Excellent hotel at a very fair price.

Excellent hotel, at a very fair price. Close to the metro.

Room very cold. Set temp at 26C and it felt like 18C at best. Housekeeping had to give us a heater to bring temp up

It does not worth the price we have paid !

Just 3 minute walk to bustling Times Square but far enough away to be quiet.

we had a lot of luggage and the bell captain and team were super helpful. we also like the spaciousness of the guest rooms and ensuites.

Stayed here a few times. Bar staff upstairs are quick and great. Front desk staff are willing to help with anything. Had a little difficulty with requests to room service, and it took a few days before our request of extra pillows was granted. We will probably stay here again for the staff and walkability, but not for the price or the amount of dust behind and under then beds.

First time I stayed there and leave a nice impression. Staff friendliness and service oriented plays an important role to my good ratings. House keeping service is impeccable. Would hope to have a recycle bin to collect paper and plastic waste from us if possible. That will be a perfect score!

Crown Plaza Causeway Bay is at a premium location. Only a few minutes walk away from Times Square, Sogo, Hysan and Causeway Bay MTR station. Friendly staff and helpful room service assistants. Dining wise, I highly recommend Imperial Treasure Chinese restaurant on the second floor. Outstanding customer service at the reception, very help staff and their food is simply amazing. For evening social, Bar @28 is a lovely place to enjoy a cocktail and relax. I truly enjoyed stay and will definitely be revisiting in the future.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were amazing. Truly amazing specially housekeeping that cleaned my room. Beyond 5 star service!

Superb service

Our family has total 3 bookings in Crowne Plaza causeway bay. The location is superb, the staff are very friendly. As we have 3 person, the counter lady officer, Musktan is very helpful & got us family room which make our stay comfortable .

A LOT OF MONEY FOUND AND RETURNED WITHIN AN HOUR

Wonderful hotel with wonderful rooms. Loved our room and service. I dropped a lot of money in a white envelope in the room before checking out. The cleaning staff found it, turned it in and the duty manager (shout out to Terrance!) called to get it back to us. Fair rates. Total honest. Great breakfast every morning. Well worth the cost. WILL STAY AGAIN!

Room sizes are very decent, location is great. Staff are always friendly. We always choose Crowne Plaza now, safe option.

Will use again in the next trip!

Ideal airport hotel

Perfect stay to refresh and relax after a long haul flight and super service from all staff

Though there was a thermostat in the room, temperature seemed to be locked and not able to be adjusted by guests. Throughtout the stay, the room was cold; Also wind leaking in from windows making it even colder

I’ve stayed in this hotel every time I’m in Hong Kong but it is sad to see they haven’t done any renovations over the years. The hallways are old and not so clean. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good rooftop bar and conveniently located to walk around and near different restaurants.

Terrific location. The hotel is in terrific shape. The service was outstanding. We really enjoyed the variety of options available for breakfast.

Hong Kong

Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Nice pool at roof top. Room was comfortably spacious. Liked the eco-friendly water machine in the room instead of daily water bottles.

It very good

The room was beautiful and well appointed. The wifi, bathroom, AC all worked well. Also we upgraded to a corner room and though not on a high floor of 10 out of 28, views were sensational. Also the staff was super responsive via WhatsApp, about housekeeping recommending haircuts, massages and restaurants. One of our best stays in HK.

Property is 15 minutes walk from the MTR station with lots of shopping and food options around. A little outdated property with a stale smell in the room. Water pressure was good in the bathroom, bed is comfortable. But not much amenities and didn't get much of hospitality feels from the staffs, door man are not there most of the time.

Good location

It is a very nice hotel to stay at in Hong Kong. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

AC doesn't work well

AC water leaking and flood in the closet. AC temperature adjustment doesn't work. The room was too cold (19C), so we had to turn off the AC for the night.

Stayed 5 nights on a business trip. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept and clean. Good breakfast area and lovely rooftop bar with reasonable prices. Was well located to restaurant and shopping areas and close to transport. Would stay again!

Fantastically located hotel in Causeway Bay

Conveniently located hotel in Causeway Bay. My room had view of the Happy Valley Racecourse. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym had fantastic views from the 28th floor as did the rooftop swimming pool and bar. Would recommend a stay.

i like this hotel , the size of the room is big for hongkomg. they also give me upgrade room in the corner bigger and good view. the bathroom also big. easy to find food . There mak noodle and local food near htl . distance from causewaybay mtr to htl less than 5 mnt. time square less than 5 mnt . i will come back to stay this htl next time.

Things go missing. Reported but no Action taken

We enjoyed our two night stay. The family room was perfect for two adults and a child to stay comfortably. The breakfast was simple but delicious! Convenience walking distance to MTR and other malls and shopping areas.

Hotel is conveniently located with Times Square just across the road. Interior is modern, the bed was really comfortable with soft pillows. Espresso machine was provided, breakfast buffet was great. Only negative is both check-in and check-out took a while, longer than other hotels.

Friendly staff

Great hotel, friendly & polite staff, very attentive housekeeping. Very clean & modern. Breakfast options for tourists perhaps a bit limited if you don’t like a cooked breakfast. Very conveniently located for central Causeway Bay, the MTR & tram. We would certainly stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel before the pandemic, and I gave it a 4 to 5 stars review back then. After 5 years, I came back to this same hotel but feel very disappointed! Obviously, the room is lack of maintenance: cracks on wall, molds appear on the ceiling, vacuum was not done thoroughly! No central heating, and smells of grease when central air is off! Crown Plaza, what had happened??

Great hotel in the perfect place

Great location near a busy shoping area. A metro station is 15 minutes walking. The hotel service is good, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are amazing, the bathrooms are among the best. Breakfast is really good. The coffee can be improved.

Week in Causeway Bay

Excellent location for getting around, eateries. Rooms are spacious, clean, sound proof. Cannot control temperature so our room was warm but connecting room was freezing cold. Management took care of it in a timely manner, brought in a space heater, extra blankets and lots of apologies. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would recommend.

A nice good place to stay but the first night cleaning is not good as the rest of the stay

Causeway Bay

Lovely hotel in good location with bus stops outside . Very quiet only disappointment was one bedside table for a triple room so no where for one person to put small items, mobile etc .

Quite an unpleasant stay this time.

We like the location and general condition of the hotel and have stayed there several times. We stayed in a room on high floor facing the Racecourse. The breakfast and room service staff were very good and helpful. Reception staff were efficient but not welcoming. We didn't have a good stay this time as the heavy glass writing table in the room collapsed upon touching it. Luckily, it fell away from me and did not get hurt. We were moved to another room. The carpet smells musty. At our request they came to deodorize it. The in-room safe was defective and at our request it was fixed, Next the toilet flushing water smell as if it came from some smelly drain. At our request they came to "fixed" it, but the smell came back the next day. We were there for 4 nights and have to endure the stench each time we go to the bathroom as there seems nothing can be done about the smell. The management wrote an apologetic note and left it in the room, but there was no follow up.

Good hotel and location

Great hotel and excellent facilities, location and staff. The only issue was the whole hotel was just so cold and no way to adjust (according to staff). Had to request a heater for the room as unable to change room temperature with the room A/C.

Very good location

Easy access to transportation. We had booked a room for 2 adults/2kids and they were expecting us to sleep in a king bed and a twin bed. This meant a kid would have to sleep with us. I don’t think so. First agent told us she would get a room with 2 queen size beds room. We go back later and a different agent gives us 1 king bed/1 twin and I had to be firm and they ended up offering to bring an extra cot for free. The room was clean and confortable.

The property is clean and the bathroom very nice. The area is full of place to eat nearby. We booked their family room for 4 people ( two adults and two kids). We ended up with a king bed and a single bed. One of my kids had to sleep with us ( 7 yers old). I would have expected to have a bed brought to the room but there was no space. This was the smallest room we stayed in hong Kong. No views whatsoever either. Staff was very friendly and better than our previous HG hotel.

just one insident, my husband looking for a comfort room when we arrived at the hotel because he can not contain it anymore. but your staff instead told him to pee in his room. he is 67 years old hope you ask your staff to be mindful of those person with incontinence problem. thank you

Perfect location and comfort stay

The hotel location is perfect not crowded yet 5 mins away from Causeway bay MTR or Time Square. Good location for shopping as well as eateries. Lobby is small but efficient. Taxi to Airport is about 40mins and I pay HK380 which is good travel deal for family carrying 4 big luggage. Overall the stay is great with good service from the hotel staff.

Location cannot be beaten. Staffs are nice and helpful. Rooftop bar and swimming pool are nice.

Excellent Service and pleasant stay!

Booked connecting rooms for family of 4 and check in was fast. Prior to arrival, put forth request for connecting rooms and response was almost immediate. Upon arrival, rooms were prepared and all requests met. Impressed with the hotel service and personnel. Very pleasant experience and family enjoyed stay. Location is excellent as near to malls and eateries. Highly recommend hotel to all

Overall pleasant. There were 2 days without toilet flushing water and I have to pour water to the toilet tank. Should get some sort of compensation since this is considered a first class hotel and I did pay substantially for my stay.

A great experience with efficient service and a fantastic location and a large room . Great restaurants also and sufficient hotel gym. The only improvement would be the atmosphere of the rooftop bar and wine menu.

A quiet, great place to stay. Just about 10 to 15 min walk to shopping. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Best spot in Causeway

My fave place in Causeway Bay. Always getting the star treatment here. Room is well maintained, clean and gas the best racecourse view which is quiet and calming. Housekeeping is thorough. Staff are so friendly. Check in is a breeze, no fuss. Walking distance to my shopping places and MTR.

Convenient location near Times Square and Causeway Bay MTR. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was large and included both tub and shower. Breakfast buffet was a good value and included made to order omelets.

Hong Kong - handy location

Good Location, short walk to Times Square and Causeway Bay station, little longer walk to boat piers. Nice foyer area, Rooms clean and comfortable but not luxurious. Staff really helpful and obliging. Book breakfast ahead as otherwise very expensive.

Loved everything!

This hotel was A in every aspect! The check-in was easy. Everyone spoke English. The pool was quiet, cool, and beautiful. The pool was on the roof on the 28th floor so it had a spectacular view! We heard other people in the halls only twice during our twelve day stay. Someone cleaned the room every day. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I will definitely choose this hotel every time we go to Hong Kong!
