Clean and proper

Everything was smooth from the check-in to the check-out. The staff are amazing, especially Othman at the reception. The location is also convenient and lie within a walking distance of Rabat Agdal train station.

When I opened the door of my room, I wasn’t expecting that big of space. It qas very nice, clean and comfy.

Drains (shower/kitchen) clogged, no soap, do drying clothes in the kitchen, no hairdryer, got a iron (no ironing board) after multiple calls, tv-no service, had to chase towels...room was never made up or towel changed. Over promising in adds.

Hotel near rail

A good hotel close to train station and some stores. Not to close to the tourist centre but a 30 minute walk if required. Reception staff are very friendly and gave me directions as requested.

Modern big room that isn't falling apart, with a balcony. Area is quiet and close to the train station. Not a walkable distance to Medina for majority of people, but was OK for us (40 min) Washing machine was a big bonus. We needed a break from all those dars and riads in our trip to Morocco and this place met our expectations

Noisy throught the door sometimes

This is a clean and well located property in Agdal. Easily accessible to all business and touristic services. The front desk was very helpful. Specially Karima. The noise level is as expected in big cities. I would only recommend it to be smoke free.

Liked: Extremely convenient location, great value for money, very clean, solo female travel friendly Dislike: It was loud outside, staff was not very accommodating for taxi booking, thermostat setting and for getting extra towels

Clean, quiet & very nice room. Karima at the front desk is amazing & super helpful with any questions or requests you ask! I would definitely recommend it and will come back again to this place!!!

Good value for money

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue were that on exiting the lift on the 4th floor there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Probably from guests using the balcony even though this was a No Smoking area.

Modern facility but bare minimum service

Quick overnight stay since we thought it’s near the train station. Even though the place was empty, reception won’t let you check in by 12noon. We left our luggage and returned by 2:45pm to find no one at the reception. We waited for another 15min till someone came to give us the key. When we got to the room there were flies and insects inside. It’s a pity that they do not maintain the place. The room was modern and well equipped.

Communication was excellent. Our flight was delayed, we got in at one in the morning. They sent shuttle and welcomed us. Excellent service

I stayed for 2 weeks and i must say i am really glad i chose this place . The building is brand new and the room is really clean . I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. The customer service is great and i thank ahmed and yasmine for helping me with any questions i had on my trip. Wifi was working the whole time I was there and the facility is near all the restaurant and close to the medina. Overall this place was great and i will be coming again . Thanks!

Mauvaise expérience....les draps n'ont pas été changés avant notre arrivée (poils et cheveux visibles sur les draps)...j'ai réclamé à la réception ils m'ont remis des housses de couette mais pas de drap housse et les taie d'oreiller étaient carré alors que les oreillers étaient rectangle.... déçue de me retrouver à refaire les lits moi même....ce n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que j'attends d'un hôtel où le minimum requis est d'avoir des draps propres surtout pour le prix payé.... Sinon le reste de la chambre était correct mais bruyant car chambre au-dessus d'un club privé mettant la musique à fond jusque 23h30 et mauvaise isolation entre les chambres , on entend l'eau coulé de la douche d'à côté.

Tres bon accueil , personnel serviable et souriant ravie de mon sejour. Belle endroit pour se reposer et dormir. Quartier accessible a toutes sortes de restaurant culture et supermarche. Je recommande cette hotel pour un sejour agreable et decouvrir rabat facilement.

Jag älskade bostaden och människorna som arbetar i receptionen var väldigt trevliga. Bostaden ligger nära den stora mall center 1 km nära boende lägger mattaffärer kommer inte att behöva en bil. Bostaden har tvättmaskin, ugn, kylskåp, varmvattenberedare, och kaffebryggare.

Lit confortable, mais isolation nulle, on vit avec les voisins et leur musique. et impossible de repartir de l'établissement avec une facture ! 6 jours pour l'avoir en appelant tous les jours.... pour une question de tampon! A ne pas recommander

En arrivant j’ai très bien été accueillie, Karima est très chaleureuse et professionnelle, elle est toujours souriante et très à l’écoute des clients. La résidence est bien située. Malgré l’interdiction de fumer il y avait toujours l’odeur de la cigarette dans le couloir de l’étage et ce n’est vraiment pas agréable. Au moment du départ la personne à la réception était très froide et indifférente, je m’attendais à ce que l’on me demande si tout s’est bien passé, un bon retour chez moi et souhaiter me revoir mais rien de tout ça n’a été dit. Malgré tout je suis satisfaite de mon séjour et il est possible que je le recommande à mes amis.

Non adapter au enfants, une salle de jeux juste en dessous des apparts = du bruit, des odeurs de cigarettes et autre et des insultes a volonté. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas, on a perdu tout notre stock et la terrasse est fermé. Personne a la reception.

Logement qui correspond bien au descriptif et aux photos. Je recommande ce logement pour les personnes qui recherche un logement sur Rabat Agdal.

Un aparthotel muy correcto, en una calle tranquila, cerca de la estación de la Alta Velocidad y de todo el centro de Agdal.
