Great property in a perfect location. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Property is easy in and out. It's quiet and clean with easy access to downtown Culpeper. Everything was walkable. Only drawback is the limited parking on farmer's market days. Overall an excellent place to stay.
Clean, big rooms,
Overall it is exactly what I needed for something close to the train station. Very cute area, very spacious room. The bed is very firm and the pillows leave a lot to be desired but overall I'm happy and will likely come back next time I need to stay in Culpeper.
Room was comfortable and was convenient to downtown Culpeper restraurants and shops.
Love the beds very comfortable and it’s always very very clean!
Super unique spot
Culpeper
Beautiful place, easy to navigate and suited our need for a one night stay since we were in town for a wedding. The room was neat and tidy and well decorated.
There is no check-in counter - you get check in info via a text. Seemed a bit sketch (particularly after I convinced two sets of relatives to also book there) - but it was great. Very clean, very quiet, each room nice but a little different from each other. I'd definitely stay again, if I need to go to Culpeper. There are also a truly surprising number of cool shops and restaurants in Culpeper, including Indian, French and Thai. So enjoy!
It would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room because one of us wanted to sleep on the couch.
Very clean nice space excellent location
All good.
Very familiar with Culpeper. Just like the privacy, location.
Beautiful property, spacious suite, perfect location, and walkable to great shops and restaurants!
Great location right in the heart of Culpeper with easy access to lots of great restaurants and shops. It's easy to get in and out, and the windowless room is perfect for deep sleeping. The modern amenities are lovely and the extra touches (Keurig, two sinks, lights that dim) are great.
No windows
Comfort of the bed and wine glasses. Cleanliness and brightness (even though room had no windows), thank you for the nightlights.
Great location right in old town Culpeper. Check-in was easy, the room was large, very clean and well-stocked. Great value, I will definitely stay again.
Easy to check in/out
This was my first time using a concierge-less location, unless u count Airbnb stays, but that’s different. To have everything sent to me prior and the ease of getting clean towels and items replaced was a breeze. The location is right in the heart of Culpeper. Close to breakfast and dinner locations. Only downfall was no private parking but the center center is well lit and no issues for the two days I stayed. If/when I ever head back I will be staying there again, mainly for how easy it was and in close proximity it is to everything.
CLEAN AND SO COMFORTABLE!!
Solo trip
Great stay in Culpeper. The hotel suite was awesome. Very comfortable. Only down side to my specific room was there was no view and the window shades were weird.
The room was VERY comfy and it was in a wonderful area. But the walls were thin and we had some very loud neighbors that stayed up shrieking pretty late. With no concierge on site, there was no one to contact about it. There was also no one to reach out to when I went to go to my car this morning and couldn’t get the elevator to work. I was able to take the stairs, but I felt weird about not saying anything. When I took my luggage out an hour later, everything was working again, thank goodness. The on street parking was a bit anxiety inducing, but the area feels very safe so at least we didn’t have to worry about break ins. Overall, I wouldn’t rule out staying here again if I needed to. It just maybe wouldn’t be first choice.
Pros: Very clean. Bathroom was beautifully renovated. Decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable. Cons: No windows. Rain showerhead did not work properly.
Wasn't sure what to expect but the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, checkin was easy, and the showers were warm. A very nice stay.
This was honestly the cleanest and most beautiful stay I’ve had. We miss it it already! 10 stars! Thank you!
Thanks for reestablishing hope in hotels!
Since COVID my hotel experience have been less than hospitible. I just wanted about a few weeks ago about our stay in Williamsburg and I'm not one to complain over trivial matters. I have worked in the service and hospitality industry. With that being said this little Boutique hotel in small town VA stole the show for both my wife and I. The interior design and in room amenities were awesome, the cleanliness was immaculate, and the service leading up to our stay even though it was over email was amazing! They even managed to get us an early check-in with no distain in their voice or side comments. It was also close to great food choices! Overall this is hands down my best hotel experience in 4 years! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and my wife and I are considering going back to Culpeper for our Baby moon just because of this hotel!
Room is beautiful! Modern and very comfortable!
Room is tastefully decorated. One issue, on arrival the door code given did not work. Called number and email with new code was received shortly after.
Clean and comfortable. Lots of space in the suite.
Beautiful accommodations. A little pricy for one night and surrounding area but very enjoyable family time together.
Check in was very easy but a little different not having a person there. The room was very nice and well kept. Our only issue was the event center downstairs was blasting music until 11pm. I wouldn’t stay there on weekends if you’re a light sleeper!
Very cute boutique feel. Communication was INCREDIBLE. Would stay again for sure.
Cute Boutique
Room 4 (interior room) was the cutest, coolest room I've ever been in. Comfy bed, coffee, frig, lots of mirrors and seating. Location is perfect to be able to walk to all shops, restaurants and the two breweries on the street behind. Parking lot was full during day due to town events but parked on street in 2 hour parking on a Saturday and never got towed. Left there all night. Weekdays towing may be enforced. Easy digital pad entry to building and room. No staff on site. It's like a private little apartment. Restaurant, fitness room, ice in building also. Will be booking again on the next trip to Culpeper. (trying to add pics but app not letting me yet.
Great room in Culpeper
Wonderful experience - rooms are gorgeous and spotless. Great customer service prior to check in. Thanks all!
Everything was great--the location, suite, communication, and the efficient use of electronic access. Just as described.
We love the room. We came in late after a family event and was upset that we had to look for parking. Because there was no receptionist we were a little weary about what the room would be like. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the rooms were. The bed was comfortable, but be sure to bring food for late-night snacks. We would stay there again.
Easy check-in process. They send the codes to the building and room, and you walk right in. The room was clean and comfortable. We were only there one night, but enjoyed it!
Rooms were awesome and loved the check in. Everything was so easy. Room wete ready early.
We stayed last minute on a sunday evening for business. Loved the hotel and walking availability to the town. Such a nice hotel. We did not enjoy the bed in our room. The bed was not comfortable, and squeaky . The room amd hotel itself was extremely nice.
Great location and the suite was gorgeous. You could hear a ton of noise from the outside/and other people in their rooms-with the amount per night you wouldn’t expect that. The HVAC was a little tough to manage. Excellent communication with their virtual concierge service and they were even able to get us into our room earlier than planned which helped a great deal.
So mush better overall than any of the hotels in the area. Clean spacious and conveniently located.
Couple’s stay
It is a very nice place, my wife was pleased and that’s not easy. Lots of close by places to dine.
Beautiful suite within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Wish we had more time here.
Responsive manager
The property manager was very responsive when I had a question about my stay - which I greatly appreciated!
The good and the bad
First, the good stuff: the communication with staff was excellent, check in was simple, and the suite was large and nicely appointed. But: the wifi was out of commission our entire stay (again, staff tried to resolve it, but never managed, and late in the evening offered to switch us to a different hotel location), there was a contiguous loud thumping sound above the bedroom ceiling all night and the suite has a musty smell, although it was clean.
Ultimately a nice stay...but DO CHECK YOU HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN ROOM 4 - unbelievably there is not one window in the suite. Happily, post complaint, I was given another (very nice) suite. Ended well exceedingly poor start!
The suite was very spacious and in a great location. Easy remote check in was a plus. I did not appreciate being charged $50 for a very flimsy cot. I requested an extra bed a assumed it would be a roll away like you get in most hotels. Instead we were provided a flimsy cot that was not adequate for any but the smallest person or child. We were also not provided any drinking glasses, seven plastic .
Just book! It will be great!
I loved my stay!!! AMAZING! The staff was so kind and there if I needed them. The room was clean and comfy. I can't wait to stay again!
My wife and I had a relaxing, overnight stay in this modern boutique hotel. We enjoyed walking downtown and shopping, as well as dinner at the restaurant affiliated with the hotel, Flavor on Main. Prohibition cocktails were on point!
Great stay at Culpeper Center Suites!
We spent one night in Culpeper Center Suites #12, which was clean, attractive and spacious. It looked out on an alley, so there was zero street noise. There's no kitchen, but bottled water, ice and the all important Keurig coffee machine are available and there are shops and restaurants very close by. We got the last parking space in the back lot, but we arrived Saturday night, a busy time. Check in is contactless; we called because we wanted to upgrade our room, and Holly was very helpful. All in all, a great stay!

Very odd. No window and dated decor. Clean. Fine for one night stay.
