye koydukları şey yolda görsem kullanmam daha asla ve asla yani

Bakımsız bir otel

Sigara içilmez oda ayırtmamıza rağmen, odamıza sinmiş ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. 7 aylık hamile olduğumu ve odayı değiştirmek istediğimizi söylediğimde otelin dolu olduğunu söylediler. Koku nedeniyle pencere açık uyumak zorunda kaldık. Giriş yaparken klima sisteminin bozuk olduğunu söylediler. Aynı otelde konaklayan çift arkadaşlarımız da odaları buz gibi olduğu için ikinci bir yorgan istemek durumunda kaldılar. Konaklamamız büyük hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Bir geceden fazla kalıyor olsaydık kesin olarak otelimizi değiştirirdik.

Mükemmel Otel

Biraz gergin başlamış olsa da otel müdüründen kat görevlisine harika ekip sayesinde muhteşem bir konaklama geçirdim.
