TravellerRegistration cannot find my reservation under Expedia. Junior staff has no clue on what she does. Manager assisted and she only found 1 room booked. I have to spend 35 mins for a check in. For a 5 star priced hotel? No coffee after 5:30pm at lobby and service staff not aware. toliet bath tiles can see stain and moldy, Cleaning staff leave rubbish on the floor. Sent for laundry, waited 3 days. The only consolation is the conceige, Jack Liu who was the most helpful. And the GM. other than that, can forget about this hotel, is for the locals to patronize.

In general the hotel is very good BUT, there is no room service at all. The western food restaurant ants in the hotel opens at 5:30pm.The Breakfast buffet is excellent.
TravellerProperty is near big exhibition center (10 minutes). Rooms are nice, clean and very quiet. Staff is very friendly however their English is extremely limited. For a Western hotel brand more emphasis should be placed in having English speaking staff.
