Nice stay.

As always nice clean and comfortable

The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The room with king bed was very nice and comfortable. I very much enjoyed the plant based products in the bathroom. The food in restaurant was great.

Lacking professionalism

Room was adequate. Clean and quiet. Upon checking out. Front desk lady lacked professionalism. She was conversing with another staff member about the stupidity of other staff members. They both continued to talk about staff like I wasn’t there.

Sink and tub filled up while using. Toile had to be flush three times before water would go down

My stay was actually pretty good! I did see a few people say that the noise from the freeway was bad but honestly, I could barely hear it and what I did hear was white noise. The staff was really nice and it was a very calm environment. It was super convenient to get anywhere and if you didn’t want to go anywhere the bar downstairs was a nice touch. I would give it a 4 out of 5.

I requested towels at 3p they never came so I went down at midnight and he said they didn’t have any so I had to wait until the next morning. Upon checking in she told me about them painting she didn’t tell me that they were going to be hammering the walls early in the morning so I didn’t sleep well this is the second stay I’ve had here and I think it’ll be my last my first experience wasn’t so great either

Bad mattress

The mattress was pretty terrible. Way too soft (obviously well-worn) and sagged badly in the middle.

This hotel was under construction as of February 2025. It is exceptionally noisy from 7:00 am- 6:00 pm every day. There is also no soundproofing. The road noise is overwhelming. It starts at 4 am. Would not stay again.

I’m Definitely Booking Again , Staff Was Very Pleasant, Room Was Very Clean And You Can’t Beat Free Parking!!! 10/10 Convenient If Going Out To Mall & Hot Spots.

The hotel is fine, beds super comfortable. Recommend a room not facing the Main Street, as it stays noisy throughout the evening.

It’s was a wounded experience the plp at the front desk where very polite & helpful. The room was nice & clean very plush & cozy. Im glade i chose to book a room with them & will also do in the future

Service was good. Didn’t like the white light bulbs in the rooms. Also the hotel had a typical floor cleaner smell.

It was old and tired for the money. Close to where we were going, but smelled and under remodel.

We had a great time. Hotel was nice and clean, staff were super friendly and considerate. Parking was a breeze, and felt safe behind the gate.

Staff is great and very nice’ will be staying there any time that travel to Houston!

Hotel was fine. Clean, updated somewhat recently rooms. There is a resturant and bar in the hotel, but there is no room service even though they say there is and a heads up: the food listed on the menu arent actually what you get. For example: the veggie burger states "Veggieburger,picodegallo,pepperjackcheese, cilantro-limecrema,briochebun" but I just got a veggie burger patty with iceberg lettuce and cheese. For the Maragita they state: "CorazónBlancotequila,Cointreau,freshlimejuice, housemadesimplesyrup" but was actually just jose cuervo and premixed Zinger juice. Lol. Very average hotel experience. Not bad, not great.

Front desk staff was very nice very polite upon checking in. I had a problem with the room and she fixed it then they gave me a second room that also had here on the floor and I wasn’t really tripping. I just told him to get on their cleaning staff about the hairy floor in the bathroom so I’m gonna still give them a great review because the staff was excellent. The lobby was clean.

The room layout is nice and very spacious. However, a lot of things were broken down. The TV did not work. The phones did not work. There was no WiFi. There was no hot water in one of our rooms. May be inexpensive, but beware.

We stayed for 4 days it’s good only the room that we stayed in , the water in the bathroom is leaking , it needs fixing and their electrical outlets are loose it’s not charging our cell phones.

I gave 2 stars for staff not for anything they did or didnt do for us, but leaving for dinner we could clearly hear an argument going on between a staff member and non staff member. I get there may be reasons why this was happening that I'm not informed about, but just saying there may be a better way to interact with ridiculous non staff members so that guest are not aware. Besides that the stay was great

I have been staying in this hotel when I visit Houston since 2019. Good hote, convenient location, nice staff and good service. Breaktfasts are decent. But this time, the funiture in my hotel room was very worn out which made the hotel look low quality although it actualyl is not. I do believe the hotel needs refurb on some of the things. However, overall, it was ok for myself over a busienss stay However, I would not stay in this hotel with my family though.

Horrible experiencia

I was not able to stay at this hotel! I had my confirmation and everything but the hotel decided to cancel my reservation since I didn’t arrive at the time of check in. We went for a baseball game and got to hotel around midnight and they didn’t have a room for us. Even though my confirmation said I had until 2 am to check in they didn’t honor that. We had a hard time finding a place to stay since it was a busy weekend. The hotel didn’t even offer an apology or an option to accommodate us.

Our stay at this property went above our expectations. Our rooms (we stayed in two separate rooms) were great. The beds comfortable and the rooms clean. The front desk staff was wonderful and so accomodating, friendly, and professional. Our family highly recommends this hotel.

This is an extremely busy hotel during this time of year due to kids tournaments and more. They were slamming doors at 6am, running up and down the halls and hanging out in the front taking up all the Lobby space. The room itself was clean but definitely well worn. Cushions were split and scuffed, the bathroom sink was cracked in a few places and more. The hotel has suffered a lot of wear and tear inside on the door facings, walls and floors. You can see that some areas like the restaurant and bar combo is very nice as is the lobby but perhaps due to the close proximity of the Galleria and downtown, it’s very popular. When we were visiting, they were repairing the outside so the windows had plastic sheeting on the outside. The parking is very limited as well so best show up earlier to get a parking spot. The service people working in the hallways were very friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our trip. Hopefully when the outside and inside are renovated, it will improve things but be ready for grand central station as I feel that this weekend was not a one off occurrence.

Great visit.

Quick trip for high school reunion. This is my second time staying at this property. The breakfast was nice. One suggestion. The couch in my room was noticeably old and stitched together. Covering it might be a good idea.

This was my husband and I first time visiting Houston Tx and the only complaint we have is that the shower didn’t get hot. We complained about it on our second day consequently the next shower we took that day the hot water worked! Also they are doing remodeling but we didn’t hear any noise from it. This hotel is in a perfect location to Galleria and all the attractions we wanted to see. It’s about 10-12 mins from the Galleria. Easy access to the interstate but we took the roadway which was easy and we got to see the city!

Everything was good beside at the time of check in we asked to stay an hour later but the gentleman said the only way is to pay or get membership, we travel a lot and this never happened to us . But the good thing was a very nice lady at front desk an hour later said we can stay with no problem. Anyway we checked out even before 11 … hotel is very clean and nice
