TravellerDidn't bother checking in at this place due to past experience 3 weeks ago and booked at a nearby hotel instead. Horrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone.
TravellerEverything was great. Maybe they just need to improve the deposit system. They impose penalty for late check out and got three tier deduction but for the refund got no system. Need to wait almost 24 hours to get refund back. But everything else was fine. The staff also respond well to get my deposit back. Maybe i will come back here for another stay. Hope next time they will upgrade the tv box and shower.

TravellerGOOD: - Have wifi (but late & had to call the staff for one day to fix the wifi on the next day). - Clean place. - Got free water bottles every 2 days (I stayed for 5 days) BAD: - Tv got no picture at all. - Room service enter the room without giving any prior notice. - Limited amount of plates/cups - Had to pay additional RM50 because use debit card. Instead pf paying RM705 according to the app, had to pay RM752. - Had to pay RM100 for deposit (glad they return it on our checkout)

TravellerEverything are in good condition except the toilet's door and shower are not quite well.
Travellerit was very convenient for me as i was there to attend the pet fiesta which was just walking distance. With Setia Alam Mall just across the road,i can just go shopping or find food to eat there. the rooms are clean and staffs are very friendly too.

TravellerTerrible experience. First regarding parking slot. Second hard to find out reception. Third guard not helpfull in that building to guide about access card. Fifth the building lift terrible, no aircond and the number i touch wont acceptable and stopped between and i need to use stairs. Then the room facilities very poor. Water level very low. No guidelines in room,how to contact. After that, check out i need to wait for staff to collect the access card and lastly parking ticket machine not at the place can find out. Nearby with very side place. Overall i can satisfy room conditions. **better dont stay**
TravellerChoose other options if budget is not your concern. Toilet has really stinking smell, room floor wasn't cleaned thoroughly, still sticky.

Good experience..but the tv cannot watching any channel just only can listen to the radio from the tv..i think should upgrade the channel..n if can put a microwave is more better...the staff very helpful when i ask something...overall is good..will repeated stay here..
