Exceptional experience!The staff always went beyond their way to satisfy and are extremely friendly and welcoming.Tahani made my check in very smooth and has been helpful throughout the stay. Naser as well,from concierge was out there helping me every single day and made sure I had everything I needed. Not to forget the in room dining, they also called for feedback and gave a nice gesture after my review on the order. Highly recommended hotel. Amazing staff, great clean spacious rooms, and amazing service!

As always great stay. I am a frequent visitor to this hotel due to its location near to my office. This time an incident happened to me where the laundry dept. lost one of my laundry piece (The head-were). The supervisor converted this sad incident to a happy customer experiences as he showed and proved that and went all the way to shopping mall and purchased a new piece in no time. Mistakes happened, but great people can admit it, deal with it and ensure happy end. Thank you Mr Rajou

The hotel is fairly new. The lobby is large. The room is clean with comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean. The bathtub is a plus. They have 3 restaurants (on the expensive side) and in room dining. Food are delicious. They have valet parking and free self parking in the basement. Staff are efficient, attentive & friendly. Overall it is a pleasant stay and we would definitely come back.

TravellerA wonderful and very clean, 5-star hotel through and through. The only issue is, if you are driving and relying on your GPS/Google map, it is very hard to find the entrance to the hotel as most entrances into the complex are blocked/barricaded.

Good hotel, all pretty new. So new in fact that only one of the advertised three restaurants is opened, which was a bit of a disappointment as the price of the hotel certainly did not reflect this. Not much else around in the area at present, so trips to any life would require a cab ride into the city.

Hotel was very nice - at or better than expected. The only slight downside was check-in and check-out were both fairly slow especially as hotel seemed rather empty. Rooms very clean and comfortable - breakfast was very good and staff were friendly.
