One of the best hotels i have stayed. Gym equiped with very comprehensive equipment. Service is rated very high across all services.
TravellerStaff spoke almost no English. The air conditioning in my room was broken and it took quite a few tries to explain and find a solution. The Hotel is nice but the rooms are little bit worn, clean but not new.
TravellerMarco Polo Italian Resturant was surprisingly good, but the hotel as a whole lacked International Hotel standards.

Unfortunately the food at this hotel is terrible. You’d expect better from IHG but of course the YZ CP is not going to be the same culinary experience as the HK CP. Different price structure of course. The restaurant mgr did do his best though to make us welcome.

Size of room is reasonably big; location of hotel is not near to any amenities; food served at the breakfast restaurant was not hot but rather cold.
TravellerThe hotel is located in the new town, with 15 ~ 20 mins' by tax from the the city center, hence there is not much to see at the neighbour hood area. The room is clean and with good condition. Thehotel gym is also fully facilitated but the spa is poor.

I LIVE AND OPERATE OUT OF FU JIAN PROVINCE SINCE 2005. THIS WAS MY FIRST EVER VISIT TO NAN JING AND YANG ZHOU CITY, (and all of its surrounding farming and factory areas). THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL AND STAFF WAS A BRIGHT SPOT IN ME AND MY BUSINESS PARTNER'S EXPERIENCE FOR JUST 5/FIVE DAYS! I HAVE ALREADY TRAVELED TO OVER 24 COUNTRIES, (and counting), THUS HAVE STAYED IN MORE HOTELS THAN I CAN EVEN NAME! THIS HOTEL IS IN MY TOP 10/TEN LIST....ALL THE WAY AROUND! I EVEN MET THE "GM" FACE TO FACE...HOW DELIGHTFUL HE WAS! VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND REALLY CARED ABOUT HIS WORK, HIS HOTEL, ITS STAFF AND HOW WE FELT ABOUT OUR STAY! {How refreshing!} IN THE END, I NOT ONLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS LIKE-MINDED AS ME, BUT TO JUST ABOUT ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET WISHING TO VISIT THIS MARVELOUS CITY! TravellerNice hotel, Not very pleasant experience
Hotel is good. Comfortable room with breakfast. I am not able to come with my family to visit Yangzhou together due to I do not have any holiday at this moment. Thus I made reservation of two room for my family to stay over two days. The prepaid rate I paid is actually including breakfast, however receptionist insisted to say breakfast is not including and asked my family to pay for that!!! My mum almost pay for extra CNY 800.00 for 2 days breakfast of 4 people if I did not send confirmation to her on time!!! What I would like to say its a nice hotel but certainly is not a very pleasant experience of my parents and my 90 years old grandpa staying there! I do not think I will book this hotel again for my family next time.

揚州東駅からバスで20分くらい、タクシーで10分くらいのところにあります。市内中心部から少し東に外れますが、新しい開発エリアらしく、道などもとてもきれいで、レストランなどの商業施設もあるエリアです。ホテルは比較的新しく豪華で設備も充実したしています。

Feels dated, I’ve been staying here for 10 years and nothing has changed/ been updated in that space of time. The western food options used to be good but definitely lacking now. Rooms are fine but just feels a bit tired especially for the price.
