TravellerTravellerThis stay was a disaster for our family. Firstly we were way overcharged and paid $720 AUD for 4 nights stay. When we got there the place was dirty, the locks on the doors didn’t work and we couldn’t stay with our kids because the family Villa didn’t actually have a front door and the only way you could sleep at night safely is by locking the bedrooms so my husband and I had to sleep separately with one kid each or we all had to sleep in one room in one bed. We ended up having to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The place smelt like sewerage and there was a very loud noise every time someone used the plumbing system. The electrical sockets would make sparking noises when you turn on the lights. We were refused a refund and had to leave and find somewhere else to stay after 1 night there and basically $700 AUD out of pocket. Completely ripped off. Very upsetting for our family.
