TravellerThe staff is very cordial and goes out of their way to be helpful. Management team is always attentive to the needs of the guests and are always available for help. I personally enjoyed the gym and the sauna, both are clean with modern equipment. Breakfast options are plenty and always fresh.

TravellerThe room and its terrace was nice and comfortable. But the shower water temprature is totally not stable no matter you set it cold or hot. It can be extremely cold or hot any second.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. The temperature of the sea water is hot comparing other places in North Egean. If you prefer enjoying near seaside, then the rooms in the main building should be preffered. The Covid-19 cautions are well. Only disadvantage is the high prices in the restaurant. There are no places to eat nearby, so you have to eat and drink in the hotel with high prices.

Sea was unfortunately invaded by blue jellyfishes Their fluid was extremely itchy my kids could not stay in the water We left the next day thanks to Hotels com which refunded our remainding 2 days

It's a brand new hotel and the staff are all friendly and keen. The kid's club is great, my 9 year old was quite happily occupied for half of every day. My 81 year old mother was well looked after on the beach. The sea is very shallow and ideal for little kids. There's plenty for the very old and the very young and for the inbetweeners there are bikes (kids seats and kids bikes too) water sports and the best spa with a wonderful masseur. We went at the end of the summer and I think June would be lovely too. There's not a lot to do nearby without a car but walking and cycling would be good. It's really a perfect retreat for 4 or 5 days - lovely food, lovely views, lovely staff and a beautiful small pool too.

I stayed in a suit room for 2 nights in this hotel. It is a nice /luxury 5 star hotel with access to beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is about half hour drive from Ayvalik. My only complaint was the electric motor noise that was coming from outside when I open the balcony door for some fresh air. At night with the balcony door closed this wasn't a problem though. Overall this is a great 5 star accommodation that is reasonably priced.

Herkes arı gibi çalışkan. Nesil 1970 restoranı hem hizmet kalitesinde hem de lezzet olarak bir çok restoranı açık ara geride bırakacak düzeyde.

Girişte karşılama mükemmel. Odalar temiz. Odalarda klimalar sürekli açık tutulabiliyor. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli be lezzetli. Rüzgar olmadığı zaman deniz çok durgun ve keyifli. Deniz Çok sığ olduğu için çocuklu aileler çok fazla. Sessiz ve kafa dinlemek için çok uygun olmayabilir. Bir daha ayvalıka gelirsem kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğim bir otel olacaktır.

Achtung Abzocke!!! Erst mal das "Positive": Diese Anlage wird als 5-Sterne Hotelanlage vermarktet. Als Projektleiter für unzählige Hotelanlagen angefangen von 3 bis 5 Sterne-Hotels verdient dieses Hotel meinerseits höchstens 3,5 Sterne. Es ist ruhig gelegen, die Anlage ist übersichtlich, kombiniert mit einem Strandurlaub zum relaxen geeignet. Das Bedienungspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen und die Frühstücksküche war kulinarisch gedeckt, die Auswahl war gut. Die Schattenseiten der Anlage: Wir verreisten als 4-köpfige Familie. Unsere Zimmer wurden während dem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nur 1-mal gereinigt, weil die Putzkolonne erst spätnachmittags (nach 16:00 Uhr) zum reinigen kam, wenn alle bereits wieder im Zimmer waren. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, wurde trotz Meldung nicht behoben. Wir hatten als Familie verlangt die Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmern zu öffnen, konnte binnen 4 Tagen nicht erledigt werden. Abschließend das amateurhafte Erlebnis, welches mich persönlich dazu gebracht hat, diese Rezension zu verfassen. Wir haben beim Check-out eine Abrechnung erhalten, in der Dinge aus der Mini-Bar abgerechnet wurden, die wir nicht konsumiert haben. Hinzu kam noch eine erhebliche Zuzahlung für beide Kinder! Angeblich hätten wir pro Zimmer einen Erwachsenen und ein Baby bis einem Jahr gebucht.
TravellerÇok memnun kaldık tüm ekibe ilgileri için teşekkür ederiz, tüm personel kendi oteliymiş gibi ilgi ve alaka gösteriyor. kahvaltı, temizlik, konfor kusursuz A la carte rest akşam yemekleri porsiyonlar küçük biraz büyütülebilir ve garnitür açısından biraz daha çeşitlendirilse daha iyi olabilir
TravellerEs gibt in der Nähe wenig Restaurants, deshalb ist man gebunden im Hotel zu essen. Das Essen war teuer und hat nicht geschmeckt.
