Excellent spa! And massage, can't recommend more. There is a big selection of water sports on the beach

Our stay was lovely, staff was nice all around other than one member of staff who had a bit of an attitude which as a VIP member did not appreciate. Food was nice but needs to change and have more variety Entertainment bit boring but last night we were there was good with the dancers Location is great with local shops & restaurants Spa facilities were great having had a Hammam Coffee scrub mixed massage which included full body reflexology and hot stone massage with a face masque Shisha was available which we did a couple of times We did a boat trip and quad biking arranged by a local company referred by the hotel We met a hotel rep who came to talk to us on our last day and we said it would have been nice to have had him there at the begining of our trip so we had an idea of what we could do. Overall the trip was a nice memorable one however with some improvements it will be awesome being there. 8 out of 10

Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a two room suite It was quite comfortable. It over looked the pool and outdoor stage area. The cleaning crews were exceptional. The all-inclusive food/drink was more than enough variety and interest. We loved being able to grab and go from the pool area or the beach when appropriate. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, so no true beachfront view from the hotel, but it is a private beach area with lots of amenities once you get there. The lounge areas, inside and out, where you can grab a coffee or a drink and just hang out, were delightful. The spa seemed great, even though we only used it for beach towels, other people seemed to be enjoying it. We did use the onsite doctor for some small injury assistance and he was quite quick and helpful. The guests were from all over the world and we enjoyed getting to meet friendly people and learn their stories. The hotel is gated and there is a person on duty at the driveway entrance. The street it was on, is a bit remote, but we had no safety issues. My only thoughts on improvement would be the loud music past 11pm (from the disco maybe - not sure)? Also the Guest Relations person I spoke to only knew about the hotel offerings and literally told me she didn't live around the area so she couldn't tell me anything about what I could find in town. I thought that was a bit odd. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The employees are excellent

This is the worst so called 5 stars Hotel I stayed in. The reception staff and management were useless and hopeless. I had to sleep on the FLOOR for six nights because the mattress was very old, uncomfortable, sinking springs. I reported it to the management and they promised to change the mattress. All they did was to turn the mattress upside down, ending in a worse situation and resulting in back problems. After several complaints with the manager called Leila and even others, they suggested to change the room. Nothing happened at all. In addition, it was stated in the offer by Expedia to be given a bottle of wine on three occasions I raised the matter which was ignored completely. It seems they don’t value and appreciate Expedia’s Gold members. I hope the matter would be thoroughly investigated with the management of this hotel.

It’s always great to be back. Food, entertainment, hospitality and everything about this hotel is on point. Truly had a great time.

Excellent but the reception guy was horrible

The stay was good, the hotel is clean and all the stuff there was helpful except the reception guy his name is " Halit " he was terrible and his way in talking was too bad to complete the reservation and we were coming from a long airplane trip but he wasn't helpful at all. But the the hotel was good, there was a variety every day at the food.

This Resort is NOT 5 star, at best 3.5. Feels like a Retirement Home, Definitely Not for a young couple. Out of 4 restaurants only one is working, Only Local alcohol, I tried to buy Remy Martin or Hennessy Cognac, They don't have it. I booked there best room with Jacuzzi on the terrace, then was waiting all Day for them to clean that Jacuzzi, it was very dirty when we checked in. My reservation was for 5 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and booked different hotel. This place is very outdated, No Entreatment at all.

Hard to fault very much, but they handn't quite got the BBQ arrangements right with smoke in both the inside & outside dining areas. Otherwise excellent !!!

GREAT, BUT A COUPLE OF THINGS TO CONSIDER

All in all, it was a very good experience. Comfortable beds, nice showers, excellent food, and good service. The only things I didn't like: the A/C was very weak. It wasn't that big of a deal due to very pleasant weather in May, however, out could be a real problem in hot summer months. The other thing is that there is very loud entertainment right into the very early morning hours, this does make getting a good night sleep would a challenge. I will still recommend this place, but thought you should know...

Excellent Hotel with the best location

This was Our first Holiday and it was the most amazing experience ever. Having no expectations I absolutely admired the Hotel, location and the people there. Kemer is full of Hotels but his hotel provided a lot of comfort for those who did not wish to leave the hotel with a nice pool side, kids pool play area and unlimited food buffet. Food was not three times a day, as one closed another opened with an amazing snack bar that provided everything you could crave for such as pizza, donner kebab, burger, spaghetti muffins ice cream which all came with the package. I was truly shocked and appreciated this as I was unaware of how much i was getting for the little price I paid. Despite the Hotel like normal providing three cause meal they also provided additions food throughout the day which I found thoughtful and those who don't wish to leave did not have to as it was all catered for. If you would like to go out then domino's, Mcdonald and Burger king is distance away and also Halal. Therefore perfect location, even with night clubs and other things to do in town. Location of the hotel is perfect as you get the views of the mountains and the stoned beach with amazing view. As you walk down the sea you will come to the Mcdonald and Burger king side where the view gets even more better with green ocean and a Yacht company where you can hire it out with also a tour side on the private boat. Just outside the hotel is a bazar which has majority of the things you want to buy.

Great hotel close to beach

Nice friendly staff, truly 5 star accommodation, very clean and well kept, huge buffet selection, all stone/marble flooring throughout and good pools including indoor pools and spa is 5 star treatment. Very pleased, only downfall is that the beach is pebble and no sand.

Crystal de Luxe at Kemer

This was our second visit to the Crystal, 12 months apart. We would have to say this year was a little disappointing. Compared to last year, cost cutting seemed very evident. Examples; no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, very limited (and only local) drinks available in the bar, over our four night stay non of the a la carte restaurants were open. To be fair this did not affect our stay. The hotel has a fantastic location and for the deals on offer it is still good value for money. Enjoy :)

Won't be back

Turned up given room on a main road very noisy at 2am neighbours having massive argument told to wait till morning to change room gave us new room OK but no air conditioning as apparantly it's winter just a fan open the doors mosquito heaven bitten to pieces then call to faith every day starting around 6am over loud speaker then you get the Cockerels screaming all night put us off turkey for life don't waste your money go somewhere better

I didn't like the beach.I would prefer the sandy beach.

Best Trip Ever

My stay was one of the best in my life and this is saying a lot. I am 60 and started traveling at 16 years old. Have stayed in many hotels all over the world. This was by far one of the best experiences of my life. The hotel was very clean with great food at all times. To include a pool side light buffet daily. There was water aerobics at 10.30 AM which followed by a fun contest. The food was very good with lots of variety to include cheeses, olives and a good cold bar. The bar was open all the time and all was included. The spa was wonderful as I treated myself to a series of massages an facials. The staff were very friendly, mostly spoke English and were very helpful. The hotel had reasonable driver, car rental and this was great for shopping. I give this hotel 5***** starts.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel with my wife. I highly recommend to everybody but open buffet could have been improved.

Outstanding price, with drawbacks

I paid $78 per night for this resort hotel and it’s lovely: large pool, bars, restaurants, shops and amenities. Entertainment for adults and kids, yoga classes, fitness rooms, etc. My rate was included breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and all beverages, including all alcohol. The food was served buffet style, and it was not outstanding, but certainly good. The location is excellent, near city center, beach

Christmas holiday.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and enthusiastic. It's near the town so is in a good position for the beach and shops etc. It was a great place to spend Christmas, the staff and management went all out to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. It is the second Christmas we have spent there.

Was a little disappointed with the entertainer over the xmas period the food was just ok, the staff were friendly but there was nothing to do was very boring.

Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa

An excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the centre of Kemer (with lots of shops and eateries) or a few minutes opposite direction to the (pebbly) beach. Lots of local buses for exploring farther afield. A lovely clean, spacious hotel. Would highly recommend! :)

Good location. Good facilities and service.

Just one step te be an excellent is the staff and food. For some reason some of the restaurant staff is annoyed all the time and food is average. Apart from that it is really good place to stay.

Great vacation

The food was excellent. The all inclusive program is a great value. One thing we did not like was that the swimming pool was too cold. It's a great way to spend vacation. The spa was excellent.

Holiday with wife

I know we bought an economy room, but there was only one easy-chair. And it was impossible to use the balcony because of heavy noise from the electric system outside. But it is a luxuryos hotel with exellent facilities, roomy and ok food and drinks. We need another room next time.

Amaizng holiday

Thank you for the lovely holiday! I really liked the hotel, food, evening shows. Everything was amazing. Just the WiFi was not very good, really slow, loosing connection all the time e.t.c. But overall it was amazing.

Nice hotel with good facilities

This was a last minute booking but we were not disappointed. The hotel is well situated not actually on the beach front but has its own private beach just 2 minutes walk away.The hotel is efficiently run with good service in all departments & the food is varied & of good quality . Never had a problem finding restaurant seating or beach & pool loungers & generally had a relaxing experience although we choose not to be involved in animations which others might enjoy. Not 5 star Dorchester but very acceptable & good value for money. Transfer time airport/hotel approx. 50 mins by private taxi -80 euro return but well worth it. Only downside is proximity of Grand Haber hotel next door & bedrooms facing do experience smoke from their nightly BBQ plus some noise from their music until maybe 11pm. Grand Haber beach bar also play loud music in afternoons which is a beach annoyance to us at any rate

Not near to five-star hotel .

The food was no good same thing every day. The service cleaning the room at the time when the kids had to take a nap . All the reviws are not true . They post all the reviews. I will never go back there

Relaxing resort

The hotel was very clean. There was plenty of staff in every area to answer to your request. The staff were very obliging and pleasant. They were efficient too. We required help with the room safe and the air-conditioning and the relevant staff was sent within 10 minutes to solve the problem. There was a huge variety of food on offer. The only criticism I have was the time slot for meals felt short as breakfast buffet was over at 9:30 am and not 10 am; on holiday one wants to wake up late, not rush in the morning for breakfast. Same for lunch, buffet was over at 14:30, which meant if you are out of the resort you had to rush back to get in the lunch slot. But on the brighter side, there was a smaller variety available at the pool side restaurant at lunch times, so you won't go hungry. The sitting areas and open lounges were spotless with endless drinks and desserts. We enjoyed sitting there late at night with a drink.

Fro some reason, I have to pay at the reception. I thought paid to Expedia as I did to all other hotels in this trip. The rep of the hotel asked me to contact the Expedia myself.

There are better choices

We booked this hotel for 5 nights but arrived one day earlier as planned and requested 1 additional night upfront and were considered as 'walk ins' for a rate which was $80 higher than our other nights for $220 each. I asked for the same rate for this additional night at 10 pm because we had passed the all-inclusive dinner for that evening anyway. The underpowered employee was not able to accomodate our request and the manager was already gone home. So, the decision was not to give us the room and to send us to the much cheaper competition. We cheched in the next day, i asked for the manager and the front desk manager started to argue with us, no sign of an excuse. Ok, we thanked and cheched in anyway. Room was OK, ocean view, but the loud music from the discotheks opposite of the road were a real ear filler until 3.00 am in the morning. The food and beverage all-inclusive package was also pretty good, great breakfast, lunch, even at the pool and dinner was excellent. However, the 80 % russian clientel was something what we not expected. In general we would not book this hotel again.

Very good value

Not 5 star by a long way but extremely pleasant and very good value. Not sure how they do it at the prices charged but all to the guests benefit. Good entertainments throughout the day and well into the night. All in all a pleasant experience. Need a car to enjoy the area but they are available at the hotel.

Für echte 5-Sterne Hotels ist dies eine Beleidigung. Das Essen ist schlecht und das Personal ist faul, arrogant und unfreundlich. Während meines Aufenthalts hat beim benutzen der Klimaanlage mein Zimmer jeden Abend nach dem Grill der Küche gestunken. Teilweise Party vor dem Hotel bis 4 Uhr morgens.

Grote mooie hotel en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie legging. Spa was heerlijk.een nadeel veel te dure spa paket wat niet voldeed door een niet werkende jaccuzie.wel 250 euro betaald wat gelijk stond aan 3 dagen verblijf in het hotel.

Отель расположен В самом центре Кемера, есть где погулять и рядом рынок. Хороший спа центр и бассейн с горками. Для стандартного турецкого отдыха с друзьями - идеально!

Einen großen Dank an das gesamte Personal . Besonders Mahmut, Hüseyin und Islam kümmern sich tagtäglich mit sehr viel Energie um die Gäste. Ich muss zugeben , dass das Personal 1A waren und die großen Mängel des mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels kaschieren. Tolle Mitarbeiter nochmals herzlichen Dank an Alle! Der Spa Bereich geführt von Serdar ist auch sehr sehr gut! Begonnen hatte ich mit einer Massage am Ende waren es drei Massagen, weil die Masseure mich sehr überzeugt hatten. Nochmals auch einen herzlichen Dank an Serdar und seinem Team ! 💪 Hut ab und weiter so. Schlussendlich kann ich sagen: Wenn Kemer dann Crystal De Luxe

Hotel is zeer schoon. Alles wordt direct schoongemaakt en desinfecteerd. Eten is goed. De hele dag is er eten. Ook s’nachts is er een snackrestaurant aanwezig. Personeel is vriendelijk en handeld snel. Deze hotel kan ik aanbevelen. Goed prijs kwaliteits verhouding.

L'hôtel est magnifique, bien situé

L'hôtel est bien situé. La plage est trop petite et il n'y a qu'une piscine qui se rempli très vite lorsqu'il y a bcp de monde. Pour la plage, il faut traverser une rue et marcher qq minutes pas idéal quand on a des enfants. Le buffet, comparé à d autres hôtel, j ai vu mieux. Les salades, desserts sont bons et variés mais les plats chauds pas top.

The best Hotel i've ever been. Price x what you get for it ate amazing. Food was tasty and various, cocktails, food outside near the swimming pool, and on the beach. Swimming pools inside and outside, spa complex, sauna. Really close to the beach, and the sea is the cleanest and nicest and warmest I've been to (beginning if September). Highly recommend.

çok vasat bir otel

Fiyatına göre çok vasat bir otel. Odalar eski., açık alanları az. Sahili halk plajı kıvamında . Araçları otoparka bile alamadılar. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve iyi ama yeterli değil. O bölgeye tekrar gidebilirim. ama o otele kesinlikle bir daha gitmem. Nasıl puanı bu kadar yüksek burada onu da hiç anlamadım

Yemekler kötü, yiyecek bir şey bulmakta zorlandık, meyve suyu yok olan da toz sulandırılmış meyve suyu, her şey dahil ama taze sıkılmış portakal suyu ücrete tabi.. Memnuniyet anketi yaptırıyor sonra diyorum bu konularda memnun kalmadım orta seviyede puan veriyorum. ama çok düşük bu puan illa iyi diyeceksiniz otele.anketi değiştirtiyor. Koridorlar rutubet-nem kokuyor

Es war gesamt betrachtet gut, jedoch war der Spa-Bereich etwas vernachlässigt. Das Hamam, das Dampf-Bad und der Pool waren schlecht geheizt bzw. das Wasser kalt. Ferner waren die "Massage-Drücker" recht aufdringlich. Mann wurde ständig mit Thai-Massagen zum "Sonderpreis" behelligt.

Ekim sonu kasim basinda gittigim. Deniz ve çakıl icin gidiyosaniz iyi bir secim. Fakat sahile ulasmak icin biraz yurumeniz gerekiyor. Havuzlari gayet guzel.Hersey dahil olmasindan midir bilmem ama yemekler 4 yildiz ayarindaydi. Odalarda ve oturma alanlarinda internet zayif zaman zaman hic cekmedigi oldu. Duzeltilmesi gerekiyor. Otelin konumu gayet iyi. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha ozen gostermeleri lazim. Personel kilik kiyafetleri kesinlikle 5 yildiz bir otele yakismiyor. Personeli yardimsever pozitif insanlar. Otel biraz yipranmis odalarda ve diger bolumlerde biraz tadilat istiyor sezon sonu oldugundandir diye dusunuyorum. En onemli kisim bir daha gidermisin derseniz neden olmasin derim. Iyi gunler.

Supert hotell!

Flott hotell med bra beliggenhet. Full service og virkelig ett deluxe hotell med alt inkludert! Maten var god, variert og noe for en hver. Både til frokost, lunsj og middag. Spaet var bra og du får det du blir fortalt at du får. Standen ligger bare 5 min gåtur unna med bar hvor der også var alt inkludert! Etter middag var det bra og variert underholdning. Både for barn og voksne. Jeg og venninnen min ønsker å reise tilbake neste år.
