Good breakfast easy walking around the area

While, on paper, the hotel is far from the train station, it is actually a very convenient location because the bus network in Oita is very good, and a major bus stop is located just across the avenue. There is a convenience store and a pretty good, laid-back, restaurant in the building. The staff was extremely polite and responsive. Very professional. The room was quiet and clean. Comfortable bed.

This hotel is one of three in the same street, this hotel is reasonable new. Good location five minutes walk from Fukuoka shopping and ten miutes to Hakata, Karaoke 1 minute any direction. Staff as good as it gets in Japan some english but usually not confident to engage you (they can)

I liked it.

Quick check-in provided me with a luggage dolly, which was much appreciated. Proximal to every flavour of Oita main city; Oita Station is just a 10 minute walk away, the shopping district (shotengai) is in between the station and the hotel, and the night life area is just across the street (Miyako district). Excellent room: spacious, comfortable, good sized television, chair with castors. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was, in my opinion, especially the shower, was the most satisfying I have experienced in Japan- simply, superb water pressure operated by a single lever faucet mixer. The comforter (photo attached) was stained with what looked like specks of blood; so that wasn’t too great. Being a smoking room, I guess it couldn’t be helped that the smell of tobacco would occasionally waft into the room, but it wasn’t at all as bothersome as it sounds.

Overall very good stay, would stay again

Overall great modern and clean hotel. It is in a great location with a lot of stuff nearby, including a convenience store right in the hotel. The wifi worked well, the room was clean, and it was very well-maintained. I would definitely stay again.

Good Visit

There are few hotels in our price range near the train station in Oita but this one was in a walkable distance for us. It is a older property but it has been well maintained. Staff were friendly and provided good service.

Most comfortable bed on our stay

The bath was lovely. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant downstairs was top-notch! The location is handy enough, and from the higher floors you actually get a nice view over the city to Mount Aso (I think is the name?) Either way, the staff were helpful, and it was bright and clean in our room. Pretty much had everything we needed!

Oita experience

This hotel is about a 10 mins walk from station. Staff are helpful but speak little english. Breakfast was good and their restaurant in the evening was excellent. Rooms are good size for Japan and include 2 chairs. Bicycle hire is available at the station. I would stay here again.

Great service, Great location.

Excellent front-desk and concierge service. Went way out of their way to please. My only disappointment was room size. We had stayed @ Daiwa Roynet in Kanazawa on a previous trip. The size of those rooms were huge and we thought this property would have similar room size.

Efficient, clean and friendly hotel

Walking distance to Oitajoshi Park which we had the luck of seeing Plum trees in full bloom at the eastern end. Also we found a great Tsukemen nearby. An alternative good base for visiting Beppu & nearby areas.

Clean, Quiet, and Delicious Breakfast!

We chose to stay in Oita one night before heading to Beppu to experience the onsen. This hotel is easy to find, as it's a straight shot on the main road from the station. The hotel was clean, quiet, had great amenities, and offered extra toiletries for women. The room was spacious compared to other similarly priced hotels in Japan, and the breakfast, which was in the restaurant attached to the hotel, was outstanding with many different options and regional specialties. I especially liked the grilled fish and tamagoyaki. The kabosu citrus drink was delicious too. There is also a Lawson on the lower level, which is great for any last minute travel needs or late night snacks. All in all a great stay in Oita. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Updated & close to train station

We enjoyed our stay here. Much nicer than similar options in Beppu. It's a 4 block walk from the train which is somewhat long with luggage but a cab should be reasonable enough.

Very nice hotel

This was a very nice hotel in Oita. The location was perfect for us. The first thing that stood out to me was the gracious service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size. The layout with the extended built in desk provided great space for our many uses. The restaurant and Lawson's on the first floor were very good and very convenient. The on site parking services were wonderfully priced and provided sheltered secure parking. This was a wonderful hotel.

Great Location

Clean, friendly, up to date, non smoking rooms! Great location for restaurants and shopping and walking around. 5 minute walk to train station and easy to find. I would stay here again. Easy, fast access to Beppu on train.

The location offers proximity to the business needs and for the leisure moments. The compromize is good for price and comfort. The breakfast could be improved for quality and location (actually is served in a annexed restaurant at base floor).

鹿児島に続き２件目の利用です。 繁華街に近く、駐車場も併設、施設は綺麗で高級感もあり、気に入っています。鹿児島と比べてしまい、アメニティの充実さやドライヤーやシャワーがrifaじゃないんだなと少しがっかりしたのが星を１つ落とした理由です。それ以外は満足です。 また、利用したいと思います。

立地条件がとても良い。交通の便や市内の中でもバス停前でかなり良い。

繁華街に近くべんりが良かったです。また、泊まりたいと思えるホテルです！！！

洗面所の清掃が出来ていなかった。

ホテルの1階がコンビニあり、便利。 喫煙の部屋で予約してしまっていたが、禁煙の部屋に交換してもらえた。希望すれば毎日、部屋掃除してくれる。アメニティの充実。

大分宿泊時はまた利用させていただきます。

設備は多少使い古されている感じが有りますが、基本的に十分です。

ツインの部屋でしたが、部屋が広くて清潔で、とても満足でした！

駐車場が敷地内のところが満車で5分くらいの所を紹介された。 案内はすごく丁寧にだったけど5分以上かかると荷物が多いと大変だった。

名前を間違えられていた。朝食がついてるにも関わらず、朝食の説明もなく、当日になっても、よく調べもせず付いてないと言われ、そんなことないと言ったら、あっついてますねって、どんなけいい加減なん❓って感じでした。

馬桶把手有疑似糞便顏色的髒污，明顯是清潔不確實。 房內磁場不好，有敏感體質者應會感受到不舒服。 唯一的優點是房間坪數夠大。 但不會再入住

A bathtub and bath room was not clean a bit. Some limescale left a bit. Equipment were old.

地點不錯，可步行到就近商店街，購物和餐廳非常方便。房間整潔，市區酒店來說也不算太小。提供泊車，早餐豐富！

大分駅から徒歩10分程度で、繁華街が近く、1階にLAWSONもあり便利なロケーションです。

トイレ・浴室の換気が良くない。 喫煙可ルームは承知していたが、タバコ臭をもう少し消してほしいと思った。

도심에서 가깝고, 여느 호텔보다 넓어 좋았다

편안한 스테이. 3.9성급 호텔

JR역은 20분 정도 걷는 거리지만, 거기부터 호텔 앞까지 유흥가가 이어져 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 트윈방에 묵었는데 방이 엄청 큽니다. 조식도 휼륭하며, 카운터에서 1,300엔 지불하고 이용하면 됩니다. 단점은 호텔 타워주차장이 유료인데 1,000엔 정도 듭니다.

部屋も広く、サービスも一流でとてもバリューがあると思いました。

お手頃でよかったです。

　チェックイン時に部屋が手配されていなかった。 慌てて準備されていた部屋には、２名での宿泊予約していたのに、すべてが一人分しかなかったのが少し残念だった。

アクセスは良好 コンビニも一階にあり利便性良し

トイレの汚れが残っており、この点がマイナス 清掃をちゃんとしてください。

稀に見るコスパがいいお宿

関東の取引先と一緒に地元の取引先との仕事でお世話になりました。 飲食店のあるエリアも近く、1階にCVSもあり、大分駅まで徒歩圏内に加えて空港リムジンのバス停も目の前で立地はとてもいいです。 細かなサービスもよかったですね。

綺麗で安くて広いです。 おすすめします。

快適なホテル

時々使わせていただきますが、街中で便利も良いし、快適なホテルです。

施設、スタッフともに満足です。とくに不満な点は見当たりません。 １Fの食堂での朝食も、量質ともに大満足です。

安定感あり。

大分の定宿にしています。ヘアドライヤーが良くて、そんなところも気に入ってます。朝ごはんがおいしく、忙しくても朝ごはんで大分のおいしいものが一通り食べられるのもお気に入りです。

全体的な印象

空港からの移動方法を問い合わせたが、リムジンバスの情報をフロントの従業員が知らず、随分と回答に時間を要した。部屋の中に匂いがあり、清潔感は感じられなかった。 部屋の静粛性は問題なかった。

連泊の中で毎日、水のペットボトルがあり、有難かったです。

とにかく汚い。絨毯は毛や米粒が落ちっぱなし、トイレは黒ずんでいる、グラスは洗浄されない。 コーヒーの説明がなく、ロビーにあることに気付かなかった。 洗濯機は4台、2時間/回で利用が難しい。 駅から徒歩10-15分 壁は若干厚いようだが、話し声は聞こえる

大分空港からリムジンでホテル前で停車は便利だと思います。 朝食ビュッフェも1,100円ならいい評価出来ますね。 近くにとり天の老舗、創業1920年の定食「たかをや」があり、レセプションで勧めてもらいました。 駅近くには昭和レトロな銭湯「あたみの湯」があり、源泉かけ流しでいい湯でした。

部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの方々も丁寧な対応してくれた。

割とダイワロイネットは使用していますが、今回は２Fのフロントの近くのへいぇでしたので、安いのでしょうがないと言えばそうですが、初めての客ではないのでもう少し考慮してくれても良いのではと思ってしまいました。

ホテル全体に良かったです。

シングル2泊朝食無しで利用 良かった点 ・空港直結のバス停がすぐ近くにありホテルフロントで乗車券が購入出来る ・併設コインランドリーの料金がmax500円と良心的で洗濯乾燥一括なので便利 ・ホテルマンは皆親切で丁寧。しっかり教育されている模様 ・1階にローソンが入っており便利 ・大通りに面しておりわかりやすい立地 ・ミネラルウォーター一本がサービスで貰える ・部屋が広い ・無意味な感染対策を強要されない（マスク消毒） 悪かった点 ・特になし ただし人によっては気になる可能性がある点は以下 ・大分駅から少し距離がある（7〜8分ほど） ・築年数が2008年の為新築の設備や綺麗さは求めない方が良い（十分綺麗ではある） ・駐車場は立体駐車場（ただし近くに提携の平置き駐車場有り） 総評 大分に行く際はまた利用したいと思います。

一般的なビジネスホテルよりも部屋が広く快適に過ごせました。

携帯の充電器が変でした。 i phonです。

客室も広く快適だった。駐車場は大型車は停めにくいので要注意。

徒歩圏内に飲食店もたくさんあり、便利でした。 フロントの女性は気遣いの出来る年齢層の方ばりで、気持ち良くチェックイン出来ました。

Couldnt be better

広くて清潔な室内。

広い室内に大きなカウンターテーブルがあり、スーツケースをその上に広げられ便利。ベットも大きくて快適。

受付も親切丁寧で観光地を尋ねたところ、すぐに検索し詳細など教えて頂きました。朝食も品数が多く、とても満足しました。
