Cozy and comfortable
Never again! 1. Upon registration I was told that I needed to tell housekeeping that we needed service. The next day I told the lady outside of my room and she ok. We came back late and it was not clean. 2. I spoke to management the next day and was advised they don’t off housekeeping at all. I needed to request towels. 3. Parking is a mess. If you don’t drive a compact car good luck. 4. Now let’s get to the room. Nasty nasty nasty. The carpet is green and dirt color. All the appliances include TV are out dated. Constant banging and clicking coming from who knows where. 5. Sink has minimal water pressure We will never stay here again. Would rather sleep in my car. Not sure how Disney would allow a motel to benefit from dlr with such low quality.
Staff was perfectly pleasant. Our room had a door with a broken bar lock, loose light fixture switches, a bathtub that didn’t hold water, stained/graffiti mirrors.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had what we needed. Disney was a quick 16 minute walk which was super convenient! The area is a little loud but that’s because you are right by the parking entrance.
Quiet and fast check in
Left right away
Do not stay here. Spend a little more for a nicer place. Family checked in to the room. We immediately went to Downtown Disney. 4 hours later, we left for another hotel. The room was not clean. The sink had mold on it and was corroded. There was rust on the vent of the air conditioning unit. The lock wouldn't fully lock. We just left. Didnt bring the issue up to the front desk because we didnt think they'd do anything. I am going to work to try to get a reimbursement.
Old furniture
Not as nice at it appeared in photos.
While I was gone no one cleaned my room no clean towels or anything like that. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Never again
Skip it, pay more
There were cobwebs in the corners and multiple spiders hung out with us. We had humongous roaches in the room too. We were in the room for three nights and saw twice as many critters. The floors were so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on them. The bed had the thinnest blankets I’ve ever used and I was cold every night and had to wear multiple layers. We thought ehh we will barely be in there, cheap is fine. If you’re okay with bugs and dirt and cold, then yeah this is a budget room with a bed and shower that has a lock on it.
The location was great for going to Disneyland. The bathroom was clean. The bed was great for a good slumber. However there were cobwebs above the curtains and over by the bathroom. I would say the hotel could use a good make over , but it was close to Disneyland and so we would probably stay again
It needs some serious updating…
I did enjoy its closeness to Disneyland. The price was best in the area too. Will go again provided they keep a low cost.
It was quiet and close to the parks.
Great for Disney!
This wast second time staying at this location while on a Disneyland Trip. The location is excellent literally around the corner from the parking lot for Disney. The rooms/beds are not the fanciest but you get your money’s worth. I think every room here is a bit different, this time one of the beds was very worn. Each room has a TV, microwave, and mini fridge which isn’t always a given even in fancy hotels so I love that about this spot too. The water pressure is excellent, making showering relaxing instead of irritating after a long day of walking.
It is a decent place to stay. There is a gas station store across the street, very convenient. Disneyland park is a walking distance from the hotel. Easy to check in.
Receptionist kept giving us rooms that the doors didn’t work
Convenient to Disney. But room was nasty. Floor was damp and bathroom sink leaked. Had to keep towels on the floor.
The staff was very kind and friendly. Check in and check out was super easy. The hotel itself seemed a little outdated. The A/C units from the top floors were dripping off the walkways onto the ground floor. The bed hurt my back a little and the pillows were small. The shower head was fairly low for me and the toilet was tiny. If there are fireworks in the area you will get zero sleep as it sounds like someone hitting a dumpster with a sledgehammer (very thin walls). Ideal for a last minute single night stay, but don't recommend multiple nights.
Not really worth the price.
Room wasn’t worth price for its proximity to Disneyland. The shower head was too low, I’m 6 feet tall and it was hitting the middle of my chest. The beds didn’t have a fitted sheet on them so the sheet they had on them slid off during the night and we were sleeping directly on the mattress. When I told the front desk guy, he seemed unpaused. Won’t be staying here again.
It's close but...
Sheets and pillowcase were quite stained, and had other people's hair on them. The online check-in was pointless, as it saved no time at the desk on arrival. The clerk checking me in didn't talk to me at all until he explained how to get to my room, and details on breakfast. Breakfast was delayed out first morning which set us back, but the options were great for being included in the price. Mattresses were very firm and my husband enjoyed it, but I prefer a softer surface. The location was great, and we walked to Disneyland everyday and took maybe 10 minutes to get to security, depending on the 2 traffic lights. Parking at Days Inn was great! Both covered and open parking. We had requested a ground floor room before checking in or a room next to the elevator, but neither request was accepted, despite (based on the parking lot when we checked in) there were maybe 3 other rooms occupied for the whole property. No housekeeping during our stay, which we were told about, but not sure if it's because of only staying 3 nights, or if that's their current policy. It was quiet except for fireworks at 9:30pm, but that's to be expected given how close it is to the park. But we didn't expect our beds to shake! Hahaha Overall it fell below expectations, but for a place to sleep, we managed.
The property is great basic accommodation. Beds were clean and comfy and the staff was pleasant and responsive .
Price was good with easy walk to the park. Breakfast and parking are a bonus. Room was clean but starting to show its age. Would probably stay again.
Not good
Heater didnt work , shower water went all over bathroom ,some lights didnt work, one member of our party got sick from bad milk in complimentary cereal
Never been to this days inn but definitely will be going back. Our room got randomly upgraded and it made the trip so much better. Super affordable and while it wasnt doable to walk with so many children, getting ubers was no problem but also the parking structure wasnt too far. The fireworks were absolutely breathtaking from our room i couldn’t believe it, Loved this hotel and will definitely be back
Dirty room walls, tv, carpet, sheets blankets pillows. Smoke holes in blanket stains on pillow uncomfortable bed. We had to buy towels and blankets and pillows. Faucet was corroded, other than location to Disney there is no plus to this place
Great but not perfect.
Honestly, overall a great location for our Disneyland trip. And the service was very friendly. But the hotel is showing it's age and wear. The beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were very lumpy. We did have some cobwebs in the corners of our room and the carpet looked like it's seen a lot of use.
Close to disneyland
My first bad experience at this hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and have not had any problems. This was my first time experiencing anything bad at this establishment. First things first, I was woken up out of my sleep because there were bugs on the pillows. Bugs that looked like large bed bugs or ticks. The Hotel immediately moved us to another room. In the next room, there was a giant dead roach in the light fixture that was very visible. So we got relocated a second time. The last room was fine. The hotel was also nice enough to make accomodations after everything that happened. Again, I've never had any problems with this hotel in the past but needless to say, we probably won't be returning to this hotel.
The room was clean thank goodness, but the tap was missing the faucet, the lamp shades had weird brown stains, the bed had no proper cover just a weird flat sheet not tucked in or that would stay in. No maid service while you stay here, the check in and out was easy tho. Fireworks are during the night and sound like a bomb is going off. If you want cheap this is it. We won't stay again but it was what we had and we could walk to DL no problem
Sorry, but it's a "no" from us.
Our room was really dirty and did not smell good. The floors left our feet filthy. There was dust, food, and crud along the wall boards. The curtains were shredded. The ac blew cold but with a very musty smell. The table was sticky as was the top of the dresser. The bed sheets smelled clean, but the blanket/pad under the sheet was full of hair. The breakfast was muffins and cereal. Milk, juice and coffee. The parking lot is very small and we had to make many mini turns to get our van parked. On the plus side, it was very close to the park and the elevator worked. People say "you're only going to sleep there, so it's not so bad", but this room was REALLY bad. We won't stay here again.
Gross rooms and
We usually dont leave bad reviews, but want to warn others of our bad experience here! Other than being close to the park, this hotel was less than sub-par. Our floors were FILTHY, leaving our feet BLACK. We never saw housekeeping, and our rooms were grimy and disgusting. The bathroom vent in one of our rooms was full of layers of dust. The other room had no vent at all, leaving the room extra muggy. The rooms were both muggy and had poor ventilation, leaving everything sticky and moist. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. Upon checkin, the credenzas and countertops were dirty and sticky, and there were pieces of garbage and broken crayons on the floor... there were piles of dust in every corner. Our curtains were also shredded.. Breakfast was only pre-packaged muffins and boxed cereal. Parking was also not suitable for large SUVs or vans like we were told. Good thing we spent most of our time in the parks, but we definitely don't plan on staying here again. At least the elevator worked.. Also, site won't let me upload photos of hotel room in my review..
Short walk to Disneyland
We stayed for one night following a full day at Disneyland. We were able to park in the morning to avoid paying Disney parking. It was about a 15 minute walk to the trams. The room was clean, the two staff we talked with were helpful and friendly.
Ok basic room. No remote. Got one but didn’t work. Someone fixed it and went out the next day
Estuvimos dos noches y no realizan limpieza diaria en la habitación eso es lo único que no me gustó y el servibar de la habitación no enfriaba
The hotel is old and ran down. We were give a room keep to a room that literally had the mattresses leaning up against the wall. Contact me for the picture proof. I was so disappointed. I will never stay here.
Three day getaway!
Clean and comfortable for a quick stay near the theme parks. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown Disney. Hop on the tram into Disneyland to avoid the crowd and long lines at the main entrance.
The property was in the Disneyland area within walking distance. There were other families staying and walking to Disneyland. The hotel is older so don't expect a lot however it was CLEAN. No bugs. It had all the amenities (fridge, hairdryer, microwave, good AC, etc.) which all worked. Hot water worked well and toilet flushed well no issues. Front staff dude was nice and helpful with any local questions. I felt safe walking to & from Disneyland alone with all my items. Path was safe & lit. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Stayed with my family. We were at the parks all day so we only used the hotel to sleep. It’s near Disneyland about 26 min walk and it’s clean.
I feel the ratings and pictures posted on the site were a total bait and switch. This property was run down with very dirty (nasty) rooms. The front doors seemed unsecure and flimsy, easy to push it you really wanted too. Staff were OK. I would not recommend this place!
First property is unclean with trash in parking, elevator had graffiti in side, difficult to get into the parking and small to turn around. If you have a full side truck forget it! Next the room door had a hole in it where the deadbolt lock was once located. After you entered it had a strong smell of mildew from the portable AC unit, the carpet was stained, the baseboards were off the wall near the door. In order lock the door you had to pull up and toward you to secure and allow the door to lock. Othwise you could push the door and it open freely. The bed has no protective mattress just a cheap sheet tucked in for the bottom. I used my own blanket to sleep on since the mattress was not clean. The bathroom was a whole other story as well as the joining room. So no I will never stay at a days in again.
Door frame was splitting and door sometimes locked, felt unsafe. Shower was not up to code and shower head was not sealed to shower backing.broken hairdryer, stains on floor, bed protector and sheets had stains. Hole in wall behind door. Not easy access to Disneyland park. Gang graffiti in elevator, but was removed immediately.
I enjoyed my stay at this location it was clean staff very friendly and convenient for the places I wanted to go to. I would definitely stay here again!
This hotel is horrible, the carpets turn your feet black, the bathroom and sink area were covered in ants, there was no breakfast, well a couple box cereals but ran out several times. Do not stay here it’s a horrible hotel!
Good for a quick sleep, definitely not upscale.
I would say that this hotel is exactly what you would expect it to be for the price. It's pretty run down and only mostly clean (everything but the carpet), but you can't beat the distance to Disney. It was perfect for our purposes, a quick sleep in between two crazy Disney days. We missed the breakfast, but I doubt it was anything spectacular. This is not the Drake Hotel. My biggest complaint is that we couldn't figure out how to get from the parking structure shuttles to the hotel. I tried to call but no one answered. We ended up walking through some cast-members-only places, but it was fine. In the morning the receptionist pointed us in the right direction and it was a quick (uphill) walk back to the shuttle.
It’s at a busy intersection. Loud cars and emergency vehicles had their sirens going. Bring ear plugs. The rooms a very basic. Mattresses are spring with no padding. It’s fine for the price we paid. Had some cobwebs in the room. One of the drawers in the dresser was broken. The a/c in our room didn’t work, so we had to pack up and move to a different room.
The breakfast is pathetic and the beds are very uncomfortable. Location to Disney parking garage is nice. Air conditioning blew nicely
Good location for Disney. An easy walk so you can leave your car at the motel and save 35 dollar parking charge. Grab and go breakfast is a bonus.
For us, we love this spot. Because it’s about a 20 min quiet walk to downtown Disneys Tram. Not alot of people or noise. It’s easy to miss the turn in spot, and it could use an update. However, it was super clean! Beds are very comfortable, and room is spacious with refrigerator and microwave. We have stayed here before. And will be staying again. Good price good location, friendly staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The room itself was comfortable for the night and was clean. However the outside of the property was very poorly maintained and not like pictured. There was also no breakfast
I thought the bed was comfy and they have a little map that shows how to walk to Disneyland that I thought was helpful. Also it’s right across the street from where they have the fireworks show in Star Wars land so the fireworks view from our room was great!
Good stay, not too bad for the price.
Near to the park, saves parking cost if are willing to walk for about 10 minutes. Rooms dirty, breakfast is just a name, one of the receptionists was rude to me. Even did not pay attention to my question.
The vents had too much dust.
Close to Disney
We do love this hotel. It’s close to Disneyland and cheap. However, the shower curtain is falling off the wall, the AC leaks onto the carpet, the locks have been ripped off the door, and the elevator broke while we were staying on the 2nd floor with strollers. The staff is kind, the location is great, and it’s still worth the money.
The room was very dirty. Bathrooms were very dirty. There was ants everywhere. Traffic was very loud. The bed sucked. The only thing good about it is the location next to Disneyland.
You get what you pay for. Rooms are good enough for 3 nights, anything longer spend the extra money somewhere else. Mold on ceiling, floors gross, and bedding had permanent stains on it. Only benefit is it’s a easy walk to disney.
Overall it’s a good place to just sleep, after a long day at Disneyland. Needs some updating.
Nothing filthy and rude
no pool, no housekeeping, hard to open door, coffee maker not working.
To begin with, Carlos is the most incompetent person they could have hired. He hung up on me multiple times. Additionally, the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. The bed was gross, it had sticky red stuff all over the bottom of it, there was trash under the bed. I would HIGHLY recommend to NEVER stay here.
Buggy
Older place; I get it... Disney area so price up. But... older and the bugs! Spider webs everyday walk into room. (The 2 inch cockroach in bathtub was a bit difficult to get rid of). Yeah, mostly the cobwebs. Thx
Hotel was older, but clean and just a 20-ish minute walk to Downtown Disney. It’s not the best-the mattress was hard and lumpy being an older spring mattress. And the pillows were small and lumpy as well. Overall it was a decent place to sleep for 2 nights but I wouldn’t want to sleep on that mattress more than that. We did have to get our door key reprogrammed the second night and we came in late (like 11:30-ish) from Disney and there was nobody in the office. Tried the night bell and calling the hotel with no answer. After waiting about 10-15 mins I was just about to lose it (I was exhausted after 2 days at Disneyland) and someone showed up, thankfully
Does not have a pool! Very dirty and we had issued with the bathroom door knob, only thing we liked was that it was close to Disneyland
Accomodating
Dirty sheets, shower, floors and microwave.
Dirty, rundown, difficult location. Staff were rude, honestly, we travel the world and this has to be one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a hotel!
Very outdated. Bed linens were very stained. The disneyland fireworks were very loud, could be pretty frightening for some if not expected (property should disclaim this).
Decent place and close to Disneyland.
Little above average for a budget hotel
This was a close hotel to Disneyland Resort. We walked 2/3 mile to Downtown Disney and then into the park. We could have walked a short 1/8 mile to the garage and entered the Tram station. Coffee in the lobby was good- fresh coffee was always brewing. The milk and orange juice was great tasting- cereal was good- the muffins pass on (these were dry and bland).
The staff was very nice. I was staying by myself and I felt very safe. It’s a little bit of a walk to the park, but was not too bad. Just a note, the fireworks show is a bit loud, but doesn’t last to long.
Easy check in and room was clean! Just a little run down. Carpet and bedding could definitely be replaced. Great if you’re just looking for a affordable place to crash when you get home late from Disney.
Beds were comfortable but everything seemed either outdated or not working properly. Anything made out of metal was rusty. Shower curtain rod was broken so we had to “tweak” it to use it. Shower head was splattering water from the top of pipe. Under the beds were super dusty /dirty. A/C in room leaked inside so we had to use a rubbish can to catch water. Washer/ dryer worked well but area had a really strong mildew smell.
I liked how it was right on the corner, easy access to crossing the road.
unsatisfactory
Room was very outdated and dirty. There was hair on the sheets, steins on the carpet and thick layer of dust on the vents, curtains were ripped and door didn’t fully shut. But the worst part is my daughter left her AirPods in the room and she was getting indications of them being used on the property. When I called I was simply told they couldn’t do anything. So an employee gets to steal from your room.
Can’t Recommend
We have stayed at at least 10 hotels in Anaheim over the years because we love going to Disneyland. This has been my least favorite. The owners or employees do not take pride in their work and it shows. We stayed for 4 nights. There is no maid service while you are actively using the room which also means if you want clean towels, you have to go ask for them. On the second night the smoke detector started the needs a new battery chirp. When we called the front desk to let them know the clerk asked me to just unplug it from the ceiling. It is very outdated and unclean. If you need a room for a quick solo night while traveling this would probably hit all the needs but would not recommend for an extended visit with kids.
Spacious rooms
Great location to visit Disney. We had a suite which was comfortable and spacious. Laundry room was good and store across the street. You can hear Disney fireworks incredibly loud so do not panic.
Can’t beat it!!
Cheap, clean, safe, and convenient! Literally cannot beat the price for the value. Our three, turned four, night stay cost less than one night would at a neighboring hotel. It is walking distance from Disney, if you’ve ever walked from downtown to Mickey & friends it’s the same walk!! Highly recommend. Staff was so sweet!
The room melt like cigarettes, the floor was super dirty, the batrhoom was gross, some of the outlets didnt work, etc, etc
Esperabamos que el hotel estuviera en mejor condicion son muy virjos los cuartos, en 3l desayuno esperabamos mas cosas, excelente ubicacion pero deberian modernizarlo
It was fine. I was on the top floor in the middle and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t reach. It worked fine in the lobby
Unfriendly staff.
There was no hot water, so they sent us to next door hotel, the receptionist said they will have a room for us, since he spoke to them. The lady didn’t believe me and sent me back to get proof because she said no one told her. Only 2 towels in the restroom and we I tried to get more, there was no one available at the front desk.
Respectfully, it was a rundown motel and difficult to find as it was hidden at the corner behind another hotel. Surprised the ratings were as high as they were. The only plus was the location.
Ok for being within walking distance to Disneyland
Staff was great, friendly and informative. The rooms need an update. Beds not to comfortable Over-all ok. Price was good for being with within walking of Disneyland
It was a great hotel close to Disney that was very budget friendly, clean, and well kept
Cheap and it shows
I’ll start by saying that the staff was really nice and friendly. But that’s where the good news ends. This place is screaming for a fresh coat of paint and some upgrades. It’s very worn in. I won’t say run down, but it’s showing its age. Pros: inexpensive, ample parking, and walkable to Disney. Basic free breakfast comprising cold cereal, oatmeal packs, juice, coffee, tea, and packaged muffins. Cons: lots of street noise - all room face the busy street; outer door knob came off as we were leaving on day 1, they had all day to repair it but couldn’t do we had to change rooms at 11:30 at night (right next door, not awful but still a problem). Second room had stained sheets. No cold water running in the room.
Don’t stay here
Walked into the room and it smelled and the sheets and comforter were dirty. Had to leave immediately. The hotel management lied about giving us a refund. They were refused saying it was up to HOTELS.com. When we reached out to hotel.com they said it should been the hotel.
Needs major updates and better cleaning.
Needs lots of upgrade.
Not great experience.
Friendly, BUT dated
VERY friendly staff. Outdated. Noisy location. Good Value for area... needs bathroom repairs (toilet seat, shower, faucet)
The desk clerk was very nice and helpful.
Very convenient and an inexpensive stay if planning to go to Disneyland. Nice view of the fireworks.
Big room with a poor lay out.
A bit run-down, but clean. The wifi is terrible. Probably wouldn't stay again due to the wifi. Otherwise it met my expectations.
Perfect Place to Sleep for your Disneyland Trip
It was a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the enterance of the theme parks. Its about a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the tram. The tram will take you the rest of the 15 minutes. If you decide to take the tram, the stroller must be emptied & folded down before getting on it. If all you need is a place to sleep during your trip to Disneyland, then this is the place for you. The beds were comfortable enough. The pillows kind of sucked, went flat easily. We brought our own pillows though. The towels were thin & short. But overall, we were very pleased the hotel. It was clean, has coffee in the room, has a mini fridge, and has blackout curtains. There isnt a pool, but we didnt book this hotel to spend time in it. We booked it to sleep & shower, spent the rest of the time in the parks. Worked out perfectly for us.
You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for, so I want expecting much with this hotel, and we didn't get much, so it was what I expected. Dimly lit, terrible pillows and flimsy towels that won't dry. They told me that there isn't housekeeping during our stay, so our garbages pilled up and I had to go exchange towels myself at the front desk. If we weren't planning on being at Disney from open to close every day of our stay I would have paid more for a nicer hotel. If you just want a cheap place to sleep then this is your place.
Carpets were very dirty. The door lock cover was broken. Due to a gas leak, there was no hot water on our 2nd morning.
The room wasn’t very clean, stains on the floor and discoloured sheets and towels.
The staff was great. They're very nice, and cordial. We had a baby with us and they helped accommodate. Days Inn was pretty good. What I didn't like was how Expedia advertised one thing and gave me another.

You get what you pay for
I was shocked at how run down the whole hotel was. My blow-dryer didn't even blow hot air. Cracks in the shower wall and holes in the bedding, and I went barefoot in the room post-shower, and my feet blackened on the bottom of them from the carpet. If relying on lyfts or ubers they all struggled with turning into the hotel and several canceled the ride to pick me up
