Per reviews decided to stay here. Don’t know what reviews I was reading but not applicable to this hotel. Bathroom floor had black hair all over it. Body soap pump did not work, no handicap rails (although said needed handicap room). Desk chair busted. Found old coffee pod in coffee maker. Beds and pillows hard as a rock! So called breakfast a joke! Will never stay there again!!

Clean with no frills

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The sheets on the bed were clean, but had holes in them and the door wasnt very well insulated so we could hear very clearly every time someone walked past or was talking outside. Overall though the service was good and the area was fine.

There was some noise at 4 am from upper-room. It made me difficult to sleep.

You are paying for what you get. It was completely located near the Disneyland Park. I give it two out of five stars because around 5:00 a.m. someone started knocking on a door. Some drunk woman trying to get into the room. Try calling the front but no one answered. Regardless even if that didn't happen I would still be giving it about a 3 out of 5 stars because of the area, lot of the areas around it was not clean, and of course the breakfast was okay. At least you are getting breakfast. Overall if you want something cheap affordable and near the park go right ahead pick this one.

Avergae hotel having cheap rates, old property

Its very closeby to knott berry farm and 20 min drive from disney parks. Breakfast was okay with limited options. Property is old and room was not super clean, but it was worth the price paid for the stay.

We stayed at Days Inn for a Disney trip, which was very convenient with just a short 10-minute drive to Disneyland. Room service was good, and they cleaned the room every day. However, the rooms were smaller compared to other hotels in the same price range.

Stayed for 3 nights 4 days, had an amazing experience. Left for Disneyland for 2 days each night I came back my room was cleaned with fresh towels & bedding! Cleanliness 10/10. I would definitely be staying here again!

Decent property close to Disney parks

Good sized room with basic amenities. Standard Continental breakfast offered, but coffee only during breakfast hours. The rooms were cleaned daily and staff is friendly. Overall it's proximity to Disney parks makes it a good stay at a reasonable price.

Really good property would definitely stay again

Stayed the night here after going to Knott's Scary Farm before driving back home. The place was clean and close by the park, exactly what you would expect from a decent hotel. Check in/out was easy and staff were polite and I had no issues. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy and everything seemed fairly recently updated. Pool bathrooms were a little uninviting. Tv had some struggles, only a few channels worked. Not that big of an issue since we weren't spending a lot of time in the room. Ac unit smelled burnt for a bit but we were instructed to unplug for bit and try again and it seemed to fix it. All in all would recommend for something close to knotts and affordable. One of the better cheap places I've stayed in. Would stay again.

I still didn’t get back my deposit. The front desk guy said, I will get it in two business days , 5 days have passed and nothing!!

We stayed at the last minute. The hotel is in a more commercial area but the place was clean, comfortable, and the staff was cool.

It’s close to Knott’s Berry farm. There is a CVS nearby. Room was clean but the bedcover had a hole possibly burnt by a cigarette.

The first night we found a cockroach in our room. I hadn't ever been to California and thought maybe it was kind of like how Florida has them everywhere and call them palomino bugs (spelling might be off, but you get the gist). Night 3 we found another and I went to the office to let them know. The young man stated that it is because the rooms face outside instead of having internal hallways and that he couldn't give me any money back since I booked with Expedia. He told me to follow up with them for money back. He did say that he could switch my room and that they reserve some emergency rooms for issues of this type, but knowing that he had said that it was because of them facing the outdoors, I assumed that it would happen in the new room and why uproot everyone and everything we had for that for 2 more nights.. He stated that he could go get me some bug spray, but I knew that the bug spray only matters if I see the bug and spray it and I feel I could be more efficient with stepping on it to kill it. The young man told me that he was going to notify housekeeping for in the morning. Later that night my husband found 2 more cockroaches. Once home, I contacted Expedia and asked them for money back and when they contacted the hotel, the hotel said they had no record of this. I called the hotel later myself and the same man told me the same thing and gave me the manager's email but the manager won't answer me!!!

Clean facility and decent breakfast

Definitely a budget hotel. You get what you paid for: roof, bed, simple breakfast, free parking. Outdated rooms with ants so I question the cleanliness. Only stayed one night and did not use amenities or explore local area. I did not feel comfortable with the street though and was worried our car would get broken into during the night. Staff was courteous but nothing over the top. It was a good cheap one night but I probably will not be staying here again.

Hi level place

Dirty floor , arrived at 11pm , interesting folks in the parking lot . No luggage cart , had to use a utility cart.

Totally opposite what we see in the picture. Breakfast is pre packaged. Coffee is horrible. I will not feed that breakfast to my dog. Swimming pool is dirty and not enclosed. Don’t be fool by looking at the pictures. Picture you see is only front. Picture of the rooms is totally opposite. Dirty and really dirty. U will never recommend to any one.

Not a big choice for breakfast, very minimal. Not upgraded, probably original build. Overall not too bad for the price

Had to call out a youngster at the front desk, had an attitude , assigned us room on the 3rd floor when I asked him if there were elevators he replied "no", therefore requested rooms on the first floor, later found out hotel has elevators. When I checked out inform the front desk person what had transpired.

No sleep or food

We stayed on the bottom floor. All night long I could hear people upstairs, next to us, everywhere. Doors opening and closing. People walking. I could even hear the elevator running. The floor has a piece coming up. My husband put a towel over it so that nobody cut themselves on it. My parents had a room as well. They were put on the other side of the hotel on the top floor. There were danishes for "breakfast". My husband was only able to eat a piece of toast. There were only 2 sugar cereals. We were very disappointed with the breakfast. We won't be staying here again.

Don’t stay here!!!!!!!

Our bedsheets were dirty with stains. Call the front desk to have them come make the bed with clean sheets and they brought the sheets and I had to make the bed myself. And the sheets weren’t the right size for the bed the desk clerk wasn’t sure what he could do to help, but that was all he could find for sheets. The mattress sagged in the middle and was hard. Not a comfortable sleep at all. The toilet in our bathroom was made for a toddler, not a 6 foot four man Not the best neighborhood either. It was close to Knottsberry Farm, but I I’ll pay the higher rate to stay somewhere else. Awful stay!

Amusement Park Row

Keeping in mind it is a three star rated hotel, the rooms (we had two) were older but remodled, clean, had all the extras that were advertised, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We were on amisement park row in Buena Park CA - hotel full everyday and still our stay was nice. Under $100... yes i would happily stay there again.

Staff are friendly

No hot breakfast, just bread/butter or cereal etc. don’t fall for bed & breakfast if you’re thinking of reasonable hot (egg/sausages) etc.

It’s alright location

Rude check in front desk. Paper thin ceiling. Guest above running back and forth, jumping around after 11pm and continued after 12:30am. Phone did not worked in room, called front desk from mobile phone about noise above, noise still continued.

The first room was dirty. Like unflushed toilets, we towels. Someone used the room after it was cleaned, before we checked in. Like it was borrowed for an hour. The second room had roaches. We bailed even though we paid for 2 nights. We had a late check in. Window was fine but handing your ID to someone who won’t even turn on a light was creepy. She was also very mjninal and curt.

We arrived, staff was unfriendly. I get that its late and you might not love your job, but please dont take that out on me. I understand its a lower budget hotel, but it did not feel clean and had ants. I asked for another room, which they provided but the card didn't work. I decided that the universe was encouraging me to stay elsewhere and promptly asked for a refund.

There was kids on the top floor and my coworker left me there alone because she had to wake up in 4 hrs to work because she drove here from out of state and told the office but the kids never stopped. Also we could dead roaches in the restroom other than that front desk was very nice

This place was awful. Didn’t refund our deposit despite us leaving a day early it was that bad. The Tv didn’t work either and the staff couldn’t fix it.

The property was okay, although there was a terrible loud noise coming from the bathroom toilet in room 127. NEEDS TO BE FIXED!The breakfast was not good it was very plain and needs some improvement .

Decent place to stay

The front desk clerk was a jerk. She had no personality and seemed to hate her job. That reflected our service.

The place is run down, the floor was click in tiles that came apart and were chipped, so if you walked bare feet you pinched your feet. Paper thin walls you can hear the next room talking. They say they have washing machines, they do, but they did not work. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok, no fruit.

I would recommend this place.

It was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was good and well stocked and started early and wasn't over till 10:00 a.m. which was good for those of us that like to sleep in. The neighborhood is a little bit ghetto but you can get past that for the price.

Check-in agent was friendly and nice. There must have been lack of communication between staff because we had our room changed 3 times. Our last room we got settled into wasn't the cleanest. There were small hairs in both beds, the desk chair had a big white stain on it and the walls had some stuff on them as well.

I happened to glance up at the ceiling near my bed and it seemed like a coke bottle exploded and was never cleaned up. Wallpaper was peeling, furniture was chipped and it just seemed gross

The property and staff itself were very nice. The rooms are newly renovated. The property has a good pool and the hot tub was actually hot. They have onsite laundry which was nice, but the hours where not family/theme park hour doable. I’m sure this was for everyone’s safety. The properties/area surrounding the hotel was full of ladies of the night and homeless people. There was no “let’s go for a stroll after dinner,” the area was too full of prostitution and druggies. They would be standing on the street and slowly lingering by half naked at night(the rest of us were practically in snow suites the weather was so cold.

Older building, but the room was clean and frah smelling. Alot of tourist stayed here. There are some sketchy looking hotels near by. But i wpuld stay here again.
