Absolutely worth it

Such a bad place to book from them specially when you want to cancel your booking. Their bad in communication and and so bad in their connection. I tried to call them they do not respond and they do not accept your request.

Always clean friendly staff house keeping excellent Not able to book al a carte as unavaiable and had to show how to provide correct information and not giving message when leaving to say transport delayed

Sandy beach is amazing and very clean. Sun shades are available and covers a big side of the beach. SPA services (for a fee) are excellent!

Truly 5 stars infrastructure and service

It was our first time in Turkey and first time in The Crystal Palace Spa. Expedia mi-sold (it was on their website) the holiday to us claiming it was a 24 hours check-in. It is not. Despite the fact that the hotel also couldn't find my booking, after i had travelled overnight to get there, the night manager said "we were his guests" until the situation was resolve (over 4 hours later). He allowed us to have breakfast and use the swimming pool. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly. The food is varied and abundant, even for fussy eaters like me and my 6 years old son. The entertainment team is unstoppable. The irish bar servers Becks, just in case you fancy some non-turkish beer. Some of the staff (bar/restaurant) don't speak very good english, but with smiles and good-will you'll manage to get anything you want. I will definitely return to Crystal Palace, but not via Expedia.

Nice hotel next to the Beach

This was our second holiday at the Hotel It was a lovely stay as ever the staff friendly as ever and variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner Only negative this time was it was near closing for the session and it rained a lot therefore there wasn’t much activities Overall good hotel and will visit again

Fantastic hotel on the beach

Just returned from a fantastic stay , hotel was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Food was plentiful and of a very good quality, bar choices were very good and staff very friendly and efficent. Animation team were a brilliant bunch . Although not much close by Side is only 30 mins away although tbe hotel has and offers everything you need . A brilliant hotel all round would definately recommend

Lovely hotel straight on to super clean beach

Spacious comfortable rooms, plush entrance, shops, restaurants, fantastic hamman and spa. Mainly german and russian speaking, and was virtually empty and not fully opened during May bank holiday. first holiday we've been on where 60% of sunloungers were free. Obviously very popular during high season. Great for young kids.

A Fabulous holiday in a great place

The hotel is fantastic and so happy that we had our holiday there. The stay was so good that we were not missing our home a bit. Antalya, Turkey itself is a great place and this hotel and people made it so memorable. We stayed there for a week but it went so quickly and wished we could have had few more days. The Rooms were clean and fresh looking all the time. The dedicated cleaning staffs were working very hard all the time and regularly cleaned the room to make sure we get a nice and cosy room. Although we did not specifically asked we had a nice balcony view to the swimming pools and to the sea. Watching sunset from the balcony and some days in beach itself was so great. Food was fantastic and they were having different themes every day. The highlight is the evening shows after dinner. Show anchor and all the team members were great and they did a good job putting up such variety of shows every night. Every night kids were looking forward to the kids disco and they all picked up few moves! Swimming pools were clean. Kids were thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is a small kids pool and a little playground but didn't have much time to enjoy it. They were busy in the swimming pool itself. The only negative point is the management of the Gameland which wasn't very welcoming. The guy who running the area need some people skills and there should be bit more child friendly person. May be a wrong person on a wrong job. In total a fabulous holiday!

Disappointing

Our fifth trip to antalya and this was the worst hotel we have stayed at. Poor service, only one a la carte restaurant open per night which was always booked up and poor facilities.

Amazing Experience

It was a nice holiday for me and my wife. We spent nice time together and this place really made our holiday more special. Everything was arranged and nice. Meal, staff, location, beach side everything up to the mark. Really impressed.

Good but not quite Barut.

Good hotel, excellent staff very friendly and very helpful. Food also very good and plenty of choice. Bars not bad but very subdued with little or no music, Terrace bar is more like a library and nobody goes in it. Bedrooms excellent and cleaners also excellent and very friendly. management good always about and approachable. overall a good hotel few little niggles like no courtesy room and they charge £10 an hour to keep your room on, live singers are shockingly bad.

Excellent

Excellent resort for families. Went 3 adults, 1 toddler and an infant. Given a family room with sea view, nice king sized bed and spacious. Free minibar in the room too. Food a bit repetitive (normal for AI hotels) but tasty and of good qualitu, always found something to eat. Animation team very friendly and excellent. Waiting staff a bit hit and miss but once you give them tips, service went up a few notches so save some small change.

Activities for all ages

All expectations were met at this resort. the room, the food, the service. kids club staff was very capable of entertaining children and bonding with all ages. the only person who was a draw back in our experience stay was the gamearcade manager, who was unfriendly and rude in attitude towards children. with that attitude I would not want my kids to be there by them selves.

Crystal Palace is a Diamond of a Hotel!

Fabulous hotel, we visited mid January so obviously out of season but we were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent and very varied restaurant (not the same fayre every night as can often be the case in AI hotels). Al a carte restaurants also available. Entertainment every night and smiling friendly staff. Please be aware that this hotel is not actually in Side but a 25 minute bus ride away. 25 minutes in the opposite direction is Manavgat. Buses are plentiful (and cheap). Would highly recommend. Enjoy :)

Godt Hotel

Hotellet er i meget pæn stand, værelserne er stor og rumlige, rengøring på fællesarealerne og værelserne er god. poolområdet var også godt, dog wc ved poolområdet var ikke altid ren. Personalet er venlige, og serviceminded dog kan sproget være en barierer da de kan ikke tale/ forstå engelsk, der skal bruges google translate. Restauranten på hotellet er stor, maden er ok og er lidt en gentagelse.

Für das Geld lieber etwas anderes

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll... 1) an der Rezeption hat man uns empfangen aber keine einzige Info über das Hotel gegeben. Der Portier hat dies dann netterweise übernommen... 2) die Reinigung der Zimmer ist sehr oberflächlich. Meist liegen überall Haare noch rum und die Spiegel bleiben voller Wasserflecken. Die gebrauchten Gläser/ Tassen werden wahrscheinlich nur kurz unter das Wasser gehalten. 3) das Bad und das Waschbecken ist verstopft. Wenn man duscht braucht man gar kein Swimmingpool mehr... Haben uns bereits 2 mal beschwert und die Antwort war das sei normal bei denen... 4) Telefon ist auch kaputt aber das interessiert auch keinen... 5) wenn man als Türke hierher kommt, merkt man schnell dass die ausländischen Touristen vom Personal viel besser behandelt werden. Die sind freundlicher zu denen und kommen immer wieder zu denen an den Tisch... wenn man hier als Türke bedient werden will, hat man kaum eine Chance. Am besten selber aufstehen und holen... 6) man bestellt etwas ohne Alkohol bekommt aber ein alkoholisches Cocktail und der Barkeeper entschuldigt sich nicht einmal. 8) wenn man sich beschwert bietet man einem nur ein Abend im alacarte restaurant an sonst passiert gar nichts 9) wenn man Schokolade/ Kekse aus Deutschland dabei hat am besten im Safe einschließen... eine ungeöffnete Verpackung wird dreist vom Personal im Zimmer aufgemacht und verzehrt. 10) das Personal ist entweder überfordert oder nicht qualifiziert für die Jobs

L’hotel est dans son ensemble assez bien. La nourriture est excellente. La plage est superbe. Mais malheureusement le ménage n’etait pas fait correctement. L’aspirateur n’etait presque jamais passé. La piscine extérieure est un peu petite à mon goût. L’equipe d’animation est excellente. Il trouve toujours quelque chose à faire avec les enfants, quelque soit leur âge. Les animations en soirée étaient très réussies.

Tolles Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Schöne Anlage mit genügend Liegen und Sonnenschutzdächern, -schirmen. Extra Speisesaal für Erwachsene.

Hotel in Strandnähe, nicht nochmal

Zu viele Russen waren da, dadurch war das Essen nicht das beste, Hähnchenfleisch gab es nur alle paar Tage, Köfte war nicht frisch sondern tiefgefroren :-(

Great hotel and service, but only partial sea view

Positive: Excellent food, good facilities, good water park, excellent private beach close, great animation team, very good children club, great room, great ala carte. Something to improve: Children club had only Uno cards and a puzzle, should have more resources. Negative: Our full sea view room had only 25% sea view. Should be rather labelled as "partial sea view", not as the sea view. Overall impression: ****.

Yönetiminden çalışanına çok kötü bir hotel.

Berbat yönetilen bir hotel. Hijyen yok. Bardaklar kirli ve ruj lekesi dolu. Çalışanlar oldukça kaba ve işlerini doğru dürüst adil bir şekilde yapmayanlarla dolu. Tabiki ekmeğini hakkıyla yapanlarda var ama azınlıkta. Yönetim sorun çözmekten çok kendi personelini şikayet etmekle meşgul. Yenilebilecek yemek çeşidi az ve kaliteli değil. Her öğün aynı yemekler. Kıyması kıkırdak dolu.... Yazacak daha çok kötü şeyler var ama kısacası tatilinizi ve paranızı bu hotelde boşa harcamayın. Standart bir hotele gitseniz bile bundan daha iyisini alırsınız!

Idare eder bir tatil

Genel olarak otelin konumu denizi ve sahili güzeldi. Yemekleri idare eder idi. Bazi yemeklerde kullanilan kati yaglarin ve kiymanin agir bir kokusu ve tadi vardi. Personel icinde ilgili ve guleryuzlu, ilgisiz ve asik suratli olan kisiler karisikti fakat geneli cok genc ve tecrubesizdi. Sabah 8de 9da temizlik icin uyandirildim cok sinirlendim. Odada temizlik genelde gostermelik olarak yapildi. Kirli esyalara rastladim. Paramin hakkini aldigimi dusunmuyorum. Animasyon son aksamki dans şovu disinda zayifti.

فندق عادي جدا فعالياته قليله جداا لاطفال مستوي الاكل اقل من العادي لا انصح به للعائلات لانه لا يوجد شي فيه اصلاا الشي الجميل الوحيد فيه هو المطاعم الخاصه والتي لابد الحجز فيها مسبقا لا يستحق الزياره مره اخري اما النت هذا شي اخر من العذاب والتخلف عندهم كل ساعه لازم تسجل عن طريق الاميل وضعيف جدا ويقطع

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Das Personal ist immer bemüht es den Gästen so angenehm zu machen wie es geht. Immer sehr freundlich. Es war alles in allem ein sehr unkomplizierter Aufenthalt und würde es auch weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt. Danke

Otel herşeyiyle çok güzeldi ve harikaydı.Yiyecek ve içecekler oldukça lezetliydi.Özellikle lobi bardaki içeceklerin hepsi markalı içeceklerdi.Denizi ve kumu süper.Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi.Özellikle plaj bardaki Furkan ve lobi bardaki Ayça'nın hizmetli kusursuzdu.Gönül rahatlığıyla tatil yapılabilecek bir otel .Adındaki gibi gerçekten bir saray.

Schönes Hotel am Strand

Das Hotel hat sich viel Mühe gegeben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir fanden das die Vielfalt der Speisen etwas besser hätte ausfallen können. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider etwas zu laut. Im Aussenbereich befand sich ein Generator der nervig war. Es waren viele Praktikanten im Einsatz die leider etwas unbeholfen wirkten.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Das Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Alle Angestellten des Hauses sind sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Essen war in der Auswahl aufgrund der fehlenden Gäste reduziert, was aber an der guten Qualität des Essens nichts verändert hat. Das Animationsteam ist auch positiv zu erwähnen.
